In Court, Jalal then selects Husain Quili for Nagor as suggested by Adkha khan, Jalal misses Adham in the Court, he orders Adkha Khan to find out why he was absent.
In his room, Adham is dreaming of Tasnim.. Maham reminds him of his duties, but he doesn’t move.
Adkha Khan then receives orders for him to nominate the names, Adkha Khan tells him. Jalal selects Ministers.
Resham then informs Maham that Jalal had given away all the four ministry to others and none to Adham. Maham is furious that Jalal had taken a decision without consulting her! She feels insulted.
Jodha prays to Kahna. Moti ask what are you thinking? Jodha says I am thinking about Adham, Tasnim is very young, even then, Adham has his eye on her, it’s only about thinking. Moti says it’s in the fate of women and we Servants have to bear this as women. Jodha says but I am a Queen and I will not let this happen. Moti says no, I won’t let you do that, Adham is very powerful, he will take revenge.
Jodha says I am a Queen, if he is powerful, then I am also powerful, it’s my duty to save, I am going. Moti ask her where are you going? Jodha says she is going to Tasnim’s house, Moti says she will also go with her, as she is her Servant. They come to Tasnim’s house and tell everything to Tasnim’s mother, but she says that Adham has done a lot for us, he has given job to Tasnim’s father and gave beautiful necklace to Tasnim.
Jodha ask for these things, you will give away Tasnim? She says we are small people, we can’t do anything, we have raised Tasnim, but we can’t do anything as Adham is a great man and we will follow him.
Tasnim says she doesn’t like Adham at all, he grabed her from her back, her mother ask her to shut up and Jodha should go.
Jodha turns and sees Adham standing there, he is stunned, Adham greets her and says it doesn’t suite a Queen to be here. Jodha says it doesn’t even suit a Prince, then why are you here? Adham says he wanted to listen to poor people’s problem. Jodha then tells that I also came to listen to the people if they have any problem with Shahi people. Adham ask meaning?
Jodha says you very well know the meaning, but let me tell you that I will crush your dreams. Jodha leaves.
Adham comes to Tasnim’s mother, she calls out Tasnim, Tasnim comes out with fear. Adham ask what Jodha told them? Her Mother tells him everything, he is furious that Jodha is sneaking into his matters, but ask her Mother to be awake at night today with Tasnim, as he has something important to tell her, the Mother agrees. He gifts Tasnim kite and leaves. Tasnim breaks the Kite.
Maham is shouting at Resham that my government is being snatched from me, and the person who is doing that is none other than Jalal, I think he’s no longer trusting me, he didn’t include me in Jodha’s secret and now, he has decided the Ministry about 5 states, and he didn’t ask for my suggestions as the Chief Minister. She ask for pen and paper, she writes a letter to jalal and ask resham to take this to jalal now. He obliges.
Maan singh meets Jalal with the gift from Amer and Apologizes for reaching there late due to bad weather. Jalal grants the permission to Resham seeking permission to meet him with Aunt’s message, Resham reads out Maham’s letter seeking permission to take back the post of Chief Minister from her and allow her to leave for Macca Sharif.
Jalal goes to meet Maham and he’s upset she had to seek permission to speak to him. Maham pours out all her woes aout how Jalal had hidden facts from her (Maham) and not consulting her in Queen’s Jodha’s fake pregnancy fiasco and distribution of Ministry. Jalal says so that was what was making her angry.
Maham says she was happy that the child she had brought up was not in need of her anymore and he is capable and so strong now. Jalal explains that he was just examining himself if he was capable. Jalal says his crown was indebted to her services.
Maham then sheds crocodile tears about being ignored and that she wanted to relinquish her post, Jalal then assures her that he will never ignore her in the future and being her Son, he wanted to be close to his Mother and being the King of Kings, he ordered her not to leave the Palace. Maham sheds more crocodile tears.
Elsewhere in the Palace, Tasnim is being warned by her Mother to be obedient to Adham and do whatever he wants, Adham then drags her along forcefully against her wishes on the pretext of showing her a new gift.
Jodha reaches the spot and orders Adham to leave the girl alone and he has no right to outrage the modesty of a girl! Adham says a slave girl is for him to use as he wish, Jodha then says as the Queen/Empress of the King of Kings/Emperor, she orders him to leave the girl alone and not do this to satisfy his lust!
Adham – Jodha face off… War of words… Jodha rescues the weeping terrified Tasnim. Adham walks off challenging her to see what she could do to stop him and how Jalal would stop him!!
