Zara says to Reema that you asked Islam doesn’t allow to mingle with other religions but its a liberal religion, we don’t discriminate between people, Islam tell us to help our neighbors, if they are in pain and we are not helping then it’s on us, its not a condition that neighbor have to be muslim, their religion is not defined, if we can share their pain then why not celebrate their happiness? She says to Kabeer that you must know a story, an old man kept a fast to please God, one man brought juice for him and said that if you drink it then I will be happy, old man broke his fast and drank it, when people asked, old man said that its better to break fast rather than break someone’s heart, he can fast later but human’s happiness is more than that. She says to Kabeer that you bringing religion in between Reema’s happiness.
Kabeer says no, I asked you to go, I never went to her house to celebrate diwali, so I dont think that it will matter if I go or not. Zara says how can I be happy without you? all my happiness are related to you, I told you that I would go with you only otherwise no.
Irfan says you both are half right, my decision is that Kabeer should go to Reema’s house, it won’t affect his religion, or relation with God. Kabeer stares at Zara and silently leaves from there. Zara says to Reema that I am sorry that we couldnt celebrate small diwali function but I am sure that Kabeer will come with me to big function, dont worry. Reema hugs her.
The Doctor checks Rukshar and asks the Nurse to take care of her.
Reema says to Zara that if Kabeer is stubborn, then don’t come to the function, I don’t want it to be a trouble for your relationship. Zara says he didn’t say no, you haven’t loved, so you don’t know, I am sure, he will agree, he has to, he loves me. They come out of house and sees Kabeer waiting there. Zara says to Reema that he couldn’t leave me, so how could he not agree with me, I will come to function, Reema hugs her and leaves.
Zara sits in the Car and says you were waiting for me? Kabeer says I brought you, so it’s my duty to take you back. They start driving. Zara says can I ask a thing? Kabeer says wives keep asking, you will ask me where I am going, what should you wear and stuff like that. Zara says you didn’t answer because you have agreed to come to diwali party? You can’t see your wife in tears? You know that if you don’t go, then I will not go and then I will cry whole night, and I will taunt you for life, so you thought its better to go to the party.
Kabeer says no, if I am saying no, then it means I am not going, if you are thinking why I didn’t say no in front of everyone, then I did it to not break Reema’s heart. Zara says I am sure you would turn. He says what? She says leave it.
Kabeer stops the Car and asks her to get down. She asks why? Kabeer says its my car and I am asking you to get down. She gets down. He says I am booking a taxi for you, I am going to meet Rukshar. Zara says I will go with you. Kabeer gets down and says now you felt bad? when I didn’t tell you the whole thing? you were doing the same for me. He says you think I would leave the person whom I love the most? Zara says I will tell you in the evening.
Zara and Kabeer comes to Rukshar’s ward. Zara checks and says she has fever. Kashan says yes, Zeenat was tensed, so I sent her home.
The Doctor comes there and says she is recovering, we recorded the CCTV footage. The footage shows Rukshar moving her hands and feet. Kabeer and Zara smile seeing it. The Doctor says there is nothing to worry about, he leaves.
Kabeer and Zara are in the Car, Kabeer says soon, I will be yours completely when Rukshar wakes up. Zara smiles and says you know the meaning of becoming mine fully? Zara says you will have to fulfill my wishes. Kabeer says like? Zara says like if you like tea and I like coffee, then I will start drinking tea too, true love is to give yourself completely to someone, where your happiness become one, you get happy to see me happy and vice versa. Kabeer says so I am fully yours?
Zara says ask yourself, if you were mine, then Rukshar wouldn’t be in your life, if you were fully mine, then you wouldn’t break my friend’s heart, we don’t know when Rukshar will wake up but you can come to Reema’s party and prove that you are fully mine. Kabeer looks on. They stop at a signal, a kid comes to Kabeer and asks him to buy firecrackers, he has to pay for school. Kabeer is about to give him money, but Zara says we don’t buy diwali stuff. Kabeer looks on and gives him money, he takes lanterns and firecrackers from him, the kid wishes him diwali, Kabeer says happy diwali, the kid leaves. Zara says pinch me, you are wonderful. She smiles at him.
Kabeer and Zara comes home. Zara smiles and says we will go to diwali party. Kabeer says I have some work and leaves.
Zeenat thinks I thought they would be fighting, but it’s something else here. Ayesha says I didn’t know Kabeer would agree. Alina and Ayesha says we will go. Zara asks Shehbaz if he will come? Shehbaz says some friends called me, so I can’t come, say sorry to Reema for me.
Zara looks at Zeenat. Zeenat says don’t even ask me, Rukshar has fever. Zara says the Doctor said that fever is good, it shows she will become conscious soon.
Zara comes to the room and sees Kabeer packing, she asks where are you going? Kabeer says a client called and said that you must not be celebrating diwali, so come to Dubai for a meeting.
Zara is stunned and says you are not going to Reema’s house? Kabeer says why are you so stubborn? when did I say I will go? I am not going very far, I will come tomorrow. Zara says I thought you would come to Reema’s house with me, you ate that ghujia too. Kabeer says I ate them because you made them, I helped that kid, as he needed school fees, it has nothing to do with diwali party. He calls and says you are outside to take me to the Airport? I am coming, he ends the call and says to Zara that I know I might hurt you, I am sorry, she looks away.
Kabeer takes his bag and says goodbye. Zara doesn’t even look at him as he leaves. Zara says he really broke my heart today.
Ayesha says to Zara that Kabeer went to Delhi? We are going to Reema’s house. Zara says I am not going anywhere. Shehbaz says you can go with us, Amaan says I will go too. Shehbaz says Kabeer said that I didn’t take him to celebrate diwali in childhood, I don’t want Amaan to feel same way, I want him to experience diwali, so I want you to take us all to Reema’s diwali party.
Zara says I will have to break my promise for this innocent child, I will go to Reema’s house. They are all happy.
Shehbaz comes to Reema’s house with the family. They all wish diwali to each other. Reema wishes her. Zara says Kabeer had some work, he had to go. Reema says he will come. Imran says to Reema that you made her eat sweets, but I have been roaming around you, but you didn’t make me eat anything? hug me too? Reema says you didn’t bring Kabeer, if you did, then I might have hugged you.
Zara sees a call coming through, she takes the call and says hello? She comes out to hear, but turns to see lanterns that Kabeer bought. Kabeer says turn… she turns to see him standing there. Humsafar song plays… She is elated and couldn’t believe it. She runs to him and hugs him. Zara says you here?
Kabeer says you gave nice reasons. Zara says then why did you make me cry? Kabeer says I wanted to surprise you, happy diwali. Zara says I am so happy and hugs him.
Reema and Imran comes there. Reema says this is the best surprise. Kabeer says I have one more, he gifts her ghujia. Zara says I was searching for them. Kabeer says I wanted to gift it, my wife made it. He makes Reema and Imran eat it. Reema hugs Imran too.
Zara couldn’t stop smiling. Reema says come inside fast. They leave. Zara hugs Kabeer and says why are you so nice? He asks her to close her eyes. She does. He brings lantern which says ‘Kabeer loves Zara‘. Zara smiles and gives him a kiss on the cheek. Tu jo mujh main chamakne laga song plays… They light and pushes the lantern in the air. Zara hugs him.
All are celebrating diwali. Zara asks Imran where is Kabeer? He shows her that he is enjoying sweets. She goes to him, he makes her eat. Zara says I made ghujia for you, so what are you giving me? Kabeer says a place that can fulfill your dreams, tell me any place. Zara says really? Kabeer gets Irfan’s call and says okay I will come with Zara tomorrow.
The Next day, Kabeer and Zara meets Irfan. Irfan says congrats, your project to educate kids have been approved by All India Board, they are ready to finance it, you will have to go abroad to present this project in conference.
Irfan says Zara, you will go with him too. Zara says how can we go? Rukshar is in the hospital. Irfan says no questions, you both are invited, we have arranged tickets, our wishes are with you. Kabeer says yes.
Zara and Kabeer are in the room. Kabeer asks her to think less. Zara says one side is your dream project, and the otherside is our life, Rukshar is recovering means you can become mine fully, so leaving her doesn’t seem right. Kabeer says if we leave and Rukshar wakes up, then nothing will happen, as I will divorce her at any cost, we are not going forever, we will return and then we will come back, give divorce to Rukshar and become yours for life. Zara lovingly looks at him and smiles. Kabeer says shall we leave to fulfill dreams? She nods.
In the morning, Kabeer and Zara are leaving. Ayesha says don’t worry about here, best of luck. They leave.
Kabeer and Zara are in the Car, Zara is taking selfies with him and asks him to smile. Zara says you know there are two Kabeers going, one is a Doctor of Islam to present his project and the other is a lover who will take his wife to the beach and enjoy with her. Kabeer says when you keep something close to your heart, then it becomes real, you told me about these dreams and see how God fulfilled both of our dreams. Kabeer asks if he forgot anything? Zara thinks of something and asks the Driver to turn around. Kabeer says why? Zara says please.
