Sarla and Bi jee are also worried about Shrishti, because she isn’t at the house, they all wonder where she is, as she wasn’t in her room.
Shrishti comes and Sarla asks where she was, Shrishti mentions that she was at the Luthra house, Sarla gets really angry, so Shrishti explains the entire situation that occurred to her, and how the Truck driver admitted his crimes and will be punished in the Court. She then says that she’s sure Preeta would come back home, they all get hopeful and leave for the Court.
Bi jee is standing with Janki when Karan comes and hugs her from behind, Bi jee talks with him asking why he did not talk to her? She says that he has totally forgotten about her, but he says that he has never forgotten about her, as she’s his girlfriend, then both Janki and Bi jee praise him for helping them, as they wouldn’t have been able to gather the witness to save Preeta. They talk of how Preeta would come back to them, as they wait for her Van, but when it comes, Sarla doesn’t even look at Karan, they all leave for the Court, but Shrishti stays back apologizing for how her mother behaved, as she’s still angry.
The Court hearing begins, and the Judge mentions that the Court has finalized its judgment, and will announce the verdict.
Ravi, who is defending Preeta seeks permission to present some new evidences, then he asks the Inspector to come and asks what happened, and after listening to the entire conversation, he exclaims that the confession of Bobbi only proves that his Client is innocent.
The Prosecutor objects, after which Ravi calls Shrishti to the witness box which makes everyone get confused about what is happening. Karan says to Rishab that he had something he wanted to say to him and Shrishti will now present it in the Court.
Shrishti mentions that the Video that was presented in the Court was fake and they have submitted the original Video. When the Judge sees it, he places an inquiry on the Police inspector and acquits Preeta of all charges, everyone gets really excited after hearing the verdict, Shrishti hugs Preeta and they both burst out in tears.
Karan asks Rishab if he knows the name of the person that was behind the tampering of the video? Rishab is confused and stunned when Karan mentions Sherlyn’s name, he immediately turns in anger calling her name.
Kareena stops Rishab from saying anything in the Court which makes him to stop.
Preeta says to Shrishti that it was because of her that the Court gave the verdict in her favour. Shrishti mentions that it’s not due to just her, but Karan as well, who has helped her to find the video.
Shrishti recalls how she followed Sherlyn and Mahira and just when Shrishti was about go into her room, Karan stopped her asking what she is doing, she says that she is looking for Sherlyn’s phone and they both start to look for it together, they were able to find the correct video. Flashback ends. Shrishti mentions that it was mostly because of Karan, who suggested Sherlyn’s password to her.
Karan says to Mahira that he saw the video where she pushed Preeta in front of the truck, Rishab also explains that he came to know that Sherlyn was the one who tampered witg the video! They both get shocked, then Karan’s Grandna asks him to stop, as they will talk after getting back home.
Karan also asks her the reason Mahira pushed Preeta in front of the Truck? Mahira explains that she was going to surprise her, but she got in front of the truck. Karan inquires why she didn’t say this before, to which Maira mentions that she did not say anything, as she didn’t not consider it to be important.
Rishab walks beside him, really angry, so Karan also follows him without listening to Preeta, than Sarla asks Preeta to come with her as they will go back home.
Sarla and the family get back home, Shrishti sits on the Couch, mentioning that she will sleep there, as she’s really tired, then Preeta gets really worried, but when Sarla asks her for the reason, she says that she wants to drink tea prepared by her, she goes and Preeta decides to go and have a shower, she tries to call Karan, but he isn’t answering, so she decides to call him after she takes the shower.
Rishab along with everyone are questioning Sherlyn concerning her reason for tampering with the video, but she isn’t able to say anything.
Karan’s Grandma along with Rakhi blame her for bringing about extreme shame, and if she hadn’t tampered with the video, then Preeta wouldn’t have gone to jail to begin with! They all blame Sherlyn.
Rishab asks why did she even do this? Sherlyn says that she made the video because she saw Mahira going to greet Preeta, but she got angry after seeing her and pushed her in front of the truck, but the family do not believe her and Rishab scolds her for worrying about Preeta, as whenever she thinks of her, it only causes harm!
Karan’s Grandma pleads with him to not talk like this to her, as she is their daughter-in-law. Mahira also tries to defend her, but the Luthra’s aren’t listening. Mahesh moves just then, so they called the Doctor.
Sarla makes tea with Samosas, Shrishti takes a lot of them, and as they are eating, Shrishti asks for more, as they are tasty. Preeta comes and remembers how much time she has spent with Karan.
Shrishti gets out of the Auto where she hugs Sameer, which causes everyone standing there to laugh, they order Ice cream and then meet some children who are waiting for their father, as they will give the audition for the Sa Re Ga Ma Pa. Both Sameer and Shrishti are really impressed with their behavior and wish them good luck that they get the chance to win the competition. They both leave and Shrishti wonders how they will perform, but she is happy and thinks that her mother will be known by her name. Sameer says that he said Parents of the popular kids are known by their names.
Preeta is in her room she wonders why Karan hasn’t yet called her, as she only wanted to thank him, but it looks like he doesn’t care, so she will not call him again, but she isn’t able to resist, so she calls him, but it was answered by Mahira who explains that he’s trying some clothes for their marriage, so she shouldn’t call him again, and ends the call.
Preeta again calls her to explain that she knows that Karan is not trying on any clothes, but she should know that attending to someone else’s call doesn’t depict the manners of an educated person.
Shrishti demands Sameer to let him taste his chocolate ice cream, he asks her to request to taste it politely, he gives it to her, but she takes it to rub it all on his face, he asks her what she just did, to which she bursts out laughing, and then apologizes to him for her mistakes, he also takes the ice cream and rubs it on her nose, she feels it all to be romantic, then taking the ice cream, she eats it which makes Sameer nervous, who quickly erases it all.
Janki and Bi jee are both sitting in their room and drinking the cough syrup. When Sarla comes to the room, they immediately finish it, Sarla gets angry with them, pleading with them to not drink it, explaining that they are both like those children who get out of hands, then Bi jee says that she shouldn’t scold the both of them then, as they are her elders, then Bi jee says that she should be happy, since everything is fine now, and Karan helped all of them.
Sarla explains that this is all just a mistake and the reason they helped them was to stop them from complaining, otherwise Sherlyn would have been trown into jail by now. Sarla mentions that they can only trust Risahb, but even he sometimes takes the side of his family, she further explains that they trusted Karan with Preeta, but he deceived all of them and even when they listened to his promise of releasing Preeta from jail, he wasn’y able to do a thing about it, so they should tell her if she is lying now? Preeta starts to cry and leaves the door side.
The entire Luthra family is standing outside the room, Karan’s Grandma asks Karan why is it taking the Doctor too long to come, as she cannot bear that he gets into any more problems, and he should get fine and come back to them please.
Kareena pleads with her to sit and stop crying, since he’s the one to hold their entire family together, so she shouldn’t worry.
Sherlyn wishes that he dies at once, but Mahira prays that he gets well really soon, otherwise she wouldn’t be able to marry Karan.
The Doctor comes out, but they do not let him say anything, as he was been bombarded with questions about Mahesh’s condition, but when he gets the chance, he explains that Mahesh is getting better, and he even feels that Mahesh would be able to get completely fine, they all rejoice and inquire if they can meet him?
Sherlyn thinks that if he gets healthy, then her entire plan would fail and he would throw her out of the house and bring Preeta into the mansion.
Preeta is in her room thinking that the feelings that her mother has for Karan and his family is true and they are always blamed for the things they never do, she thinks that the relationship she has with Karan would be a lot different than what is between the both of them at the given moment, she wishes that he stops getting so angry, as it always ruins everything.
Preeta then thinks of calling Karan and thank him for all his help, as he had genuinely taken her side without any personal gains.
Karan also comes to his room thinking that he must call Preeta to reveal the good news that Mahesh is getting better and would be fine soon, they are both trying to call each other, and was unable to connect as a result of that.
