Flashback shows Shagun emotionally blackmailed Raj to tell in front of press conference that Sumeet married Raunak and she will get divorce papers ready. Once Sumeet gets divorced she can get her happiness back.
Sumeet tells Raj why is he lying to the media?
Poonam tells Shlok that both brother and sister are liars and he should not feel any sympathy towards them.
Raj lies that while doing tilak he had seen Raunak’s face but had kept the truth hidden. Shagun also shows some pictures of Raunak in shehra.
Sumeet shouts that everything is fake. Shlok asks Raj why was he hiding the truth so far. Raj tells about Shagun being their old enemy and he didn’t want Sumeet to go to her home so he and Sumeet fabricated the plan to say Sumeet married Shlok. Sumeet cries and asks Raj why is saying so many lies. He says he cannot see Sumeet facing all the humiliation and says truth is Sumeet is married to Raunak.
Shlok looks at Sumeet and recalls her saying she will prove he is her husband.
Once Raj leaves Sumeet follows him outside and questions why he lied so much, a moment later she smiles and they join hand together as it was their plan to fool Shagun.
Shagun throws flowers at Sumeet. She feels dizzy. Raj asks what happened? She says, maybe dehydration. He makes her drink water and says, your brother is with you. Raunak comes forward for grah pravesh ritual. Raj thinks they should have been here by now. Shagun comes forward with a pot for the ritual and says in her mind, after this, it will be the end of Sumeet. Your brother will cry all his life. I will take revenge with both of you together. Shagun does arti and then asks Sumeet to kick the pot and enter the house.
Sumeet walks forward, but is still feeling dizzy. She is about to kick it when Police walk in and say stop. Raunak and Shagun are shocked. Police officer tells Raunak that he is under arrest for Priya’s murder. Raunak says I didn’t commit any murder. The officer shows them a video in which a guy with sehra is murdering Priya. This was planned by Sumeet, Raj in order to get Raunak arrested and if he wants to be saved, then he will have to confess that he wasn’t in marriage altar that day.
The officer asks Raunak, it was him behind the sehra, right? Raunak says yes, but he didn’t commit any murder. The officer further says, the tattoo that’s on Raunak’s hand is on that person’s hand as well in video. Raunak continues saying he didn’t kill anyone. The officer tells his Colleagues to arrest him.
Raunak takes Shagun on a side and says, if I say that I was not in the Marriage altar, then everyone will know it’s Shlok who got married to Sumeet. Shagun says, don’t worry, I will fix everything. Sumeet gets dizzy and faints. Shagun says in her mind, if it was your ploy to call Police here, then you won’t be able to be saved.
Sumeet is taken to a hospital by Raj and Shlok. Doctor checks her and says that she was poisoned. Did she try to commit suicide? Raj says, she would never do that. The Doctor says, they can’t give antidote until they find which poison she was given. Raj and Shlok are worried.
Shagun is on a call to arrange her meeting with minister to get Raunak out of the jail. Raj storms in and asks what poison she gave. Shagun acts clueless. Raj gets furious and says he is sure that she has done something. She says, she also thinks they did something and because of that her son is in jail.
Suddenly, Sumeet agreed that Raunak is her husband and then shortly after he got arrested. She asks to be excused as she needs to go to save Raunak. He grab her hand. She says she loves her son a lot and she can do anything to save him. She tells him that if he wants to save his sister, then tell her the truth what they did which sent her son to the jail. She leaves.
Sumeet’s treatment continues. Raunak is locked up. He asks a constable for water. Before he drinks, Shlok comes in and throws the glass away from Raunak’s hand. He grabs him and asks what poison he gave to Sumeet. Crowd has gathered outside and they demands for Raunak’s release saying he’s innocent.
The Doctor informs Raj that they did number of tests, but it will take 4-5 hours for the results which might be too late. He tells him to find out about the poison urgently. Raunak tells Shlok that he will give him the poison name, but he needs a favor first. He makes Shlok bring water for him, clean his shoes. After that, he asks Shlok to lick the shoes so it shines. This time, Shlok gets angry and pulls his leg. He falls down. Raunak says, he won’t give poison name and asks Shlok to get lost.
Raj cries recalling his and Sumeet’s memories. He recalls Shagun’s words about telling her how he and Sumeet sent Raunak to jail. Raj says, to save Sumeet, he will have to tell Shagun that Priya is alive and they did this drama to save Sumeet from Shagun.
Shlok starts singing. Raunak asks him to stop. Shlok says, now you will have to give me poison name. I am your strength and I am your weakness. Should I go outside and sing 2 lines in front of your fans? They will know who is real wonderboy. Raunak says, you can’t do that, you signed contract.
Shlok says, to hell with the contract, I can do anything to save Sumeet. Now he blackmails Raunak. Raunak agrees to give him the poison name. Meanwhile, Raj is calling Shagun, but she is not answering. He gets a call from Shlok. Shlok says he found out the poison name and hospital where antidote is available.
The Doctor tells Raj to tell him within 15 minutes. Shlok thinks hospital is 45 minutes away, how will he reach in 15 minutes?
Shlok is on his way to hospital with the antidote. Doctor informs Raj if it’s going to take time for Shlok, then find out about the antidote from nearby hospitals. Raj sits beside Sumeet and gives her strength.
The Doctor tells him to make sure that she doesn’t fall asleep else she will go in coma. Shlok gets into an accident and is badly injured. Raj is trying his best to keep Sumeet awake. He then goes to Mata Rani and prays. Shlok regains his consciousness. He gets up and gets going. Raj says, please come fast, Shlok.
Shlok arrives at the hospital. He is running and bumps into a staff. Antidote bottle goes flying.
