After one Year.
Babita is on call with Meet. Raj walks to her. She says Meet called and told we will be getting all the documents for making factory, finally, our Son’s dream will come true. Raj says for the last 1 year, our Meet has always tried to fulfill our Son’s dream.
Meet on bike is at the highway, she stops to ask for the address. Old man ask first tell who are you, a Boy or a Girl? Meet removes her helmet and ask tell me is this Ranipuri or not? He says yes but now it’s called as Sarkar Puri. Meet thanks him and leaves.
Meet is on a remote ground. A Man give her papers and says from now on, it’s yours, Meet gives him money and he leaves. Meet remembers her discussion with Meet Ahlawat for opening his factory.
Meet with paper says from today, your dream will begin to be true, I’ll make here India’s first factory run by Women.
Raj says to Babita few people outside were asking me about Meet’s second marriage. Babita says I was also thinking same. Ishani walks in with picture of Meet for Bhoomi Pujan. The Servant keeps the photo and leave. Babita says to Raj we will pray to god for Meet that she gets a loving family.
A Lady say to her mother I did everything you ask me to do, all the arrangements are done. A Lady walks inside after washing clothes as she was feeling cold. The Old Lady holds her hand and scolds her and tries to burn her hand with the room heater. The Lady shouts in pain and calls her Mother. They walk in and see her. The Old lady harms her and scolds her for not getting pregnant after getting married to her Son. A Lady walks in and says Sarkar is on his way and it’s time for ritual.
Everyone in the Ceremony is enjoying. Mother-in-law ask the Old Lady to make a tattoo in her hand says I’m Wife Of Ram Dhan. The Lady says I don’t want to tattoo. Mother-in-law scares her and explains to her why the tattoo is necessary.
A Car enter the property. Meet Ahlawat ask Dhanraj to come out of the Car with Narendra and Mahandra. The Lady getting tattooed take her hand away and says I don’t want to be part of this nonsense ritual. Sarkar walks into the premises. He says if you don’t want to write name, then leave it. The Lady removes her Duppata. Sarkar says if a Lady is not having her husband’s name, then that Lady is the Wife of everyone and removes her Duppata.
Few people with gun walks to Meet, he says we are people of Sarkarpur. The Goon says you have broken the laws of Sarkarpur, he gives her paper and ask her to read. Meet read all the laws.
Sarkar and his family are doing ritual, he holds her Wife’s hand and says you are my blessing and everyone begins with the pooja of Lord Krishna.
A girl sneak out of pooja, she takes her bag and runs away. Sarkar sees her leaving, he walk towards the gate and sees payal lying on the ground, he picks it up and shouts Mehgna.
Meet reads all the law against Women in front of the goon. She tears the paper in front of them and throws it at them. They try to attack her. She shouts back at them and says you’re trying to trap Women and kill their dreams but from now on, things will change!
Sarkar says in Sarkarpur girls are not allowed to see dreams, she scolds her wife says didn’t you teach your daughter.
Goon says let’s teach this girl a lesson and show her reality. They attack her but Meet fight back. The Leader walks towards Meet to attack her with sword but defends herself and throws everyone in the pit.
Sarkar says to her Wife if you can’t handle your daughter, so let me know should I bring the other Wife.
Meet shouts at the goon and says things are going to change here and this is my husband’s dream and it will come true!
Meet leaves and she hit a girl on the street. Meet stops and apologizes to her, she ask her about her leg. It was same girl who ran away from pooja, she shouts in pain. Meet says come I’ll take you to your home. She says drop me at the bus stop and she leaves with her on her bike. The Girl ask her to stop the bike. Meet ask her is everything fine, do you need any help so let me know. The Girl says it’s okay, she thanks her and leaves.
Meet says to Babita and Raj we got the documents, now we have to go for Bhoomi Pooja and ask is Meet Ahlawat’s picture ready for the pooja? Raj says yes and ask the Servant to bring his photo. He gives the photo to Meet. Meet sits down and removes the cloth and sees his photo, she gets emotional and says why did Meet Ahlawat took this look for picture and why did Raj choose this one, there must be a memory.
Raj says to Babita this is not the photo I give to get development. Babita says yes our Son never wore that kind of earring nor that hairstyle, he doesn’t look like our Son. Raj says he is Meet Ahlawat and there must be some memory with Meet so that’s why she must have given this photo and we will not talk about this to her.
Meet in the room is holding Meet Ahlawat’s photo and says your dream will soon come true and I know you will be standing with me to see your dream.
Few men surround the girl who ran away and says come with me, there is no way you can run. She sees a well behind her, she jumps inside.
Few men tie her to bed and pours water on her. She wakes up. Sarkar walk towards her. She starts shouting for help. Sarkar free her hands and sit beside her, he ask who was the guy with whom you were trying to run? She says there is no one. Sarkar shows her the photo of her sitting on bike with Meet and says now tell who is he! She tells them he not a boy.
Narandra walks in with his goons and says she is right, it’s a girl who wears pant and ride bike and more dangerous than our man, she breaks our rule and our Men got beaten up by her.
Mahandra walks in and says she is trying to open a factory and only for Women as employee. Sarkar gets up and says she looks like a Man and she’s very brave, we have to meet her.
Raj and Babita are with the Priest on the land getting ready for pooja. The Priest ask who will sit with Meet in pooja. Meet brings Meet Ahlawat’s photo and says he will sit with me. The Priest says without a Man, the pooja is impossible. Raj says my daughter will do the pooja with the photo.
The Priest begins with the pooja. Few Cars comes to the location and Sarkar walks our with pot and throws water at the sacred fire to stop the pooja. The Priest gets scared and runs away. Babita ask where are you running to? Meet gets up and gives a look to Sarkar.
Sarkar mocks Meet for her factory and says in Sarkarpur, Women are not allowed to work, their only work is to take care of their husband from morning till night and you already know the rules. Meet says is Sarkarpur out of earth, having other rules? Sarkar says I’ll pay you three times you paid and don’t come back.
Narandra mocks Meet. Meet goes and get a brick and throws it on the ground with water, mud spills on everyone’s faces, she says this is the foundation of the factory and from now on, Sarkarpur law’s will be same like other world, I’ll see who will stop me! Sarkar and his Men are in shock, everyone gets back to their Car and leaves.
Sarkar, Mahandra and Narandra walks into their house. Sarkar’s Wife stops him and sees mud on his face, she ask what happened? Mahandra is about to say something. Sarkar stops him and says she asked me a question, he says if you take swear to remove my spot and burn things to ground. She thinks there is something he is hiding. Mahandra troes to speak. Sarkar explains to him, your Wife will only respect you when she knows your power.
The Police Inspector tells Meet he is ready to give you 3 times you gave, I suggest you to change the location of the factory. Meet says you being a Police Officer is asking me to leave? The Inspector says he is Sarkar and the whole Village is on his name he is very dangerous. Meet says learn about me too, my husband’s dream was to open factory here for ladies and I’ll do anything for that.
Sarkar says to his Son tell me what we have to do about that girl. Mahandra says I’ll bury down her inside! Sarkar says when you will become Sarkar here then most of the Women will be dead then what you will do, who will cook food for you and scolds him, he ask him to find out her house and everything.
The Inspector says to Meet I’m sorry but many people complain about Sarkar but they run away, and after seeing you, you shouldn’t be worried, as the Police is with you.
Meet walks to Raj and Babita. Raj ask her is everything fine? Meet says yes, we spoke to the Police,they are with us, did you had dinner I’m feeling hungry. Babita says no you can go and get fresh we will have dinner together. Meet looks at picture thi ks should I ask dad about picture. Babita says to Raj after seeing the picture, I think why did Meet choose this photo. Raj says there must be some emotional connection.
Meet in her bedroom is thinking about Meet Ahlawat and crying.
Sarkar is having dinner. Police walks to him. Sarkar ask the Inspector to have sweet. The Inspector says no thanks. A Man says bring Chatkan here don’t worry about him, Sarkar will look after him. Sarkar says to the Inspector I requested you but you didn’t listen so I had to get a Politician from his meeting so listen to him.
Meghna says I don’t want to marry, I want to study. Her Mom shows her certificate and says because of this, you want to study, she light matchstick and burns her certificate. Meghna is crying. A Lady says your Mother is having bad luck, she only give birth to girls and in Sarkarpur, Women only live for their Men and gives birth to baby, nothing else!
Next day, Meet walks to her land and shouts what is this, this is my land what are Cattles doing here?
Some cars comes to the place. Sarkar comes down from one of the Cars and walks toward Meet, everyone greets him. Sarkar walks to her and says did you ask me earlier? Meet removes the ropes used to tie the Cattles on her land, the Cattles leaves. Meet says Sarkarpur’s Cattle are more educated, they know things. Sarkar says I want to show you something and he brings Chatkan.
Sarkar shows her the documents and says these are the real papers. Meet says these are fake. Sarkar says this man sold me this land 6 months back. Everyone standing there says Sarkar is telling the truth and we all are with him. Sarkar says don’t worry, you are guest in this Village, I’ll return the money you paid to you. Everyone shouts the matter is closed and leaves.
Sarkar says to Meet you don’t have a land. The Inspector says to Meet, don’t worry, I’ll look into the papers. Sarkar and his Men leave. Mahandra spills mud on Meet’s face by his Car and leave. Meet thinks how will I make your dream come true Meet Ahlawat?
