Kabeer comes to Rukshar’s room and sees Zara decorating it, he thinks that Zara, I am doing all this for you. Rukshar comes there and says to Zara that I am spending my first night with Kabeer, you have spent several nights with him, so what kind of lights does he likes? Dim? Blue? Yellowish? Kabeer gets angry and tries to take Zara away from there. Rukshar says Kabeer, are you that eager to be alone with me? Zara angrily leaves from there.
Kabeer stops Zara and says why are you doing this? Stooping this low? Zara says then divorce me! Kabeer says I am doing all this for a reason, Zara says me too. Kabeer says you are decorating her room to spend a night with me? Zara says no, I am doing all this to test my love, tomorrow’s night will decide if our love will remain colourful or fade away for life. She turns to leave and says come, I have to put Rukshar’s name on your hand with the henna tattoo. Kabeer says it will go away in two days, but your name on my heart will never be removed, I am doing all this to remove Rukshar from our lives, she will go away, try to understand me, think from your mind, and not from the heart. Zara glares at him and leaves.
Rukshar is getting ready and sees Zeenat crying, she asks what happened? Zeenat says you are too selfish, you only think of just yourself, you didn’t even think about your sister? You will get Kabeer for one night for your happiness, but you will lose your sister for life, the next day, they will throw you out, as you have signed an agreement, I can see you today, but as from tomorrow, I won’t be able to see you anymore, did you think about that at all? She cries. Rukshar laughs evilly and says you think I am a fool? You thought it was the truth? She shows her agreement papers and says how can you think that I will leave Kabeer? I will die, but will never leave Kabeer, I love Kabeer way more than Zara loves him, I can’t share my Kabeer with anyone.
Zeenat says what is going on in your mind, swear on me, tell me, what’s your plan? Rukshar says tonight will be a living hell for Zara, and victory for me, as tonight, Kabeer will become mine forever, let’s go, I have to make Zara apply Kabeer’s henna tattoo on my hands. She dances around a stunned Zeenat.
In the function, everyone seems to be enjoying themselves. Zeenat brings Rukshar there. Rukshar greets Ayesha. Alina comes home and meets everyone. Ayesha asks how was your competition? Alina says great. She asks what is going on in the house? Ayesha says I will tell you later, go and freshen up.
Amaan asks Kabeer if to call him Paternal Uncle or Maternal Uncle? Kabeer says I am your Uncle and will always remain that.
Reema says to Zara that how will you write Kabeer’s name on Rukshar’s hand? Zara says that’s not important, the important thing is if Kabeer will be able to see me write his name on Rukshar’s hand, will he not stop me? Alina comes there. She hugs Kabeer and goes to Zara, she says I missed you, what function is going on in the house? Zara gets tensed. Kabeer calls Alina to him and starts explaining.
Rukshar calls Zara and asks her to write ‘K’ on her hands, I was waiting for you. Zara sees Kabeer busy with Alina and is jittery. Rukshar says do it fast, apply it nicely! Zara is emotional. She is about to write K but Amaan stops her and says I will apply henna on Rukshar’s Aunt. Rukshar says no, let her do it. Amaan says I have practiced it too. Rukshar says don’t make me angry, go.
Kashan says he is a kid, let him do it. Ayesha says let Amaan do it. Amaan takes the cone and apply the henna on her, he writes ‘K’ on her hand. Zara is relieved. Amaan smirks at Kabeer. Amaan writes X on her hand instead of K. Rukshar says what is this?? Amaan says I fooled you and runs from there, they all snicker.
Kabeer smirks at Zara. Reema says you should thank him, Zara silently thanks Kabeer, he nods.
Rukshar hugs Zeenat and cries. Zeenat says swear on me, don’t play any dangerous game. Rukshar thinks that what I am going to do will either make Kabeer mine forever, or will never be of anyone!
Zara comes there. Rukshar thinks that the doors that will close tonight will never open! She holds Zara’s hand and starts to leave from there. Ayesha comes there. Rukshar hugs her and says forgive me for my mistakes. Ayesha is reluctant. Rukshar leaves with Zara.
Rukshar says to Zara that the distance between us and my room, is same as the distance between your defeat, Kabeer is there. Kabeer is offering prayers. Rukshar says wish me well, as I have gotten Kabeer from you for one night. Zara says you didn’t win till now. Rukshar says I would have hugged you, but we don’t hug dead people. She brings her into her room and sees Kabeer praying there. Rukshar says you have decorated my room more nicely than yours, poor you, you had to come here, I would have Kabeer give you reward for bringing me here if he wasn’t praying. She circles some money around her and Kabeer and tries to give it to Zara. Zara turns to leave, but Rukshar says keep looking at the time, Kabeer is yours as long as my room’s door is opened and he will be mine, as soon as the door closes, goodbye. She starts to close the door on Zara. Zara is tensed. Zara is tensed and paces around. She recalls how Kabeer said he loves her unconditionally, how she asked if he accept her as his Wife for life? How he promised to not let anyone come in between them, how he said he cannot share Zara with anyone.
In the room, Kabeer starts dua (an Arabic word meaning to ‘call out’ or to ‘summon’, and Muslims regard this as a profound act of worship) to God. Rukshar whispers to herself that I will spend tonight in Kabeer’s arms and then tomorrow…, she mixes poison in the juice and says we will leave this world tomorrow and be together in after life.
Outside the room, Reema says to Zara that he won’t come, understand and come with me. Zara says he won’t come? She breakdowns and cries. Reema hugs her. Reema asks her to control herself and takes her away from there.
Kabeer prays to God that I don’t know if I am right, but I am doing all this for Zara, please don’t let me do anything that will tarnish this house’s honour or Zara’s. He turns and sees Rukshar smiling at him, he glares at her, Rukshar says you prayed for Zara, while I prayed for you, I will get you today. He looks away. Rukshar says I signed the agreement because I wanted a night with you, now you will have to do what I want. Kabeer kisses his praying beads and blows his prayers on her face. Rukshar says wow, your prayers wiped my sins away, I am clean now. Kabeer says Rukshar if…! Rukshar cups his face and says Rukshar can’t be without sins… think if this is my last night, then how clean Rukshar would look in front of God? So I will commit sin tonight, to tease my husband, I will tease you so much… so much… that I will take your life.
Kabeer is stunned and moves away from her. She holds his arm and says don’t move back, you will get Zara for life in return of this night, so give this night to me. She hugs his arm. Kabeer thinks and stops.
In Zara’s room, she starts packing and keeps crying.
Rukshar puts her scarf on Kabeer and starts getting closer to him, she smiles at him. Dhal jaun mein song plays… She caresses his face. Kabeer holds her hand and kisses it. He says I am sorry… I am sorry, Zara.. Rukshar is hurt hearing it. Rukshar says thank you Zara.
Zara says to Reema that I am in this house for Kabeer, I trusted him more than myself, I trusted my love, that Kabeer will leave Rukshar and come to me, but he didn’t come, I won’t stay in this place for a second, he failed my love, Rukhsar was right, this is a black night for me.
Rukhsar looks at the bed, she recalls how Kabeer rejected her earlier. She takes off her jewelry, takes off the scarf and comes to Kabeer. Kabeer looks away, she giggles and says you are the first husband to shy away from your wife… he turns to leave but Rukshar stops him and says Zara is outside and you will get her only in the morning, if you don’t do it then I swear on God, I will not divorce you, and what will become of Zara then? You are my love, your love is Zara and Zara’s love is Kabeer, she will not get her love until I get mine.
