Prithvi praises Sanjana assuring her of taking the right decision for her daughter, and they must go outside without wasting more time, as everyone is waiting for them.
Karan is walking in the hall and very angry. Sameer comes behind him asking him to not be angry, as this will be of no help, and Karan asks of Rishab and goes straight to his room.
Preeta is walking when she sees that Prithvi is with Sanjana and Sherlin, she ask to talk with Sherlin alone, and Prithvi assures that it will happen according to her, he then takes Sanjana away.
Sherlin is alone with Preeta and they both head towards the room, Preeta gets very angry asking her to stop this melodrama, as they both know that Rishab has done nothing wrong with her, but she doesn’t listen to anything that Sherlin has to say. She instead says a lot of bad things to Sherlin regarding her character, she says that when she came to know that she was with someone else, she had no hard feelings, but when she came to know that Sherlin was pregnant, she got really mad, as she question her about what she did and who was with her in the plans against the Luthras, she is convinced because she saw the boyfriend with her in her house.
She says that she will go and tell everyone that Sherlin was with someone else and to not be thrown out of the house.
Karan goes and makes Rishab feel assured that Preeta has gone to talk with Sherlin and he will not have to marry Sherlin because he trusts that Preeta will be able to do something and he mustn’t worry. Sanjana hears this and gets really mad, she heads back to the room.
Preeta is really angry and scolding Sherlin, she begs Preeta to listen to her, as she has done nothing wrong.
Sanjana and Prithvi are together, she gets worried asking him what will happen as she doesn’t want him (Prithvi) to marry her daughter at any cost, so Prithvi asks her to not worry as he will take care of everything.
Sherlin is holding Preeta’s hand and then pushes her away, she explains that she’s not so weak to stand up in front of her and even if she tries to blame her, then no one will remember and trust her because Karan has also said these things, but still, no one trusted his words, so even if she says this to them, then she will be proven wrong. Sherlin says that at first, she wanted to marry Rishab, but now that this incident has occured, everyone will definitely want her to marry him, so she will do what she wants, Preeta gets nervous hearing her confidence that she is untouchable and so gets worried.
Rakhi ask Sanjana to not worry, as Preeta will talk Sherlin into marrying Rishab. Karan’s Grandma also agrees to her decision, Mahesh objects, but is calmed down by everyone. Sanjana worries for her daughter, praying to God that he removes everything wrong that might cone in the way of the marriage. Karina comes and consoles her to not worry.
Preeta asks Sherlin why she wants to marry Rishab because she is rich enough and doesn’t need any sort of money. Sherlin however taunts her for her incapability to prove anything, by pushing her away. Sherlin challenges Preeta to go outside and prove that she (Sherlin) is not a good girl, as she has made everyone realize that she Is innocent, and that her husband came to stop her from crying and calm her down, she also threatens her that if she tells the media, then there will be a lot of problems for the Luthras. She ask her to go and send Rishab because she is tired of all this drama.
Rakhi comes just then, and Sherlin turns to her saying that he will not marry Rishab because he does not want to marry her and doesn’t even like her. Rakhi says that Rishab will have to apologize.
Karan asks Preeta why Sherlin confessed the truth in front of her so boldly? Preeta thinks the same thing and asks him to think, he tells that it is because of fear and whenever someone is scared, then he tries to scare others to cover up the nervousness, He explains that they do the same thing in Cricket and it’s because they want to win. Preeta then understands what Sherlin was trying to do and says that no one would believe her even now, because he has opposed Sherlin too much and Rakhi now believes that he said that since he doesn’t like Sherlin.
Preeta starts to blame him and makes him realize his mistakes, he gets angry after which she asks him to leave, but he threatens that he will make everyone come to the room by pouring some large object and saying that she has called him to meet her. Preeta gets sacred asking him to not do it, they both start to struggle, upon which she falls on him, they both share a romantic moment, and Shrishti and Janki are shocked to see them both in the same position.
Karina goes to open the door, and seeing it’s their Aunt, she closes the door, Karan’s Grandma and Mahesh also comes asking her who it was, she at first denies to say anything, but when she is forced to, she opens it. Aunt comes and greets everyone. Karina comes and ask why she’s here? She says that she came because her Children have gone abroad and so she came to celebrate the festival with all of them. Everyone ask Karina to not speak so much, but Karina says that she must not talk too much with anyone and keep quiet.
Shrishti ask someone to turn on the switch, they both go to open it and hit each other, they starts to quarrel, and Shrishti turns the lights on. Janki questions them on what they were doing in the dark, and Sarla calls them to which Karan gets scared and leaves. When he leaves, Preeta ask the both of them to leave and both Janki and Shrishti start to ask them questions about what happened between the both of them? Preeta gets paranoid and asks them to go.
Shrishti goes with Janki to bed, and they start a discussion about what Karan said to Preeta, they start to talk, and Janki says that Preeta shares the same values as her Mother and it’s nothing like the both of them. Shrishti thinks of devising a plan to make Preeta confident and brave enough to voice out her feelings for Karan, but Janki says that they will have to do nothing and it is only Karan who has to do it, because he must propose to her. Shrishti also agrees with her, and they both decide to make Karan say that he loves Preeta to her face.
