Meet is about to open it but gets called by a Servant. Meet takes the picture with her, and tells him that she will take a look at it later and leaves. Ishani takes Pratap with her.
Ishani and Ragini are in the Kitchen. Ishani tells Ragini that when she didn’t know her properly, she assumed that she was very selfish and rude, and now she found out that she was wrong. Ishani asks Ragini if she doesn’t get tired of all this responsibilities? Ragini tells her that she is also like her, when she helped Meet and helped her too, which means she has accepted them as a family, right?
Meanwhile, Ram is listening to them and Ram thinks that he has to get Ishani’s Phone at any cost to find out who is Ishani’s father and if he can consider her as a part of the family or not. Ram comes into the kitchen and starts praising Ishani for helping Meet to save Meet Alhawat. Ram asks Ishani about her full name, Ishani impulsively replies Ishani and that’s it!
Meet and Ishani meets outside the house and Meet tells Ishani that it’s time to find out if Neelam is okay, or she’s being Laila, and watches her in their smart watch.
Neelam is praying for the well being of Meet Alhawat ands asks God to help Meet Alhawat to recover fast.
Meet watches her and says that it’s Neelam and don’t know if she’s acting like that. Meet asks Ishani to if she’s ready to help her? Ishani replies, yes.
Meet opens the door of Neelam’s room and leaves it opened. Neelam gets up to check who opened it. Meet and Ishani are talking about a picture of a person and saying that they have to catch this guy to know the exact name of the poison. Neelam is listening to them.
Wind blows and all the papers and portrait of the person scatters. Neelam picks up the portrait and takes it to Meet and asks her, whose sketch is that? Meet thinks that she’s acting like she doesn’t know the person, and really suffering from split personality disorder. Neelam starts crying and tells Meet to send her to the hospital. Meet tells her not to worry because it’s all done by Laila not her and tells her to go and rest in her room.
Meet Alhawat and Meet are together in a room. Meet Alhawat says that Neelam really might suffer from split personality disorder. Meet says this could be true, but she was shivering and sweating after seeing the picture. Meet says that she might do anything after seeing it and that will be the perfect time to catch her. Meet Alhawat tells Meet that they know really well that Neelam can go crazy, and he won’t let Meet do anything again.
Meet hugs him and tells that she believes in their love more, and if she tries to come after her, he will be there to save her. Meet Alhawat tells Meet that after whatever happened to him, he’s feeling weaker day by day, and if she needed his help, what will he able to do? Meet says that she believes that he will save her no matter what.
Raj is trying to contact all the doctors and higher authorities from around the world to try and get an antidote for the poison that has been injected into Meet Ahlawat.
Babita starts crying and says that their Son has never even thought negatively about someone, then why is god punishing him? Raj says they are helpless, even though they have a Pharmacy Company and cured thousands of Patients, yet they still don’t have the antidote for Meet Alhawat.
Meet goes inside Neelam’s room and tells Neelam that nobody is ready to allow her into this house and she has to go to the Mental Asylum in few days. Neelam agrees with her and says that she is also against Laila, and doesn’t have any control over it, and if she had, she would have gotten the antidote from her till now. Meet tells her not to worry because she has found the antidote for Meet Alhawat. Neelam says, really? Meet tells her that she has asked the Hospital to get the Waste from the Hospital from which she can get the empty bottle of the poison.
Meet gets a call and Ishani calls her acting like she’s from the Hospital and says that they have sent the waste to their house. Neelam listens to it and gets anxious.
Meet tells Neelam that the medical waste has been delivered and she will go and check it, now Meet Ahlawat will be cured soon, and it’s a good opportunity to defeat Laila. Meet leaves.
Meet goes outside the room and meets Ishani, Meet asks her if she got any parcel of her name? Ishani says yes and tells her that she also checked it and found waste inside it, so she threw it away. Meet shouts at her and tells her that she should have asked her before. Ishani says that she didn’t know that it belonged to her. Meet asks her, where did she throw it away. Ishani says that she dumped it inside the dustbin of municipality. Neelam listens to them.
Meet goes outside to check the dustbin and thinks that whatever will happen here, will be recorded in the camera. Meet prays that Neelam should come here. Meet is checking all the dustbins and piles of garbage. Meet thinks, why isn’t Neelam here yet? Meet decides to go inside the dustbin and wait for Neelam.
Ram goes inside Ishani’s room and asks her if she wants to go to the Temple with the family. She refuses and tells him that she got other plans with Meet. Ram turns back to leave, but apologises to her and tries to ask her father’s name. Ishani asks him to leave.
Meet covers her face and goes inside a dustbin and waits for Neelam. Meet gets flashbacks about she and Ishani planning to catch Neelam.
Meet is sitting inside a dustbin and Neelam shuts the lid and locks it. Meets gets scared and starts knocking on the lid and starts shouting “who’s outside!”.
Neelam places two concrete blocks on the lid of the dustbin. Meet tries to push the lid open, but fails. Neelam is enjoying and says that everyone thinks that Laila takes over whenever she sees Meet and Meet Ahlawat together, that’s her trigger point. But nobody knows that Laila is so strong that Laila can take over Neelam whenever she wants! Neelam picks kerosene can and pours it on the dustbin. Meet sees her in her watch through the security cameras.
Neelam says that Laila and Neelam are one person, and nobody can get when it’s Neelam or Laila! Neelam lights a matchstick and throws it on the garbage dump and it all ignites. Meet is shouting from inside. Neelam says that she is Laila, who has no mercy for anybody! Meet is suffocating inside. Neelam says that Meet will never know the truth behind her split personality!
Ishani rushed and shows up, she calls Meet. Meet shouts from the dustbin. Ishani starts calling for help. Neelam shows up from behind and hits Ishani with a wooden baton and Ishani faints. Meet sees Neelam in her watch. Laila says that she doesn’t like if somebody tries to get in between!
Meet shouts Meet Alhawat’s name. Meet Ahlawat was sleeping and listens to her call. Meet Ahlawat struggles to get up from the bed. Neelam is laughing at Meet, she gives her a last goodbye, and says that she’s leaving so she can act like Neelam again.
Meet is still suffocating inside. Meet Ahlawat shows up and starts shouting her name. Meet tells Meet Ahlawat that she’s inside the dustbin and tries to open it. Meet Ahlawat also faints by the smoke coming from that flames. Meet gets even more scared.
Meet Ahlawat is on the ground. Meet is stuck inside the dustbin surrounded by fire, she shakes the dustbin a lot from inside and comes out of it. Meet shouts and encourage Meet Ahlawat to save her.
Meet Ahlawat gets up and rush to open the water tap, he connects the pipe and throws the water at fire to help Meet. Meet rush to him and hugs him.
Laila says in sometime, Meet will be dead and everyone will be crying for her, I’ll act like Neelam and pray for her in front of everyone. Laila is waiting for the news of Meet’s death.
Meet says to everyone I need to tell you something important that Neelam is acting, she doesn’t have split personality disorder and shows them the video recording.
Laila getting anxious says it so silent, this time too, she got rescued, I’ll not stop until I kill her!
Raj says why didn’t you tell us, what if something bad had happened to you? Meet says Meet Ahlawat was there to protect me. Babita says it’s enough, I’ll call the Police and ask them to take her! Meet says not now when we know she is doing drama so it will be easy for us tackle her, after all, only Neelu knows about the poison so she is important for us.
Raj says I cannot believe after all that’s happening, she will be here. Ragini says she must be angry a lot, we can’t keep her here.
Laila walks inside home and sees Meet standing there.
Babita says we will take Meet Ahlawat to America for his treatment, contact every Doctor but that girl won’t stay here anymore! Meet Ahlawat says Meet is right try to think one time.
Meet sees Neelam and ask everyone to get normal. Raj ask about the medicine?
Neelam walks out. Raj ask Meet to take Meet Ahlawat to his room.
Meet and Meet Ahlawat are in the room. Meet ask him to get up so that she can give him sponge bath. Meet Ahlawat makes fun of her.
