In Amer, they see some Mughals coming and thinks the Mughal has attacked Amer. Everybody started taking their positions and the women goes into a safe place. But the Mughals just throws away the heads with letters at their gate and goes away. It is from Sharifudden, one prince read it out that they won the war and now, they will decide Amer’s future, as they has to come to them, otherwise they will kill their three princes and their end will be the same as… he stops so the King ask him to read further, as he wants to know their warning, so as to give them a befitting reply. But the Prince drops the letter and looks back at Jodha who is listening intently.
One man reads on the letter that the brothers will get the same end, as that of Suryabhan’s. The choice is theirs and gifting them the head of their princess fiance’s head! They try to open the cloth which has his head inside it but couldn’t dare to. Jodha listens to all this and her life turns upside down, as she remembers different incidents where Suryabhan promised that he would get her Jalal’s head, he will end the one who separated them from marrying each other; how Suryabhan supported her when she was about to fall; when he made her portrait; when he held her hand and made her wear a ring. She faints remembering all this.
Jodha in bed with all the women around her. Her Mother ask her to wake up and remembers shaguni’s fate talk and sulks. Jodha wakes up and she’s shivering and cries profusely. Her Grandmother says she can’t see tears in her eyes and says she is Amer’s princess and she is born to sacrifice for her land to stop crying. She has full faith in Bharmal, as he is the King, but a father as well, and he will also think about his Sons.
On the other side, Bharmal is saying he is a father but the King first and can do every sacrifice to save his land but will never bow his head infront of the Mughals. Grandmother says he can’t do this.
Bakshi bano (Jalal’s Sister) is in tears. Jalal consoles her and says he can’t change what happened, but will do everything for her happiness. Hameeda bano tells her not to be tensed as her wound will heal over time. Maham Anga says the wound of loneliness with time, doesn’t heal, but get more worse, so they have to bring happiness back into Bakshi’s life and this is only possible by getting her married again. Jalal ponders over it.
Voiceover- Jodha is distraught over Suryabhan’s death but more tensed for her brothers, so she comes to Bharmal (her father).
Bharmal says he will do anything to avenge Suryabhan’s death, but Jodha ask what he will do, as they held their brothers and hundreds of warriors captive and their one step can take their life away from them. Bharmal then asks if she wants them to bow down infront of the Mughals? Jodha says she agrees that Amer’s safety is his responsibility, but the safety of his Sons and Soldiers is also his responsibility and what transpired has happened already, but now, he should safe her brothers, as she can’t see their wives suffering for the rest of their lives. Bharmal says he understands her situation and will do what’s in his hand. He leaves and Jodha cries all over again.
Sujamal in deep thoughts, remembers Suryabhan’s being killed. He has Flashback of where Jodha ask him to get ready as they have to go attend some wedding. Sujamal says looks like it’s your wedding Jodha and she says she will wear all the jewelry that he has given him and ask what he will wear? Sujamal then says he won’t get the time and will hold her marriage box from the front. Fb ends.
Sujamal sees Jodha standing infront of him. He sits down and ask for forgiveness. Jodha says he betrayed the whole Amer and can’t be forgiven. He is her enemy’s friend, so he is her enemy. It was all Sujamal’s dream as Jodha disappears.
Sharifudden says they used Sujamal to get Amer which is in their hand now and he can harm them, so they have to kill him first. They come to his tent only to see that Sujamal has left for somewhere.
Bharmal (Jodha’s father) comes to the Mughals and says they are not friends, but they are only here to talk about Amer. The Mughals and Bharmal do some taunting and Sharifudden ask to bring his Sons and they come, as Bharmal is distraught to see them beaten up mercilessly, but he’s happy they didn’t bow down to the Mughals. He ask what Sharifudden wants. He says 5000 gold coins every month, Mewat’s palace renovation, and whenever there’s war, it’s on the Amers to take care of their (Mughals) soldiers and animals. He says as long as they keep doing that, his Sons will be safe here.
Bharmal ask what if he doesn’t agree to his will? Sharifudden says He will do exactly what he did to Suryabhan to his Sons! The other Mughal interrupts and says agree to him now, but will do everything right as he is his friend (once saved by Bharmal a long tine ago). Bharmal agrees and Sharifudden laughs.
Jalal is happy over the happenings and says Sharifudden won his heart and he will definitely give him a gift to compensate him for that.
Maham Agna on other side says Adham Khan did great by winning Malwa’s war and now, it’s time to talk about Adham Khan and Bakshi with Jalal.
Jalal and Maham Agna meets and congratulates themselves for the victories. Maham Agna talks about Bakshi’s remarriage and Jalal says he will do with the one who has won the battles and Maham Agna thinks it’s Adham Khan and says he won Malwa. Jalal says but Amer’s victory is the biggest and will do Bakshi-Sharifudden marriage. Maham Agna is shocked but pretends to be happy. Jalal thanks her for the idea.
In Amer, all are tensed at their situation and how long they will be able to follow the Mughal’s conditions for Soldiers’ safety who are in prison, and what is their future and how long will they be arrested? Jodha is still very positive and says we women will not go for Jauhur but will go for war against the Mughals but the brothers says it will harm Bharmal’s image. Bharmal says they will continue with their demands and will find a solution to that.
Jodha comes to the lord to pray and says why they are in this situation, do something and she wished that if she was a man, then they would have faught against Jalal.
On the otherside, Shariffudden keeps increasing his demands.
Jalal gets to know that none other Maham Agna is behind the killing of Bairam Khan. He is distraught and he contemplates whether to ask Maham Agna about it, but he decides not to ask her.
It is shown that he (Jalal) married Bairam’s wife so that his wife and son will not suffer.
Maham Agna is every disturbed at what is happening, as all her plans are failing. She sees two soldeirs informing Jalal that Adham Khan though won the war, but destroyed Malwa, and brutally killed people and also tells that the amount received from there didn’t get to Agra at all. Jalal is somewhat angry! Maham Agna is highly tensed and thinks he shouldn’t meet Adham Khan now otherwise, things will become sore.
Back to Amer, everybody is worried as Shariffudden keeps on increasing the demands and they are not finding any solution to it. One man, by the name Khan who was saved once by Bharmal in the fight against the Pathans gives Bharmal an advice to make friendship with Jalal so that his Sons will get free from them, but Bharmal doesn’t agree as it’s against his ego.
