Arjun rushing to the hospital calls the Doctor to bring the stretcher, he asks the Nurse to call the Doctor but she asks him to first fill the form, Arjuna asks if she has gotten mad and he can fill the forms later.
Arjun starts calling the Doctor who arrives, the nurse explains she has been requesting him to fill the form, Arjun in anger exclaims what is she talking about as he said that he is going to fill the form, he can do any formality which they want but for now they must start the treatment, he even threatens to find a lot of loopholes in their contracts which might cause them to demolish this hospital after which she can do whatever she feels like with this form, the doctor asks him to calm down since they are going to start the treatment.
Rishab is taken into the operation theater when Arjun standing in the hall finds the watch on the floor which he gifted to Rishab after wining the tournament, he is not able to bear it and so kneels outside the door crying his heart out, he is only thinking about the moments spent with Rishab when he gets the call from Vishnu, he informs the work has been completed so w where can they come to collect the money, Arjun asks them to come to the city hospital.
Sameer is also stuck in traffic when he wonders what has happened so decides to inform Preeta, he calls her advising she should take some other route since there is a lot of traffic on route thirty-three, she replies they are also stuck in traffic when he assures of coming.
Shristhi also comes to the Car when Mahesh asks what happened, she replies the traffic is really blocked and she doesnot know how they would be able to get out of it.
Vishnu along with his men has reached the hospital when they both are stunned to see Arjun walking towards them, Vishnu explains that he seems like a hero when he says that Arjun seems like a angry young man, Vishnu then gets tensed when Arjun starts hitting him, he requests him to stop since he only did what he was told but Arjun explains he told him to just scare Rishab and not cause him to reach the operation theater, Vishnu exclaims this is enough and demands the money for his work but Arjun replies that he would never pay anything here and they try to stop him but Vishnu gets angry however Arjun warns him to pray that Rishab remains healthy otherwise he would die.
Arjun reaching the Temple starts crying, he kneels in front of Ganpati and prays that he would never ask for such a wish ever again but he must make sure that Rishab becomes healthy.
The Nurse comes asking the other Nurse to arrange the blood for Rishab since they are in dire need of it, the Nurse informs they do not have any blood available and it is going to take a lot of time to arrange it from outside, Arjun explains he can help them with it, the Doctor requests him to calm down and arrange the blood if he wishes to help. Arjun explains they can take his blood as both he and Rishab have the same blood group, the nurse sends the ward boy with the blood, she advises Arjun to sit up slowly but he asks her to draw some more blood as he is fine and they themselves said he needs a lot of blood, she tries to argue with him mentioning that she has drawn the blood to the permissible level, explaining he might get dizzy or even pass out if she draws any more blood but he says she must not worry about him and only care about Rishab as he is fighting for his life, she asks if Rishab knows how much he loves her but he replies he doesnot know it but she should take the blood, the Nurse agrees to draw it while he is lying down on the bed.
The Luthra’s reach the hospital when they ask at the reception about Rishab, the Nurse replies how can they all not know about him since there was a lot of drama, she asks for the wife of Rishab so she can fill the formality, Preeta questions why did they not fill the formalities.
Mahesh is walking with his family when Dadi tries to enter the operation theater, he manages to stop her asking what is she trying to do but then Rakhi also enters, the doctor is stunned about what is going on, Shristhi assures of bringing Rakhi out of the room.
Rakhi inquires what has happened to her son but the doctor exclaims what to do they think of him, he threatens to leave while they all can stay here as even Arjun created a lot of drama while even threatening them to get Rishab admitted, they all apologize before leaving.
Mahesh asks what has happened to them both as their behavior would only cause problems for them all, Mahesh requests her to stop crying assuring Rishab would get healthy as the doctors are doing their job.
Arjun walks towards them from the corner, they all are stunned seeing him and Mahesh also stands in front of him, he is just looking at Rakhi but is then forced to turn away. Preeta while running towards them is stunned seeing Arjun, she recalls the news which she saw on her mobile so walking angrily towards she slaps Arjun, without giving him any chance to explain, they all are stunned.
Vishnu asks his mother if she prayed, he explains that he is his brother when his friend asks what is all this, Vishnu asks if he did not hear what Arjun said because his eyes were filled with anger so if anything happens to Rishab, he is going to find them and kill them at any cost. He explains but even then he has taken the threat seriously, he saw that he said it with heart to pray for Rishab, he knows Bhagwan would not accept their prayers as they are not nice people but his mother is an innocent soul.
Anjali enters the hospital where she sees Vishnu standing, she recognizes his voice from the call and so slaps him, Vishnu questions what is this slap for when Anjali exclaims that he is the one who hit Rishab and so how can they do such a thing??
Sameer catches her as she is about to fall so questions what happened, she replies she felt really uncomfortable as they were passing by him, he is stunned by how people can behave, he asks what is she doing here, she informs that she is here because of Arjun.
Preeta asks Arjun if he is going to tell them the truth, she reveals that Rishab jee got in an accident because of him, she is sure that he is behind it because of some past grudge which he has against their family, did he think they would not find out the truth because she saw him at the accident site, it was not a coincidence since she herself saw him, Preeta questions why is not clarifying himself as it can be seen he is guilty, Preeta vows to get him punished!
Anjali tries to interfere but Preeta in anger warns her to not try and explain on his behalf since he is a murderer, the doctor comes out of the operation theater, Anjali exclaims it is enough but he stops her before leaving.
The Doctor questions what is she doing since he is the person who brought Rishab to the hospital, they were told he had to bring him on his shoulder because of the traffic and Arjun was also the one who had given the blood to Rishab in order to protect his life, he insisted on donating more than the prescribed limit, she should be glad he saved the life of Rishab. Preeta along with the entire Luthra family is shocked.
Arjun and Anjali are walking when she explains that Preeta slapped him, he exclaims he doesnot like tears in her eyes, revealing he never liked tears in the eyes on any girl revealing he was raised amongst women so knows how sensitive they are so she should stop crying.
Anjali once again explains she did not like when Preeta slapped him, he asks what can they do about it, Arjun reveals it was his mistake that Rishab got admitted to this hospital but she is not wrong, he assures he did not forget any of the past memories so he is surely going to take his revenge from them both but he just wants to get out of this hospital as he is feeling really vulnerable so she must call the car.
Shristhi explains that he saved the life of Rishab but she slapped, Sameer tries to go and call him but Dadi stops him saying she doesnot feel he would come back as she saw the pain in his eyes because of Preeta’s slap.
Kareena comes saying that she found out the entire truth so believes Preeta cannot mend her ways. Shristhi asks if she doesn’t think that her first question should be to ask about Rishab.
Kareena comes to Shristhi asking her to stop as this is a hospital, she should have to question her Sister. Kritika asks what is Shristhi saying since she must know that Arjun is the one who saved her from the goons.
Kareena goes to Preeta explaining she never was against her but Preeta does something that is against her family, Mahesh stops Kareena explaining Preeta is not wrong as her relation with Arjun was never fine and she had to face a lot because of him, it was not her fault that she slapped Arjun. Mahesh exclaims that it is about what is right and wrong.
Rakhi is searching for Arjun when she sees him drinking water, she immediately goes to kiss his hand leaving him stunned when he asks what is she doing, she explains that she lost half of her life with Karan’s passing but today he managed to save the life of a mother by protecting her son, she explains Karan was not like Rishab who is calm and composed but mothers tend to love such children whom they have to take care of, she explains if anything happened to Rishab then the sense of being a Mother would have been taken from her.
Arjun assures that nothing would ever happen to her and Rishab until he is there to protect her, they both hug each other when Rakhi is crying, Anjali is also moved to see them hugging each other, he assures everything would be fine but she must not cry.
Anjali signals that the car has arrived, he says he has to leave but she requests him to wait for some time as it would feel nice but he says he has some important work, Rakhi exclaims even he is the love of someone’s eyes so must leave without any worry.
Kareena is constantly peeking in the operation theater when Dadi asks why is she doing it again and again as it might cause problems in the treatment, Rakhi asks if she certainly thinks she herself can do anything which would harm Rishab.
Sameer exclaims it has been very long since Rakhi Chachi returned, Mahesh mentions she might have gone to the Temple but Preeta suggests she would have gone to Arjun as he saved Rishab and she slapped him.
Dadi is glad she realized her mistake. Shristhi requests her to let go of this topic as they all got panicked after hearing the news about Rishab and she is his Wife so would have surely gotten tensed so in that situation panicked.
Kritika exclaims she slapped him, Preeta gets shocked.
Kareena asks if she thinks only Preeta cares for Rishab and he doesn’t mean anything to them, Sameer explains that Rishab means a lot to them but they do not have any relationship with Arjun, Kritika then asks what relation does Arjun have with them? Shristhi replies that she doesn’t care about him and hates him so there is no point in this discussion.
Kareena coming to Sameer asks if he is saying this with his own mind or because Shristhi said this as he doesnot use his own brain. Dadi stops them both explaining this is a hospital and they can talk about it in the house, Karina exclaims that she is only stopping because Dadi asked her to otherwise would reveal their truth right now in front of everyone, Mahesh with a taunt exclaims he is glad she left this topic, she asks he is saying as if it is all just her fault.
The Doctor comes out explaining that everything is fine and Rishab is awake, they all rush into the room. Karina at once turns back after seeing him when he asks what happened and why is she crying, she goes there to hug him followed by everyone, Dadi asks them all to see how she is emotional here but was shouting outside. Mahesh exclaims this is how Kareena is as both Rishab and Karan are in her heart.
Rishab after a while mentions he feels that only she missed him as no one else even came forward for a hug, they all one by one hug Rishab so he also demands the hug, hearing which Preeta gets nervous but Shristhi leans forward expressing how much she loves him, Rishab asks Sameer to go and ask the doctor to discharge him since he wishes to be in his own house.
Shristhi immediately stands up but then Mahesh replies the Doctor said he is out of danger but Rishab cannot go back home, he replies he knows about his own body so wants a discharge.
Rishab threatens to fire him if he doesn’t follow the orders, Sameer mentions he wished to take a leave for so long but then will go on his honeymoon. Rishab says he would send him to the Antarctic branch, Sameer hearing this rushes to meet the doctor.
Rishab asks Preeta why is she standing there quietly when Kareena informs, she scolded her because of what she did, Preeta mentions it was her mistake as she thought he got in the accident because of Arjun so she slapped him, Rishab replies it is not the case and he is innocent, he reveals he got in the accident because of his own mistake and saw that Arjun was asking for help and he himself brought Rishab to the hospital.
Sameer once again enters the room, Rishab questions what did the doctor. Sameer at first speaks in a tensed voice but then informs that he has been given the clean chit and they can take him home.
Anjali and Arjun enter the house when Snedha informs that someone is here to meet him, Bi jee stands up from the couch, he seeing her immediately recalls when he would call her as his second girlfriend and have a lot of fun with her, she in anger exclaims he is the one who has ruined the lives of everyone, Arjun just kneels to take her blessings before hugging Bi jee with all his might, she is left stunned when he immediately asks how is she girlfriend, she is stunned so replies that she cannot be his girlfriend as she was the only the girlfriend of Karan, Arjun asks her to think over it as he would be a very suitbale boyfriend whom she is going to miss.
Bi jee getting emotional questions why is he talking so much as she came to scold him but now is just able to give him blessings and show her love, he once again hugs her mentioning this is what he had really missed, she asks what does he mean so he informs that the entire Luthra family came to his party but she did not come, Bi jee replies she had to stay back with Kavya. Bi jee warns him to not tease Preeta as she will stand against him, he also asks her to go and tell Preeta to not tease him anymore. She replies he talks like Karan; Arjun exclaims now they both would make a lot of memories together.
Bi jee calls Arjun close explaining that she doesn’t like the girl Snedha as she has a crush on him so he must send her away, she exclaims she is going to leave but he calls the driver to get ready the car, Arjun himself sees her off at the door.
Arjun comes back when Anjali asks what did she whisper in his ears, Snedha asks what did she say in his ears, he informs that she praised her clothes. Anjali inquires about the truth so he reveals she said that she doesn’t like her, he leaves to freshen up.
Preeta is in the room when Rishab knocks on the door, she immediately asks him to come and rest on the bed but he sits on the couch. Rishab asks her if anything happened to her since she seems worried. He asks her to come and sit down, she explains that she never felt like when Arjun was around her and even his words seemed like a threat for which she warned him, so when she saw him at the accident site it just made her furious. She then slapped him in the hospital not knowing he was the one who saved his life so when she would have been holding her hand to thank him for his help, she instead did the opposite.
Rishab exclaims this means that a thank you would correct everything, she asks how would it happen, Rishab assures he would take care of it all and she can not worry about it, he tries to lie down on the Couch when she asks him to come and sleep on the bed but he replies he has gotten used to this posture. Rishab whispers he is glad of the goons as she is now caring for him, she asks if he said anything when he instead questions if she heard it.
Preeta exclaims that she actually heard it all. She rushes to take out a blanket for him when he exclaims, he really likes it when he gets a little attention and care. She turns back in sadness. Rishab thinks he feels as if he has an old connection with Arjun who always comes on the right time, he thanks Arjun for all the help.
Arjun sitting in the room is holding a glass of wine, recalling the slap of Preeta in the Hospital. He thinks how she said he was present at the accident site, he stands in anger going to take out the photo from the drawer.
Arjun exclaims he felt weak at the moment as he thought that he had lost him but the pain which he gave him that night with Preeta seems to take over his emotions each and every time, he cannot forget his revenge. He recalls when Preeta thanked Rishab but he mentioned it was actually him, he tearing the photo vows to give them the punishment for their actions as this is a promise to himself!
