Maham Agna informs Adham Khan through a man that Jalal is coming to Malwa and to stay alert.
Bharmal imagines his young image one as the devil and the other one as positive. He is confused as what to choose – to bow down or to fight? He is frustrated.
Jalal is again informed about Adham Khan’s wrongdoings in Malwa, so he decides to go to Malwa to see for himself.
Jodha is sleeping and suddenly wakes up thinking someone has attacked her. She remembers Suryabhan’s head and thinks as if she has received her brothers head as well, and gets scared to death. Jodha is terrified and shouts!! It was her dream. Her mother comes and says no one is there, just calm down, nothing has happened. Her Grandma comes and says nothing will happen to her brother. Her Mother comes to Bharmal and says this doubt is in everybody’s heart that the Mughals will come someday and give them the heads of their Sons. She ask him to do something. She is worried about Shaguni’s talk about Jodha’s fate. Bharmal is thinking deeply and ponders over the advice given to him by his Mughal’s friend to be friends with Jalal. Bharmal says he has to meet him.
Adham Khan is seen enjoying the dance of the girls he is drinking and enjoying with, when Jalal comes and says stop! He comes to Adham Khan who says he is to congratulate him for the Malwa (Debris). Jalal says Problem comes without telling anyone and knows everything. He puts his sword on Adham Khan’s neck and ask if he killed kids and oldies in war? Adham Khan says elephant doesn’t see who is under his feet. Adham Khan ask to lower the sword. Jalal says he is the King first, then brother. He is about to kill Adham Khan when Maham Agna comes in between them. His sword is on her neck and she ask Jalal to listen first. Jalal lowers his sword. Maham Agna with tears says that if he kills him, then what will the people say? Jalal says he accepted his crime and Adham Khan denies ever doing that. Maham Agna says he is the King and if he kills him but without proof, what will the people say? Jalal says okay, he will get the proof first, then will decide and he won’t allow anyone to kill kids, oldies and women! Adham Khan ask what about the harem and Maham Agba slaps him. Jalal says women in harem are being won in war and they respect them and do not kill them brutally and he leaves saying this.
Voiceover – Maham Agna wiped all the proofs against Adham Khan. Jalal is standing infront of the murdered women and Maham Agna says they were coming in favour of Adham Khan, but they were killed by someone else. Jalal ask for proofs against Adham Khan. Maham Agna points to Adham Khan and he sits in Jalal’s feet and says sorry for earlier on. Jalal says he will not accept brutal killing and he stopped just because of Maham Agna but won’t spare him afterwards and he leaves.
Flashback is shown. Maham Agna is the same woman who says Adham Khan killed their friend. Maham Agna tries to bribe them but they ask for Jalal and Maham Agna says they will have to make a sacrifice to meet Jalal and ask Resham to kill them and for the sake of Adham Khan, he kills them. Fb ends.
Adham Khan is angry, as Jalal has insulted him infront of everyone, even with the fact that he won the Malwa (debris). Maham Agna ask him to calm down. Adham Khan says he will cut Jalal’s head in war! Maham Agna says Jalal is a warrior and he’s nothing, Jalal is everything and he’s just a small prick. He will sweep him in one move, so he should never think to go for war against Jalal, and he obliges and sits down quietly.
Bharmal in shawl is going somewhere and meet his Mughal friend and says no one should know that he is ready to meet Jalal, as he hasn’t even told his family yet. Suddenly, they hear some noise and someone comes in and it is Jodha. Bharmal is shocked to see her and tries to give an explanation for his deed, but Jodha stops him from giving any explanation and says he is a King first, so he should first think as a King than as a father. She does his aarti and wishes him a luck for whatever he is going for.
Maham Agna does her prayer and comes to meet Jalal and he informs her that he is going to Amer.
On the other side, Bharmal and the Mughal friend of his meet some soldiers in their way who informs them about Jalal’s visit to Amer. The Mughal comes to meet Jalal and updates him with the current scenario and informs him that the Amer King, Bharmal wants to meet him. Jalal is happy and agrees to meet him.
Bharmal greets Jalal and Jalal says he will be happy if he calls him India’s King. Jalal ask what is his problem? Bharmal says Shariffudden keeps changing his demands every now and then. Jalal interrupts and says he should have some snacks, as he came after a long journey. Bharmal sweetly denies it and says he is accepting their every demand so return their Sons back to them. Jalal says they won the war, so they have full right on Amer now. Bharmal says it was a small war. Jalal gets up and says so, do one on one war, once again. Bharmal says he is afraid, but doesn’t want bloodshed. Jalal ask and says so what! Bharmal ask for another solution and his Mughal friend interrupts and says He has one solution and that’s to make relations and take Jodha’s name. Bharmal gets up from his place and ask him to stop, as the Mughals don’t know the limit, whether in war or relations! Jalal says he is right, Amer is his, so is Amer everything, Amer’s queen, and he can make any women his harem’s queen. He leaves.
Bharmal ask Chuqtai Khan (his Mughal friend) what he has done now? He says he was just suggesting to save Amer on his behalf. Bharmal says whether Amer is destroyed or not, he will not allow this marriage! Chuqtai Khan tries to reason with him that he will have India’s King as his Son-in-law and Jodha will rule India alongside Jalal, as she will become the queen of the whole India from a small state queen. Bharmal is still not ready and says he can’t do this, as he is a Rajput and can’t bow down. Chuqtai Khan says somethings happen for good and this way, Amer will be safe. Bharmal thinks of Jodha’s words to think as King first, then as a father.
Everybody in Jalal’s hall is saying what is the need of the Marriage? Bharmal comes and Jalal says he thought of it a lot and discussed it with his Ministers and he’s ready for this Marriage (Nikkah). He ask Bharmal for his decision and he says he is ready for the marriage, only for the sake of Amer. Jalal is happy and congratulates him and ask Chuqtai Khan to free Bharmal’s Sons and make him meet them as well. Bharmal takes his leave and Jalal smiles broadly.
Chuqtai Khan says that Amer is now totally safe so is his Sons. Bharmal says he is worried about how he will meet his Jodha; how to face her having made her Jalal’s, the same man she hates the most. Chuqtai says he made the right decision, as Shariffuddin had an evil eye on Jodha, but she is safe now, as she is Jalal’s now.
One Minister asks why this Marriage (Nikkah)? Jalal says if he brought her here forcefully, people would hate him. But now, these Rajputs will give him respect and will always honour him and secondly, this will increase business, and thirdly, the Rajputs will not fight against them, but will instead, fight for them. The Minister says what a thought…! He is truly following his Uncle’s teachings and praises him.
Jodha and her Mother are worried as Bharmal hasn’t gotten back home yet. All her brothers start to leave in search of him and the younger brother, Maan Singh also wants to go. Bharmal comes with his head down very much tensed and Jodha’s mother ask about their Sons and why they are not back with him? Bharmal says their Sons and Amer are safe now and their Sons will come back. Jodha’s mother ask how this could happen? Bharmal says because of some friend’s right suggestion. They ask about it, but he says he is tired and want to rest and retries to his room. Jodha says her brothers are safe and hugs her Mother who is not convinced and worries about the future.
Jodha comes running and informs her Sister-in-laws that her 3 brothers are safe and sound and will come back soon. All are happy and Jodha says she is so proud of her dad as he hasn’t only saved Amer, but didn’t let their pride down.
Jodha comes to the Palace’s temple and prays to the Lord to set all things right.
Jalal on the other hand is with the Priest praying. The Priest says now, the time is going to change and says this time will tell how God plays his game.
Maham Agna is offering prayers when she hears some noise which disturbs her. She comes out angrily and sees a woman sitting on the ground. She shouts at her and says to punish her for distracting her during her prayers! The woman talks about Quran and Maham Anga fumes.
One Servant comes and informs her about the Marriage (Nikkah) of Jodha-Akbar.
