Shlok pleads with Raj to let him go, but Raj refuses. Sumeet sees Shlok’s fallen bike and tries to track his location through the bike company. Shlok confronts Raj about his actions, and they get into a fight. Raj wants Shlok to accept his marriage with Sumeet and call off the engagement, but Shlok disagrees.
Meanwhile, Sumeet manages to find Shlok’s location at a dhaba (roadside restaurant) and wonders if he is really in danger. She receives a call from Raj but ignores it, remembering that he had bribed Bala before.
Sumeet arrives at the dhaba and is concerned about Shlok’s safety. She questions Raj over the phone, asking if he has done something to Shlok. Raj denies any harm and insists that he is doing everything for her happiness. Raj instructs his men to keep Shlok kidnapped but unharmed.
Raunak notices Raj leaving and tells his men to torture Shlok severely, hoping to put the blame on Raj and make Sumeet angry with him. Sumeet arrives at the locked dhaba (Roadside Restaurant) and wonders why Shlok would come to such a place on his engagement day. At the engagement venue, guests gossip about Shlok’s drunk video with Sumeet and wonder if he will show up for the engagement. Poonam believes that he might be stuck somewhere and will come eventually.
Meanwhile, Raunak’s men attack Shlok, and he makes noise, alerting Sumeet. She wonders how there could be noise inside a closed dhaba and realizes that Shlok might be inside. Shlok’s family becomes worried about his sudden disappearance. Raunak’s men light a fire and hang Shlok tied to a cot above it. Raunak enjoys watching Shlok suffer and then heads to the engagement venue. He pretends to be concerned when Poonam mentions that they can’t reach Shlok. Raunak teases Bitti, trying to provoke her, but she becomes angry and focuses on Shlok’s possible arrival at the engagement.
Raunak plans to take away everything Shlok cares about, including Sumeet. Sumeet manages to enter the dhaba, and Shlok tells her to leave, but Raunak’s men attack her too.
Sumeet remembers Meet’s advice to confront problems instead of running from them and bravely fights against Raunak’s goons. Shlok screams in pain as the fire gets closer, but Sumeet saves him just in time. She struggles to untie him but eventually succeeds.
Sumeet rescues Shlok and hugs him tightly. The goons attempt to attack Shlok again, but Sumeet throws burning coals at them. She holds Shlok’s hand and takes him away from the dangerous situation.
Sumeet and Shlok returns home, and everyone is surprised to see Shlok injured. Raunak pretends to be concerned and asks Shlok who hurt him. Raunak thinks Shlok will blame Raj, but Shlok lies and says he had an accident. Sumeet wonders why Shlok is lying. Poonam tells Shlok to rest while she prepares turmeric milk for him. Bitti tells Sumeet to stay away, but Sumeet asks her to leave instead. Sumeet asks Shlok why he didn’t tell the truth about being kidnapped. She tries to apply medicine to Shlok’s wounds, but he feels angry thinking about how Raj kidnapped him.
Shlok tells Sumeet that first her brother hurt him, and now she is trying to treat his injuries, claiming it was all part of her plan to soften his heart. Sumeet is taken aback and asks Shlok what he means. Shlok believes that she is pretending and says that he was kidnapped by Raj to prevent him from getting engaged to Bitti, and his wounds were inflicted by Raj’s henchmen. Upset, Sumeet walks away and sends an audio message to Raj, asking him to come to her in-laws’ place as she needs his help. Raj thinks she might have decided to return to him.
Poonam is sure that Shlok is lying and someone intentionally hurt him. Sumeet appears with a burning stick, blaming Raj for Shlok’s injuries, and says she deserves to be punished just like Shlok. Raj, who is outside, gets shocked seeing Sumeet with the stick. Sumeet tells Raj that she knows he loves her, but he forgot about the pain his actions cause others. She asks Poonam to punish her. Raj tries to open the door and denies being responsible for Shlok’s injuries. He admits to kidnapping Shlok to stop the engagement but denies having him beaten up.
Sumeet insists that Poonam hurt her, and Pankhuri records everything on video. Sumeet screams in pain as she touches her hand with the burning stick. Shlok makes her throw it away. Raj continues to protest from outside, saying he didn’t do anything. Sumeet says she cannot trust his words. She tells Shlok that she shared his pain as they promised each other. Pankhuri sends the video to Shagun, who becomes annoyed, knowing that Sumeet is winning hearts with her actions, but she won’t let that happen.
Shlok makes Sumeet wash her burn with water, and they have an argument. She tells him that he can’t understand her pain. Shlok thinks that Sumeet is in love with the voice of the wonderboy, which is him, but he can’t reveal it to her or anyone else. Raj swears to take Sumeet away from Shlok’s home, even if he has to beg someone to do it.
Poonam wonders if they misunderstood Sumeet, as she went against her brother for Shlok.
Suddenly, a police officer arrives with an arrest warrant against Poonam for domestic violence on Sumeet. They are shocked to learn that Sumeet had called the police to file a complaint.
Shlok and Sumeet are not at home when the police come, and Poonam is taken into custody. Once they return, Bitti informs Shlok about the incident.
