Salim comes to meet Hamida, Hamida ask why you are here at night? Salim says I am not getting sleep, can you tell me a story? Hamida says but Jodha tells story, are you still angry with Jodha? Salim says I want to listen to story from you, Hamida says okay, but you have to promise that you will always listen to me, Salim promises. Hamida tells Salim a story, Salim sleeps. Hamida says why is God taking exam of Jodha? Please solve things between Jodha and Salim.
Jalal is in open Court when Pujari from Mathura comes there, Pujari praises Jalal, Jalal ask the matter? Pujari says I have heard praises about your Ministers, so I want to ask one question from them, Pujari ask tell me where is this earth’s centre? Jalal says my Ministers will answer you, Pujari says if they can’t answer me, then you have to replace them with me and have to ask them to leave the Court, Jalal says what kind of condition is this?? Pujari says the Ministers who can’t even answer a small thing doesn’t deserve to be in Court.
Birbal says we have to answer him because this Pujari is ready to make them jobless. Birbal comes to Pujari, Birbal starts measuring his steps, he confuses Pujari by moving him here and there, Pujari says you are insulting me! Birbal says no, I am answering you, here is centre of earth, Pujari ask how can you say this? Birbal says measure from every side and this is the centre of the earth, Pujari says how can you measure earth? Birbal says exactly, when we can’t measure earth, then from where will the centre of earth come from? Pujari is silent.
Jalal says wow Birbal, what a great answer, Jalal says it is proved that my 9 Ministers can tell solution of everything!
Salim and the children are playing with ball, Jalal and Rahim are going from there, Murad hits the ball and it hits Jalal by mistake, all the children are afraid, Jalal takes the ball and comes to the children, he angrily looks at Salim and others. Jalal ask who threw the ball at me, all are silent.
Salim comes forward and says I had hit you by mistake, I was giving it to Haidar Khan, Jalal says this means you don’t know how to target ball to a particular person? He ask all the children to take their positions, I will show you how to hit a ball, all take their positions, Jalal gives the ball to Salim and ask Salim to hit the ball at him, Salim takes the ball and gives it to Jalal, Jalal catches the ball. Jalal gives the ball to everyone and ask them to give it to him, he makes them learn how to catch the ball.
After sometime, Jalal ask the Children to stop it and take rest, all the children start leaving, Jalal stops Salim, he says to Salim that you know why I behave differently with you? Because you are special, you are going to take my responsibilities, and being King is not easy, Salim says to Jalal that I don’t want to take your place (Kingship), Jalal says it doesn’t matter, you have to take these responsibilities, Jalal says only you have the right to take these responsibilities, do not leave anything in between, you have to complete every work irrespective of how much time it takes. Jalal says I hope you will not disappoint me? Salim thinks that sometimes, he punishes and sometimes, sugary talks.
Jodha is making garland for Khana when she recalls how Salim had been ignoring her ever since his return to the Palace. Jalal comes there, Jodha greets him, Jalal ask what are you doing? She says I am making garland for Khana, Jalal says you use white flowers, why yellow flowers today? Jodha says the colour doesn’t matter, only the intentions matter.
Jalal sits with her on the floor and starts making garland, Jodha ask what are you doing? Jalal says why? Khana is only yours? Jalal says I have noticed that you are not eating and not feeling well because of Salim, so I have decided we will go for Jungle journey tomorrow, Jodha says how can we leave Salim behind? Jalal says there are many like Hamida, Ruqaiya and Salima who will take care of Salim, but I have to take care of you, so we will both will go alone, Jodha says you know very well how to pacify me. Jalal says this time, only me and you will go out, I know you love Salim a lot, I have talked to Salim and he has understood me, I now just want to spend sometime with you and if you don’t agree, then I will complain to Hamida that her daughter doesn’t listen to me! Jodha smiles, Jalal says keep smiling like that, I want you to spend time with me, Jodha says okay, I will be ready to go with you, they both smile.
In the jungle, there is one suspicious person, he comes into some house and tells his Master that Jalal and Jodha are coming into the jungle, the Master is none other than Sharifudden, Sharifudden smirks and says now, I will get Jodha, she can’t be away from me now, I will kidnap her, then will free my father, then will kill Jalal! This way, revenge will be taken and you will be with me too, he ask his man to go and tell others to be prepared, we have got chance after so many years, I don’t want to lose it, he gives cold coins to the man and says you will get more after the work is done.
Hamida is making Salim eat laddos (Sweets), Salim says I like laddos a lot, will you make it for me daily? Hamida says why not for my loving Son?
Jodha comes there and greets Hamida and Ruqaiya, Hamida ask Salim to greet his mother, he angrily does, Jodha calls Salim to her, he doesn’t listen, Jodha ask Salim to come to his Mother, Hamida says to Salim that you promised me that you will listen to me, so go, your mother is calling you.
Salim goes to Jodha, Jodha makes him sit in her lap, Jodha ask can I go out of the Palace for one day? Forgive me, I won’t be able to take you out and won’t be able to make you listen to story, please take care of your Grandmother and don’t play in the mud.
Hamida says don’t worry, we are here, Ruqaiya says yes, his elder mother is here, you go with Jalal.
Zakira comes and says Jalal is waiting outside for you Jodha, Jodha ask Salim to take care of himself, Hamida says I suggested Jalal to take you out for somedays, Jodha leaves.
Ruqaiya comes to Salim and thinks that Jodha and Jalal can be with you, but your Son won’t be with your ever!
Salim is acting like a King and all the children are acting people in his Court, Haidar says to King that I have one question; is IQ more big or Cow? Salim says good question, but why should I give tension to myself? Birbal will answer it! Murad acts like Birbal and says IQ is more big, Haidar says what proof you have? Murad says I am Birbal, so I am always right, Haidar says this is not right, you have to answer me!
Birbal in real comes there and ask Murad and Haidar to not fight, he says Murad is right, IQ is more big than cow, cow gives milk for just one family, but with IQ, the King serves the whole nation, so IQ is more big, Salim says I agree.
Haidar says this is wrong, he is King, so he can say anything, Birbal says being King, his duty is not to solve these questions, but serve the nation.
Jodha is in her tent, Jalal comes there. Zakira is making her ready, her hairs are open, Zakira says you are looking very beautiful Jodha, Jalal will go crazy, maybe he will offer to marry you again, Zakira finds Jalal there and leaves there.
Jodha ask Jalal why are you looking at me like this? Jalal comes to Jodha and says today I am feeling like marrying you again, Jodha says it’s not good to listen to other’s talk like this, Jalal says I am just praising my wife, seriously, seeing you today, I remember old days.
Flashback shows how Jalal saw Jodha for the first time, then how they went for boat journery, then their consummation scene.
Jodha says I remember each moment spent with you, they are like precious pearls in my heart.
Sharifudden with his men are coming near Jodha’s tent, he says to his men that distract Jalal’s soldiers, then I will enter Jodha’s tent.
Jalal and Jodha are sitting on the bed, Jalal says I still remember how you threw arrows at me, Jodha says you are still taunting me for that? You didn’t change at all! Jalal says this your anger makes me love you the more, Jodha says you have brought me here to spite me? Jalal holds his ears and says sorry, Jodha smiles and says okay, I forgive you.
Sharifudden’s men starts fighting with the soldiers, Jalal hears some noise.
Sharifudden’s man start bickering with one village person, Jalal goes out of his tent to see what’s happening, he ask the soldier to tell Maan to solve their matter, Jalal comes back into the tent again. Sharifudden is hiding behind bushes, he thinks that once Jalal gets trapped in my plan, then I will execute my plan!
The Soldier comes to Jalal and tells him that the one who were fighting have been brought into Maan’s tent, Jalal says okay, I am coming. Jalal comes out of hid tent, the fighting people are in the tent, Jalal comes there and ask why you people are fighting? One person says I will tell you the matter. I left my Cow with this man, but when I returned, my Cow was missing, when I asked this Man about it, he said that my Cow might have gone missing because of ill health.
Sharifudden sees them and says my men are doing their work, they have involved Jalal in their talk, now I will do my work!
Sharifudden stealthily comes to Jodha’s tent, Jodha is sleeping, Sharifudden says after many days, I am able to see you, soon you will be only mine! He wakes Jodha up, Jodha sees him and shouts, Jalal hears her scream and runs towards his tent, Sharifudden tries to hold Jodha, but jodha throws him away, Sharifudden runs from there.
Jalal comes in, Jodha tells him that Sharifudden came here, Jalal says what? That characterless man was here?? He ask Maan to run behind him!
Maan comes to the Jungle and finds Sharifudden running on horse, but Maan catches him and takes him from there.
Maan brings Sharifudden to Jalal and says your Criminal is here, Jalal angrily looks at Sharifudden, Sharifudden says forgive me, Jalal says salute to your guts! You casted wrong eye on my Wife; you hurt my Sister; you tried to kill my Son, now I will kill you! Jalal raises his sword to kill him, but Jodha stops him and says remember that he is the father of Mehtab, Jalal says you are right, Mehtab and Bakshi will punish him! He orders to arrest Sharifudden, Sharifudden is taken from there.
Bakshi says to Hamida that what if Sharifudden tries to kill Mehtab again? Hamida says he is been caught now, now, he can’t touch you both, you have to punish him now, Bakshi says I can’t move forward to see his face, Hamida says you have to be strong, you are that Wife who is being abused, you are that Mother whose daughter was attacked by just her father, your Brother and Mother are with you, now a woman who was abused by him will punish him, forget that he is your husband, he is the culprit for you and Mehtab, now you have to set example by punishing him!
Sharifudden is being presented in Court, he all looks at Jodha and his family, Jalal says the person who is lying on ground is a betrayer, he always betrayed me, he tried to kill my Son too, I feel like killing him, but Jodha stopped me and made me recall that he is my Sister’s husband and a Criminal too, so today, she will punish him! He calls Bakshi, Bakshi is tensed, but comes in front of Sharifudden, Jalal ask Bakshi to punish him, Sharifudden says Bakshi forgive me, I am your husband, I am Mehtab’s father, I want to see her, I want to do Mehtab’s upbringing, please forgive me.
Bakshi recalls how Sharifudden tried to kill Mehtab, she slaps Sharifudden hard, Sharifudden is stunned, Bakshi says whose duahgter? Who’s your Wife? You were dead for me that day when you raised your hand on me, and for Mehtab, her father died when your tried to kill her! We all forgave you time and time again, but you never changed! You are only a betrayer to me, and It’s better to be a Widow than to be a Wife of a betrayer. She says Jalal, you are good at justice and you give punishment to him.
Sharifudden says please pardon me. Jalal says I know you and your father very well, I want to kill you, but justice says that eye for an eye and blood for blood, I won’t kill you, the much you gave pain to my Sister, I will give you that pain, you will ask for your death, but you won’t be given it, Jalal orders to send Sharifudden hell of his jail, and send his father in cell of jail where Sun can’t even been seen! Sharifudden is taken from there, Bakshi hugs Jodha and cries. Jodha ask her to not cry anymore.
Jodha comes to Salim and says I have brought something for you, Salim says I have to go, Jodha says spend sometime with me too, she stops him and says your birthday is coming, so I have brought some gift for you, she shows him a dagger, Salim likes it but then looks at Jodha and says I don’t like it, he starts leaving, but Jodha stops him and ask what is my fault? You don’t talk to me, I try to be close to you, but you go away from me, do you think that I don’t love you? Salim says you don’t love me, if you had loved me, then you would not have complained to Jalal about me.
Jodha says I didn’t complain about you, I love you more than anything, I am lifeless without you, how can you even think that I don’t love you, please forgive me, she begs in front of him, she hugs Salim, Salim thinks, he hugs Jodha back and cries, Jodha is happy, Jodha blesses Salim and says I love you the most, Salim smiles, and ask can I go now? She nods, he leaves.
