Karan is wondering about Mahira’s confession, regarding Preeta, that she will never leave Karan, and that Mahira must back out from getting married to Karan. Karan then starts to remember the time that they had spent together, he wonders if what Mahira was saying was the truth, and starts to think that Preeta is indeed innocent, as she is not capable of doing anything of the sort, so he runs off, but he bumps into a ward boy.
Janki asks Sarla why the Police personnels are this stubborn, but she explains that it isn’t the case, as they are only carrying out their duty, then Janki explains that it’s not right, because whenever it’s time for them to arrest someone, then they do it in a hurry, but when it’s time to release the person, they create so much problems. Sarla asks them to not worry, as they are only fulfilling their duty.
Sarla starts to look for an Auto, but Risahb pleads with her to come with him, since he can drop them off at their house, Sarla tries to refuse, but she isn’t left with any other option, and when he insists, they all sit in the car and leave.
Karan enters the Police station, asking about Preeta from the Constable, he explains that the Inspector is questioning a criminal, so he will be out in a few minutes to attend to me him. The Inspector comes, and when he listens to Karan’s question, he explains that his sister-in-law was the one that filed the case against Preeta, then his brother was here for her release. The Inspector explains that he feels there is some confusion among the family members, since he has no idea that Risahb has left with Preeta to drop her off at her house, he tells that he can meet them there, Karan immediately leaves.
Bi jee is with Sameer, he tries to calm her down by saying that they will come really soon, Bi jee gets up as soon as she sees the car, they all get out from the car, Bi jee hugs her. Shrishti asks Risahb how he came to know that Preeta got arrested, he explains that Sameer called him. Bi jee thanks him, to which he explains that he did all this for his family and so there is no need to say thank you.
Sarla asks him to come inside, but he explains that he has told a lot of lies, which he would have to cover up, they all leave and Shrishti kisses Sameer on the cheek, he gets into his own thoughts of romance, at which point, Janki has to advise him to remove the mark on his cheek.
Risahb very angrily, enters the house, calling Sherlyn! Kareena comes asking for the reason, as Sherlyn is at her mother’s house and would spend the night there, he asks how they could have done all they did, when he wasn’t present in the house, and would have come back even if he was in Canada for this.
Kareena asks what he’s talking about? He explains that he’s talking of Preeta, and how could they even think of blaming her, when he knows that she can never do anything of the sort, she is innocent which is why he got her bailed out, she’s back at her house now and comfortable, he orders Sameer to pay the lawyer. Kareena tries to threaten him, but Risahb calls him to send the receipt.
Karan is in his room, Risahb is walking by the room and enters after seeing Karan, he asks the reason he did not go to help Preeta? Karan says that he is confused, because when the police arrested Preeta, there were many witnesses, which makes him unable to do a thing. Risahb asks why he’s listening to the world, as they would do and say anything that they want, but he has to listen to his heart. Karan denies ever thinking of Preeta for a moment, but Rishab says that he was told by his lawyer that Karan went to the Station, trying to save Preeta, so there is no need to lie, he asks Karan to take care of his Wife and by that, he means just Preeta. Mahira calls Karan and he decides to go back to the hospital. When Preeta calls Karan, he ignores her call again.
Shrishti comes with tea, Preeta asks why did she say that she spoke with Karan, as Risahb said that he doesn’t know of anything? Shrishti explains that she lied as Preeta was really hopeful, and she did not want to spoil her mood. Preeta explains that she has made a big mistake, as she knows that Rishab is telling the truth, meaning that Karan must have been stuck in some work.
Risahb is sitting in his room, wondering how much pain he saw in the eyes of the Aurora’s and he must do all that he can to protect them, as they are really nice people.
Karan gets to Mahira’s ward room, Mahira asks where he went to, as she wanted to say that she can face any trouble as his Wife, Karan feels uncomfortable and so leaves the room after making an excuse that he will collect her reports. Mahira is aware of the fact that Karan gets uncomfortable when she expresses her feelings, but everything will be alright now, since Preeta is no longer in their lives.
Risahb thinks of how he can change the mentality of the people, as it has created a lot of differences in the lives of the two families, as before all this, they all lived as a single family with two separate houses, so he will do all that he can to protect the Aurora’s now!
Karan comes back and after opening Mahira’s ward door, mentions that Preeta has gotten her bail, she asks who was the one behind it, to which he says that it was Rishab. Mahira is not able to believe it, and gets really nervous.
Preeta takes a sip of the tea and gets suspicious after seeing Shrishti depicting a grim, she asks her what she wants to talk about, but Shrishti denies it, then Preeta pulls her ears, after which Shristi asks about what she was thinking about, and how she was she so sure that he will call her, she explains that she believed in Rishab, as he always tells the truth, she takes her cup and she’s about to spill the tea. Shrishti then threatens to tease her, after which Preeta says that she has a feeling that Karan will not think ill of her unlike before. She tells Srishti that she thinks Karan will believe her when he hears her side of the story. Shsihti also hopes for the same, but she’s curious about Mahira’s intentions.
Mahira wonders what she must do now, She then calls Sherlyn, who is at her home, then wonders what Mahira wants now? Mahira again calls her, then immediately explains that everything has been ruined, Sherlyn asks what she means, then she says that Mahira has gotten her bail. Sherlyn asks what she means, and who was the one behind it? she explains that it was Rishab. Mahira taunts her for not taking care of her husband!
Karan enters, so she quickly ends the call, so when Karan asks her for the reason she ended her cal so suddenly, she explains that it’s because it’s her mother’s birthday and she can’t do anything about it now, he assures her about celebrating her birthday, and he will be the one to take her home, he leaves after tucking her in bed, Mahira then thinks that she can gain her sympathies if not love.
Rishab is in his room. Rakhi knocks the door after which he asks why she’s knocking instead of coning in straight away. She tries to defend herself that she really tried to do all that she could, to help Sarla, but she was locked up in the room, Rakhi explains that she used to do this to Kareena alongside his Grandma, whenever she tried to interfere in their conversations, but what happened today wasn’t the same, and it didn’t have the belongingness that existed between them before, as the relationship between them is now like this, so she feels that she doesn’t belong to this house anymore, he explains that everything is situational, and there is nothing to worry about, as Kareena would have also felt bad after doing this to her.
Rakhi asks him if he also thinks her way of thinking is wrong? He assures her it isn’t, she then asks if she can do what she wants? When he asks what, she explains that she wants to meet Sarla right away, he gives her the car keys, but when she asks if he can drive her there, he takes the keys from her, also promising to have coffee with her, she is thankful, as she now feels that she truly belongs to the Luthra family, he asks if she needs to apply more makeup, she hits him, they both leave for the Aurora family.
Sherlyn is in her house, she wonders what she can do now, as the entire plan has backfired, since she has thought that she will kill Preeta, but she survived it, and even got out of the jail, because of Risahb, she lost her temper, then wonders what she can do to get her back her in jail! She thinks of what she can do to stop her fom coming back to the Luthra house, which is why she was supporting Karan and Mahira’s marriage and had even made a video to support the plan and keep Mahira at bay, she sees the video, but there is nothing she could do about it, she then asks a Contact to edit the video that she’s about to forward soon, and make Preeta the guilty one.
Kareena comes out and is shocked to see Ramona standing there apologizing, as she feels responsible for the misunderstandings that have occurred between the both of them. Kareena explains that there is nothing to worry about, as the bond between the both of them is really strong, and she doesn’t have to worry, but she explains that she thinks Rakhi isn’t happy with her, as she didn’t wish her happy birthday, at which Kareena gets overlyoyed, she decides to have a big party to celebrate Ramona’s birthday and wants to include Rakhi to plan it, then they both go to check where Rakhi is.
Sarla along with her two daughters are scolding Janki for taking the Cough Syrup, as it has severe medication which causes everyone to loose their senses. They are still scolding her, when they hear the door bell.
Shrishti opens it to find Rishab standing there, Shrishti says he seems he’s going to be the one to save Janki fro being scolded by Sarla Maa. Rishab asks what has happened? She is about to explain each and everything to him, when she sees Rakhi and immediately asks them to come inside, she sits on the couch where they all gets curious to see Janki really smiling. Shrishti goes to make tea.
Rakhi apologizes for not being able to help her when she came to their house, Sarla explains that it was never her fault, even then, her Son, Rishab still came to help them. Rakhi also apologizes on behalf of Kareena.
Ramona asks Kareena where Rakhi is, as she is not in her room, Kareena is also confused, so decides to call her. Shrishti seeing her call declines it. Kareena thinks that Ramona might be right, as Rakhi is angry with all of them. Shrishti plans to decline all the calls that Kareena makes to Rakhi.
Rishab after seeing Janki smiling asks her why she has placed her finger on the lips? Shrishti explains that it’s because she’s not in her senses, as she had a drink out of excitement the moment Preeta came back home. Sarla also mentions that she had some cough syrup that has affected her, and she (Sarla) has scolded her for it.
Janki explains that she feels really nice and happy, and even offers some to Risahb, who politely declines. Rishab and Rakhi then take their leave, after which Janki asks if they also want some syrup, they are all hugging, so she thinks of what they will do.
Karan is completing the paperwork for the discharge of Mahira, there are nurses who have a conversation amongst themselves, and are blaming Dr. Preeta for Mahira’s condition, Karan gets really mad at them, defending Preeta by saying that she comes near her Patients, only because she wants to treat them as family, he adds that Preeta would never try to hurt Mahira intentionally.
Karan and Mahira both leave the hospital after which Karan wonders what has happened to him? He takes Mahira home, where they are preparing for Ramona’s birthday.
Karan’s Grandma is with Mahira at the table, they both inquire about each other’s health, Karan is about to leave, but his Grandma stops him, asking why he’s trying to leave without having breakfast.
Rakhi calls Mahira to request her to take back the case that she has filed against Preeta, as she’ss sure that Preeta can never take someone else’s life. Mahira is still confused.
Kareena arrives at the hall and immediately makes an announcement that she has organized a party in the evening, because of an important event, everyone is confused about the event, but understands when Mahira wishes Ramona happy birthday, they all wish her well on the special occasion.
Rakhi calls everyone to the table for breakfast, Karan tries to leave, but is stopped by Karan’s Grandma, he’s still thinking about Preeta and how restless he is, without talking to her, he wonders why he went to the Police station to save her? He stands up after taking an apple.
Rishab goes after him, explaining that he should go and talk to Preeta, as he will feel relaxed after he has done that, he’s worried about her, and Preeta is looking forward to meeting him as well, as she believes that he wasn’t aware of the entire situation that happened, so he mustn’t fight with her. Karan denies it, saying that he’s going to the training group for his practice, Rishab wishes him luck. Karan gets confused, then mentions that he will not go to Preeta’s house and will go straight to his practice.
