Sunday update on Meet in Love S2, 19th November, 2023

Girl Meet talks to Meet Ahlawat through video call and they share their work experience for the day. They sleep in between their conversation.

Next day, Girl Meet wears Police uniform and takes vows with the other Officers. They take vows to always fulfil their duties in proper way.

Anubha witnesses Girl Meet’s achievement. She holds the flag and looks at her mother with pride.

The Officer praise Girl Meet and calls her on stage. Girl Meet looks at her family and Ahlawat says his girlfriend is looking so good in this uniform. Anubha gets surprised hearing that and controls her laughter.

Girl Meet meets Babita and her family. Anubha hugs her and says she is feeling proud of her, and if Ashok was here, he would be the happiest. Dadi also blesses her.

Babita says now that Girl Meet has become the Sub Inspector, she should return back home as she misses giving orders to Girl Meet. Girl Meet says she will come soon but Meet Ahlawat says Girl Meet will be late, as he wants to spend some quality time with her.

Babita teases him saying she will wait with Girl Meet and he surely has some work in the Office. Meet Ahlawat gets upset and Babita laughs. Babita says they have a surprise for Girl Meet and Meet Ahlawat won’t reveal it to her.

Girl Meet asks Meet Ahlawat about the surprise but he refuses to tell. He then asks her to give a hug to him, but she refuses saying she is on duty and in this uniform, he can’t get close to her. He says if she gives a hug, he will tell her about the secret. She threatens to teach him a lesson playfully and he gets scared. He asks her to go for a long drive with him. She says she will come in some time.

Meet Ahlawat imagines that Girl Meet is sitting inside the car after getting ready beautifully. He gets romantic with her and she ruins his imagination. She goes to drink tea with him and he says he started drinking street side tea because of her.

A person seeks help from her saying someone has snatched his Car and he made a mistake by trusting that Cheater. Girl Meet says though she is not on duty but it’s a small task, she can do that.

There, Babita waits for Girl Meet to come. She tells Masoom to make preparations for welcoming Girl Meet. Masoom thinks she landed in trouble and she needs Girl Meet’s help.

Girl Meet asks Meet Ahlawat to get inside the car and she sends the person to bring some food which surprises Meet Ahlawat. He asks Girl Meet what she wants to do? Girl Meet tells him to take off his clothes and she accidentally falls on him in the car and he thinks she is trying to romance with him. He takes off his clothes and she covers the car windows. He asks her is this the right place to romance? Though he is really excited. She taunts him saying he always thinks wrong. She is not romancing, but she is executing a plan. She changes her clothes behind a cover. He asks her what she wants to do?

Girl Meet ties herself up with

with ropes and tells him to talk to the criminal Manoj and he will ask if the car belongs to him or not?

Meet Ahlawat goes out and talks to Manoj saying he feels like this Car doesn’t belong to the latter. Manoj gets angry and says he is really mad that he thinks this is not his car! Meet Ahlawat tells him to tell the truth and Manoj opens the car dickey and finds Gitl Meet there who is tied up with ropes. He gets shocked thinking how she got kidnapped?

Girl Meet acts like she is kidnapped. Meet Ahlawat tells Manoj that it means he kidnapped a girl. Manoj denies doing so and says they are fooling him and trying to take money from him. Girl Meet shows her Police card to Manoj and questions why he didn’t give the car to Rakesh when the latter paid the full amount? Manoj gets scared and Girl Meet lies that Rakesh made a video of transferring the money to him, so Manoj can’t hide his crime now.

Manoj pleads with her to not arrest him. He gives the car to Rakesh and promises to give the papers as well. He admits he didnt give the car to Rakesh after taking money. Girl Meet warns him and leaves in style.

Meet Ahlawat praises her and says Rakesh didn’t make a video then why did she lie? Girl Meet says that’s a thing known to only the three of them but not Manoj, so it was important to lie. She adds that Meet Ahlawat overacted and he argues with her. He takes her home to give her the surprise.

Girl Meet hugs Babita and Raj teases her saying Girl Meet is looking thin. Ragini comes with rings and shows them to Girl Meet. She asks what’s this for? Girl Meet learns that Isha is getting engaged. Girl Meet gets happy to know that and she is asked to choose rings for the engagement. Girl Meet takes Isha aside and congratulates her. She then chooses D letter ring but Ragini says Isha’s fiance’s name starts with S not with D.

Meet Ahlawat says Isha’s fiance’s name is Shantanu. Meet gets shocked and reveals to everyone that Isha is in love with Deep then why are they talking about Shantanu? Everyone gets shocked to hear that and they can’t believe it. Masoom says Girl Meet has no idea what she is talking about! Ragini asks Isha what’s the truth? Isha reveals that Girl Meet isn’t lying. Ragini starts crying hearing that.

Masoom says Girl Meet knowingly hid the truth to destroy their family image! Ram is about to slap Isha, but Meet Ahlawat stops him saying he knows Deep took advantage of Isha’s emotions for sure, he doesn’t love her at all, but she doesn’t trust her brother so she didn’t tell him about her love interest. Girl Meet tries to interfere, but Meet Ahlawat says he won’t hear anything now, he doesn’t want Isha to marry Deep and that’s final! He doesn’t want to hear Deep’s name too!

Meet Ahlawat leaves and Ram says Deep is a greedy person and when Girl Meet was at the academy, Deep cheated on Meet Ahlawat and broke him badly. Girl Meet says but what happened that Meet Ahlawat lost his trust in Deep? That can be a misunderstanding too? Ram says Deep took advantage of their trust. Tej tells Sunaina to take Isha away.

Girl Meet comes to meet Meet Ahlawat in the room and tells him to share his pain and that will lighten the burden. Meet Ahlawat refuses and tells Girl Meet to stay away from Deep’s matter and he doesn’t want to get into an argument with her, as she returned back after a long time. Meet Ahlawat leaves and Girl Meet thinks why is he behaving this way?

Tej comes and cheers her up saying Meet Ahlawat became strong enough to deal with his issues. Deep’s betrayal shattered him, but he

moved on so Girl Meet shouldn’t think much about it. Meet Ahlawat has become much responsible than before.

Babita asks Raj why did Girl Meet dp this and took Deep’s side? Raj says Girl Meet is only aware of Deep’s previous image whom she trusted. She was not there to see his true colours so she made a mistake.

Girl Meet comes and says she will come later, but Babita requests her to not talk about Deep ’s topic in front of her son, as it will disturb him again. Girl Meet says but Meet Ahlawat was accused too but his innocence has been proved, then why didn’t they think Deep could be innocent as well? Babita says she doesn’t have any idea but she asks Girl Meet to not take Deep ’s name again.

Girl Meet says she won’t in front of her husband but she doesn’t want to believe in some baseless accusation against Deep too. Babita asks what does she think, that they are lying to her?

Raj requests Girl Meet to understand the situation as Meet Ahlawat moved on from this matter recently so Girl Meet shouldn’t mention Deep’s name again in front of him else it will be tough for him to overcome it. Girl Meet promises him but decides to learn the truth.

Tej and Sunaina see something on the phone and Ram and Lakhan visit their house. Tej gets excited seeing them and Meet Ahlawat reveals he brought them here, as Anubha and Dadi are not at home due to some work.

Girl Meet gets delighted seeing Ram and Lakhan. They get happy seeing her after nine months. Sunaina is not happy seeing the kids and thinks now, it will be hard for her to convince Tej. Masoom notices her and says now she will create misunderstanding between Sunaina and Girl Meet using this matter!

Girl Meet asks Meet Ahlawat if this was his important work that he left to do? He says in her absence, he has become the best Son of his in-laws. Girl Meet says that she doesn’t know that her family is not home. He says she just returned so it’s obvious she won’t have any idea.

Tej says Ram and Lakhan won’t stay in the guest room but will stay with him which irks Sunaina.

Girl Meet goes to the room and sees the messy condition. Meet Ahlawat comes out of the washroom and feels awkward seeing her. She says this is her room too and he should change his clothes quickly as she has something important to talk about. She teases him and leaves.

Isha cries in her room thinking that no one understands her in the house and they really hate Deep, so she doesn’t have any option but to end her life! She tries to slit her wrist, but Girl Meet comes and stops her. She asks what Isha will get after dying, as it will make her family feel guilty for their whole life. If she loves and trusts Deep, then she should fight for her love without giving up.

Isha says even her own brother is not trusting her which is disheartening. How can he get her married to a random person without trying to know what she wants? Girl Meet assures her that they will sort out the issue together. Isha hugs her and Girl Meet thinks that how will she handle the situation and she has to talk to Meet Ahlawat regarding Deep.

Girl Meet blindfolds Meet Ahlawat and instructs him to walk 10 steps. She makes him hold tea and he drinks it happily. She then gives him Jalebis and he eats it. She gives him ice cream cone and he thinks it’s ice cream, he’s about to eat it, but Girl Meet removes his blindfold. She says it’s not ice cream but chillies in the cone. He trusts her that’s why

he wanted to eat it without checking, but she didn’t let him do that as she doesn’t want to break his trust.

Meet Ahlawat says Girl Meet has started giving lectures nowadays. He adds he knows she wants to say something to him by all this. He says he can’t trust someone blindly anymore after Deep’s incident. He took a lot of time to move on and if Girl Meet was here then, then she would have understood his situation. He would have asked her for help. Girl Meet asks him whether he will lose trust on her in the future? He replies never. They smile at each other.

Tej plays with Ram and Lakhan in his room and they mess up the room. Ram and Lakhan leaves seeing Sunaina, and Tej apologises to Sunaina for the room condition. Tej tries to convince her to become Ram and Lakhan’s mother but she is not ready yet. Tej sleeps with Ram and Lakhan on his bed and Sunaina gets pissed.

Girl Meet kicks Meet Ahlawat while sleeping and he falls off from the bed. He gets scared and screams. He then wakes her up and she says it was just a bad dream and he says she hit him twice. She asks where, to which he gets romantic and points at his cheek and lips so that she kisses him. Girl Meet gets his point and punches on his stomach. He falls down and leaves. Girl Meet thinks he got angry but then he comes in Cricketer’s get up and she gets surprised. He says she won’t be able to attack him at mid night now. She laughs and then thinks how will she solve the issues between him and Deep? She thinks she may be wrong too.

Next day, both Meet goes out for jogging and Girl Meet talks about physical and mental strength and that she became very cautious in the academy. He realizes the road goes towards central jail. He questions her why she took him here knowingly? Girl Meet again brings the topic of Deep and asks him to meet Deep once. Meet Ahlawat gets angry and says why can’t she understand that he doesn’t want to hear his name?? He leaves and sits in an Auto. He tells the driver to wait for Girl Meet for two minutes.

The Auto Driver says Wife should always obey her husband. Girl Meet comes but doesn’t gets inside the Auto. She says two numbers are missing from the number plate so the Driver will go to the Police Station. The Driver gets shocked and asks Meet Ahlawat to get out of his Auto and apologizes to Girl Meet. Girl Meet says she was not arguing with Meet Ahlawat but was only saying her point of view.

Ragini checks the guest lists for the engagement and Raj looks for Girl Meet. Girl Meet takes his blessings for her first day of duty. Ragini says she wants Girl Meet to catch her father’s killer as soon as possible!

Ram drops a spoon and Girl Meet’s shoe gets dirty. Meet Ahlawat bends down and cleans her shoe. Girl Meet hesitates and Babita asks him to get up saying husbands don’t touch their Wife’s feet. Meet Ahlawat says he wants Girl Meet to glow on her first day of duty. She says she will come home soon.

Babita tells her to attend the engagement, but the latter says she won’t as Isha is not happy with this marriage. Girl Meet adds she can’t support the wrong thing as her father told her so. She reveals she told Meet Ahlawat to talk to Deep as well. Babita shouts at her for not listening to them! She says what kind of daughter-in-law is she that she can’t keep one request of her in-laws??

Girl Meet asks Meet Ahlawat to think about Isha at least, as she’s very upset and disturbed. Being her brother, he should think about her own choice.

Ram says his decision is final and Isha will marry only Shantanu! He leaves and Babita also leaves saying the engagement will happen today and it doesn’t matter if Girl Meet attends it or not!

Girl Meet holds Meet Ahlawat’s hand and asks him to rethink, but he says he knows Isha is in pain but her family won’t take the wrong decision for her. He gives his own example about how he and Girl Meet were not ready to marry each other, but they did eventually, and now they are happy, so Isha will also be happy in the future. He leaves after wishing Girl Meet all the best for the duty. Girl Meet gets upset.

Isha hugs Girl Meet and says no one values her in the family and they will surely get her married to Shantanu. She panics and Girl Meet asks her not to panic. She says she will find a way and no one will marry her without her wish. She won’t let anyone force her.  Girl Meet leaves for her duty and Ahlawat looks at her and Isha. He leaves.

Babita checks the list and Ragini tells her whether they should ask Isha once or not. Babita says this is the perfect marriage proposal for Isha and they don’t need to cancel the engagement but it will happen today only. Their relationship with Abhay will get better.

Masoom breaks a plate and says they are living in an imaginary world! If Girl Meet doesn’t attend the engagement, then the guests will have a wrong impression about them. Girl Meet’s absence will make the matter worse! She tells that Girl Meet is ruining everything!

Babita tells her to relax as in the last nine months, they did everything without her so today also, the engagement will happen without her presence. They will manage.

Raj says but Masoom is not wrong totally but they can postpone the engagement if Girl Meet doesn’t want to come. Babita says not at all as they can’t give this lame excuse to Abhay for cancelling the engagement.

Ahlawat adds that the engagement won’t get cancelled but if Girl Meet comes, they will feel delighted and he hopes Girl Meet will attend it.

Girl Meet checks her phone and wonders why Ahlawat didn’t text her yet. Is he so angry with her?

Meet Ahlawat and Girl Meet call each other at the same time and they hear it’s busy. Meet Ahlawat drops a text that if she attends the engagement, everyone will be happy in the family. Girl Meet asks how will he feel? He says she knows the answer. She says she can do anything for him. He says it means it’s confirmed she is attending. She gets confused what to do. Suddenly she sees a person forcibly kidnapping a girl and puts her in his car. He leaves and Girl Meet follows him.

Sunaina calls Babita and says everything is almost ready and if Girl Meet attends the function, then it will be complete. Babita says don’t worry about that as they will manage without her like they did since the last nine months. Sunaina hopes nothing should go wrong in the engagement.

Masoom says trouble will come in her life soon!
