Kabeer cooks for Ayesha and then tries to convince her to eat. She refuses. Kabeer carries her and brings her to the dining table. Zara also comes. They both offer food to Ayesha. She says as long as Kabeer doesn’t divorce Rukshar, then she won’t eat at all. Now, Rukshar tries, but she fails to. Rukshar then asks Kabeer to give her divorce right now. She says she can go anywhere, nothing will happen if she dies, but if anything happens to Ayesha, then this house will break.
Qazi Irfan comes and praises Ruksar’s h tactics. He asks her if she really wanted divorce, then why did she file a complaint with the board? Shehbaz gets angry for taking matter out of the house! He asks Irfan what’s written in the complaint? Irfan says in the complaint, she says that she doesn’t have any problem with Kabeer, but his family is trying to make him divorce her wrongfully and she wants the board to stop this. Shehbaz asks Irfan what’s his opinion on this matter? Irfan says Kabeer’s duty prevents him for giving her divorce without any reason, but Rukshar can file for Khula/divorce, then Kabeer could get a valid reason to carry it out.
Ayesha tells Rukshar that she just asked Kabeer to divorce her, so won’t she file for divorce, now? Zeenat interrupts and says stop it! Why are they all making mockery of her Sister? Rukshar didn’t ask Kabeer to marry her, and now that she doesn’t want divorce, then why are they forcing her into it?? Ayesha says she must divorce Kabeer!
Zeenat says if that’s what she wants, then instead of 1, there will be 2 divorces in this family. Rukshar’s divorce with Kabeer and hers with Kashan as well. Everyone is shocked.
Ayesha asks Kashan to make Zeenat understand. Kashan says Rukshar isn’t wrong either. He’s with Rukshar in this matter. It’s Kabeer who has to make the decision.
Ifran says the board will make the decision on this tomorrow. Zeenat tells Irfan that he’s pressurizing Rukshar to divorce Kabeer for Zara. She will wait and see what’s Lucknow Qazi’s decision will be tomorrow. Kashan takes Rukshar and Zeenat and leaves from there.
Rukshar prepares to put forward her point. Meanwhile on the other side, Irfan goes through Islam’s laws.
Zara tries to make Ayesha eat. Kabeer tries to win Zara over.
The Board meeting starts. Rukshar gives them her Marriage certificate. Qazi says this is a duplicate. Rukshar says the original one was torn apart by Zara. Rukshar then puts forward her side. She says Kabeer is being pressurized by his famil, as well as Zara to divorce her. She is also afraid that she might stay as Kabeer’s wife in name only, but she wants equal rights as well.
Qazi asks Kabeer whether he agrees with what Rukshar said? Kabeer says no one is pressurizing him and he’s not someone who can fall into any pressure. He says he married Rukshar just to save her life, and he might not be able to give her divorce without any valid reason now, but he can never love her because he only loves Zara, and will only love just Zara. Qazi says the board needs time to think on this matter. They will meet again tomorrow.
As they leave, the Press attacks Kabeer and Zara with questions. Kabeer takes Zara’s hand and tries to take her away. Rukshar comes in their way. She tells Zara that she has always gone against men giving divorce and supported women. Why is she not on her side today? Because it’s about her today? She asks her to tell the Press whom she will support? Kabeer continues walking with Zara’s hand in his. Zara pulls her hand and walks ahead. Rukshar smiles.
Kabeer is in his room, thinking of a solution. Rukshar comes to tease him. She thanks him for saying he can’t give her divorce in the board meeting. She won half of the battle by hearing that and the other half, she will win by her luck. Kabeer shuts her up, saying he has only loved 1 girl and will always love her and that’s Zara! He asks her to leave his room!
While coming out of the room, Rukhsar notices Zara passing from there. She yawns and says she is so tired and then touches her lips. Zara misunderstands and is disturbed. She goes to her and screams.
Kabeer comes there. She says she doesn’t want to see his face and asks him to get out! He says okay and asks why she was awake that late? She says he’s also awake. He says he couldn’t sleep. She says their reasons of staying up late are different and closes the door. Sad song plays…
Zara is making food in the Kitchen, Kabeer tries to help her, but she ignores him, she can’t find the spoon, so he helps her with it.
Zara and Kabeer brings food to Ayesha. Rukshar is already there, Rukshar says don’t be angry, you wanted me to become the daughter-in-law of this house, which I am now, since Kabeer already said he won’t divorce me in the Sharia Court, so it can’t happen now. Rukshar sees Kabeer and Zara there.
Rukshar says Kabeer, you are not divorcing me, so ask Ayesha to eat, there is no reason for her to stop eating. Ayesha says Rukshar you can take Khula (appeal for divorce) from Kabeer. The Servant says the Priest is here.
Ayesha and others come to the Country Chiarman. The Country Chairman asks Ayesha to break her fast and eat. He says to Kabeer, Rukhsar and Zara that as per Islam, one man can have two or more wives, so Rukshar and Zara should live like Sisters, with Kabeer as their husband, as Kabeer had to marry Rukshar in a helpless condition, so Zara will get half of Kabeer’s wealth and Rukhsar will get one fourth of his wealth.
Zara says to the Country’s Chiarman that I always followed you, I married Kabeer on your instructions, I even started making my life with him, I made him my life, I even changed my thoughts for him and now, this problem happened when wewere finally happy.
The Country’s Chiarman says everything happens for a reason, you people didn’t want this to happen, but it did, so accept it and move on. Zara says I am sorry, I don’t agree with you, people can share wealth and property, but I can’t share my husband, he became my life, my Kabeer is my love, my life, my breaths, like we can’t give our breaths to anyone, I can’t give my Kabeer to someone else. The Country’s Chiarman says don’t try to complicate this matter, there is no other solution.
Zara says there is a solution, Kabeer and Rukshar can’t divorce each other, so I will take Khula/divorce from Kabeer, all are stunned. Zara says I am against divorce, so I won’t force any girl to take divorce, not even Rukshar, but I am free, so I will take divorce. She says to Zeenat that only one divorce will happen. She says to Kabeer that I ask for a divorce and you have to give me divorce, you can be fully mine, otherwise just divorce me. All the family members are stunned. Kabeer is hurt. Zara leaves from there. Rukshar smirks.
