Satya is surprised and emotional. Satya says where did she get it and gets happy. He says he has to go and meet them. He asks what he should wear and checks his wardrobe. Mahi asks him to wear something formal. Satya thinks the Khuranas will be happy to meet him and will hug him. He says but if this doesn’t happen then…, as so much time had passed. If they don’t want to accept him… then? Mahi says everything will be fine and says they will always be with him. Satya smiles as she gives him strength. Mahi asks him to get ready in the morning and then they will go to the Office and then, his real family. They hug each other.
Next day, Mahi and Satya are busy in the Office. Khan and his wife, Romana gets inside the Office, but the alarm bell rings at security point. Security guard stops him and says they have to check. Mahi says this is a family. Payal says yes. The red light beeps again. The Security guard stops Romana. Mahi says she is a family too.
Satya asks Payal, how is he looking? Payal says he is looking changed. Mahi says today is a big day for Satya. He is going to meet the Khuranas, his real family. Payal is shocked and says it is good. Mahi says let’s go. Satya says his mother says that they should get elders’ blessings for a big day. He touches her feet. Payal says all the best and looks angrily. Satya and Mahi go.
Mahi and Satya reach the Galaxy Apartments. Satya says he is excited. Someone opens the door. Satya says he wants to meet the Khurana family. Mahi says the Khurana family. The servant asks they want to meet who? Satya says everyone and asks him to tell everyone that Karanveer came, Siddharth Khurana’s son. The Servant asks them to wait and says he will call Madam. He closes the door.
Krutika is looking at Sid, Roshni and the Khurana family’s picture. She smiles seeing Sid’s picture.
The Servant comes and says Siddharth Khurana’s son have come, Karanveer. Krutika gets happy hearing Karanveer’s name and runs to meet him. She comes towards the door, but Payal stops her and makes her smell chloroform. Krutika is shocked. The Servant comes there. Payal asks him to tell Karanveer that nobody is at home if he wants money, else, he’ll become a servant for life! The Servant opens the door and tells Satya that nobody is at home. He closes the door. Satya and Mahi get sad. Satya tells Mahi that the Servant went to inform the family, but then came back and asked them to go, saying nobody is inside. He says this happens when your family doesn’t want to see your face. There is something wrong with destiny. Mahi cries and says they forgot them at a go, if they are not in their destiny. Satya smiles and hugs her, saying she and mother are not in his destiny, but his life and him can’t live without them both. Mahi hugs him. Satya hugs her back.
Krutika gains consciousness and sees Payal standing there. She asks what does she want, why is she not letting her meet her nephew! Payal asks her to do as she says, else, she knows what she can do! She asks her not to hurry up, else she can lose her nephew. She says she won’t take even 2 mins to blast him! Krutika is shocked.
Payal gives money to Khan and Romana. Khan says they were thinking that after Mahi and Satya go away from her life, then can she let them stay with her? They won’t give her a chance to complain. Romana touches her feet. Payal asks them to stop it and goes. Khan says she is a stone hearted woman and asks Romana not to do any mistake tomorrow. Payal puts saree on herself and look at it in the mirror. Gangu Tai comes and says it is looking good on her. Payal looks at the sweet offering tray. Gangu Tai gives her sweet offering and says she prayed for her event in the temple. Payal says whatever she does for Satya and Mahi is less. Gangu Tai goes out. Payal thinks she gave her ghee laddoo and keeps it. She thinks to get rid of all of them once she succeeds in her plan.
Satya comes to Mahi and asks her to have icecream. Mahi refuses to have icecream and asks him not to trouble her. Satya says if this is the case, then he will go far away that he will not come back even if she calls him 36 times. Mahi keeps her hand on his mouth and asks him not to say this again. Satya asks her not to do this again. Darkhast hai ye song plays… Satya gets romantic and closer to her. Mahi also reciprocates his feelings. Song continues to play… Their romance is interrupted by a phone call. Mahi says she has to go to the Office immediately as papers are important. Satya asks what about him? Mahi says papers are important. Satya says he will go and bring the papers and asks her to sleep well. Mahi kisses his cheeks. Satya says she’s mad and smiles. Mahi also smiles.
Khan keeps the flower-bomb tray under the table and calls Payal, saying the work is done. Payal says so Satya will have to face gun and bomb together tomorrow. She thinks he will lose anyhow. Satya goes to the Office in the night and gets the file. He sees the light coming out from the flower tray and takes it out. He thinks it is brought by Khan Saheb. He finds bomb kept inside it and thinks Khan Saheb is planning to make a big blast. He is shocked and calls Mahi. Mahi picks the call, but just then, the drum starts playing and Mahi couldn’t hear anything. Satya asks her to stay far away from Khan, but Mahi thinks Satya wants to talk to Khan and goes to his room. Her phone is switched off. Mahi thinks to inform Khan to talk to Satya. Satya is shocked.
Mahi opens the door and finds Khan making bomb, and his wife Romana with gun. She is shocked and tries to run, but Romana and her husband Khan catch her. Romana makes her smell chloroform. Gangu Tai hears the sound, but couldn’t see Mahi.
Satya calls Payal, but she doesn’t pick his call. Payal calls Satya, as a kidnapper, and informs him that his wife is in her captivity. She asks him to wait for their next call. Satya thinks Khan and Romana has kidnapped Mahi, and doesn’t know about Payal’s involvement in it. They make Mahi wear bomb fixed jacket and makes her sit on a chair. Payal takes her video and signals Romana to keep check on her and signals Khan to come to her.
Satya comes to Kajal and asks from where did she pick Romana up? She says from the bus stand. Satya comes there and hears the train sound. He thinks Mahi is here somewhere.
Payal and Khan are there. Payal says something to Khan. Satya couldn’t see Payal with Khan. Payal leaves. Satya sees Khan and shouts at him. Payal hides and she’s shocked. Khan tries to run and come to the factory. Satya follows him and comes there. He looks angrily. Payal looks at them from hideout. Satya kicks Khan with his leg and slaps him repeatedly. He says he told him that he can’t count his broken pieces if he touch Mahi. He says he acts to be handicapped, and says he will make him handicapped today. He hits his leg. Payal sends him a video, where Mahi is seated with the bomb jacket. Khan laughs. Satya is shocked. Khan asks if he liked it? He says this is just a trailer, the film is yet to be watched. He asks him to do as he says. He says if he tries to kill him, then his wife will be killed. He has one more surprise for him, and shows Sid, Roshni, Raj, Simran and Krutika’s pictures. Satya says this is his family. Khan says she is his Aunt, and asks him to kill Krutika, else, he will make Mahi blast off.
Khan blackmails Satya and puts forth the deal infront of Satya either to save his wife, Mahi or his Aunt, Krutika. Satya says he can’t do this, Mahi is his life and his Aunt is his family. Khan says he has two choices and a night to think. Satya goes. Payal looks on. Kabhi Khushi Kabhi gham song is played…
Satya feels bad. He comes back home and he’s very much worried.
In the morning, Payal comes to Satya and asks what happened? Why is he sitting on the floor as if he hasn’t slept all night? Satya says no, and says he slept. Payal asks him about Mahi? Satya says she went for an event. Payal asks him to be ready for the event.
Krutika calls Payal and asks her to make her meet Karanveer and says she has done whatever she asked him. Payal says very soon, and ends the call. She thinks Krutika doesn’t know that her own nephew is going to kill her today. Satya thinks where is he trapped? He can’t take anyone’s life and asks God to help him.
At the event, Krutika asks Payal, when she will make her meet Karanveer? Payal says soon, let the event start first. Payal welcomes everyone for the event and tells that Krutika Khanna is helping Sen Gupta industries to reach new heights. Krutika thanks Payal for talking so good about her.
Khan gives the bomb tray to Satya’s and asks him to go, else, he will kill Mahi. Satya is coming there while the song Kabhi baaki si mujhme… plays… Krutika looks at him and gets emotional… She has tears in her eyes.
