The Inspector asks his men to take a picture of Nilofar and upload it on all news channels.
Ayesha sees Nilofer’s picture on the news and informs Zara and Zeenat about it. Zara says to herself, how could she forget about Nilofer in all of this? Zeenat overhears this and taunt her, how could she leave Nilofer to die in such a state?
At the hospital, Zara checks about Nilofer with Zeenat. The Police comes and asks her where did she find Nilofer? Zara says Nilofer had called her to meet her, she is about to tell her side of the story, when Zeenat asks her how she could call herself a leader for women, when she can’t even be a good human being?? There are other women from the NGO and Press present there, and Zeenat leaves no opportunity to taunt Zara. She tells God Forbid, if anything happens to Nilofer, you will be responsible for her death!
The Reporter says that the Police has found a girl on the road injured, she was stabbed by a knife. Everyone watched the news in Kabeer’s house and sees it’s Nilofar. All are stunned.
Zara cries and thinks how could I be so careless? In the hospital, Zeenat says to Zara that if you had thought about Nilofar, then this wouldn’t have happened, I am ashamed to even call you human! Zara is hurt hearing that.
Irfan says to Kabeer that I want your suggestion on Zara’s resignation. Kabeer says what can I say? It’s your decision. Khalid says to one member of the board that Zara didn’t care about Irfan and other’s respect, she doesn’t care about Kabeer, and he might divorce her. Kabeer asks Khalid what he’s saying? Khalid says everyone is talking about Zara leaving Nilofar to die to come here and win the case, so people can praise her, she didn’t even care for a dying person on the road. Kabeer pounces at him and asks what he is saying?
Irfan stops Kabeer and says it doesn’t suite him. Khalid says your Sister-in-law, Zeenat said this, he shows the Video of Zeenat in the hospital, “where Zeenat says to Zara that she left Nilofar to die, so she could help Abidah win a case“. Kabeer is stunned to see it, he asks everyone to leave. He says to Irfan that it must be a conspiracy against Zara. He leaves.
Zara recalls how Nilofar kept pleading with her to leave her and go win the case for Abidah, and how she has forced her to leave. Zara says I shouldn’t have left Nilofar, how could I? I should have taken her to the hospital.
Kabeer comes there. Zara hugs him and says you were right, I am selfish, I didn’t care about Nilofar, I was never like this, what just happened, what if Nilofar doesn’t wake up? It’s my fault! Kabeer says calm down, I don’t know what happened, but I am with you, Zara is stunned and says you will be with me? Kabeer says yes, you are my Wife and I will be with you on every step, it’s my duty, I will stand by you, dont be scared. Zara hugs him.
Hashmi says to his man that it’s time to drag the issues, make this a big problem! The man says we can make it a big issue to destroy Zara, but it can hurt Kabeer’s image too. Hashmi says the Driver doesn’t care about people falling down from the bus.
Waseem says to Miraj that you should leave this City, Nilofar can wake up at any moment. Miraj gets angry and says I won’t leave till I get my revenge, I will destroy Kabeer and Zara!
Shehbaz says to Zeenat that you shouldn’t have made an issue in the hospital, now everyone knows. Zeenat says I am sorry, but I got worried about Nilofar.
Kabeer comes there after making Zara sleep. Kabeer says I will handle the Media. Ayesha asks Shehbaz to stop Kabeer. Shehbaz l says let him go, he is the next Qazi, so he should know how to handle situations.
Kabeer comes out of the house and talks to the Media, the Media asks why Nilofar was living with them? Kabeer says yes she was in this house. Zara comes there too. Kabeer says Zara went to meet her, but this time, we should only pray for Nilofar’s health and don’t forget that you people are talking about Zara. He says Zara is a kind of person that would remain hungry for others, and Zara can never do such an act; the moon can stop shining, but Zara can never stop spreading helpfulness, and girls like Zara can never do such an act, stop blaming her.
Zara hears all that and thinks Kabeer has this place in his heart for me? She runs from there. Zara hides under the blanket.
Kabeer comes to their room, he sees her hiding and hides behind her. Zara takes a peek and doesn’t see him, she makes a face. Kabeer pokes her from behind, Zara grabs his ear and pulls him on the bed, she hides under the blanket. Kabeer says come out, I want to talk to you. Zara says no, don’t do what you’re thinking of doing. Kabeer comes under the blanket, she covers her face with her hands. Kabeer turns on the LED light and says what are you doing? he looks at her face and says if you did something else then tell me?
Zara says I am ready to sacrifice my all for you. Kabeer is surprised and says what do you want to sacrifice? Zara says you wanted me to lose morals for you, change myself for you, I am ready, she holds his hand and says I am ready to do anything for you, you know I said that my principles/morals are my life but.. you are my life, I will truly change my thoughts, my ways for you, I can do anything for you. Kabeer is stunned and says if you do it, then I will be the most luckiest person in this world, and if that happens, then it will be you, me and just happiness. Zara smiles at him. Kabeer takes off the blanket and pulls Zara down on the bed. He leans in towards her, but Zara covers her face with her scarf. Paniyon sa song plays… Kabeer laughs at her playfulness and tries to remove it.
A person in abaya/aba (Cloak/Burqa) is going to Nilofar’s wardroom. The Person fills injection and mixes it in Nilofar IV fluids. The Nurse comes to Nilofar’s room and sees her heart monitor showing straight line, she calls the Doctor. He checks her and tries to revive her, but the line is dead.
Kabeer moves in closer to Zara and pins her to the bed, he smiles at her and is about to kiss her, Zara leans to him, but he gets a call. Zara moves away.
Kabeer says this is the last time, I will keep the phone on silent, as from next time. He takes his call, Zara puts her arms around him. Kabeer is stunned. Zara asks what happened? Kabeer murmurs that Nilofar is dead. Zara is shocked and breakdowns. Kabeer hugs her and consoles her. Zara tells Kabeer everything, she tells him how Nilofar helped her and asked her to leave. Zara says how will we tell people that? Kabeer says don’t worry, I will handle everyone, Zara says I will go with you, I want to see her face one last time. Kabeer says okay, but there will be Media there, so you have to cover your face. In the morning, Shehbaz asks Kabeer why he gave his number to the hospital? Kabeer says Nilofar was staying with us, so I thought to help her. Shehbaz says you are a pious person but people tend to hurt people like you, so please be careful, Shehbaz says before another storm surrounds you, quickly do Nilofar’s last rituals and end this matter, I wish Nilofar wouldn’t have to see death like this and we had to answer people. Zeenat says I am sorry, but Nilofar died because of Zara, she is responsible for her death. Kabeer says what are you saying? Zara is innocent. Ayesha says he is right, Zara is our daughter-in-law and you are saying such things about her? Zeenat says the truth is always bitter and if you think that Zara didn’t leave Nilofar there, then say that on Quran. Kabeer says don’t bring religion into everything.
Zeenat says you are a Doctor of Islam and taking her side? Kabeer says the Doctor of Islam should take the sides of the right and it’s my duty to stand with Zara because she is right, if she was responsible for Nilofar’s death, then I wouldn’t have taken her side, but she didn’t do anything wrong.
Imran and Kabeer are discussing the rumors on social media that Zara was responsible for Nilofer’s death.
Khalid miyaa and Qazi Hashmi are inciting the crowds to spread rumours… as this will compel Kabeer to divorce Zara.
Zara wants to see Nilofer for one last time, as she feels very guilty. She puts on a burqa on Kabeer’s advise and goes to see her dead body in the morgue accompanied by Imran and Reema. As she is leaving, the Reporters bombard her with questions and demand replies. Kabeer comes to her rescue and asks the Reporters not to believe in rumours.
The Reporters then meet the Police.. they are informed that when Nilofer was brought to the hospital, she was alive and was responding to treatment, but she was murdered by some one. She died in the hospital… they were awaiting postmortem reports.
At Ahmad’s house, Shehbaz confronts Kabeer for not acting as per his principles. He desired Kabeer to become the Qazi, but he wasn’t doing anything for the benefit of society. Society was blaming Zara, but he was protecting her. He orders Kabeer to give divorce to Zara and work for the benefit of the society.
Shehbaz tells Kabeer that it was Eid al Adha… Islam demanded sacrifice, so was Kabeer ready to sacrifice his love and his marriage with Zara for the sake of his society? Kabeer is stunned.
Zara tells Kabeer that she wanted to change herself and do everything as Kabeer desired. She seeks permission to visit her Parents to wish them Eid mubarak. Kabeer agrees to accompany her to wish them.
It’s Id el adha day.. Zara wanted to sacrifice everything for her husband. Kabeer wants her to give up her stubbornness. Zara assures that she will sacrifice this.
