Rakhi comes asking Arjun what is he doing here since she wants to take him somewhere, Mahesh informs Rakhi only sees Arjun these days.
Sameer asks what is going on, Raja informs that he saw Arjun hitting his staff in the office, Vishnu replies that he saw Arjun was scolding his employees during the get together, Sameer doesn’t believe when Vishnu replies he even slapped him. Sameer says he cannot believe it as Arjun would have only done it if the employee would have made a mistake, Raja advises him to not trust everyone when Sameer questions what are they doing here, Raja replies they came here to change the clothes since the bathroom was occupied, Sameer inquires where are the clothes that they changed, they both inform they placed them under their clothes.
Sherlyn sitting in the car is irritated with the beard, she wonders why did they not call her as she wanted him to keep her informed, she decides to call Prithvi only to realize his phone is with the police when she hides hearing the horn so calls Raja.
Raja and Vishnu enter the party when Sherlin calls him, he replies that everything is working according to plan but they are not able to find Prithvi, she gets tensed thinking this is what she was afraid off as he would have went to talk with Arjun then got in trouble. She assures of coming inside.
Rakhi pulls Arjun to the room explaining she has a surprise for him, she asks if he remembers that she said she would cook for him at Ganesh but was not able to do it, he asks she can fill the promise today. Rakhi is stunned questioning how he knew she was asking him to come and eat when he replies becuase this what mothers do, she opens the dishes and then he exclaims this is the favourite food.
Rakhi serves the dishes for him which he starts eating seeing which Rakhi has tears in her eyes Arjun noticing it also gives her a bite. Rakhi is constantly thinking about Karan and thinks of him as her own son, Arjun also has tears filled in his eyes as they both sit together.
Rakhi explains she gets emotional after seeing him because she somehow sees her Karan in him but why does he get emotional seeing her, Arjun replies that she sees her son and he also sees his mother in her.
Rakhi immediately starts crying when she taking his hand starts kissing it, she inquires if he liked the food when Arjun replies it was delicious, Rakhi informs ever since he came into their lives one of her problem has ended, she doesnot worry about Rishab because now she feels he got a brother who is not alone so is really safe since Arjun is with him, he thinks about the pen drive which contains about all of his previous cases, Rakhi replies she used to think how Rishab would be able to handle such a big business but is relieved.
Arjun not being able to bear it leaves, Rakhi gets worried questioning if the food was spicy, she thinks she forgot to bring the water and it is her mistake. Arjun goes to the balcony, thinking how Rakhi was worried about Rishab and she thinks he got a brother because of Arjun.
Anjali comes to the balcony, she notices Arjun is standing there so walks up to him when he wipes off his tears, Arjun explains today the heart of his brother Rishab would be broken and just when it happens the entire Luthra family would start hating him, he wonders how he would be able to bear it.
Arjun explains his mother doesn’t know he is her son but even then was feeding him with his own hands, Anjali explains she will not stop him if he wants to back out from his renege but just wants to explain that he is emotional right now, and the Luthra family would get effected but he must think what will happen to them when they find out the truth about Rishab as how he tried to kill the brother he loved.
Anjali explains he must think of everything as the signal from Bhagwan as how is it possible that he was there at the exact moment her sister went to that river, she reveals this is called Karma and he must not back out from this fight since the enemy is also his brother, he should take this war to the very end because this is the only way forward. She knows it is difficult for him but they say everything is fair in love and war.
Arjun turning mentions she is right so he would not step away and fight, there is a reason he is alive so he would surely exact his revenge, Arjun thanks Anjali for always standing beside him every time he felt like giving up, Anjali leaves explaining he must remain strong.
Kareena is talking with Dadi when Anjali reaches the party, she notices Mahesh standing with the rest of the family so thinks they all seem nice, she also looks at both Rishab and Preeta thinking they both seem like a perfect couple, and she might feel like stopping Arjun but they both are just wearing a disguise.
Arjun coms to Anjali when Rakhi suddenly holds his ear, he questions what happened when she replies she was waiting for him for so long but he just left, Arjun suddenly hugs Rakhi after which she asks if everything is fine when he assures nothing is wrong.
The entire crowd is stunned hearing the song, Shristhi, and Sameer both take the stage to dance, everyone starts cheering for them both and are not able to take their eyes as Shristhi starts the dance.
Sameer also enjoys himself while being with his wife. Shristhi suddenly gets angry but as Sameer turns she apologizes so they both start their performance on a romantic song, Rakhi even sends both Preeta and Rishab seeing which
Arjun is not able to control himself, he therefore walks on the stage with Anjali but he’s still just staring at Preeta, he is finally not able to control himself so walks to Preeta which stuns everyone, Rishab questions what has happened, Anjali rushes to them apologizing to arjun, she clarifies how he requested her to tell Preeta that her dress is getting stuck in the feet. Arjun then places the hand of Preeta on that of Rishab after which the once again continue the dance.
Preeta and Arjun finally start the dance after the shuffle when she feels really tensed with the performance but is forced to keep smiling as Arjun is just staring at her, Preeta suddenly ends the performance after which they all stand to clap for them.
Shristhi informs that now is the time to show them the video of the collaboration, and all the projects would be displayed on the projector followed by the interviews. Shristhi instructs Ganesh to go and prepare them.
Anjali and Arjun reach the room when Anjali asks him to quickly hand her the pen drive, but he is just standing there not saying anything, Anjali requests him to be attentive as she needs it right now, he is lost somewhere and then starts checking his pockets. Anjali questions if he has lost the pen drive but then Arjun takes it out from his pocket, Anjali causes it to fall on the ground so kneels to pick it.
Arjun sees Preeta when she has hurt herself from the flowers, he immediately going to her questions why she not watches where she is going, Preeta assures it is just a scratch from the flowers and there is no need for any sort of treatment, but he pulls her to the room inquiring about the first aid box, Preeta explains it is on the other side drawer. Arjun asks her what he should do first, she with a smile informs they must first clean it and then apply the ointment. Preeta replies she doesnot need his care to which Arjun mentions he would help anyone who is hurt in front of him so if she doesnot want him to help her then should stop injuring herself. He is standing up mentions she can either thank him for his help or apologize for her behavior, he explains he is waiting to mention he never saw a girl like her. Arjun replies she was not able to apologize him even before and got ill just like in twenty nineteen when Preeta thinks that she was with karan at that time, Arjun turns to leave explaining she needs to control herself sine she is the strong member of the Luthra family, Preeta stops him.
Prithvi waking up thinks he is in the trunk of a car, he vows to teach both Arjun and Anjali a lesson so prays to Bhagwan when Sherlin walks past the car, she notices it is moving but there is no one inside it.
Sherlyn runs away thinking it is a ghost when Prithvi exclaims it is him in the car.
Preeta asks how he knows she got ill after the attack, he is stunned when Preeta angrily asks him so Arjun questions if Karan knew about it, Preeta replies that only both of them knew about it but she wants to know how did he get to know about that incident, she inquires what is his truth and who he is actually, Arjun turns to stare at Preeta.
Preeta asks the thing which only she and Karan knew, how does Arjun know about it and what is his real identity, she getting scared once again inquires about the truth, Arjun replies he has gotten into a business agreement with Rishab and they know both parties try to find out the truth about each other so he did the same, Preeta refuses to agree questioning how did it help him that she got ill and even had a fever.
Arjun in frustration asks if she wants to know the truth then informs he was also present there, Preeta is not able to accept it asking what does he mean by that he was also present there so must say it clearly, Arjun asks if she was not able to recognize him as he thought she would be able to do so even if no one else did.
Preeta not being able to control herself questions what is his real identity and why did he say this to her, Arjun pushes her away asking what does she think, he has not anything else but to find about her so when he put the exhibition for the bat of Karan is when he came to know about so many incidents in his life including the terrorist attack, Karan told about it to Shiv so finally Preeta is able to control herself. Arjun leaning asks if she thought he was her Karan?
Sherlyn is walking wondering who was in the car and saw her, she is about to fall but Rishab catches her, Raja and Vishnu also see them both from the corner, Rishab asks if she is fine then asks her to get back on her feet, she thanks him but he asks what is she doing here, she replies she felt nice to hear her name from his mouth.
Raja and Vishnu wonder what is going on between them both. Rishab replies that he wants her to leave this house, she mentions how she is still glad he cares about her which is why he is instructing her to leave, Rishab replies his family is enjoying and doesn’t want them to suffer because of her so she must leave. Sherlyn tries to talk with him but he forces her to leave.
Arjun once again asks Preeta if she thinks he is her Karan, but she replies she doesn’t want to talk with him about anything.
Kritika coming to the room asks her what happened and why is she so angry, Preeta after a while exclaims he wants her to say if she feels he is Karan, Arjun turning to Kritika inquires if she has not said it to him and also the Luthra family thinks the same about him, he assures he is a very big fan of Karan Luthra which is why he wants to know about Karan, he clarifies how he felt Preeta wants to befriend him but he is not interested.
Kritika also questions Preeta why she is always fighting with him as he is a nice person, she knows Preeta gets mad but must not fight with him.
Sherlyn kneels beside the car thinking why did Rishab leave her to marry someone like Preeta, she is once again scared thinking there is a ghost in the car when Prithvi he is trying to signal that it is him in the car.
Prithvi starts screaming hearing which Sherlyn realizes it is Prithvi, she is still scared so asks him to stop moving the car if he is actually Prithvi, when he stops she requests him to move it again. Sherlyn rushes to pick her mobile which is under the car, Prithvi wonders where has she gone as he can no longer hear her. Sherlyn rushes back to open the trunk, she immediately helps Prithvi sit straight inquiring how did he end up in the trunk.
Prithvi after catching his breath mentions it is all because of Arjun, Sherlyn turns but she’s stopped by Prithvi who informs how one of them must stay here, he knows how to handle this situation by giving a befitting reply but if he is caught then Sherlyn would be able to help him.
Kritika jokes with Arjun but then suddenly remembers Karan so rushes away in tears, Arjun is about to follow her but Preeta stops him mentioning she might be remembering her brother, Preeta tries to walk but stumbles when Arjun steps on her clothes, Preeta asks if he doesn’t walk while looking?? Arjun replies to it did not tear this time. Preeta asks how it can be the fault of her clothes, he says she must have them made according to her height.
Preeta and Arjun both call Rakhi into the room, Arjun asks her to teach Preeta some manners, Preeta mentions since no one says anything to Arjun then he has gotten way out of hand and he is even complaining to her regarding her, Arjun exclaims no one has the ability to say anything against her,
Rakhi asks what happened, Arjun informs that he was walking while the dress of Preeta came under his shoes, it did not tear even a bit. Preeta replies but he has done it before and did not apologize. Rakhi requests them to stop since they are fighting like children, Arjun mentions that her daughter is more mature than her but Preeta mentions she is the one raising her. Rakhi requests them both to not stay here since they will keep fighting, she pulls them both to the party mentioning that Kavya is more composed than both.
Rishab also comes asking what is going on when Arjun replies he was just making comments about Preeta, Rishab replies that he can say anything about anyone but not Preeta, Arjun asks why is Rishab coming between them both when Rishab replies Preeta is his wife but what relation does Arjun have with her?
Rakhi once again asks them both to stop since she cannot understand anything about their conversation, Rishab taking the napkin seeks permission to ask a question, Arjun replies he can agree to it, mentioning this is the truth about love as they can even agree when the person standing in front of them is a killer.
Arjun leaves when Rishab replies he agreed without even listening to the question as he suspects him and so believes Arjun is a strange person and he sometimes feels like loving him while the rest of times has very strange feelings relating to him.
Anjali asks Arjun if the event ended, he doesn’t realize at first but then clarifies that Preeta got hurt so he had to go and help her, Anjali is furious when Arjun informs he wants to hurt Preeta but it should be because of him, she tries to leave however he stops her.
Shristhi and Dadi seeing them both wonder what sort of relation is between them, Shristhi replies she saw in her dream that they are brother and sister. Dadi hits her on the arm after which they both leave.
Arjun questions Anjali why she always gets so angry whenever he talks about Preeta, Anjali says he should tell her since she never forgets what she has done to him.
Rishab coming inquires who did what to Arjun, both of them get tensed. Preeta asks Rishab to come as she needs to talk with him, he remains standing there but she informs it is something private so he must come with her, she takes his hand to walk away, but Arjun also holds his hand, Preeta asks what is he doing when Arjun instructs her to leave his hand as he is still holding it, Rishab and Preeta are shocked.
