Later, Raj shows Mahi, Roshni’s picture and tells that Simran used to pamper her a lot, hearing her pregnancy news. Mahi says her baby is lucky to be born into this family, she’s really happy. Raj says everything will be fine, nobody can harm them.
Satya asks the servant to bring the pest control guys, and then the baby’s frame, and so on… Mitul comes and asks who will become the God Mother of his child? Anupama says she will be just that. Satya says he will take their test to see who qualifies. He asks them to make a mannequin wear diaper and the fastest person to make the doll wear it will become his baby’s god mum. Mitul makes the doll wear the pampers in a wrong way. Anupama says how to use this? Satya says he has seen all.
Payal comes. Satya asks Payal to make the doll wear pampers. Payal shows them how and makes it wear the pampers. Satya says the contest is over and his baby’s god mum will be his mum-in-law. Payal laughs. Anupama says she already said that Payal is the right choice. Payal says everyone have become childish with this news. Satya is happy. Payal says everyone is waiting for this moment.
Mahi checks her tummy and keeps the pillow over it. Anupama comes and asks her to have sweet to get strength for the baby. Mahi eats it. Anupama asks her to keep an eye on Satya and tells that men gets distracted, seeing their wife getting fat.
Satya is looking at the magazine. Mahi doubts him, seeing him smiling. He shows her that he was truly reading an article about handling kid. He asks if her mood swings has started? Mahi says sorry. Satya asks her not to judge a book by its cover.
Raj looks at Sid and Roshni’s picture and says they’re becoming a grandparent and he knows they will bless their grandson.
Satya comes and says he’s happy as his parents are becoming grand parents, and asks if he’s not feeling his happiness? He says his baby will get his destiny written with golden pen unlike him. He says his baby will get the love of all his family members and he will never fail and will succeed. Raj says whenever he looks at him, he remembers Sid. Satya asks him not to cry. Raj asks him to come with him.
A Chemist comes to deliver medicines to the Khurana’s house. Kareena looks from afar and recalls exchanging the medicines. Payal takes the medicines and goes to Mahi. She gives the tablet to Mahi. Mahi takes it and says she will not have milk. Payal says it is for the baby and says she will love the baby very much. Mahi takes the tablet with milk and says she’s getting insecurity with this baby, as everyone is loving this baby, but she (Payal) loves her (Mahi) more. Payal gets teary eyed and says she couldn’t give her love, and she doesn’t know what had happened to her, as she was blinded by greed to have all the property to her name. Mahi hugs her and says she is her mom and she is her daughter so she shouldn’t think other wise. Payal asks her to finish all the milk.
Satya comes and calls her. Mahi says what happened to him? Satya brings the toys and keeps it in the hall. Mahi and Payal are getting down the stairs. Everyone looks at Mahi. Payal and others smile. Satya makes Mahi sit on the sofa… Everyone start dancing to the song Mahi Ve… Satya sings the song… Mahi claps and enjoys their dance. Satya and Mahi dance together. Mahi feels dizzy as a result of the medicine effect (which Kareena changed) and falls down unconscious. Everyone gets worried and take her to the hospital.
In the hospital, Satya asks Anupama to call the Doctor. Satya takes her to the ward and calls the Doctor. He rubs her hand. Raj prays to God and asks him to make Mahi fine…Tu Palanhare plays… Satya is with Mahi in the hospital. The Doctor checks Mahi… Everyone prays for Mahi and her baby. Raj asks Satya not to lose hope and says nothing will happen to Mahi. She will be alright. Anupama asks God to make her fine. Payal is equally worried for Mahi. The Doctor comes out and asks Payal where is Satya? He needs to talk to him urgently. Payal asks what happened to Mahi, tell me. Anupama goes to call Satya. Payal asks what has happened to her? The Doctor takes Payal to the ward. Payal cries and asks the Doctor what happened to her? The Doctor makes a sad face.
Mahi sits and asks what is the matter? She asks if her husband is fine? The Doctor says once her husband comes, they will talk. Mahi says she’s this baby’s mum, so he should tell her. The Doctor tells her that she has an internal bleeding and that she is carrying twins. She says if she keeps carrying these babies, then she might not survive it. She says his advice to her is to abort the babies, and says maybe she won’t be able to get pregnant again.
Anupama comes to Satya and says the Doctor asked him to come. She says what happened to Mahi? She was fine. She says nothing will happen to her.
Mahi says she can’t abort this child, as Satya’s dreams are related to the baby. She can’t be selfish and she’s ready to take the risk. She made Payal promise and asks her not to tell Satya or anyone anything pertaining to this issue. Payal cries. Mahi requests the Doctor not to tell anyone.
Satya comes there and asks Mahi if she is fine? He asks her what she’s hiding from her? Mahi says she… Satya asks what? Mahi says there is a surprise for him. She says they are having twins… Satya smiles and hugs her. Anupama comes and asks if everything is fine? Satya tells her that Mahi is pregnant with twins. Anupama congratulate them. Mahi is teary eyes, hugging him.
Satya orders the blue and purple cribs for his babies. Mahi says he did good. She asks him to read the baby’s care books. Satya says they will learn by themselves once the babies are born. He says he wants to love her (Mahi) very much, as once as the babies come, and he will go on a third position. Mahi says even she wants to love him very much, and she doesn’t know what will happen in the future. She says she can’t handle the happiness. Satya asks her to enjoy this time until the babies are born. Mahi recalls what the Doctor said and gets sad. Satya brings
food and asks her to eat. He says the breakfast will always reach her every morning, so she should just take care of her babies. Payal thinks if she should tell Satya everything?
Payal asks Mahi to change her decision. Mahi says she doesn’t want to talk about it mom… Payal looks on sad. Raj tells Satya that the baby is auspicious and that he can now walk, talk and dance. Satya tells that they are twins and says his father’s instinct is hinting him that he will both have a son and daughter and asks Raj to select the names. Mahi comes and asks Satya to read the books. Satya says he is busy searching for names. Mahi shouts at him and asks him to be serious about her pregnancy! Satya thinks what happened to her? Raj says mood swings happen during pregnancy and asks him to handle her with care (love).
Mahi runs to her room and closes the door. Satya knocks on the door asking her to open the door. Payal also comes there. Satya asks what is going on in her mind? Payal says it is normal for pregnant women to have mood swings. Satya says he doesn’t understand. Payal asks him not be tensed. Satya says why does he feel like she you knows something that he doesn’t know. He says if she knows something then…, tell kindly tell him. Payal denies knowing anything and goes. Satya gets doubtful.
Later, Satya comes to the room and sees Mahi sleeping. He opens the cupboard and gets a file. He opens the file and sees Mahi’s report. He reads about the risk to Mahi’s life and gets teary eyes. He recalls Mahi’s changing behavior and understands the reason for it. Satya looks at Mahi and thinks he can’t be happy if she is gone, and thinks even he has the right to take decision about them. He says his happiness lies with him and their togetherness is for life, he won’t let her go.
