Raj gains consciousness. Satya is sitting at his side and asks if he needs water?
Raj says Mahi… Satya says he has searched for her everywhere, so where else should he go in search of her? Raj tries to tell him that Mahi is in the garage. Anupama hears him and goes to inform Kareena. She tells her there’s a problem. She tells that Raj tried to inform Satya about the garage. Kareena scolds Anupama for giving her bad news.
Satya asks Raj about the garage? Kareena comes there and tells him that she doesn’t have all night to wait for him and asks him to come and marry her.
The Goon gives the Sheikh, Mahi’s fake passport, and says now, he can take her without any problem. The Sheikh says he is proud of him. Mahi sees something and makes the chair she is sitting fall. She holds something tightly in her hand. Sheikh and the goon laugh at her and see her unconscious. They make her sit on the chair again.
Satya and Kareena sit for marriage. Satya recalls what Raj said and tries to figure out where the garage’s place is. He recalls seeing the garage where he saw Kareena. He sets off holy fire. Kareena shouts.
Satya holds Kareena’s hand and takes her to the room. Kareena says he’s doing a big mistake! Satya says she’s mistaken, and what does she think, that she can keep his Mahi away from him for long and locks Kareena and Anupama up, inside the room.
Krutika asks what he’s doing? Satya says he’s going to bring back her daughter-in-law. Mitul asks Krutika if they will find Mahi?
Kareena asks Anupama to think and says if Satya gets to Mahi on time, then everything will be ruined!
Satya reaches the factory. Kareena calls the goon from the landline and asks if they have left from there and tells that Satya could be there anytime from now. Kareena picks the bedsheet. Anupama asks her not to commit suicide. Kareena tells her she’s only going out through the window and not committing suicide. Anupama prays to God to keep her safe.
Satya sees the writing “DOCKS” written on the floor by Mahi. Kareena reaches the place where Mahi is brought by the goons and asks the Sheikh to take Mahi away and complete the deal. She tells Mahi that Satya eloped from the marriage, but this deal will be finalized!
Satya comes there and sees the Sheikh taking Mahi in a burqa. He shouts. The Sheikh asks his goons to beat him! Satya beats them and asks the Sheikh to go back to where he came from, else, he will bury him right here! Kareena is shocked and angry. Satya finally finds Mahi and hugs her. Mahi cries and says she knew that he will come to her rescue.
Kareena asks her goons to catch Mahi! The goons come to Satya. Satya beats them. Mahi hugs Satya. He sees Kareena going and runs to catch her, but she escapes.
Satya brings Mahi home. Krutika gets emotional and thanks God and Satya. Mitul asks if they’re fine? Mahi says she is fine. Raj comes and says Mahi. Mahi hugs him.
Satya sees Anupama and comes to her. Anupama hides her face, being scared. Satya says there is a difference between her and him. He can do anything, but he has his father’s blood and that’s why he’s forgiving her in his remembrance. He says even his dad never gave out a second chance and he will not give out one either, after this. Anupama tells Satya that she was afraid of losing her family and fell into Kareena’s trap, due to that. She thanks him for letting her stay in the house. She thanks Mahi and apologizes to her for her deeds. She says she will do repentance tomorrow for her sins.
Satya applies ointment on Mahi’s hand. She says she thought she would lose him forever. Satya says they are two hearts, but one soul. Satya jokes with Mitul and asks her to tell him the Doctor’s name that has been keeping her young? Raj says he is teasing her. Satya thanks Raj for helping him, being his Grandpa. Mitul says he shows courage. Satya says courage is in their blood. Mitul tells him Anupama is still in the house and that Kareena is still out there, at large. Satya says they can’t stand infront of the truth. He says he will not leave Kareena whenever she is caught and asks Raj to be tension free.
Anupama meets Kareena in the temple and says she thought Satya will kick her out of the house, but he, being his father’s son, let her stay back in the house. Kareena asks her to do something. Anupama says her revenge will drown her one day. Kareena asks Anupama to do as she planned.
Krutika sees Anupama talking to someone, but couldn’t see Kareena’s face. She says mum-in-law? Anupama pushes Kareena inside and comes to Krutika, asking if her prayer has finished? Krutika says yes. Anupama says she has done her own prayer and has even rubbed her nose on God’s feet and apologizes. She says she has tied the sacred thread and made a wish too. Krutika says she did the right thing. Anupama tells that she has made a wish to always stay by their side at all times, so as to always protect them and thought Satya and Mahi should go somewhere far away from home for their own safety, until Kareena is caught. Krutika says maybe she’s right and thanks her for thinking about them. Anupama says she wants to save this house from bad sight.
Kareena is hiding there and hears them.
Mahi recalls the kidnapping trauma in her sleep and asks the goons to leave her. She wakes up and shouts Satya! Satya and others come there and asks what happened? Mahi hugs him and says she couldn’t forget that incidence. Anupama smiles. Satya says he’s with her and she’s at home, so nothing will happen to her. Anupama signals Krutika. Krutika gives the tickets to Satya. Satya says hongkong tickets. Krutika says Mahi is in a terrible trauma and asks him to take her out for a few days and spend time with her. She says until Kareena is caught, there will be danger to their life. Raj comes and says his Aunt is right. Satya says how can they go? Krutika asks him not to worry and says even Dad wants this, and says the bodyguards will protect them. Satya asks why bodyguards? Krutika orders him to go and get ready. Satya says okay.
Mahi and Satya are leaving for airport. Mahi says so many bodyguards. Krutika says they will stay with them. Satya asks Anupama not to be naughty and be a good girl. Anupama smiles. Krutika says Karan… Mahi asks everyone to take care and says now, they will leave. Krutika asks them to call her on reaching airport. Anupama messages Kareena that the stuff have left from here and now, everything is in her hands.
Satya and Mahi are in the car while the bodyguard is driving the car. Satya says if these bodyguards stay with them, then how will they get close? He says they will look at them wherever they go to. The bodyguard asks what happened? Satya says nothing. Mahi says they will elope, betraying them. Satya says really? Mahi laughs. She gets Krutika’s call and tells that they will be at the airport in 10 mins time. Krutika says okay.
A truck is seen coming from the opposite side and is about to hit Satya’s car. The bodyguard tries to play radio and focuses his attention on it. Satya quickly sight the lorry and asks the guard to watch out for the oncoming truck, but unfurtunately, their car meets with a preplanned accident, by crashing straight into the truck.
Krutika hears the shout. Anupama tells Krutika that nothing will happen and says she tied the sacred tread. Mitul is worried about Mahi and Satya. Anupama thinks is this what Kareena has in store for them? Krutika gets a call informing her that Satya and Mahi met with an accident and cries. Raj asks Krutika to take him to the hospital. They leave.
In the hospital, Satya gains consciousness and looks out for Mahi. He gets up and tries to go out, but the Doctor stops him and asks her to sit down. Satya asks where his Mahi is? Krutika asks the Doctor where her daughter-in-law is? The Doctor tells them she’s under observation because of the head injury, and tells that Mahi is shifted to the ICU from operation theatre and is now on life support system. Satya is shocked and says nothing wrong can happen to his Mahi. The Doctor tells him that they have operated on Mahi, but there was an internal bleeding and it should be stopped. Mitul asks Satya to have patience and says Mahi will be fine.
Anupama goes to call Kareena and wonders where she is? She thinks if Mahi is saved, then Kareena’s plan will be ruined.
Raj lights the temple oil lamps and prays to God. He says that day, he had snatched Sid and Roshni from them, and he has never done anything wrong to anyone, and asks why he did wrong to him? Satya thinks he will not bend down infront of you God today. He says if anything happens to Mahi today, then it will be his defeat! They pray together.
Kareena comes there in disguise of a nurse. Satya suddenly turns (more like he feels he’s been watched), but couldn’t see her face, as she steps back instantly, hiding her face behind the wall. Kareena hides her face with a mask and goes past him to the ICU where Mahi is. Satya asks the Doctor how is Mahi? The Doctor says her condition is critical and she is fighting between death. He asks them to pray. Satya says she will be fine. Everyone cries. Satya goes inside the ICU… A sad song, Main Tere Qaabil Hun… plays… He sits at her bedside and says the Doctor met him outside and told him that her condition is critical. He says he told the Doctor that nothing would happen to his Mahi, and asks her to open her eyes and prove the Doctor wrong. He says this dress and these machines doesn’t suit her. The Nurse comes and asks him to sit outside. Satya says okay and he’s about to go.
Satya stands outside the ICU for Mahi. Kareena is there in nurse disguise. Mitul brings food and asks him to have it. Satya refuses to have food until Mahi gains consciousness and goes. Kareena comes to the ICU and tries to stop the life support system. Satya is on his way to the ICU. He opens the door.
