Karan says that he isn’t sure of what has happened between him and Sherlyn, but knows this for sure, that wives always say the oppposite of how they feel. Rishabh says that is it the same when Preeta tells Karan that she hates him? Karan gets angry with Rishabh, and says that he wants Rishab to stand by him no matter the situation. He then made Rishabh promise to not bring up Preeta again. Rishab hugs him, assuring him of his help.
Prithvi is taking care of Sarla, she tries to insist that he shouldn’t worry, but Prithvi is adamant, saying that he will take care of her, as he wants her to feel better, he request Janki to give him more cold water, She then says that she feels he’s a very good person.
Prithvi explains that he knows that he wasn’t able to marry Preeta, but feels that anyone that will marry her will be a very lucky person, he pleads with Sarla to talk openly with him as she has accepted him as her son, Sarla says that they would have been very bad in their past lives to not be able to make him their Son-in-law. They are both still talking when Preeta comes with a cup of tea, he asks why she brought him the cup of tea, he takes it.
Shrishti wonders why he’s being so nice to all of them, she leaves making an excuse of some important work.
Sherlyn is trying to find the keys to the locker, she is not able to find them. Sje gets frustrated wondering why the Luthras never keep them in the right place, she then finds a bunch of them and so plans to check all of them to find out the one true key.
Sameer says that if Karan had seen him helping them (Arora’s) then it would create a very big problem, Shrishti blames him for being a very scared person, he explains that he is just being careful, Shrishti says that Karan has moved on in his life and has even agreed to marry Mahira, Sameer says that he wants her to understand that Karan still loves Preeta and he’s not even aware of the marriage proposal. Sameer isn’t able to understand why Shrishti is so angry, she says that Prithvi came to their house as Sarla is not well, She at once said that he is not a good person, but agrees to what Preeta says that he’s a lot better than Karan.
Shrishti says that she is waiting for him on the road, she tells him the road, where he points out a café where they can meet, Shrishti says that it’s all; and all this is because of that woman, Sherlyn, that has ruined Preeta’s life.
Janki also offers biscuits to Prithvi, he explains that he had no intention of having the tea, but he’s agreeing only because they offered him biscuits, he request her to give him another chance to call her his mother, she accepts it, at which point he hugs her tightly.
Sherlyn pleads with Mahesh to stop playing games with her, as she wants to know which key is the right one, she explains that he wouldn’t have been in a coma, if it wasn’t because of her, as he wanted to know the truth about her and so ensured that he suffered from a coma.
Sherlyn goes to open the wardrobe and when she is searching for the papers, Sameer sees her, he asks what she is doing here? Sherlyn closes the door explaining that she came here for some clothes, but Same doesn’t believe it when Karan also comes, asking what they are both doing? Sherlyn leaves.
Karan ask Sameer if he has finished talking with Shrishti? Sameer at first denies it, but when Karan forces him, he admits that he had been talking to her, Karan goes to check on Mahesh. Sameer feels relieved that he was able to hide his true feelings, he feels that he will tell Karan only when he ask of Preeta, he thinks that Karan doesn’t know that Kareena is planning to get him married with Mahira, he asks Karan, but he doesn’t say anything, also explaining that he never wanted to talk of Preeta. Sameer thinks that he is lying, as he only thinks of her.
Preeta is walking when she is about to bump into Prithvi, Prithvi explains that he wasn’t able to leave, as he cannot forget what he did to her, he knows that she got married to him, even when they were both about to get married, he explains that when he came to know of what happened to her, after he finally woke up that night, she says that she doesn’t want to talk with him about anything that had happened with Karan, so leaves making an excuse to give the medicine.
Prithvi gets a call and he picks it up without realizing that it’s Sherlyn. She asks if he loves her, also demanding that he express his feelings of love for her, she pressurizes him to say it and he does it without seeing that Preeta has come from behind him, he sees her. Preeta is about to leave, but he stops her, asking why she’s leaving, and might be wondering why he said that lie, he explains that it was her mother who wanted to meet for lunch, as she’s still depressed that they were both not able to marry, she still wishes for the same moment, he stops, She leaves saying that he should not say anything more. Prithvi asks if he can gets the permission to come to their house whenever he wishes?
