Jodha says to Jalal that I can’t believe Salima can do this, Jalal says I also don’t, but Salim has given statement against her.
Todar comes there, he says we have got a letter for you, it was thrown in the Palace, Jalal ask to read the letter, Todar reads that;
Salima gave opium to Salim, but enemies of Salim are not less, there are many enemies in your Palace, your own wants to hurt Salim, Salim will be attacked during celebration of the Heir announcement in which Salim will have to go in public…. Your Well Wisher.
Jalal says who is this own person? Todar says it can be anyone, many wants Salim to not be King, Todar says we can postpone this celebration, Jalal says no, this will prove that we are weak, celebrations will happen, but we will take care of the security, call all the Ministers, Todar leaves.
Jalal says to jodha that don’t worry, I won’t let anyone hurt Salim.
Jalal says to his Ministers that the Celebration will happen, after me, my Son will become King, but someone wants to kill Salim, I won’t let that happen, we have to keep an eye on everyone! There is some person in between us who is plotting all this, we can’t take any risk! The Ministers says yes, we have to tighten our security, we can postpone the celebrations.
Maan says we don’t need to back out but we will look after the security, we can’t sit with these warnings.
Jalal ask Birbal what is he thinking? Birbal says according to the letter; Salim will be attacked while the celebrations is going on tomorrow, so if we make Salim go out of the Palace today, then he will be safe.
Jalal says we will act upon this idea, make Salim go out of the Palace today, and nobody should know about it, the security will be tightened around Salim, tomorrow, the enemy will try to attack, but we will catch him!
Maan says I will not go with Salim, as I have to check the preparations in the Palace, Jalal agrees.
Maan gets a letter, he opens it and reads that;
I know you Maan Singh, I also know that someone is trying to kill Salim, if you want to know about them, then meet me near the lake… Your Well Wisher, Rajvanshi.
Maan thinks to tell this to Jalal, he leaves.
Maan Singh comes to the Jungle, one person comes to him, he is in veil, Maan ask to show his face, he shows his face, the man says that my intentions are not bad, enemies have come to know that you are taking Salim out of the Palace today via secret route, Maan ask how do you know? The man says leave this, you go and protect Salim, as the enemy will attack Salim tonight. Maan leaves.
The man comes to his soldiers, he says to his soldiers that I fooled Maan singh that I am Rajvanshi, now it’s time to work.
Salim is going out of the Palace through the secret route, he is in a box.
The same man with his force attack the Caravan of Salim. Rahim, Todar starts fighting with them.
Maan comes there, the Man says to Maan that thank you for coming here for our help. All the Ministers are shocked thinking that Maan is involved with the attackers, Rahim thinks Maan is involed with the attackers? Maan thinks that this man gave me the news of the attack and he is the attacker? Maan starts fighting with the attackers.
One Attacker tries to being Salim out of the box, but Maan throws him away and takes Salim in his arms, the attackers leaves from there.
Rahim takes Salim from Maan and says that surround Maan, arrest him! Maan says I am innocent. Other Minister s says that Maan your plan is out now, they put sword on Maan’s neck, Maan is shocked and tensed.
Jalal ask Maan what I am told, is it true? Maan says no, it’s not true. Todar says that the attackers knew your name. Rahim says your soldiers have told that you went to meet them, Maan says yes, I went to meet them, because I got a letter from them that meet them to know about the attack, Birbal says if you have got the letter, then show it to Jalal, Maan says it’s in my room.
Rahim goes to bring the letter, he brings the letter, Jalal ask to read it. Rahim reads the letter in which it is written that;
Thank you maan singh for telling us that Salim will be taken out of the Palace tonight, by this you removed the scar on Rajvanshies which bharmal had put by giving his daughter to the Mughals.
Jalal is stunned, Rahim reads that;
We will look for your assistance in the attack, for plan, come to the lake side.
One Soldier says that this means Maan Singh is a betrayer, Ruqaiya smirks, Todar says the way Maan held Salim was very dangerous, Maan says I was protecting him.
Jalal ask do you have any proof that proves you innocent? Maan says it was all a plan to show me as the Culprit, I swear on Maa (the goddess) that I am innocent, Jalal says till investigation is carried out, you will be in jail, he ask to take Maan from there.
Jodha is in tears, Maan folds his hand in front of Jalal and leaves with the soldiers.
Ruqaiya think my every trick is working, now, only Jodha is left, then my mission will be fulfilled!
Jodha comes to Jalal, she says I don’t think that Maan can do this, Jalal says I can’t ignore the proofs against him, Jodha says Maan is a very loyal and brave Rajvanshi, he has proved it time and time again, you also know it, then why are you ignoring it? Jalal says enough! I don’t want to talk about it, Jodha say why? I believe Maan. Jalal says how can we ignore statements of Todar and Rahim against him, and how can I ignore that the attackers knew Maan from before? How can I ignore that only my close Ministers knew about Salim going out of the Palace? How can I ignore that Maan was not on his duty? My decision is right, if Maan is innocent, then he has to proof it. Jodha says ask your heart, can Maan do this?
Jalal says can you think that Salima could do this too? But we had to give her punishment, I have seen many people changing and becoming enemy just for the Throne, this happens in politics, first Bariam Khan, then Maham Anga, then Salima, then Maan. Jodha says you can say whatever you want, but I trust Maan, she leaves.
Jodha comes to Maan Singh’s room, the soldiers says we can’t allow you to go in, Jodha says don’t forget you are talking to the Ultimate Queen, you will be punished if you stop me! The Soldier moves aside. Jodha comes to the room, Maan says you should have not come, Jalal will be angry? Jodha says how can I not come when I know you are innocent and this is all plot against you, you cannot go against Rajvanshi’s morals, you loved Salim a lot.
Maan says every proof and Jalal’s decision is against me, I went to meet Salima too, I am feeling that someone is doing this purposely, he is plotting against people who are close to Jalal. Maan says Jalal arrested me, but he didn’t punish me, I am sure he will find out the truth, but Jalal will get angry if he knows you came here, Jodha says I am the Ultimate Queen too, I have to find out who is doing all this, and you, tell me something to help out. Maan says the attackers were wearing Rajvanshi clothes but they were not looking like Rajvanshies, it’s a huge plot, don’t go in all this, just be with Jalal.
Jodha says I’m allways with him, but he is the King, so it’s my duty to show him the right path. Maan says you go now, Jodha says trust me, I will give your respect back, Maan touches her feet and greets her, Jodha leaves.
Jodha comes to her room, Jalal is there, he ask where you went at this time? He asks where were you? Jodha says I went to meet Maan, Jalal says you went to meet the person who tried to kill our Son?? Jalal says that all proofs are against Maan, Jodha says if proofs are against a person, then that doesn’t mean he is a bad person, it could be the plan of someone else too, Jalal says till investigation is done, you should not meet him, don’t forget that you are Ultimate Queen.
Jodha ask what is my authority as the Ultimate Queen? Jalal is stunned. Jalal ask what kind of question is that? Jodha says I want to know my authority, my right. Jalal says Mariam-uz-Zamani (Ultimate Queen/Queen Mother) position is after the King, Jodha says I went to Maan as Mariam-uz-Zamani, as I want to know the truth. Jalal says you are not allowed to go against the King.
Jodha says that if I have to find out the truth, then I will go against the rules, and I don’t want such position where I can’t even talk to someone, I am leaving my position as Mariam-uz-Zamani today! Jalal is shocked, Jodha brings her crown of Mariam-uz-Zamani and extends it to Jalal, he doesn’t take it, so she puts it on the table, Jalal angrily looks at her.
Hamida says to Jalal that what wrong did Jodha do? Maan is just not any Minister, but Jodha’s Nephew too, Jalal says Maan is my loyal person, so I just arrested him, but nobody is allowed to go against the King’s orders, Hamida says Mariam Makani and Mariam-uz-Zamani have some rights, and they have the right to change the orders of the King, why can’t Jodha meet Maan? She didn’t do anything wrong.
Jalal says try to understand, Maan is alleged, Hamida says what did he do? Did he kill Salim or you? If Maan wanted all this, then he could have tried to kill you before, he got many chances, Jalal says I can’t ignore statements of other Ministers, Hamida says try to understand that this is all plot against these people…. Salima, Jodha, your Ministers are your strength and by punishing them, you have destroyed your pride, I just want to see Jodha wearing Mariam-uz-Zamani crown in the ceremony, you have to pacify her, and this is Mariam Makani’s order! Jalal leaves.
Resham says to Ruqaiya that Jodha returned Mariam-uz-Zamani’s position back to Jalal, Ruqaiya says why are you happy with it? This is betraying? Jodha is getting ready, Jalal comes there, they both are angry with each other, Jalal says that Salim’s Heir announcement is going to happen and you are nor ready yet? Don’t act like a child, come fast as Mariam-uz-Zamani, Jodha says you know I don’t need this position, Jalal says I know, but it’s neither your choice to pick if you are Mariam-uz-Zamani or not. He says Mariam-uz-Zamani is one whose child is the Heir, you are Mariam-uz-Zamani (Ultimate Queen/Queen Mother) and will always be.
Jodha says I don’t want any postion that doesn’t give any right to me, should I tell you what right Mariam-uz-Zamani have? Jalal says should I tell what rights King have? Jodha says no, but I didn’t like the way you behaved with Maan yesterday. Jalal says proofs are against him, Jodha says the person who all through his whole life served you, leaving back his Parents, how can you doubt his intention? Maan has been disrespected. Jalal says so you won’t wear this crown? Jodha says no, until Maan is being proved innocent, only then will I wear it, Jalal says as you wish and leaves.
Jalal is sitting with his Ministers. The Priest ask should we commence the ritual? Jalal says call the Heir, Ruqaiya says I will bring him, Jalal thinks that Jodha didn’t come.
Jodha comes and looks at Jalal, Jodha sits with Hamida, Hamida ask why you are not wearing your crown? Jodha says I have come here as a Mother, not Mariam-uz-Zamani (Queen Mother/Ultimate Queen) but my Son is angry with me, Jodha says don’t worry, everything will be fine.
Jodha comes to Rahim, she ask why you are upset? Missing Salima? Rahim says I don’t understand how this is proved against Salima, she can’t do this, Jodha says I know Salima and Maan are innocent, but Jalal have to punish according to proofs which were against them, don’t worry, nothing wrong can happen with the right people.
Ruqaiya says to Salim that it’s Mariam-uz-Zamani’s work to bring the Heir and today, it was Jodha’s work, but she left her position of Mariam-uz-Zamani because Jalal arrested Maan Singh, she cares for everyone except you! She brings him to the venue and says look, Jodha is not here even now, she is more worried about Maan than you, but I am with you, go to Jalal.
Salim comes to Jalal. The Priest says should we start the ceremony? Hamida says let’s wait for Jodha, Jalal says I will not wait for anyone, starts the ritual!Jalal puts stamp on paper announcing Salim as the next King.

Jalal comes to the Tailor, the Tailor ask what you want? Do you guys want Rajvanshi clothes too? Jalal ask who gave you reward? The Tailor says why you want to know? Birbal says we want to see Rajvanshi clothes you made for a Mughal man, if we like the clothes, then we will give order of 30 outfits too, tell us his name and address, the Tailor says his name was ALTAF, he was a giant man, but was good at heart, Jalal says okay, we will find Altaf.
Jalal says to Birbal that why would a Mughal order to make so many Rajvanshi clothes? Birbal says something is fishy, Jalal says nobody went out of Agra after the attack on Salim, so they must be in Agra; before they plan anything else, we have to find them! Birbal says you know very well Jalal where these kind of people stay in Agra.
Jalal comes to one restaurant, he finds a group of men eating food there, Jalal says we can find Altaf here, Rahim recognize one person in the group as one of Salim’s attacker.
One person says to the other that Altaf, we got a lot of worthy things in our last work, Altaf says don’t talk about that, don’t call me by my name, you told my name to the Tailor too.
Birbal says to Jalal that we have got the person, Jalal comes to Altaf, Altaf says I don’t talk to Strangers! Jalal puts dagger on Altaf’s neck, and says don’t move else, I will kill you, I am King Jalal, now I am not a Stranger, I know that you attacked Salim in Rajvanshi disguise! Altaf says we just did that on someone’s insistence, we are just puppets, we were asked to attack Salim, but not to harm him, the real planner is someone else not me, Jalal ask the name? Altaf says I don’t know about him, I only know that he is in Agra.
Salim is getting disturbed in sleep, Jodha comes there, Salim looks at her, Jodha smiles, Jodha says Salim forgive me, till when will you be angry with me? I know you will not get sleep before listening to my story, come in my lap, Salim moves away, Jodha says so much anger is not good, come I will tell you a story, Salim gets up and says to Jodha that you tell me story everyday, today I will tell you a story, Jodha says it will be fun, Salim says;
There was one boy, he used to love his Parents a lot, he did a mistake and was punished severely, his Parents made him away from them, he used to miss his Parents, he used to crave for listening to her story, but his Parents didn’t come to meet him!
Jodha says enough! I can’t listen anymore, Jodha says it was learning, not punishment, you love your Mother a lot, she folds her hand and ask Salim to forgive her, don’t be so angry, please forgive me, she cries, Salim says I am sleepy and sleeps, Jodha recalls how Shaguni bai said that Salim will be a great King, but he will not forget these days.
