Yash checks Roshni’s room and gets to know that she left for Mumbai.
DD who is at home, working on the design for the Customer gets a call from him (Yash) telling her that Roshni left for Mumbai without telling anyone. DD asks if he knows why? Yash says he has no idea. DD vows not to allow Sid ruin her Son’s life!
Sid is placed on a life support Machine at the hospital. Raj is by his bedside, praying to God to save his life.
Roshni arrives at the hospital and ignores her Mother’s Phone call.
DD panics and says she doesn’t know what would have made Roshni come to India.
Samaira hands her a copy of the newspaper with the story of Siddharth’s accident in it.
Grandmother asks DD what is written in it? DD says Sid got into a near fatal accident in Bangkok and has been rushed to the City hospital in India.
Samaira says it’s obvious that Roshni came because of Sid!
Grandmother prays that God should spare Sid’s life.
Roshni asks for Sid’s room and she is told. Simran sees her but isn’t sure she is the one. As She’s walking towards Roshni, Krutika stops her and says she needs to eat something.
Simran says Sid is fighting for his life and she can’t eat anything. Krutika says she has to, so she doesn’t fall ill.
Simran follows Krutika.
Roshni covers her head with a veil and sees Rajveer along the hospital corridor.
Rajveer is grumbling about hospital food and says he hopes Sid dies soon, so they can leave the hospital!
Roshni hides when she see him turning around. She sneaks into a staff room and dresses as a Nurse.
She enters Sid’s room and sees him hooked to the Machine. She sits by his bedside and weeps. She asks what he has done and says he knows she wouldn’t be able to live without him. She says she know he’s very strong and will always get out of a situation. She begs him to be strong.
DD arrives the hospital and asks for Sid’s room at the reception. She turns around and comes face to face with Simran.
Simran asks what she’s doing here and if she hasn’t done enough already!
DD says she only came to take Roshni home. Simran is shocked that Roshni is at the hospital.
Roshni holds Sid’s hand and remembers when he told her he knows she doesn’t want to look at him because she still loves him. She asks why he comes to her when he likes and then goes away whenever he likes, and she has so many questions to ask him, she wants to be with him again and he promised her that he will always be with her. She begs him as his wife, not to leave her alone. She say she never wishes for anything like this. She stayed away for 6 months, but she still loves him with all her heart, she doesn’t care if he lies to her again, she just wants him to wake up and he can do whatever he wants to her. She begs him to come back. She sleeps on his chest and holds his head.
The Machine starts beeping and Sid starts breathing.
Roshni tells him he can do it. He opens his eyes and sees her crying over him. He slowly raises his hand to touch hers.
Simran tells DD that she is warning her and her daughter to leave Sid alone! Raj sees them and asks DD why she is here?
DD says she already told his wife that she’s just here to take her daughter away!
Raj is happy to hear that Roshni is at the hospital. He says he can now be rest assured that Sid will be alright.
Simran tells DD to go away and take her daughter because she doesn’t want anyone near her Son!
The Doctor informs them that Sid has regained consciousness and it’s a Miracle!
Raj asks Simran if she heard what the Doctor said? He says he’s going to see his Son and Daughter-in-law.
He follows the Doctor.
Sid tells Roshni not to leave him again because he will die without her. Roshni moves away from the bed and runs away.
Sid removes all the wires from his body and gets out of bed, but he falls down.
Raj and the Doctor enter and Sid begs his father to stop Roshni. Raj begs him to get back into bed and he’s promising that Roshni won’t go anywhere.
Sid says he did it on purpose, he jumped in front of the Car so that Roshni will realise she still loves him and can’t live without him. Raj is almost in tears as he asks Sid why?
Sid looks towards the door and sees, DD, Simran, Roshni, Krutika and Rajveer standing in the doorway. He smiles in relief at seeing Roshni.
Sid says he knew Roshni would come back to him. He tells his Dad that she heard about his accident on TV and came running to him, so she has forgiven him.
Roshni tells him to stop it because she heard everything he told his father! She leaves the room and he runs after her.
She stops in the corridor and Sid puts his hand on her shoulder.
Roshni turns to him and says she can’t believe he would do that and go to such an extent to fool her to come back into his life! She says he should have thought about what it would do to his family before doing such a thing; she has played the fool again by coming to see him, but if he thinks it would change the way things are between them, then he’s wrong because it won’t change anything!
Sid says it did change; in the last 6 months, he’s been looking for her and now, she came to him. He agrees what he did was wrong, but in the end, it was successful, and if this is what he needs to do, he will do it. He tells her to think about why she came back home. He says she came because she loves him.
Roshni tells him to let her go; she followed her heart once and it got her nowhere! She turns to leave, but he pulls her back and tells her to listen to her heart because he has no doubt that she loves him.
Roshni says she never wants to see him in pain. Sid says it’s because she loves him and she should just admit it.
DD says it’s enough; she tells Roshni to come with her!
Sid says she can’t take Roshni away; his Mum was mean to Roshni and Roshni’s Mum too, but their love will stand the test. He says he knows now, that not even death can pull them apart, so DD can take Roshni away, but he will always find her. He tells his father not to worry because he will soon bring his Daughter-in-law back to him. He tells Roshni that she can go now.
DD pulls Roshni, but Roshni is hesitant and when they leave, she turns back to look at Sid one last time.
Sid tells his dad to take him home because he has finally found what he was looking for.
At home, DD tells Roshni to remember what she promised her and one quick moment is all it takes to ruin her chances of a divorce, so she needs to hurry up and go back to Bangkok.
Grandmother says she has missed Roshni.
Roshni says she’s sorry she disappointed DD, but she thought Sid was going to die, and that was why she ran to see him. DD says she has to go back to Bangkok, but she is not forcing her, she just wants her to consider it.
Raj tucks Sid in bed and tells him it’s important to keep himself healthy and take his medicine. Sid says he doesn’t need any medication as he’s surrounded by Roshni’s photos. Raj says his wounds will only heal if he takes medicine.
As Raj leaves the room, he sees Simran and walks past her without a word.
Simran tries to feed Sid some soup. He holds her hand and asks why she blames Roshni? Simran tells him to put himself in her shoes. Sid says he realised today that a lot of people still love him and the episode has brought her closer to him again. He begs her to make things right and help him bring Roshni back into the house. Simran says she can do anything, but not that! Sid says if Roshni hadn’t come to see him today, he would have died. Simran tells him not to talk like that. She leaves the room.
Sid picks up a pillow with Roshni’s photo and tells her to pack her bags because she is coming home.
Roshni is thinking of Sid and what he said about packing her bags and coming home.
The couple who wanted jewellery made for their daughter come to see DD. DD begs them for more time to deliver the jewellery. The lady gets upset and says it’s her daughter’s wedding and the date can’t be changed! DD says she had to get a loan and needs one more day. The lady says they won’t be needing the jewellery if it’s not available before the wedding, and she will make sure she ruins her reputation!
DD pleads, but Roshni enters and tells the woman to go.
She tells DD that she had been lying to her about her financial situation and stress, so she won’t be going back to Bangkok!
DD asks what she will do about Sid?
Roshni says the same Sid that ruined her Mother’s life; she regrets even coming to see him, and she won’t leave again because her Mother needs her. DD says she won’t be able to watch her go through the same emotional abuse.
They hear a voice at the door saying DD is right.
They turn to see Yash dragging in his suitcase. He says he came to get Roshni back to Bangkok and infact, they should all move to Bangkok.
DD introduces him to Grandmother. Roshni asks him why he came here? Yash says she left and he came because he thought she could use a friend. DD tells him to freshen up while they get dinner ready.
