Jodha’s Servants comes and says those Servants have gone to Ruqaiya, Jodha says to Moti that the time has come, call Hamida, Salima and Rahim.
The Servants comes to Ruqaiya, Ruqaiya ask what happened? She tells Ruqaiya that the day we opened the windows of the godown, Jodha has got to know about it, I am afraid, as nobody will question you, but Jodha will not leave us! Ruqaiya says you are my Servants, nobody will hurt you, leave and one more thing, don’t you tell anyone that I asked you to destroy the spices and I gave fake keys to you and it was only me who set the spices on fire, this secret will remain secret!
Jodha comes in and says all knows it now, Hamida, Salima and Rahim are there too, Jodha says I never thought you will stoop so low, to hurt me, you played with innocent Farmers!
Hamida says I am ashamed of you Ruqaiya!
Jodha says I was praying that you were not involved in all this, but I was wrong, countless times, you tried to put me down, you have hurt me so many times, but everytime, I would forgive you as my elder Sister, but today, I won’t, as it’s about the Mughal Saltanate and the Farmers today! She adds that because of you, the Mughals are insulted in foreign Countries and I will punish you today, I will not stop today! She slaps Ruqaiya hard, Ruqaiya is shocked.
Hamida says you can’t be forgiven! Jodha says she has done crime against the Mughal Saltanate, so Jalal will punish her, but till then, I order her to house arrest her in her room! And without my permission, she can’t go outside her room, nor can she meet anyone! She ask Rahim to take care of her arrest. Ruqaiya fumes in anger, Jodha stares at her in anger too. She leaves.
Murad is drinking wine and recalls how a Soldier said to him that they will get the Throne, if you don’t take this opportunity, then they will choose someone else. The Soldier comes there with a letter for Murad, it’s Nisar’s letter, it says;
The time has come, we have prepared to snatch the Throne, you be ready, Jalal is in our custody.
Murad thinks what to do? How to snatch the Throne? Salima comes in, so he hides the letter, he says you here? He greets her, she says see, I have brought gift for you, this is a picture of the girl whom you are going to marry, she shows it to him and says when Jalal will return, we will marry you with her, I am so much happy, Murad says enough! He throws the picture away and says enough! I don’t to wanna marry!
Salima says this is not you, but your wine speaking, she tries to snatch the glass from him, but the letter falls from his hands, she takes it and reads Nisar’s letter, she is shocked to read it, she says you conspired against Jalal??? She slaps him hard, she says you conspired against your father? Aren’t you ashamed?? She slaps him continuously and says I am ashamed at my upbringing, you didn’t think about me and my love? How dare you do all this?? She tells him to go reveal himself to Jodha, as I will not listen to you! She pushes him, he leaves, she cries.
Murad comes to Jodha, she says tell me what you want to say, I am your Mother too? Murad says no, you are just a Queen! She says you have drank wine? He says yes, it gives me peace! Jodha says it’s not good for your health, Murad says what good happened in my life?? First, I was given the Title of the Heir, but then, it was snatched away from me, now when Salim and Jalal are not here, you are taking responsibilities of everything!
Jodha says that’s all? You are angry for such small thing? I thought you are young, so we let you enjoy life before you take over politics, if you want, then tomorrow in Court, I will give you duties, he is surprised and says you will do it for me? She says yes, you are my Son, and a Mother leaves everything for their Sons, he is stunned at her love, he sit on his knees and says why are you so nice? She says because my Son Murad is very nice, he says no, your Son is not nice, he is a Sinner.
Jodha says why are you saying all this? Murad says you think about me so much and I thought nobody thinks about me, I did a big sin, forgive me, Jodha ask what sin? Murad says I got into the trap of the English men and did a conspiracy, she tells her everything related to Jalal going with them and he Murad taking over the Throne, he cries and says I didnt want to do it.
Jodha thinks you don’t know you have put Jalal in a big problem.
Jodha says he came to us and accepted his mistake. We have to see whar we can do now. Todar says we should attack. Jodha says no, they still have the Emperor. Murad says she is right. I was there with them. I can beat them and they won’t doubt me. Rahim says you have betrayed us once, so why should we trust you??
Jodha says he deserves a second chance Rahim. Johda says Rahim stay with your army a little away from us. Murad says they have given Emperor poison and we have to hurry up.
Ruqaiya recalls the slap and she’s mad. Hoshiyar comes and tells her about Jalal. She says I have to go and save my Jalal. The Soldiers stop her and say you can’t go out!
Jalal says to to the Doctor that I have been poisoned, but you don’t have to show it to anyone. The Doctor says I need to find the herb that abates the reaction of this poison.
On the other hand, a Doctor gives a locket to Hamida, she handovers it to Jodha and says bind it on Jalal’s arm. It’s upto you, you have to save the King of this realm. Jodha says I promise you, he will return safely!
Jodha and Murad reach the Camp. The man asks Murad why is Jodha here? Murad says you stopped her letters, so I had to bring her here. We will arrest her with Jalal here and take over in Agra. The man comes back to Jodha and says how can I host you? Jodha says I want to meet the Emperor, they take her in.
Jodha sits next to Jalal. He is shocked to see her. He says am I dreaming? She says your condition and hugs him. Jalal says have they arrested you? Jodha says no, Ii know the whole game. Jodha tells him everything, Jalal is dazed. He says my own blood betrayed me?? Jodha says Murad is repenting and he brought me here.
Maan singh comes in. Jan Nisar comes in too. Jalal says I know you are worried for me, but my loyals are here. Jodha says I know they are, Mother (Hamida) sent you this locket. Nisar says he will get well soon now. Jodha says I will go back to Agra with him. Am I allowed to live here? Nisar says this is your regime. Jodha gives Jalal the herbs.
Late at night, Murad comes in. Jalal says ask him Jodha to get out!! I am ashamed to think that he is my blood, he plotted to kill me! Jodha says forget what has happened, we have to see to the situation at hand, besides, he brought me here, so pardon him for my sake and that of Queen Salima. Jalal says I will only forgive you beacuase Jodha has asked me and Salima has stayed loyal to me. Murad says please pardon me. Jalal says Salim will be the King and you will always serve him. I hope this won’t happen again??
In the morning, Jalal and Jodha walk out. Jodha says in heart, I shouldn’t tell him about Ruqaiya yet. Jodha says I will send Rahim a letter and we will leave today. Jalal says these betrayers will be punished now!
Rahim says to his men no one should know we are here, unless we have orders to proceed. They all hide when they hear a Rider. A man says some people are concealed here, I will inform Jan Nisar. Rahim says he saw us, he fires an arrow and kills him.
Jan Nisar asks him man where are you going? He says this is a letter Jodha has sent for someone. Jan Nisar takes it from him.
It’s a Couplet that asks someone to come.
Jan Nisar says this poetry is stupid!
Jan Nisar says how is this possible? How can the poison not work?? The English man suggests to kill them both. Jan Nisar says to murad this is the only way to get you the Throne now, so we will kill them both tonight!
Murad says you know what will happen? Salim will attack Agra. People will be with him. Murad says we should arrest them and take them to Agra instead and Salim won’t be able to attack us, then we will kill the three on them together, Jan Nisar says we will do as you direct.
Murad tells Jalal that they are about to kill you, you can’t trust Jan Nisar, we have to do something. Jalal says we are prepared. Jodha says I have sent Rahim the letter.
Jodha asks Maan Singh to get his men prepared, and Murad stay among them.
Jan Nisar says I and my english men have prepared a celebration for Jalal. Jalal says we will join you.
Nisar says to his Soldiers that Jalal doesn’t know about our plan, we will attack him;
Murad comes and says you said you will not attack him, what is this now? Nisar says don’t worry, this news will not reach Salim, you will get the Throne, we will ask Salim to give his Throne after everyone is calmed down after Jalal’s death, then we will give you that Throne, if we take Jalal to Agra, then he will become powerful again, Murad says you are right, he leaves.
A Soldier informs Nisar that we have seen forces near our den, Nisar says we don’t have much time, we have to attack Jalal tonight!
Ruqaiya is shouting in her room that I want to go from here! Hamida comes and says Jalal and Jodha are in danger and you are making issues here?? Eat your food! Ruqaiya says I am worried for Jalal, I want to go from here, Hamida says if you want to do something for Jalal, then pray for them and you can do that only in this room! She leaves, Ruqaiya says all are saing Jodha’s words.
Murad comes to Jodha and Jalal and says they will attack on you tomorrow, Jalal says don’t worry, we will handle it, he leaves.
Jalal says to Jodha that I am sorry you are in problem because of me, Jodha asks who am i? Jalal says my Wife, Jodha says then I have to share your everything, I am with you in happiness and sadness, I will be with you for 7 lives, Jalal says I don’t know about Seven (7) lives, but people will remember our love many years to come.
Jalal and Jodha comes to the function, Nisar present him wine, Jalal takes it and looks at Murad, Nisar ask can we start the function? Jalal says why not? A Dancer comes and starts dancing, Jalal stealthily pours the drink away.
Rahim is going to Nisar’s den, the Solders are tired, so Rahim decide to have a short stay in the Jungle.
Maan Singh says to Birbal after this night, we will take revenge on them!
Nisar offers Jalal more drink, Jalal takes it, Nisar ask did you like the function? He says yes, Jodha says now, Jalal should rest, Nisar says he can stay fora while, Jodha says he is not well, she ask Jalal to stop drinking and we should leave, Jalal leaves the drink and leaves from there with Jodha.
The English man ask Nisar why you are letting him go? Why not executing the plan now? Nisar says once the guards sleep, we will attack him then.
Jodha is taking off her jewelry, Jalal comes to her and says I am a Warrior and I am in war, I don’t know if I would be able see tomorrow or not, so I want to tell you today about how much I love you, Jodha says don’t talk like that, that day will not come when you are not with me, Jalal says I want to make this night special, he takes her to bed and caresses her hairs, she shyly smiles, both share eyelock, Jodha rest her head on his shoulder.
Nisar says to his men that go inside Jalal’s Tent and makes this last night for him! They leave.
Murad is waiting for Nisar, Nisar comes and hugs him, he tells Murad that we will kill Jalal and Jodha tonight, maybe the Soldiers woyld have killed them by now? Murad gets tensed, Nisar ask aren’t you happy? Murad says I am happy, of course, I will see them dying, let’s leave, he is hurt.
The Soldiers comes into Jalal’s room and attacks the person lying on the bed with sheet on him, they uncover it to find pillows there, Jalal and Jodha are standing in front of them, Jalal says you are attacking at the wrong side friends? They attack Jalal, but Jalal fights with them.
The fight start in the whole region, Maan Singh, Birbal starts fighting with the Soldiers, Murad saves Maan Singh and ask him be careful, Murad starts fighting, Nisar says you betrayed me??? Murad says you betrayed the Mughal Saltanate!
Jalal is fighting with the Soldiers, one Soldier is about to attack him from behind, but Jodha takes the sword and kills him, Jalal hugs her, they come out to find the Soldiers fighting.
Jalal and his Soldiers are caught by Nisar’s Soldier, Nisar says you can’t be saved now? Jalal ask Jodha what you say? Jodha says we have to run behind death not death behind us, if we have to die, then we will fight!
Nisar ask Jalal to throw away his sword! Jalal says I am not that weak that I will do that, I will go from here only after putting you in your grave! He adds that we can’t compromise on respect even if we die, I don’t care if I die in battlefield.
Nisar is about to attack him, but Rahim comes and put sword on his neck, Jalal’s force come there and catches Nisar’s Soldiers.
Jalal comes to Nisar, Jalal fights with Nisar and throws him on the ground, the Soldiers catches him, Jalal ask to take him to jail!
Jalal comes to Jodha, Jodha says I thought I had lost you, Jalal says nothing can happen to me as you fast for me, your love is my protection, he hugs her, she smiles.
Jalal and Jodha along with with others reach the Palace, Hamida thanks God for Jalal’s safety, Jalal says I am safe because of Jodha, Hamida says my daughter-in-law has saved you again, Jalal says I don’t know what magic she does on the enemies, next time, I will ask her to stand in front of the enemies Jodha says see, he is teasing me?
Hamida says to Jalal I will pull your ears if you tease my daughter! Salima says I am with Hamida, Hamida does their aarti and says everytime when Jalal comes after winning war, Jodha does his aarti, this time, I will do my daughter’s aarti, she does her aarti and says you have accepted all our rituals, so why can’t I? Jodha smiles, Jalal and Jodha leave to take rest.
Murad greets Salima, but she ignores him and leaves.
Hoshiyar comes to Ruqaita and says Jalal and Jodha have returned safely, Ruqaiya gets happy and thanks God for Jalal’s return, she says he will call me, he will undersrtand my helplessness and free me from this house arrest!
Jalal and Jodha are lying together in bed, he says you are a complete woman because of 4 things, Jodha ask what? he says you are so excited to listen to your praise, Jodha ask him to not tease, Jalal says;
First you are a very pious woman who feels for the enemy too, Second is that you know how to protect yourself and family, this soft woman can win Wars, Third is that you are not only brave, but sensible too, see how you are doing business?
He says I will announce something in Court tomorrow, I knew after reading my letter, you will come to my rescue, Jodha says I didn’t get any letter. Jalal says where did it go then? Jodha says leave it, tell me the Fourth thing about me? Jalal says;
You know how to keep your husband happy.
Jodha shyly smiles and hugs him.
