Amma ji and Madhvi try their best to make Sagar cry, but in vain. Gangaa and Palash comes there. Sagar looks at Gangaa. His eyes brim with tears. She goes to him. He hugs her and cries his heart out. Everyone is in tears!
Sagar tells Gangaa that he tried a lot. I wanted to be a good husband. I wanted to give her all the happiness. I spoke to her. She was also trying. I am not lying. Everything was going fine. She was fine this morning. I don’t know what happened in the evening. He questions Janvi? Gangaa tells him to control himself. He hugs her again.
Palash looks at the ring in his hand and then at Sagar and Gangaa. He leaves from there sadly.
Yash gives his gun to Prabha to hide somewhere. She says we always save you, but you keep falling deep. I agree you didn’t kill her intentionally, but she died because of you! She slaps him. He holds her feet asking her to save him. I didn’t do anything. She agrees. Did anyone see you going there? He denies it. She hugs him.
Gangaa gives Sagar water. The Police enters just then along with photographers and compounders. The Inspector speaks to Niru. The Inspector sends the Photographer to check every thing in the room carefully. You can find some clue there. The photographer heads upstairs. The Inspector notices the rope in the house. He looks at everyone carefully.
Yash keeps requesting his mother to do something! My life will be ruined if I go to jail. Set it right somehow. She confirms from him if anyone saw him going there?There is no proof then. Did you leave behind anything in Janvi’s room? He declines. She thinks of it properly. He recalls the suicide note he took from Janvi. He gives it to her. She was trying to attempt suicide when I went to her room. I made her write it. Sagar is blamed in it. Plant it in Janvi’s room somehow. I will be saved then. She says it is a very difficult task, but that’s the only way to save you. I will have to leave before the Police reaches there. Stay at home! Don’t open any door or window! I will ask your Papa to meet me directly at Chaturvedi House. He nods all panicked. She hugs him and comforts him. I will handle everything. No one can even touch my kid. I won’t let any harm come to you. She leaves. He immediately closes the door from inside. He still looks shaken.
The Inspector asks everyone to tell him everything in detail. Who saw her in this condition first of all? Niru tells him everything. We were all not at home. Sagar came home and saw Janvi hanging from the ceiling fan. Ratan comes there. Amma ji asks about Prabha? He says I am coming directly from the office. She will reach here any minute from now.

One photographer goes to get his hand gloves from the jeep.

The Inspector tells Niru to make sure no family member enters into the room since they are investigating the room. Niru nods.
Prabha keeps the letter in Sagar’s room. She sees them coming up. Where should I hide? They will check the entire room. I will be trapped this way. Niru leaves the Police upstairs in Sagar’s room.
Prabha has escaped. She gets Yash’s call. The work is done! I kept the letter in Janvi’s room. No one can catch you now. Don’t call me now as I am going inside. Take care of yourself.
Madhvi cries as they take away Janvi’s dead body. Janvi’s parents get there just then. They break down seeing their daughter’s dead body. Sagar and Madhvi comfort them. Sagar says sorry to her father. I am sorry that I couldn’t save her. I don’t know why and how she thought of this. Prabha comes there. I don’t know what happened. Janvi was a matured girl. There must be something big. No one kills herself just like that? Everyone is in tears. Sagar comforts Janvi’s father while Madhvi holds Janvi’s mother. They all go inside.
Supriya feels dizzy. Gangaa holds her. Niru tells her to rest. Stress is not good for you. She nods. Gangaa takes her to her room. Prabha goes to bring water. Ratan finds something fishy so he follows her. What took you so long? She lies about not finding a rickshaw. He asks her if she spoke to Yash? She lies to him. He worries if Yash got involved in something wrong? She says our Son isn’t that bad. Handle everyone. I will bring water. He nods and leaves.
Gangaa is outside Sagar’s room. She notices Janvi’s saree hanging by the fan. She recalls the last time she saw Janvi all hysterical. The letter flies and falls near her feet. She is shocked to read it. The Inspector notices Gangaa outside the room. What are you doing here? Gangaa immediately hides the letter behind her back. I thought you know no one should come here as long as the investigation is still going on? She nods. I only came to drop Sister-in-law to her room. She is unwell. He notices that she has kept her one hand behind her back. What’s in your hand?
The Inspector asks Gangaa, what’s in her hands? She says nothing. He asks her to show her hands. She shows her hands. He says fine, go this way. She sees the letter she has thrown there and leaves. Gangaa signals to Sagar to come upstairs. He goes to her, while everyone is busy. He asks what happened? She says it’s a big problem, Jhanvi wrote a suicide note! He gets shocked and asks what, suicide note, where is it? She says no, I’m praying the Police doesn’t get it. He says the Police should get it so as to know why Jhanvi did this, you are a law student and you’re praying against it? She says no, Jhanvi wrote that you are responsible for her death! He gets shocked.
She says I could not get that letter, as that inspector saw me, we should do something, the Inspector should not get it. He says don’t worry, we should tell Papa this.
The Inspector gets that note and calls out for Sagar! Everyone looks on. The Inspector shows the suicide note. He says he got this letter from your room, is this Jhanvi’s handwriting? Jhanvi’s parents check the suicide note. Her dad says it’s Jhanvi’s handwriting, what’s written in it? The Inspector says she wrote that she holds her husband, Sagar responsible for her death. Everyone get shocked.
Niranjan says this can’t happen. The Inspector asks Niranjan to believe the letter, Jhanvi wrote she is fed up of her life and can’t live anymore, Sagar is responsible for her death, if anything like this happens before marriage completes 7 years, then the husband and the family also gets in doubt, we have this letter too, where she wrote Sagar’s name clearly. He says you are under arrest Mr. Sagar Chaturvedi!
Amma ji says no, Sagar can’t do this, we know him, this is a lie, I don’t know why Jhanvi wrote this. Jhanvi’s dad slaps Sagar hard. Amma ji says leave him! Jhanvi’s dad says why will she write a lie, Sagar has killed my daughter, he provoked her to commit suicide, what was her mistake, that she loved you a lot, she left us and came here!
Jhanvi’s mum asks Sagar why did you kill her, what did you do that she had to commit suicide? She scolds the family and calls all of them Jhanvi’s murderer! Jhanvi’s dad says I will not leave you, you can’t be saved after killing my daughter! Madhvi cries and says I know somthing wrong happened, but it doesn’t mean we and Sagar did this, Jhanvi committed suicide, is this a joke? Niranjan says no, it’s law, we have to cooperate, our daughter-in-law died, it’s an unnatural death, we have to go with the Police. Amma ji says I won’t go, we will not go!
Niranjan asks Amma ji to trust the Lord, that the truth will come out, everything will be fine. Supriya gets dizzy. Pulkit holds her. Prabha says she will get dizzy from this shock. Pulkit says she’s fine, don’t worry. He makes Supriya have water.
The Inspector asks who are these two, are they your relatives? Prabha says no, we are relatives, we heard this news and came here, we don’t know anything. The Inspector asks who is this girl and goes to meet Gangaa.
Sagar says she is not our family, leave her! Gangaa says no, I’m part of this family, and if you are arresting the entire family, take me along as well. Sagar asks how did you think you are part of this family, did you ask Papa, Mummy or Grandma? Did you ask and do they regard you as part of this family! Maharaj ji tells Gangaa that it’s your duty now to free the family. The neighbours see the family getting arrested and makes comment. Niranjan takes everyone along, while listening to the people’s comments.
Gangaa tells Niranjan that she will free all of them. They all sit in the Police van and leave. The lady says such a respectable family, has killed their daughter-in-law, did they ask for dowry? They ask Gangaa… Gangaa cries and tells Raghav everything. Raghav says I know everyone, they’ve always helped others, I will not leave them alone in tough times. She says Raghav Uncle, I will also help them, I will find a big lawyer to fight Sagar’s case, I will not let my family stay in lockup.
The Chaturvedi family is in jail. Supriya is uneasy. Madhvi sees her in pain. Are you alright? Supriya nods. Amma ji prays for Sagar and their family. Pulkit is concerned for Supriya. Niru too is put in jail. Madhvi asks him what happened? He says I spoke to Raghav ji. Yadav is a big lawyer and my friend. I have asked him to see to this case. He will tell us what can be done. Sagar recalls his marriage with Janvi and how she always wanted him to be with her; to love her and of her condition in the end. He’s in tears as he thinks of her hanging from
the fan.
Palash’s mom asks Maharaj ji how this happened so suddenly? We heard the neighbours talking about it and came here instead. Prabha says they got gossip! Who thought such blame will come to this family’s name? The Dughter- in-law of this house will commit suicide and everyone will go to jail. How will they live there? Ratan is sure nothing will go wrong. Prabha acts to sympathise.
Palash asks them if they consulted some lawyer for bail? Maharaj ji cries. Gangaa and Raghav ji have gone with an Old friend of Niru. Raghav ji said he will get everyone out. Palash is in thoughts.
Gangaa is in the Police station. Our lawyer must be coming with the bail papers. Please allow me to meet my family once. Bail will happen soon. Yadav ji comes there. Nothing can happen for now. I am coming from the court. Our bail application was rejected by the lower court. We will try tomorrow. Gangaa requests the Inspector to let her meet everyone for 2 minutes at least. He is helpless. Gangaa tries again, but Raghav ji makes her understand the law. Yadav ji tells them to go home. I will inform you tomorrow as soon as I am back from the court.
