Shehbaz gets tensed as he recalls Kashan changing the file, he takes the file from Kabeer and asks the members to check the file and see how they will use the Zakat.
Zara says no, maybe you both have good idea for the nation, but maybe these members have more good ideas, who will decide which one is better for the nation? We can’t decide it in one meeting, tomorrow, Irfan will also come, then we can decide together and then spend money on only the idea that is best for nation, am I right Kabeer? Kabeer nods. Zara glares at Shehbaz and Kabeer are going home. Kabeer recalls Zara’s words that he doesn’t earn to pay Zakat. Zara stops them and says dont give my Zakat for next year. Shehbaz says why, you want to divorce Kabeer? Zara says I can bear a lot of problems, but I will never leave my husband, Kabeer looks on. Shehbaz says as long as you are still his Wife, then we will pay your Zakat. Zara says I sold my jewelry, so you don’t need to pay Zakat not until my husband starts earning.
Kabeer says don’t argue with her, she is the kindvof person that will promise to live with you, but won’t take your money. Zara says it’s not your money, but your father’s money, if my husband does not earn, then I will be eligible to take Zakat, so Shehbaz can give it to me then. Kabeer shouts that my father will give Zakat to my wife?? What is wrong with you Zara? control your tongue!
Shehbaz asks him to calm down, everyone is watching, he takes him from there. Kabeer says give me sometime.
Irfan gets Shehbaz call, he takes it. Shehbaz says your daughter is good, but your Son-in-law is in pain, his Wife is really disrespecting him, to the extent that Kabeer might have to resign from the Sharia board, and I can’t see my Son in pain. Irfan says Kabeer is a good person for the nation, I will make Zara understand, but you should try and calm Kabeer down. Shehbaz nods and ends the call.
Kabeer is driving and sees Zara standing in the middle of the road. He says move away, he stops the car and comes out. He says have you gone mad?? Zara says you were so mad that you could have raised your hand at me in the Sharia board. Kabeer says yes, I would have. Zara says no, I know you love me so much that you would never do it. Kabeer says you are disrespecting the one, paying your Zakat. Kabeer looks away. He says sit in the Car, it’s cold, you can give me 50rs for the t-fare.
Zara is about to sit inside, but gets Irfan’s call and says I am coming, Kabeer says do what you want! He leaves. Zara smiles and says your love shows me that you will come on to the right path.
Irfan says to Zara that you have guts to do this for your husband, but Shehbaz was threatening today, so what’s it you are hiding? Zara says my husband is a very nice and genuine person, but my father-in-law is trying to put him on the wrong path.
Shehbaz comes there and hides. Irfan says Shehbaz has always been after money but he doesn’t have religious knowledge, so he always came short to me, then he made his Son a priest and gave his position to him to make him the Qazi.
Zara says it isn’t about that, he’s using Kabeer to make Sharia board a business center, he wants to take Zakat from the nation, but if Kabeer asks for it, then people will give it, which is why Kabeer doesn’t want to work, and only wants to focus on the nation. She tes that Kabeer is blinded, and I have to show Shehbaz’s real face to him (Kabeer), I won’t let Kabeer commit this sinful act and become his father’s puppet.
Irfan says once Kabeer knows the truth about his father and stops following his misleads, only then will I give my Qazi chair to him. Shehbaz hears all that and leaves.
Shehbaz thinks about Zara’s words that she won’t let Kabeer become his puppet.
Kabeer comes there and says I don’t like you like this. Shehbaz says you are bringing light into people’s lives, the way you made people understand the value of Zakat, you will become the Qazi soon. Kabeer thanks him and says you seem worried?
Shehbaz says you love the person that is giving me so much worries, you love her more than yourself, but what I heard today made me doubt it. I called Irfan and said that Zara is crossing all limits, so I might make Kabeer resign from the Sharia board, I went to their house and saw Irfan and Zara talking, you know they were happy that Irfan won’t have to leave the Qazi position and their plan of sending you away is getting fulfilled as you might resign. Kabeer says what? I don’t even want to become the Qazi, you know it, my mission is to work for the nation.
Shehbaz says Irfan is worried that the nation is behind you, his chair is in danger, so his daughter is doing drama of becoming poor, so that you are insulted and you don’t become the Qazi.
Kabeer says Zara isn’t like that. Shehbaz says she is stuck between her husband and her father, her father is selfish and doesn’t want to leave the chair, so she’s helpless, you saw how she insulted you in the Sharia board, she wants you to focus on earning money so much, that you won’t even bother focusing on getting the Sharia board chair from Irfan. Kabeer nods and says you heard all that? Shehbaz says I couldn’t believe it at first either.
Kabeer says she has lost all respect from me, she can’t take away my passion for my nation, I will show her what I am, I will take so much Zakat and show her my power! Shehbaz smirks.
Kabeer washes his hands and recalls Shehbaz’s words that Zara is doing all this, just to save her father’s seat, he recalls Zara’s harsh words and how she kept asking him to earn mone, otherwise she would have to result to begging.
Kabeer offers namaz and sees Zara trying to pray, but Kabeer stops and says what are you doing here? you have no right to pray beside me. Zara says what? Kabeer says I never doubted your truth, but what you did made me lose all the respect I ever had for you, you and your father did all this, so I don’t get the Qazi seat, right? you have lost all my respect, because you are doing all this for your own selfish gain! It all turns out to be Kabeer’s dream.
Kabeer sighs and prays to God that I keep thinking about Zara, and even broke my prayers for the first time today, I have to do something quick.
Zara is dancing and jumping around. She says I am happy, and dances in 50rs, because Kabeer has asked her to give him 50rs, so that he can take her home in his Car. Zara says maybe he is worried about me getting cold here, and would come to see me. She sees Kabeer truly coming there and she’s stunned. Kabeer comes in.
