Zara comes to Salma’s house, she hugs her and makes her sit down. Salma asks if everything is fine? Zara says tell me one thing, what is husband and wife’s duties? Salma says husband goes out of the house, they work hard, fight with everyone to bring bread and butter home and the wife take care of her husband, she makes home for them, she becomes a support for husband and provide them support in their troubles. Zara says you are right but the world has changed, women can take care of themselves, husbands take responsibility, but they dont respect their wives, women are standing up, today, Abida took the step against her husband and very soon, all the women will stand against injustice. Salma says calm down, you think so much, I will bring dates for you, she leaves.
Zara murmurs that if Kabeer had taken her side in the Sharia board, then we would have been enjoying our chat together. She gets Abida’s call and says what? Waseem? forcing you? I am coming, she ends the call.
Zara calls Kabeer and says Abidah is in trouble, I have to go, Kabeer says you are not going anywhere! Zara ends the call and leaves.
Zara is driving on her bike. Kabeer is in the house and says I don’t know where she’s going, I should go and ask Waseem. Meraj calls him and asks how is he? I wanted to suggest you keep a control on your Wife, otherwise it would bring problems into your life. Kabeer says what are you trying to say? Meraj laughs and ends the call.
Meraj calls Nilofar and says Zara is going to Abidah’s house, you have to send Kabeer there, it will bring a gap between them and Kabeer will give her second divorce, just send Kabeer behind her.
Nilofar comes to Kabeer and asks if he is fine? Kabeer says I am worried about Zara, she has gone to meet some woman. Nilofar says Abidah? I know her address, she tells him the house address, Kabeer says this is not a lie, right? She says no, he thanks her and leaves.
Nilofar calls Meraj and says the work is done, he says you have made me happy, he ends the call.
Zara comes to Abidah’s house and looks around, she doesn’t find anyone in the house. She sees some envelopes there and sees it’s a Wedding invitation of Abida and Qaseem.
Abidah is dressed as a bride, Waseem says to her that you have to marry Qaseem, otherwise I will make your life hell! His daughter asks him to leave her mother! Abidah says don’t do so much injustice, be scared of God. The Daughter says father, you are bad. He says stop it! I will not spare you!
Meraj comes there and says you can marry Waseem after Qaseem divorces you.
Kabeer comes to Abidah’s house and finds Zara there, he hugs her tightly. Zara shows him the wedding card and says if you had listened to me, then Abidah wouldn’t be facing this, Waseem is forcing her into another Marriage. Kabeer says let me handle this. Zara says I have to go there and stop it, I can’t see injustice happening. Kabeer shouts that why don’t you ever listen to me?? They won’t let you there, let me go there and handle it! Zara says why are you shouting? He says sorry and says I will handle this issue.
Waseem grabs Abidah’s arm and asks her to marry Qaseem, otherwise it won’t be good for her, and he will hurt their daughter as well. Meraj says think about your daughter and marry him.
Zara asks Kabeer to promise to stop Abidah’s Nikah halala. Kabeer promises her and asks her to go home. Zara smiles and leaves.
Kabeer drives to the Wedding Venue. Abidah sits on stage with Qaseem to get married. Waseem smirks. She cries and says I agree to the marriage, she signs on the papers. Kabeer comes to venue and asks if the Nikah is done? The Priest says yes. Kabeer says I want to know if this bride was forced to do this marriage? They all say no, she wasn’t forced. Qaseem says she was not forced, she agreed to this marriage, you can ask her.
Kabeer comes to Abidah and says you can tell me if you were forced to do this marriage. Abidah recalls Waseem’s words that he will hurt their daughter.
Zara calls Kabeer and asks what is going on there? Did you get there and stop the Nikah? Kabeer says Abidah’s Nikah halala has already happened. Zara is stunned and says Nikah halala happened and you couldn’t save her? That wasn’t Nikah, but an injustice using religion, you couldn’t do anything? We didn’t get justice for a Poor girl. I am ashamed of myself! Kabeer ends the call. Zara screams and cries.
Kabeer comes home, Shahbaz asks him to have food. Kabeer asks where is Zara? Ayesha says she went to her father’s house, Ayesha asks him to have food, Kabeer says I am not hungry. Zeenat says why are you angry? Alina says you look cute in anger, Ayesha asks what’s the matter? Kabeer leaves there.
Zara meets Abidah and says Waseem made you marry Qaseem, so he doesn’t have to give expenses to you, think about your daughter, I know you were forced to do this marriage. Abidah says no, I took this decision on my own free will. Zara says why are you lying? Waseem will act like animal with you again, why are you backing out, just come to the Sharia board and give your statement, then nobody can do anything to you, your one statement can bring justice to many girls, my marriage is relying on this case, your one decision can destroy my marriage, would you want that? We are relying on you.
Abidah says you are right, I have to raise it, not for only myself, but for the Women of my Nation, I promise to come to the Sharia board tomorrow and give my statement.
Zara sees Qaseem coming and wears her Veil, she says to Abidah that I will wait for you tomorrow, she greets Qaseem and leaves.
Shahbaz says to Kabeer that you said very nice words for the Nation in the Sharia board. Shahbaz says to Kabeer that you have guts to become the Qazi, but your duties in the house too, like controlling your Wife, Women are pride of the house and if they go out of limit, then we have to control them and once this house’s pride is gone, then we can’t get it back, we will find solution to Abidah’s case, but you can find solution to Zara’s problems and you have to. Kabeer nods.
Zara says to Irfan and Salma that Kabeer told me that he would not let Abidah have halala, but he failed. Salma says don’t say that about your husband, you won’t find a good husband like Kabeer. Zara says why do people keep praising husbands and dont talk about Women? Think about Abidah, I promised to get her justice and I couldn’t get it because of Kabeer, she asks Irfan to help her and nullify Abidah’s Nikah halala. Salma says stop her, it must have been her fate.
Irfan says I can’t do anything if it’s wrong, but it’s under law. Zara says why are we not talking about halala? Everyone knows that Waseem forced her for that, it’s wrong and people have started halala as a business, Waseem is doing injustice. Irfan says those agencies that are taking money to do halala are wrong, we need proofs against them to take any action.
Zara says I have spoken to Abidah, she will come to give her statement. Irfan says you are going against Kabeer by doing this. Irfan says to Zara that God forbid, even if Abidah gives her statement and you are unable to prove your case, then what will you do? Zara says what’s wrong is wrong and God will prove it! I have faith in him, she leaves.
Zara comes home. Alina says Kabeer was angry, where were you? He didn’t eat anything, you can pacify him with your antics, you trapped him in your lure from the start. You do so much drama that if it was some other girl, then she would have gone to her room. Kabeer’s stomach grumbles, Zara says stop acting. She pulls him to have dinner, Kabeer starts eating, Zara makes him eat it.
Nilofar says to Meraj that I saw Kabeer and Zara enjoying dinner, they didn’t fight. Meraj says I thought that after Abidah’s case, they will fight. Nilofar says your planning failed again, I told you that Zara is very clever. Meraj slaps her and says she can be clever, but I will get them divorced at any cost!
Kabeer gets a call and says okay. He’s in the lounge and calls Zara. All come there. Kabeer says to Zara that why are you still perusing Abidah’s case when she married on her own? Zara says I have proofs that Waseem has forced her to marry Qaseem. Kabeer says you have started again? Abidah told me that she willingly agreed to marry again, it’s their personal life.
Zara says no, it’s about our religion, Waseem can force Abidah to marry Qaseem, if Nikah halala stops, then most women will not face injustice. Kabeer says the tradition that has been followed for 1400 years, you want to end it? You know that this tradition was made in favour of women. Kabeer asks Zara if she will take this case back or not? Zara says I am sorry, but I am bound by my thoughts and I want to prove a thing so I should be a given chance to. Kabeer says what if you can’t prove it? Zara says I will prove it. She holds his hands and look into his eyes. Kabeer looks on, Zara leaves. All are stunned.
Zara and Kabeer are in the Sharia board. Waseem comes there and introduces himself. Irfan asks him to stand in the witness box. Irfan asks what’s the matter? Waseem says I said sorry to Abidah about my mistakes, I went to Saudi Arabia, I got distracted by its luxuries, so I divorced Abidah.
Kabeer says I want to question him. Kabeer says I want to know if you ever forced Abidah into the Nikah halala? Waseem says never, Kabeer says why didn’t you give her her dowry and expenses after divorce? Waseem says I am ashamed of that.
Zara says are you not ashamed that you forced her for Nikah halala? Kabeer says this case is not about Nikah halala. Waseem says I requested her, but I never forced her into halala. Zara says you are lying. Waseem says no, I realized her value after she left, I realized I won’t find a wife like her and God wants me to remarry again and Abidah wants me back, so she did halala. Abidah recalls how Waseem said that if she doesn’t marry Qaseem, then he will hurt their daughter! Abidah says I wasn’t pressured into doing this. Zara is stunned and says what? Outside the board, people are chanting against Zara. Kabeer protects her. Zara looks at Abidah who is ashamed. Zara caresses her daughter’s head. Irfan sees it. The Reporter asks Zara what she wants to say about her defeat? Kabeer ask them to move away.
Zara recalls the flashback where Irfan says to her that “the situation is bad, you have to be careful, I told you if you don’t prove it, then it will be trouble for you” Flashback ends.
Ayesha and Shehbaz sees the TV. The Reporter says that Zara fought Abidah’s case and said that Abidah was forced into this halala, but Abidah said that she did it on her own.
The Media asks Kabeer if agrees with his Wife’s thoughts? Kabeer says not at all, this tradition was made in favour of the Women. The Reporter asks how he feels seeing his Wife lose? Kabeer says this was a case about right and wrong, it’s not about victory or defeat.
Shehbaz sees it on TV and asks what is going on? The Son makes name for us and his Wife destroys it, they have made a joke of us!
