Sid tells his Parents that DD’s house and Office has been raided by tax officials and he has to go home.
He tells his father to call the new tax commissioner who is his friend.
He says DD may be anything, but she won’t do something illegal.
The tax Official says the money is 20 million and DD will have to come with them!
Sid returns home and rushes to Roshni. He then goes to DD and reminds her that he told her investing in Mr. Mehta’s deal was a big mistake, if she had the money now, she would have given it to them.
In his heart, he says he has enough money in his bank account, but can’t give it to her because of Roshni.
DD tells Rajveer to please get them out of the situation! She tells Mona to take care of Roshni and Grandmother, while she follows the Officials.
The Official informs her that they can’t take her because the business is in Roshni and Grandmother’s names.
Roshni and Grandmother are shocked.
The Official says they will have to come with them! DD says they can’t take them, as the business is in their names, but she owns the business and they can’t drag her Mother and daughter into it!
Grandmother starts to feel dizzy and she goes to sit on a couch.
Sid tries to reason with them, but the Men say they don’t have any choice, but to cooperate because they owe a lot of money!
Sid says it seems they don’t want to talk to them nicely, and they look more like thugs than government officials, and shouldn’t talk to women like that.
The Official says Sid called them thugs, so they will show him what thugs can actually do! He sends his Men to go and get Roshni and her Grandmother!
One of the Men pulls Roshni’s hand and Sid pushes him away from her.
Everyone stares at him in shock.
Sid says they understand the law, and unless there is a female officer with them, they can’t touch his wife!
The boss says he will turn Sid’s life into a nightmare for daring to touch a government official!
Rajveer begs the Officials on behalf of Sid. The boss says he is giving them one last chance, they should pay the money in exactly one hour, and after that, they will begin their work!
Sid goes to Grandmother to tell her not to worry, as he will fix everything.
DD tells him to be quiet, he has done enough already, and he should go back to where he belongs, because she can’t believe he hit a government Official!
Roshni says Sid did that to protect her and he did what any husband would have done!
DD tells Sid to go to the Office!
Sid says his wife and Grandmother need him, so he is not going anywhere.
DD says Rajveer will take care of them, so he should go!
Roshni says if Sid goes, I will go too.
Sid begs her to look after Grandmother, as she needs her, and to trust him as well.
He leaves.
The Officials ask Kesar to present bills of all transactions! Kesar tries to buy them out, but they fumes. Pratima is worried about the matter. Bablu comes to explain to the Officials all the details. He tells Kesar not to tell anything to the Officials or DD. He says he will handle it all.
DD calls up Mr. Mehta for help, but doesn’t get encouraging response. She rues… that she doesn’t know how all this happened! Where to get money from now!
Rajveer is with DD. He apologises for telling her to invest in the deal.
DD says it’s not his fault, and she will have to find a way to raise the money!
She says she has something embarrassing to ask him. He says she can ask him anything. DD says she was wondering if she could get the money from him, and pay him back?
Rajveer says he is making some contacts.
Rajveer comes out of DD’s room and sees Samaira. She asks him why he is only helping DD when Roshni is in trouble too, and DD who has always been very proud of her money, so let her save herself with her money!
Rajveer tells her she is wrong, and family is family.
Grandmother and Mona were listening. Grandmother tells Mona that she must have done something good to have such a wonderful Son-in-law. Mona says Sid is also a wonderful Son-in-law. She only prays that Samaira changes her ways, and that DD accepts Sid the same way she has accepted Rajveer.
Sid is on the phone with the Commissioner, Mr. Sharma. He says he wants to speak to him about the raid that happened in DD house.
He is shocked at the response he gets. He says I knew it, the way they were behaving, I knew it! He thanks his Dad for his contact and tells Prashant to come with him.
His Parents try to find out what the commissioner said, but Sid leaves in a hurry.
Simran tells Raj to call the Commissioner back and ask him what happened?
The Officials arrive and say time ends now! They are about to arrest Roshni. DD begs the Man to give her more time to get his money.
Sid is rushing back and keeps trying Roshni s number. Sid calls Roshni, but the agent takes her phone and says no phone calls! He calls DD, but she says she can’t talk to him now! He calls Kesar and he says the tax Officers took the papers from the office and they’ve gone home.
Sid tells Prashant to drive faster! They get to a traffic light and Sid tells Prashant to go to his Parents to tell them what has happened, while he makes his way to DD’s house.
Sid gets home and meets everyone thanking Rajveer for what he has done for them today. The agents are gone.
Roshni tells Sid that Rajveer helped them today. Sid asks Roshni why she didn’t pick her phone when he tried to reach her? Roshni says her phone was taken from her, but Rajveer paid 20 million and it was sorted out. Rajveer smirks at Sid. Sid stares at Rajveer. Sid asks Rajveer to call the Police. DD says what is the use! Rajveer has balanced everything, so don’t act to be a good Son-in-law, as he is always too late and Rajveer has taken care of it instead!
Roshni says they only left like 10 minutes ago and what’s the problem?
Sid says they didn’t need to pay them a penny!
DD asks if she should have allowed them take her daughter and her Mother! Sid says she should stop blaming him for everything, the Men were fakes, they didn’t have any authority to come to her house, because they were not tax Officials!
Everyone is shocked and ask him how he knows? He says he knows some people in the tax Office and they need to call the Police.
DD says they need to go and meet Kesar in the Office and they will do the calling in the morning! She tells Rajveer that she will return his money no matter what! She and Rajveer are about to leave for the Office when DD suddenly turns around and asks Sid if he is waiting for her to call him along?
Sid is surprised.
Grandmother tells him that this is the first time DD has listened to him. She begs him to go and help his Mother-in-law get out of this mess. Roshni feels proud seekng Sid getting respected.
DD, Sid, Rajveer and Kesar are in DD’s Office and the Police Inspector is there with them.
He confirms that the tax Office had no plans to raid her house.
DD tells them to try and sort out the problem and catch the culprits!
She leaves the room with the Policeman, and Rajveer thanks Sid for saving DD. Sid says she’s his family and he will do anything to save his family. Sid says who did this?
Kesar says he thinks the person who set the entire thing up is jealous of DD and wants to ruin her business.
Resham returns home and Mona asks how her sister is doing? Resham says she is fine. She says she heard about the income tax Officials coming to raid the house and Office. Mona tells her everything.
Samaira complains that her husband gave DD money, but nobody cares about that! Mona asks her if they are not trying to help Rajveer get his money back!
Resham says if Rajveer hadn’t given them the money, they would have taken Roshni and Grandmother.
Samaira tells Resham that she has said enough, and she keeps acting like a bubble head!
Roshni tells Samaira that it’s enough; Resham is older than her.
Samaira says DD is also older than Roshni and she does not respect her!
Roshni warns her not to interfere in matters that doesn’t concern her!
Samaira says gone are the days she used to keep quiet because Roshni was rich, but now Sid has no money!
Mona raises her hand to slap Samaira, but Roshni holds her hand and tells her not to slap her.
Mona tells Samaira that she has changed and to think that Roshni is even still stopping her from slapping her? She tells Samaira to apologise!
Samaira says she won’t apologise, and infact the tax authorities should have taken Roshni and Grandmother away, so they know what hardship is!
She says Roshni is living in the house still, with her poor husband because DD doesn’t want her to face any hardships! She walks away and Mona apologises on her behalf.
Roshni tells Mona not to worry; they are cousins and will always make up.
Roshni begs Resham not to feel bad about the things Samaira said.
Resham says elders always make fun of her, but today, her niece also made fun of her. She walks away in tears.
Bablu and Pratima are walking at night. He asks how the Men were able to come into the Office and they couldn’t detect? Pratima sees one of the Men who pretended to be tax Official and points him out to Bablu .
They dock behind a car to eavesdrop on his phone conversation.
The Man tells the caller that he is coming to collect the money and the Police are after them because DD is not just some ordinary woman! He says he will be there in 10 minutes.
Bablu takes a photo of him and tells Pratima that the evidence will help them catch the Men.
Sid and Rajveer are with DD in her Office. She tells Rajveer that she will pay him back his money. He tells her not to worry about it for now.
Kesar brings DD a list of people who have incurred a loss due to their profit.
DD squeezes the list and flings it!
It lands by the door where Bablu and Pratima are standing and Bablu picks it up.
DD asks if he is laughing at her and here to enjoy it? She tells him to please get out of her Office!
Bablu shows her the photo of the Man on the phone and asks if he was the one who came to raid the Office?
DD asks how does he know?
Kesar says Bablu was around earlier in the day.
DD says the Man is not important, but where he is standing is what is important; he’s in front of Mr. Mehta’s Office!
DD comes to Mehta’s house and surprises him, and finds him having a drink. She takes his glass of drink and shoves it in his face. She asks why he framed her in a fake income tax raid!
He asks what she is talking about?
DD says she knows what he did and she should have known not to trust him because he is Krish’s father!
He asks how she could threaten him at his home, and what gives her the confidence since she came alone!
DD angrily slaps him and warns him not to take her for a weak person because she is a woman!
He warns her and says he will not allow her to succeed in her usual quest to compete with Men; he knows how to bruise her ego! He advances towards her and Sid, Rajveer and Kesar enter the room.
Sid and Rajveer warn him from going near DD or threatening her!
Mr. Mehta tells someone to get the Police! DD says they already did that.
The Police arrive and say they are arresting him for the raid!
Mr. Mehta says he didn’t do anything!
The Police say the thugs said he was the one who sent them!
Sid starts to believe that Mr. Mehta is actually telling the truth, but he doesn’t say anything.
