Niru and Madhvi, listen along with Amma ji as they are tensed. Zoya is amused. Niru tells Pulkit to buckle up, as things must have taken a huge magnanimous proportion, and asks if he should talk to her? Pulkit says that he couldn’t, as his married life was at stake, but they least cared about it. He blames them all for negligence too, prioritising Sagar and his family over his. Amma ji tries to clarify it, but Pulkit is vehement, and asks if they really have any relation? They all stand tensed and restless, as he rants out everything that he has wanted. Zoya thinks that now, she has to start the fire, that will ruin everything that they have developed and reminds herself as to how she needs to take care of them now.
In their room, Supriya and Pulkit continue to fight while Niru comes and says that he had already got another set of earrings, but couldn’t give her since she was so angry. He apologises if they ever made them feel neglected, syaing that was never their intention. He advises Supriya about not thinking like that about family and Parents. she hears tensedly.
As the doorbell rings, Gangaa hurriedly rushes to seek if it’s Sagar, while Krishna and Kashish anxiously wait. She is disappointed when it’s someone else, who has come to wish diwali. She socialises with her and then the lady leaves. Disappointed, she shuts the door. While alighting the oil lamps, she waits for Sagar in anticipation. She wonders why is she so restless, and letting her dreams start being imagined yet again, while Krishna is amused at her impatient wait.
As Krishna rushes to sagar when he comes, Gangaa is thrilled and happy. She however controls her excitement and goes on. Krishna details everything to Sagar, while he eyes Gangaa. He gives her the firecrackers, and asks her to go, while he joins her soon. Gangaa asks her to be careful, and then awkwardly eyes Sagar. He then comes to her, and confronts her, while Zoya and Kashish watch. He goes and wishes Kashish and gives her sweets. Intensionally, he teases Gangaa indirectly, while Gangaa doesn’t respond. Later, they all spend diwali, and burn firecrackers together. Sagar and Krishna are amused as they together taunt Gangaa, and ask her to burn an Anar. Taking it on her pride, she starts burning it afire, and it burns with a dazzle. Victorious, she says that she got the right one. Sagar continues to provocate her, as she starts squabbling with him, while Krishna begs the lord, to get them to become friends. She remembers about the oil lamp and rushes inside the house. Zoya stealthily follows after her, while they are busy fighting.
Krishna alights the oil lamp and says that this will signify their Parents’ friendship, then she starts praying. Zoya wonders why is Krishna taking care of this oil lamp so much… finding her eyes closed, Zoya comes from behind, and eyes her evilly.
While Krishna is busy praying, Zoya sets her scarf on fire, with the same oil lamp, evilly thinking that this poor girl thinks that this oil lamp shall set everything right
between her parents, but seldom does she knows that it’s the oil lamp of ruins, while she is oblivious about it.
Later, Zoya starts evilly guffawing at the success of her plan, as Krishna leaves.
In the garden, Sagar and Gangaa fight like kids, each trying to outdo the other. In doing so, they come romantically close, and they both eye each other awkwardly, yet romantically. Suddenly, they are alarmed hearing Krishna’s voice. They turn around happily, as Krishna rushes into the garden, and all are shocked to see her burning Scarf. Gangaa screams out, while all are distraught. They all rush to her. Krishna throws off the scarf, but accidentally, it falls on the firecrackers kept nearby.
Gangaa and Sagar are relieved but as krishna tries to get to them, she is stuck surrounded by firecrackers bursting all around. They are horrified. A kindling flame,
starts burning her frock. Gangaa sees this and rushes, while Sagar and Kashish are trapped. Gangaa tries to douse the fire with her own hands, irrespective of her hand’s
condition. Her saree too catches fire, and she is shocked as they point it out to her. Krishna and Gangaa are both trapped.
Finally, Sagar manages to get a blanket and
douses Gangaa’s saree, while Krishna’s frock fire too douses off. Krishna gets dizzy and goes unconscious in Gangaa’s arms. Both Sagar and Gangaa are distraught.
Sagar and Gangaa rush krishna to the hospital. Zoya too pretends to be extremely concerned. As the Doctor attends to her, he understands the severity of the burns, and reprimands them for being so careless! They rush her into the ICU, for the burn case. Gangaa starts blaming herself, saying that she shouldn’t have allowed her to wear
the scarf. He asks her not to do so, as she starts questioning whether she is a good mother? She breaks down in his arms and he comforts and consoles her. He
says that it’s very hard to bring up a child the way she has, and asks her not to doubt herself. She notices her proxmity, to Sagar, and retreats back. Zoya comes and
asks Gangaa to get her hand dressed too. She refuses waiting for Krishna’s update but he asks her to go, as he will be here. Zoya and Gangaa leave. Zoya is frustrated
that her plan didn’t work, but decides to use it to her advantage.
Meanwhile, Sagar gets Amma ji’s call and narrates everything that happened.
While Gangaa’s hand is being dressed, Zoya starts emotionally manipulating her and distracting her that what happened with Krishna wasn’t an accident but an attack. Gangaa is boggled. Zoya says that she wants them to get back together, and she’s very happy that things are normalising, but a sudden realisation affects her. Gangaa asks
what’s it? She says that what happened today wasn’t an accident, but a planned move, as Sagar hasn’t taken his custody case back. She points out that Sagar just stood, while she rushed to save Krishna with her bare hands. She tells that he jumped only when the crowd had gathered, to create the effect, that she is a reckless mother, and he is a brave father. Gangaa starts getting influenced. Zoya continues saying that she hopes she is wrong but Gangaa refuses to believe this, saying that Sagar can’t do anything that hurts Krishna. Zoya says that she knows, and says that maybe she is entirely wrong, and then draws a similar analogy, as her case. Gangaa is apalled. She tells Gangaa that he is here now only for Krishna, as he never bothered to care for so many years, and had Krishna not been his daughter, he wouldn’t have made these moves. Zoya says that she is staying in the house, where Amma ji is tormented for a grandkid, and maybe Sagar’s heart is pure, but Amma ji is distracting him, and it’s very easy to play Sagar. Gangaa still refuses, and says that he will never use their love, to get to Krishna, as he isn’t capable of deceit and betrayal. Zoya says that he might have gotten emotionally manipulated. Gangaa gets an update from the nurse, that she fainted out due to stress, and she’s fine now and shifted into general ward. Gangaa signs some hospital papers, while Zoya thinks about using this fact to the true advantage. As Sagar and his entire family attends to Krishna, Zoya shows Gangaa from outside, how Sagar and his family are trying to manipulate Krishna by showering love on her. Sagar and his family discuss about how they need
to take Krishna and Gangaa home now. Sagar talks about Gangaa softening up. Amma ji tries to blame Gangaa, but Sagar says that then he too is equally to be blamed. He is hopeful that soon, he will be able to live as a family with her and Krishna. Pulkit assures him the best of scenario.
Gangaa leaves having heard instigating words of Zoya. Zoya however continues in the charade of goodwill, saying that this is what she had said, that Sagar’s motive is to get Krishna anyhow. She also points out how Sagar will get many witnsses to prove he is right and that she was wrong and careless. Gangaa starts getting influenced. She hears krishna’s voice, and turns around. She finds Krishna being held by Amma ji on one side and Sagar on the other hand. She is tensed eyeing this.
Gangaa comes to Krishna and takes her hand as she takes her away, saying that they need to go. Sagar says that Krishna is fine here, but she takes her away, while Krishna herself is tensed at what just happened. Amma ji asks what change was he talking about? Zoya comes and says that the Doctor discharged Krishna, and Gangaa took her home. Sagar tells that Gangaa got very tensed seeing Krishna like that. He tries to go after her, but Amma ji stops him, asking him to let them spend the Mother-daughter together in the night, and they would get her and Krishna tomorrow, as she has thought of something.
Later, Zoya meets Sonu, and reprimands him for calling in unannounced, as they camnt be seen together and land in trouble. He teases her, and says that he doesn’t want to fail in their motive, and also wanted to meet her, for money. She furiously gives him some. He asks what next? She thinks and then comments that she might have failed but due to this incident, Gangaa and Sagar distanced from each other. She says that Gangaa has two weaknesses – one, her self respect, and the other, her daughter, krishna and she has to exploit these two weaknesses to her advantage and asks him to keep watching what lies ahead. He smirks evilly.
Later, at night, someone hollers at the doorstep, waking up Gangaa and Krishna with an alarm. Gangaa hurriedly rushes to open, while she hears continuous hollering. She gets tensed and scared and screams from inside, as to who it is. When the insistent banging continues, some people forcibly barge in and takes Krishna in their arms, while Gangaa is distraught and tries to free her. The goons say that they were paid to do so. She asks who did so? Sagar walks in tensedly just then. One of them hands Krishna to him, while he answers to Gangaa, that he had told her he will take Krishna away and now, he’s doing just that, and Krishna will stay with him now. Krishna screams that she wishes to stay with her mother, but he doesn’t comply, and takes her away screaming Sagar’s name. Gangaa is alarmed and wakes up from her sleep. Krishna wakes up and asks if she had a nightmare? Gangaa repeatedly utters that no one will take Krishna away from her. Krishna asks her not to bother and go to sleep, as it was merely a dream. She calms Gangaa down and they both go to sleep together. Gangaa thinks that it was just a dream that she won’t ever let be materialised. She doses off.
The Next Morning, Zoya again comes and instigates Gangaa furthermore on the topic, as to how Gangaa should be concerned about Krishna’s safety, now that she knows Sagar and his family’s intentions. Gangaa is tensed and again reiterates that she doesn’t think Sagar can do anything wrong that can hurt her or Krishna, to take her away. But Zoya again cites the last night’s incidents, intentionally poisoning her mind. She says that she should have some protection, as she knows how insistent Sagar and his family is to get Krishna, and Krishna too has become attached to him. Gangaa asks if they wouldn’t ask for evidence first? Zoya says that she has contacts that can help her out with it. She manages to convince Gangaa, even if doubtfully. Gangaa asks if it’s just preventive? Zoya asks her to be assured. They both leave.
Zoya takes Gangaa to the GES Securities, Office, and Gangaa is boggled whether this is right. Zoya says that this is the only way out and that they are merely doing it out of prevention. She asks Gangaa to discard her doubts and come along. Gangaa complies. Zoya smirks. Inside the Office, Gangaa and Zoya detail out the entire case, and the Officer complies and assures them the best of their services.
Madhvi and Maharaj are tensed that Amma ji hasn’t come back yet from her Ganga bath. Maharaj rushes out to see. Sagar too gets tensed as they both rush out, they find Amma ji coming in with huge festive sound. Everyone gathers around, boggled. Amma ji gets a Palenquin and takes Sagar by surprise, as she announces, having arranged for band too, that today she will go to get Gangaa and Krishna in the house, as she had promised yesterday. He is baffled. Others seem happy. Pulkit and Supriya are tensed. Amma ji is super excited and Niru too joins in with her. Amma ji asks everyone to come but Madhvi and Niru ask them to go, while they manage the arrangements and festivities here. Amma ji gets overwhelmed and complies. Pulkit and Supriya leave inside, disinterested. Madhvi and Niru sees this and get tensed. Amma ji gets emotional.
