Ramona is walking in the hall when Kareena asks what she is thinking, as Mahira is coming from the other side, she explains that she is worried, because Karan has convinced her daughter to take back the case, and he might leave her after Preeta must have been released.
Rakhi comes informing that she’s just overreacting and that the only reason Karan went to Preeta was to talk with her. Ramona isn’t ready to listen to anything, so she explains that she’s aware of everything, but never says a thing, as she felt that it was their family matter, but now that things have gotten out of control..,
Rishab in an attempt to divert the attention chooses Sameer, he blames him for advising him to divorce Sherlyn, so everyone starts scolding Sameer for having the guts to say such a thing, as it’s a matter relating to the couple.
Sherlyn explains that she felt really bad when Rishab himself thought that Sameer had the right to suggest it, Risahb explains that they all felt bad when they thought that Sameer had suggested it to him, so why did they not say anything, when Ramona said the same thing about Karan, except for Rakhi, no other person took a stand for him, which really hurts.
Preeta explains that some questions have easy answers and can be explained, yet they are not given, both of them get emotional and start crying, but Preeta isn’t able to wipe her tears. Karan helps her and they both sit.
Preeta seeks his permission to asks a question, then she asks him about what promise has he made to Mahira that she was even ready to confess the truth in favour of her (Preeta) in the Court? Karan remembers what he said regarding the marriage, so he’s not able to say anything. Preeta gets worried seeing his condition, then looks at him in the eye. He takes her hand and they both look into each other’s eyes.
Rishab explains that Ramona took a stand for her daughter, so why can’t they take a stand for their Son, he says that he felt bad when they did not say anything, and he doesn’t want to instruct anyone, but knows that his brother is a grown up person and can do all that he wishes, so they will not stop him if he wants to meet Preeta.
Risahb says to Sherlyn that she asked Sameer why he advised him, but he wants to make it clear that there is nothing of the sort, and the entire drama was because he did not want anything wrong to happen to Karan, and can’t hear anything against Karan, he leaves after which Ramona wonders what she can do to make Preeta go away from her daughter’s life because only then, can she get married to Karan!
Preeta asks Karan how much she means to him, as this can be the only reason he is helping her, he explains that some answers are very easy, but they are not given, she then asks him a second question, that if he’s really going to marry Mahira? Karan then explains that it’s the same, as how much he trusts her. He gets a call from Mahira, but the Inspector explains that he has to go outside if he wishes to take the call.
Karan is talking with Mahira, asking where she is, to which she explains that she has gotten late, but she will come really soon, as she is also aware of how much it means to him that Preeta gets free, then she pleads with him to talk with her, as there are some gangsters chasing her, then the Auto driver speeds up and saves Mahira, whereas, she was able to escape from them in an Auto-rickshaw.
Karan also decides to go after her, as she might be in some sort of trouble.
A Car is constantly chasing Mahira who is in the Auto, Mahira and the driver of thr Auto she’s in, are also trying their very best to speed up, really far away from them, but the Car after them finally stops them, and they once again make a run for it. Mahira advises the Auto driver to make a run to the Police station.
Karan asks Ramona for the Password to Mahira’s phone, she is hesitant at first, but finally gives in when she sees how tensed he is, even at yhat, he still doesn’t tell them anything and leaves. Karan leaves in a rush which makes everyone wonder where he’s going?
The Auto driver stops the Auto on the side and then requests Mahira to get out, otherwise it will be really problematic for him! Mahira request him to stay back, but when the gangsters arrive, she hides behind the truck, then escapes as soon as she gets a chance.
The lady constable brings water for Preeta, she advises her to not worry, as everything will be alright and the only thing that she should believe in now is God. The Inspector seeing her there, calls her to accompany the lawyer.
Karan tracks Mahira’s phone, and he’s shocked to see that she is hiding in a location where there are only warehouses.
Mahira decides to call Karan, but panics and then calls him immediately, explaining that she is being chased by some goons who seem very dangerous, and so she pleads with him to come and rescue her, otherwise it will be really problematic for her. He advises her to keep the Phone in her hand, as he will track her with it and come to her.
Mahira is caught by one of the goon, who places his hand on her mouth, they are not even scared of Karan’s threats, which leaves Karan really worried.
Shrishti is calling Karan but it isn’t connecting. Sarla comes asking about Karan, to which she explains that it isn’t connecting, then she gets really tensed, and says that she shouldn’t have trusted Karan, as he’s really irresponsible.
Mahira is taken inside a warehouse, she slaps the leader, asking why did they show their face, as Karan would get curious and might even catch them! They apologize explaining that they did all that they could, to make it real, as she was the one that paid them, then she asks for her phone, ordering them to keep an eye on the surroundings!
Mahira calls Sherlyn who’s in the Court, then she asks what is happening over there? Sherlyn asks where she is, to which she explains that she has been kidnapped by some goons. Sherlyn gets worried, so Mahira mentions that they were all her people, and they are working for her.
Mahira tells that she planned this, since she wasn’t sure about Karan, and felt that he might leave her once Preeta is released from Jail, so she planned her kidnapping and played all the cards, to make it look as if it was all real, and even got slapped by one of the kidnappers to make it look more legit.
Sherlyn is also impressed by her plan and they both laugh while still talking on the phone. Mahira asks Sherlyn if she liked her plan? Sherlyn explains that she thought that Mahira might actually come to help Preeta. Mahira responds that she really hates Preeta, since she was the one that destroyed her dreams, which is why she did all that she can to make Preeta stay away from Karan’s life, and which is why she has called her to ask her what is happening in the Court, since she won’t be able to know a thing once karan arrives.
Sherlyn assures her of the full support, explaining that she will do all that she can, to make sure that Preeta is convicted.
Preeta’s Court hearing begins and Sarla is worried that Karan and Mahira are missing from the Courtroom. The Judge says that he’s being told that Preeta is innocent and Mahira will take back her case after being the one to file it, so where is she now? The lawyer explains that she was about to come, but there might be some reason that she’s still not present now.
The lawyer hired by Mahira stands accusing the other lawyer of being the one to pass the judgments, as Mahira isn’t even present.
Sherlyn comes and when Ramona asks where she went, she explains that she went to the bathroom.
The lawyer explains that she is the sole culprit, as there is also a witness who has seen the accident and they want that Preeta be sentenced according to the crime that she has committed!
Mahira gets really angry after seeing the kidnappers talking with each other, ordering them to keep an eye out, otherwise her entire plan would be ruined! She explains that she wants them to make sure that Karan doesn’t rescue her, they ask her to call him to confirm his whereabouts, she gets irritated saying that this would only mean that all of this is a made up situation, if they don’t try to make it real! She’s still scolding them when she sees Karan coming, she then takes all of them inside, ordering that they tie her up!
Karan comes there, and she pretends like she’s in big trouble, Karan then tries to help her, but gets hit with a bat on the back of his side and so gets unconscious.
Preeta is in the Court and feels that something wrong might have happened to Karan, she abruptly calls Shrishti asking her to call and enquire from Karan, what’s happening. Everyone gets shocked to hear her remarks.
Karan is being dragged, Mahira then slaps one of the goons, after which she shouts at him, asking why did he hit Karan on the head?? Karan wakes up, and calls out Mahira’s name, saying that she is also the same person involved with the goons, he then gets unconscious again.
Preeta comes out of the box and tries to go to Shrishti. The lawyer tries to accuse her of trying to run away, but when Sarla asks what has happened? She explains that she feels something is wrong with Karan. Shrishti then leaves to call Karan, but the lawyer makes remarks on Preeta’s intentions, which angers Janki, who explains to the Judge that they are all trying to manipulate the case.
Preeta is constantly trying to enquire about Karan, but the Inspector gets mad at Preeta, which irritates Risahb, who tries to take a stand for her, but stopped by the Judge, who warns them of a prison sentence if they all try to disrupt the trial process!
Ramona explains to Karan’s Grandma that the entire Aurora family is really manipulative and they will soon create a scene to try and get her released.
Mahira recounts the whole incident to Sherlyn, regarding how Karan wakes up to find she (Mahira) tied up, as one of the goons theaten to stab Mahira with a sword! Karan bashes at the Kidnappers and takes Mahira to Court.
Sherlyn walks outside, and sees Karan with Mahira, she immediately hides and then calls Mahira, explaining that she must do all that she can to not go in front of the Judge, otherwise Preeta will be released, then Karan calls Mahira to hurry up, but she pretends as if she is weak and acts to get unconscious, Sherlyn seeing this, thinks that Mahira is a great actress.
Shristhi explains that her sister is innocent, but the lawyer says that she’s only doing this as a Sister, they do not listen to anything.
Sherlyn also comes, explaining that she has seen it with her own eyes that Preeta was the one that pushed Mahira in front of the truck, she comes to the witness box to give her statement.
The Judge is about to give his verdict, and it looks like it would be against Preeta, but she is saved by the timings of the Court, as it ends just then, so the statement is postponed until the next hearing.
Everyone leaves the room, while the Aurora family tries to meet Preeta, but they are stopped from doing so.
Sherlyn says to Rishab that Karan has reached the Court.
