Mahira and Sherlyn are looking from the window, so Preeta also drops the curtain, she says that she will not let them stay there. Mahira exclaims that she cannot see the both of them like this, so they must do something to make them stay away from each other!
Sherlyn explains that they cannot say anything to the family and must keep it as hidden, then they see that Kareena is coming with their Mothers, and when they come there, they ask Mahira and Sherlyn to also come with them to meet Mahesh.
Kareena is in the room with Mahesh where she introduces Ramona to him explaining that she is soon to be a part of their family and that Karan will marry her daughter Mahira.
Sherlyn along with Mahira ask that they must both leave the room and let him rest. Kareena is trying to correct his pillow when Sherlyn requests her to let her do it, then she bumps his head which wakes him up, he exclaims that he will tell anyone the truth regarding her and explain that she is not good, and it’s Preeta who should be their daughter-in-law.
Preeta wakes up with a heavy head and is shocked to see that she’s so close to Karan, she wonders what the reason is, as she doesn’t remember anything, and tries to recall everything, but when she decides to open the door, she is shocked to see that it’s locked from the inside, she goes to Karan, asking if he is okay and turns to leave, but Karan seeing her, pulls her closer to him instead.
Sherlyn is walking when Mahira runs after her, explaining that she should be happy that Mahesh is getting better, as this would mean that she gets married to Karan.
Sherlyn explains that she will not be married to Karan if Mahesh gets better because if this happens, then they will both be thrown out of the house because the hatred the family has for Preeta is because she told them that Mahesh got into this condition because of Preeta, but the truth is that she was the one behind it all, and if they all come to know about this, then they will both be thrown out of the house, without a second thought, because they will accept Preeta back, and Preeta will reveal Mahira’s truth, which will lead to Mahira being thrown out alongside her (Sherlyn) as well!
Mahesh is regaining his consciousness and thinking of how he told Sherlyn that he will tell the truth about her to everyone, he after making a lot of effort gets into a wheelchair and plans to go to his family.
Preeta is with Karan, she pleads with him to let go of her, but he tells her to say the three magical words. She says I tried stopping you from drinking bhaang but those two made you have it. She asks him to let go as it will help him, as she has to go and look into a matter and think of what she must do with the both of them (Sherlyn and Mahira). Karan asks her to come back, but she doesn’t listen and goes to find the both of them.
Sherlyn and Mahira are making a plan to kill Mahesh Luthra, as this is the only option they have, otherwise the entire plan that they have made will be ruined. They both see that Mahesh is coming on a Wheelchai, so Sherlyn plans to throw him from the stairs and put the entire blame on Preeta which will further instigate the Luthra family against her.
Mahira goes downstairs from the back while Sherlyn takes a hold of his Wheel chair, she takes him by the stairs, then holds his mouth explaining that she was the one behind the last accident that led to his coma, and this time she will do the same!
Sherlyn throws him off the stairs, but he is able to hold on, so Mahira comes from downstairs, she acts as if she really cares for him, and just when he stops making an effort, she exclaims that she came to help Sherlyn, because if he lives, then they cannot work on their plan, she pushes him off the stairs and he goes to the bottom of the stairs after screaming.
Preeta hears his scream, then immediately runs to his aid, she tries to wake him up she calls Rishab and Karan, Rishab alongside Sameer comes running, they try to wake Mahesh who is not responsive. The entire family gets really tensed and they begin to cry, Preeta cannot believe her eyes.
Mahira comes from behind, Rishab asks how he fell, to which Mahira exclaims that Preeta pushed Mahesh from the stairs, this leaves the entire family stunned and they all stare at her.
Sherlyn thinks that it is their luck that Preeta came back to the house at this moment, because they were able to put the whole blame on her.
Karan also comes and is shocked to see that Mahesh is lying on the floor, he comes running and he’s told that Preeta was the one that threw Mahesh on the ground, the family immediately takes Mahesh to the hospital.
Shrishti asks Preeta what has happened and how did the things got thus severe? Preeta asks her to go back to the house and she will look after the Luthra family.
The Luthra family reaches the hospital, Risahb and Karan go to the counter asking for a neuro surgeon, they are told that there is no one available, Karan and Risahb both get angry with them, then Preeta arrives with a Surgeon and they immediately take Mahesh to the Operation Theatre.
Risahb is trying to explain to his Grandma to pray, since that she was the one that told them that her Son is really strong, and they should all pray, so she mustn’t worry, as he would be fine.
Shrishti also comes there, Preeta ask why did she come, to which she says that she would not say anything, and will just stay with her.
The Doctor comes and when they ask how Mahesh is? He exclaims that his condition is getting really worse and he has once again gone into a coma, so they should all pray for his health, Preeta is stunned, she goes into his room.
Preeta pleads with Mahesh to wake up, as they all prayed for his health for a lot of months, so he must get up now, since the entire family is yearning for his love and they need him, he must get up, then thinks that when she came to Mahesh, he had fallen off from his wheel chair, then thinks that it was someone who had pushed him, and she will find the one responsible for this.
Sherlyn comes and is shocked to see that Preeta is with Mahesh. Sherlyn goes to find Mahira, exclaiming that she saw Preeta with Mahesh and she was trying to wake him up, they both plan to use the situation in their favour and blame each and everything on Preeta. Sherlyn thinks that she has also gotten really smart.
Karan and Risahb are both trying to convince the Doctor to come and attend to their father, as he has been the one taking the case of their father, so he must come now. Karan even shouts at him for not being able to come, so he explains that he will consult with the Doctor in India, and then inform them of what happens after.
Mahira and Sherlyn comes to them saying that they both know that Preeta was the one behind the accident that happened with Mahesh, they both blame her and even Mahira exclaims that Preeta heard that if any person of the family dies, then there cannot be any marriage.
Shrishti asks her what is she talking about and how can her sister even think of harming Mahesh? Sherlyn and Mahira both say that it’s because she doesn’t want Mahira to marry Karan! They then ask where is she, and when they aren’t able to find her, Mahira hints towards the room where Mahesh has been transferred to, so the entire family leaves for the room, Risahb is really angry with the both of them.
Kareena enters the room, she immediately inquires what Preeta is doing in the room?? She then blames that she came to kill Mahesh, as she wasn’t able to achieve it before, when she threw him down from the stairs!
Karan’s Grandma and Ramona also arrive, they all start blaming her, Kareena pushes Preeta, she is stopped by Karan, he is also angry. Preeta thinks that does he also think she is the accused?
Preeta tries to explain that they are all mistaken and she did not push Mahesh. Ramona exclaims that she saw her standing there. Shrishti jumps in to say that she just said that she saw Preeta standing there, and why didn’t she stop it from happening? Ramona immediately tries to blame her by saying that Shristi might have seen her push Mahesh as well.
Preeta tries to plead her innocence with Karan, he exclaims that he made a mistake when he trusted Preeta and gave her a position in his heart and the family, but he will not do it anymore, then asks her to get out of his family! She says that she tried to create differences between him and Mahira, but how could he think that she would push ever Mahesh from the stairs?
Karan is not able to decide, then thinks of what had happened the last time when Mahesh went into coma, how she pleaded with him to not leave her side and trust her, but he refused to accept anything and only did what he believed to be right. Preeta stares at him wondering what he is thinking about?
Risahb is frustrated with the way Karan is treating Preeta.
Karan’s Grandma goes to Rakhi, exclaiming that she is her daughter-in-law, but she has always considered her as her own daughter, she is very nice and that is why she likes everyone, but she must now forget Preeta and everything she has done for their betterment, and must now think of the horrible condition she has put her Son (Mahesh), who is her husband, which is why she should also forget her from now on.
Ramona also says that she is happy to know that Karan’s Grandma has finally realized how bad Preeta was from the inside, because she knew it when she came to know about the legal notice.
Rakhi exclaims that they did not know that the one they loved and made a member of their family would deceive them, they never judge a book by its cover.
Karan’s Grandma explains that she’s talking from both her heart and mind, which is why she pleaded with her to think logically.
Kareena also mentions that she knew from the start that Preeta was only trying to get their property!
Sherlyn thinks that she has won the game because even Risahb couldn’t say a thing to what she has done now.
Shrishti asks Preeta to stop crying, Bi jee also comes asking her to stop crying and also makes her a vow. Preeta says that she doesn’t know why they are always blamed for the wrong things, even when they try to only do good, they only went to help Karan.
Bi jee asks why did they do it? Preeta says that both Mahira and Sherlyn planned to make him drink something that they have mixed with Bhaang and force him to marry Mahira at the earliest. She explains the entire situation and how they only went to help Karan, but their plan backfired, and they are now blamed for something they never even did.
Janki mentions that she should not have gone to that house in the first place, where no one believes in relationship, she questions the time that her fate was written, because whenever she tries to protect them, they end up blaming her for it everytime. Janki asks her to remember when Sherlyn had kidnapped her Mother who tried to warn the Luthra’s of her personality, they have also seen what has happened with her, so some people are really not meant to be helped for real.
Bi jee says that they all know from their ancestors that no one can help the person, that is falling in the dug that has already been made by fate, so she mustn’t even try to help such persons.
Janki mentions that whenever she tries to help the Luthras, they blame her for every bad thing happening to them. Sarla is also listening to the conversation and thinks that she will not provoke her, otherwise she will again go back to that house.
Sherlyn asks Mahira why she’s not with her family, she exclaims that she is happy because Karan now hates Preeta which has really made her happy, because he can now marry her without any problem, and she also feels that she can do whatever she wants now. Sherlyn asks her to calm down and not be so overconfident, Mahira apologizes, so they both head back down. They plan to further provoke the Luthras against the Auroras.
Karan’s Grandma explains that Kareena is not saying something wrong, even when she knows what Kareena is actually saying the truth, but how could they have done that in such a hurry?
Ramona comes asking why is Rakhi not listening to what Kareena is saying, even when they all love her really much, so she must henceforth listen to what they all have to say.
Karan’s Grandma asks Sameer to call both Karan and Rishab, as they should be present here at the moment. When they arrive, Kareena says that she has to say something to Karan, she explains that they always face a lot of problems, which she doesn’t want them to face, and when they face a bigger problem, then instead of thinking of how to stop it, they should remove that problem instead.
Karan’s Grandma mentions that they must both listen to what she has to say, then Kareena mentions that they all know why Preeta pushed Mahesh.
Sherlyn mentions that she did this to stop her marriage, but Risahb scolds her for even bringing that nonsense up. Kareena stops him, asking why does he even speak to Sherlyn like that whenever they talk against Preeta, even when he knows she has caused a lot of harm than good??
Karan’s Grandma mentions that they all know that Preeta has caused a lot of harm to their family; She used a lot of methods to stop Karan’s marriage with Mahira, she even came to their engagement, and even after they let her come into the house, Preeta still refused to accept the fact that they do not like her.
Karan’s Grandma then mentions that the only way they can stop her now, is by getting both Karan and Mahira married the very next day, which leaves the entire Luthra family stunned.

Shrishti says that the family changed after Mahira and Sherlyn came and became a part of the Luthra family, and she knows for a fact that they both will do all that they can, to destroy the Luthra family, and she cannot understand why they are so proud of them (Sherlyn and Mahira). Both the Sisters try to calm each other down.
