They are in bulk and Jalal looks at them with anger. Some Soldiers says you have no way out Jalal!
Jodha’s brothers attack them with arrows. Jalal is stunned and start fighting. Jodha’s brother kills most of them. They all fights against the Sujanpur force for quite sometime and Jalal displays all the war tactics, he gets surrounded by some dacoits when the four brothers comes to his rescue and save him in time. But Bhagwant Das gets hurt(arrow pierced) in order to save Jalal. Jalal removes the arrow and asks why did he do that? Bhagwant Das says because he’s his brother in-law and his King and it was his duty to save him.
The Chief Minister comes and informs Jalal that Sujanpur army has attacked them and we were not even prepared Jalal says, still, we will WIN the war!
Jalal gets ready in his war gear. Again the fight ensues, lots of bloodshed. Jalal gets hurt, and wants to have water, but continues fighting and later gets tired. Bhagwant Das offers him water. Jalal recalls the Flashback of how horrible he treated Jodha’s brothers in Agra.
The Mughals take Ratan Singh as traitor to Mughal, and as per orders from Jalal, they kill him!
Jalal returns to Agra which took him 2 days and he was caught between Amer’s treachery due to the Miscarriage issue or Bhagwant Das’ loyalty during war.
Ruqaiya-Hoshiyar are eagerly waiting for Jalal and arranging for the celebration of his arrival.
Adham Khan tells Maham Anga that Jalal just won over some dacoit, he should be the real King. Maham Anga tells him to come for Jalal’s reception.
Jalal with his force arrives at Agra. Maham Anga is happy.
In Jodha’s room, the Soldiers talks that Jalal has won the war, so all are celebrating outside, and the news is that Jodha’s brother Bhagwant das got severe injuries in war. Jodha is listening to all this and gets worried.
Outside, the Priest prays to God and thanks him for the victory of Jalal saying, you are very generous.
Jalal comes into the Palace and they are all happy to see him, including Hamida bano, Ruqaiya and Maham Anga, and they all come to meet him.
Jodha is also looking at the celebrations from her room. She sees Bhagwant das injured and she’s highly worried.
Hamida bano welcomes Jalal and sees a wound and says thank God, it’s a small wound. Jalal says what if it’s big, it is a pride for a Soldier. Hamida bano ask him to apply medicine on it. He says medicine was applied when he killed Sujanpur’s Prince.
Hamida bano sees Bhagwant das and says he is very much injured, take him in and apply medicine on his wound. Jalal looks here and there. Hamida bano thinks when Jodha gets to know of it, she will be very sad.
In Jodha’s room, the Soldiers says that Jalal killed Ratan Singh in war. Jodha is heartbroken listening to this news and leaves.
On the other side, Jalal is taking his bath in a bath tub and put his hand on his wound, then remembers how he was caught and how tha Amer Princes protected him from all corners and saved him. He can’t stop thinking about that moment, then remembers how Bhagwant das came in front of him, when he was attacked and Bhagwant das got shot by an arrow.
Here, Bhagwant das is being treated. Jodha comes running to him and cries looking at his injury and ask how, why, and for whom you bared this wound? He says the one whose security was my responsibility. She says what was its need? Just to save him, you are putting your life in danger, remember he killed my Sister’s fiance. Bhagwant das says he didn’t kill him, but in war, he got killed, and this happens in war.
The others says Sukanya wasn’t married to him and we find will another groom for her. She says you will not be able to find any groom, for my safety, you forgot Sukanya and now, you should think about Sukanya, as her own brothers is against her with sword in her hand. She is bearing all this because of me, and Jalal is solely responsible for all this… why you all took his side? Bhagwant das says it was our responsibility and Bharmal had contract with Jalal, so we had to. She says I hate that moment when he came into my life, why with me? Jodha is very much sad at her situation. Bhagwant das tries to pacify her but Jodha says I will do something that my religion permits me. She leaves in anger, and the Soldier searches for her.
Jodha comes to Jalal where he is having his bath and says I want to speak with you! He is furious and ask you came outside without my orders! You are habituated to breaking my rules! Jodha says I have no fear nor guilt and I admit that I killed your unborn child, I was jealous, and I didn’t want any wife to be more powerful than me! Jalal is in a furious state. She continues to say that I was after money, so kill me! Jalal takes out his sword and put it on her neck, she shakes a little, but then, she says my last wish is that you free my brothers from this arrest, they saved you in war as well, and it was my plan to murder your child, only mine, and they had no idea about it! Jalal is super angry and attacks with his sword.
Jalal is about to attack Jodha, when Ruqaiya suddenly comes in between them in time, and stops Jalal by holding his sword. She got wounded in the process and Jodha is worried looking at her hand. Jalal ask why she did that? Ruqaiya says it is not the Mughal’s pride to higher your sword against women and that too, innocent women. Jalal and Jodha is stunned. She says yes, she didn’t kill my Son. Jalal says she just accepted her crime now that she’s the real culprit. Ruqaiya says she is lying, and I don’t know her reason for that, but what I am saying has a reason and I want to talk with you in private. Jodha leaves.
Jalal ask if Jodha isn’t the Culprit, then who did this heinous crime?
Ruqaiya says he is a very close relative of you. Jalal ask to talk straight. Ruqaiya tells him to first see the box and shows him a box. He ask what is this? She says it has Thorn Apple’s extract from which I lost my child. The killer mixed it in the Saffron that came from Amer and from where I got this box, I’m aware she (the culprit) is involved in this. Jalal ask who is she and where she got the box? Ruqaiya spill the beans that she got it from Salima sultana’s room. Jalal is shocked and ask you know whom you are talking about, right? She was Uncle Khan’s wife. Ruqaiya interrupts and says, she’s now your wife, I am not saying this without a reason, when you were in war, I investigated everything.
There’s a flashback of the man who made the box/container, then Ruqaiya goes to Salima, as she had fever and ask about her health? Salima says after Bairam Khan’s death, nothing gives me pain, the Doctor ask for a box for medicine, she points to the drawer. The Doctor goes to get it from there and takes out that box. The Doctor found out that the box with Thorn Apple’s extract and hands it over to Ruqaiya. FB ends.
Ruqaiya couldn’t believe that Salima could do that. Jalal finds it very unbelievable to digest the fact that Salima can go to such a level. Ruqaiya tells him that, if there are no Sons from his wives, then Rahim will be the heir and Salima would be Mariam-Uz-Zamani (Mother Queen) which must have been her reason for committing such a heinous crime.
Jalal leaves, and gets a flashback of Jodha confessing to the crime.
Jodha gets a flashback of Ruqaiya coming to stop Jalal, and wonders why she saved her and if she perhaps knows about the real culprit?
Jalal comes to Jodha and asks her why she lied to him and doesn’t give importance to him? Jodha retorts that he has been playing a game since the time she came from Amer and asks him, can there be a bigger insult than a husband ordering a wife a house arrest? Jalal is speechless.
Jodha sadly says for a wife, her own husband arresting her is too much insult, and I profusely said that I didn’t do anything, but everything is a game to him, as well as my respect, my dignity, and today, when Ruqaiya said that the Culprit was someone else, you immediately changed! She says justice has also become a game for you, yeah, I lied that I killed your child because I thought you would kill me, but other innocents would be saved! My pain of death is less than the pain of being your wife, I hate you so much, and that’s why I lied as well! I want to curse you, but my values says that I can’t curse my husband, but I pray to get free from you and your evil mind, it’s better to die than living in this hell! But Ruqaiya didn’t give me that chance too. She folds her hands and says I request you to please go from here. He doesn’t budge, so she sternly says go! He gives her a angry look and leaves. Jodha looks up at him and sadly sit on the bed.
Ruqaiya ask knowing, he doesn’t love Jodha, and she hates him as well, then why did you did get married to her? Jalal says because not getting her was my insult, I wanted to show her as my victory, I wanted to crush her arrogance under my feet, her hatred gives me peace, but I didn’t know she will behave like this with me.
Ruqaiya says I have one idea, send her back to Amer. He says still, she is not proved innocent, so how can I send her back? Ruqaiya says but I think she is innocent, and behind any crime, there is some reason, she has no interest in your Kingdom, nor does she want power, she is not interested in your wealth and most importantly, she is not even in the slightest, interested in you. Jalal feels hurt a little by that, and tries to leave, when she stops him, and says do some action against Salima ASAP, either she proves her stance about that box or accept her crime! Jalal says I will do the same, but don’t let anybody know about it, as of yet.
At night, Jalal thinks what is happening, Jodha’s brother saved my life, and I on a doubt kept them under house arrest, and now, the doubt is on Salima. After Uncle Khan’s demise, I gave her respect, I gave Rahim everything, then why will she do anything like this? I am mistaken this time too.
The Prime minister comes in and Jalal says I wanted your opinion as after Uncle khan, you’ve been assisting me. He ask what you want to share? Jalal says I got some proof which says Jodha is innocent, then what should I do because I don’t want to do injustice. The Prime Minister says you have already done injustice, as you have kept innocent person under house arrest. He also says it is not known for a fact when the real Culprit will be caught, but you should free Queen Jodha and her brothers from this house arrest soon, as it is wrong for a Mughal Kingdom if the innocent is captured. Jalal says and what to do with the real Culprit? He says you have doubt on that person, and not until you have some solid proof against that person, you shouldn’t take any action yet. Jalal thanks him for the genuine advice and he says anytime, your Highness.
Jalal and all are present in Court. Jalal says it’s nice you are here and thanks Hamida bano for thinking about Mughal’s justice. He says Amer princess wasn’t able to get any proof in 10 days to prove their innocence, but I have got some proof which shows they are innocent, so I order to free them from the arrest with all respect, and I appreciate that even at that, the Amer Princes all went in war with me and Bhagwant das saved my life, so I am making him the Minister of some state, and until the real Culprit is caught, you people will be our guests.
Maan Singh says I will be with them as well. Jalal says no, take your position back and stand with me. Maan Singh goes and sits with him.
Jalal says to Jodha that you can shift to your original room. The tension between them is visible, as they give each other an angry look and Jodha leaves.
Maham Anga and her daughter in-law, Javeda Begum have a bickering moment, Javeda is irritating Maham Anga with her childish talks and also praises Jodha which gets Maham Anga very hyper and angry. Maham Anga finally gets exasperated and asks her to make sweets!
Resham comes and informs her that Jodha is now free and Maham Anga gets a shock and wonders what Jalal is up to?
Jodha is elated to know that Hamida bano did the prayer for the past 10 days, but she’s still miffed with Jalal. Hamida bano comes and asks why she was not happy when Jalal pronounced her not guilty? Jodha tells that she is angry with his attitude. Hamida bano tries to pacify her and both share a nice moment.
