Sherlyn is in her room, she thinks of how she could have made such a big mistake, because she wanted to take revenge on Rakhi, but Karan’s Grandma got stuck in her trap and fell down instead. She’s still thinking of how she could carry out her revenge from Rakhi when Mahira comes, exclaiming that she wanted to hurt Rakhi, which makes her wonder if she is working as alongside Preeta too?
Sherlyn explains that she did this to harm Rakhi, since she scolded her for just speaking against Preeta. Mahira pays no heed, exclaiming that she will go and tell everyone that Sherlyn was the one that spilled the oil on the stairs, at which Sherlyn tries to make her doubtful of her feelings, but Mahira is still adamant about exposing her. Sherlyn out of her cleverness, says that she has a plan to make sure that Preeta never comes back to the Luthra family, but Mahira is still insisting about telling everyone of what Sherlyn did.
Rishab brings Karan’s Grandma into her room, he makes her lie on her bed where they all try to make her feel comfortable, Rishab tries to call a Doctor, but it isn’t connecting. Rishab asks if they can call Preeta, but Kareena is really against them calling Preeta to take care of Karan’s Grandma, who is not very optimistic that she will come, but Karan is sure that when she comes to know of the fact that his Grandma is ill, she will come running here, Karan calls her.
Preeta is holding her Phone, Sarla asks who is on the phone, Preeta explains that it’s Karan and when she picks up, he asks her to come to the Luthra house as Karan’s Grandma needs her help, She agrees but when Preeta asks Sarla for permission, she clearly refuses, saying that there is no need to go and take care of that family.
Sameer comes waiting for Shrishti, and wondering when she will be here. Shrishti arrives and when they are together, Shrishti says that Sameer is really a coward, he says that she shouldn’t say that, because he’s not a coward, he gets really angry and says that they will go to the market near her house and have ice cream. Shrishti gets really excited and says that it will be better now that they won’t be sitting in some closed room. Shrishti asks if he has seen what she saw, that both Karan and Preeta are starting to like each other once again, and there is not enough problem, both of them are really optimistic.
Everyone is really taking care of Karan’s Grandma, Mahira says that she knows a Doctor that will take care of Karan’s Grandma, but Karan says that he only trusts Preeta. Mahira feels offended, at which Rakhi comes to her explaining that there is no need to worry, as both her sons do not want to listen to anyone with regards to their grandmother.
Sarla asks why does she want to go to the Luthra house, even when she is really clever, and she never listens to her heart when it comes to the Luthras and doesn’t even care for her mother who feels really bad, when they all hurt her, so she will not allow Preeta to go to the Luthra house!
Mahira very angrily, enters the Kitchen. She is angry at Rakhi for taking Preeta’s side, she throws the bottles away, at which point, Sherlyn enters the Kitchen, she hands her a glass of water, and she’s about to leave, but Mahira explains that she needs her help. Sherlyn says that she will not help her, as Mahira has refused to accept her help earlier on, but Mahira quickly apologizes, saying that she needs her help, so that she is able to remove Preeta from everyone’s mind, completely!
Preeta explains that she took an oath as a Doctor and she has to fulfil it, since she knows that Karan’s Grandma needs her care, which is why she needs to be at the Luthra house.
Sarla makes her promise that she will come back as soon as possible and will only go there as a Doctor, nothing more. Preeta ask Sarla to let her, as she has made the promise, but said nothing, Sarla still remains quiet.
Preeta pleads with Sarla to let her take her purse, after which she runs to get her bag exclaiming that Karan’s Grandma needs her help, she assures Sarla that she will be back soon.
Mahira explains that she wants Preeta to not be in anyone’s mind at the Luthra house, so she can make her mark and establish the house as her family. Sherlyn asks her to take a glass of water, as an example. She explains that the only way Preeta would stop coming to their house is when she is dead! Mahira is left stunned, as Sherlyn praises her intelligence, saying that she’s a smart girl.
Rakhi offers to massage Karan’s Grandma, but she stops her, explaining that it would hurt really badly. Kareena mentions that she said Preeta would not come as she doesn’t care for their family, but Rishab stops her, saying that she cannot think bad of her, as she doesn’t stay alone at her house, and it’s possible that she might be in some sort of trouble. Rishab is about to go and bring Preeta, but Karan stops him, saying that he will himself bring her, Rishab exclaims that it is better that Karan brings her, as he feels Sarla will not allow her to come. Kareena disagrees, saying that she would never stop her, as Sarla always wanted their wealth. Rishab however, explains that it’s not the case. Karan’s Grandma request Kareena to talk politely with Preeta and not insult her.
Karan is walking towards the door when he bumps into Preeta, who is looking down, he catches her, just in time, and they both starts sharing a romantic backflash, thinking of all the past moments that they’ve spent together.
Mahira comes and she’s shocked to see the both of them together. Sherlyn is also shocked, but she’s happy that she would not have to make up a story now, as Mahira has seen it all by herself.
Karan leaves Preeta, exclaiming that she hasn’t changed at all, and even bumped into her. Preeta says that he was the one that bumped into her, They both start an argument, Karan then asks the reason she was late? Preeta mentions that she is sorry. Karan makes fun of her, so she leaves running, he also goes after her. Mahira is crying, Sherlyn consoles her and leaves, while Mahira gets really frustrated
Sameer asks if Shrishti has anything more to say? She asks him to pay the bill, he asks that she would never call him a coward since he’s not eating with her at the local market, she pranks him saying that Sarla is standing behind her, he stops her, but when she is really coming from behind Shrishti, she does not believe him, so he runs and hides behind a stall, she at first doesn’t believe him, but when she hears her voice with her own ears, she then runs to sit with him. Sarla and Janki both come to the stall where they are hiding, they look for the vendor to whom the stall belongs to, but he is nowhere near the stall. Shrishti requests that Sameer stands up with his back facing Sarla, he stands and when they ask for the reason he’s looking at the other side, he explains that he cannot see them, because he has a fast, which is why he cannot see anyone. Sarla asks why did he bring the cart when he could not see anyone? Sarla asks if they can put the vegetables by themselves, and when they start placing them, the real owner also comes and is worried to see who is robbing him by selling his inventory, Sameer is worried about what he will do.
Kareena explains that she was telling the truth and they should call another Doctor. Preeta enters from behind and immediately comes to sit with Karan’s Grandma, she inquires about the pain, then gives her some medicine, she also asks for the box which she prepared. Rishab explains to Rakhi that there is no need to worry, as Preeta has come, and she will have to take care of Karan’s Grandma now.
Preeta leaves to get the medicines, Karan’s Grandma gets relaxed. Risahb thanks Preeta for coming, as he’s aware that she might have faced a lot of proble, but Preeta mentions that there is no need.
Sarla ask how they will weight the vegetables? Sameer mentions that he will not be the one, but his master who will weight them, the owner comes from the front and Sameer explains to him the entire situation, also assuring that he does not need any money from them, so the owner also plays along and when they get the entire vegetables, Sarla drops her purse which Janki kneels to pick up, they both plead with her to not tell Sarla, she also assures then asks Sarla to not come with her, as they should go back to their house.
Sameer and Shrishti both leave after thanking the vendor for his help. They both get into the car, Sameer is really worried about what might have happened. Shrishti gets a call from Preeta, who mentions that she’s with Karan’s Grandma at the Luthra house and he’s going to get her medicine box. Shrishti ends the call, then explains that Preeta is in the Luthra house which makes her wonder that Karan’s Grandma might have called her. Sameer also gets really excited and is also hopeful that everything will be the same as it was before soon enough.
Preeta enters the store room and is left in complete shock, she turns on the light, but it’s not functional, she turns to find Karan standing with a lighter, she at first gets scared, but then thanks him, he asks if she has placed the box in the store room, she asks what he came to talk about? He explains that he knows she would never tell the truth in front of everyone, so he can tell him if something is wrong, Preeta denies it, explaining that she always tells the truth, then she spots the bad and she placed the medicine box, saying that she chose this place, because everyone in their house has a separate box, she takes out the bad and turns to find Karan standing right behind her, they both look into each other’s eyes, and when she tries to leave, he thanks her saying that it felt nice that she came to their house, she responds that she’s only fulfilling her duty as a Doctor, he asks how she could be so nice and why did she come here at once? Preeta is not even aware of it, mentioning that she comes because she feels to this present day, that she has some relationship with this house, because she also feels anger at Karan’s attitude, he mentions that he thought she was saying that she still loves him, but when she leaves, he wonders how stupid he is, so he must inform her of what he actually meant.
Karan’s Grandma explains that she’s actually feeling better and also believes that Preeta is a really good Doctor.
Mahira enters and is left in confusion, as she feels that it would be a difficult task to make her own mark in the heart of the Luthra family, when they are all still attached to Preeta, she wonders where both Karan and Preeta are?
