One of the Terrorist tells the Chief, the Police is coming inside. He makes a plan to fight back and give instructions to his team. The Chief says listen to me carefully act like nothing is happening here when police come in and if you try to act smart then you will be dead. Chief point gun at pregnant lay beside Meet and ask do you understand. Meet says yes. The Terrorist hide in hospital. Everyone act normal after seeing the Police.
The Inspector ask about terrorist and show there photo. No one react. Constable show photos to everyone personally. Ragini says we don’t know we never saw them. Inspector see blood on chair says how did this much blood come on chair. Chief lock himself inside a room. Inspector all about blood stain. Meet says mistakenly ward boy destroyed blood packet. Ward boy says yes it was a mistake. Meet thinks how will tell them terrorists are here.
The Inspector ask everyone to leave. Wounded terrorist shout in pain. The Police hears him and walk towards the room with gun. He open room and look from outside. Inspector says come let’s go no one is here and they leave. The Terrorist hiding behind for walks out and ask everyone to sit down on floor, they start threatening everyone. Meet see a ball she take marker from ward boy and write something on it and throw it outside the hospital.
Meet Ahlawat in the Car speaks with the Agent over the Phone and says I will reach in 10 minutes, he hugs up and remembers he left the file in the Hospital, he gets out of the Car and walks towards the Hospital.
Meet throws the ball outside and it reaches police. Inspector grabs the ball and read the message he says terrorist are here, he ask yo call back-up.
One of the terrorist rell chief police is coming back. Everyone gets scared. Chief ask everyone to get ready, he looks at Meet and bring her out of hospital as hostage.
The Police ask everyone to calm down. Chief ask them to stay back or else I’ll kill everyone one by one, if you think I’m faking I’ll set and example for you all. Meet Ahlawat walks and sees Meet as hostage. Meet looks at him. The Chief takes her back inside. Meet Ahlawat tries to rush towards Meet but the Police hold him, he ask them to leave him.
The Chief takes everyone’s phone from them. A lady hides her other Phone from everyone. The Chief says everyone will be quiet or else I’ll kill  him. Meet ask everyone to calm down, shouting won’t help us.
The Inspector ask his senior to send back-up. Meet Ahlawat says to Inspector try to understand my wife and my chachi is inside terrorist can do anything to them, please let me go inside, if anything happens to me it will be my responsibility. The Inspector says sorry we won’t be able to send you inside.
The Chief ask his members to look for doctor and says if something will happen to the Commander I’ll burn this down, I know someone from inside told police about us so come forward or else because of that person everyone will be dead.
The Reporters are outside the Hospital recording news.
The Ahlawats are watching the news channel about Terrorist. Raj says what about the families of hostages they must be worried. Ram tries to reach Ragini’s number. Babita call Meet and find out there phone is switched off. Raj calls Meet Ahlawat, he pick up phone. Raj ask we saw the Terrorist attack news are you alright. Meet Ahlawat says don’t worry, we all are fine. Raj ask why are there phone switched off. Meet Ahlawat says there phone’s battery is dead, don’t worry we will come home safe and disconnects the Phone.
The Chief is treathing people inside and asking about the Culprit. He points a gun at a pregnant woman. Meet says she couldn’t do it, she is scared please let her go. Chief says you are right she looks scared but you look fine, did you tell the Police about us, answer us or I’ll pull the trigger.
The Terrorist bring surgeon infront of Chief, he ask him to start operating fast. Doctor says try to understand this patients body infected with poison let me treat her first or else she will die. Chief kill the patient. Everyone outside hospital gets alert of hearing gun. Chief ask doctor to begin with operation. Every hostage crying. Chief ask everyone to be quite.
The Chief takes the dead body outside the hospital with stretcher. Reporter try to take a clear view of scene but police ask them step back.
Everyone at the Ahlawat Mansion is watching the news and getting scared after seeing the reports.
The Chief at door says this is the first guft from our side because we know someone give you information about us, we will find me but if anyone try to come inside hospital everyone will be dead.
Babita says everyone inside must be scared inside. Raj says this is very bad condition for family members too.
Meet Ahlawat says to the Inspector, they don’t respect life, please do something why aren’t you doing your job, my family members are trapped inside at least let me do something.
The Chief inside the Hospital ask the Culprit to come forward. The Terrorist scaring every hostage. Chief looks at a boy he ask Culprit to come forward or else I’ll kill him.
The Inspector making strategy to breach inside hospital and talk about a secret path to enter inside hospital but it’s a maze we first need to understand the path only then we can go. Constable says for that we need permission and only army can do it. Meet Ahlawat hear everything and looks at map.
Meet raise her hand says let the kid go I told police about you. Meet come forward. Chief says get ready to die and point gun at her.
Meet Ahlawat outside says I promise nothing will happen to you Meet, I’ll find the secret way which will lead me to you, have patience.
Meet put gun on her forehead says shoot me.
The Chief pointing gun at Meet. Meet says you already have killed people to save you, you can kill everyone but remember we are your shield if we are dead then you are too. The Chief says are you not scared of death. Meet says says no and answer him back. He says you speak a lot.
Meet Ahlawat reach home. Everyone ask him about Ragini and Meet. He walks to them and see news about hospital. Babita and Raj ask him about them. Meet Ahlawat didn’t answer them.
Chief says folks look at her she will come handy to us, he ask number 2 and 3 to separate hospital staff and normal people in different room.
Meet Ahlawat says Meet decided to stay at her home with Ragini. Babita says okay tomorrow I have kept pooja for you and Meet so that there are no more bad omen between your relation. Meet Ahlawat remember seeing Meet as hostage.
Everyone separate normal public from hospital staff. Ragini scolds Meet says are you mad they might kill you with your guns. Meet says everyone must be worried about us we need to get out safely and I know when they can kill someone. The Pregnant lady praises Meet for raising her voice.
Masum shows the dress made for Meet to Meet Ahlawat. Babita says I have specially designed this for Meet to wear in pooja. Meet Ahlawat thinks first I have to find that secret passage to enter hospital. Meet Ahlawat says it will be done. Babita says take thali in your hand and leave. Raj thinks Meet Ahlawat looks worried feels like he wants to say something but couldn’t.
Civilians are been dragged inside store room. Terrorist beat old man badly. Pregnant lady says forgive him he is old as your father. He push her badly and walk out of room. Lady shouts in pain. Meet say her labour pain has started.
Meet Ahlawat in his room remember about pooja, he gets emotional after seeing her photo and saree.
Meet ask about help from someone. She shouting in pain. Other lady says don’t shout or they will come back to inside. Meet scolds her says we have to help each other and they way you are saying nobody will stand beside you, she ask everyone to stick together against terrorist. Everyone says yes we are ready. Meet ask everyone to help her for delivery.
Meet Ahlawat with Meet’s photo says I promise you tomorrow you will be sitting with me in red saree in pooja I’ll bring you back.
Everyone make arrangements in store room to deliver her baby, they put blanket on her.
Raj walks to Meet Ahlawat and says you are hiding something from us, there is something you are not telling us, did you fight again with Meet Ahlawat. Meet Ahlawat says no its not like that, I cannot loose her everything is fine. Raj walk away.
Ragini says to Meet her condition is getting worse we need a doctor baby won’t come out. Meet says don’t worry and she ask lady to push hard and take deep breath. Ragini says I also had same condition so doctor use some kind of vacuum. Meet start looking for vacuum cleaner.
Meet  Ahlawat says I have to save Meet and remember police talking about secret path to enter hospital.
Ragini says to Meet she can die. Meet modify vacuum machine.
Meet Ahlawat is searching about City Hospital and the secret path to enter inside which may require permission. Meet Ahlawat remembers City Hospital was Madhuban Palace earlier and check the map about palace, he finds the way and says I’m coming to save you Meet.
Chanda shouting in pain. Ragini ask her to push harder one more time, she faints and deliver baby. Meet your baby is here Chanda. She looks at her child. The Terrorist outside thinks why everyone is so quiet and they walk towards room to check.
Meet Ahlawat hear Babita getting call from Dadi, he gets alert says if she talks to mom, she will understand I was lying to them.
The Terrorist are outside the Storeroom, he ask everyone to open the door. Everyone gets scared inside. Meet ask everyone to be quiet. He’s continuously knocking on the door.
