Rakhi is sitting with Mahesh, the Doctor apologizes that he was rude with Karan and should not have said it directly, she however explains that he was right and it was her Son that was wrong, because he’s angry with himself, as he’s fighting to control his emotions, and only one person was able to control him, which was Preeta who is a strong girl.
Rakhi request the Doctor to tell her the truth, as she has the strength to handle it; she explains that he used to fight with her on small things, but now, he’s not saying anything, she pleads that he tells her the truth and not a lie to comfort her. The Doctor explains that when he said that 70% of the Patients do not come out, he was lying, and in these cases, it is 90% percent; Mahesh accident is so severe that he has very little chances of survival. Rakhi request him to keep this a secret, as if her family comes to know of the truth, then they will be shattered, and won’t be able to live.
Sarla is talking with her nieces, who admire Prithvi, she asks her to find someone even better for her, she agrees, but Janki says that he should take Prithvi with her, they all take it as a joke and leave. Janki is standing, Sarla asks her to go back, as she knows that Janki does not want the marriage to be successful, she however refuses to leave, aiming to do anything to stop the wedding.
The Priest comes asking her to call the bride and the groom, it is the time of Prayer, she is about to send Janki, but Janki leaves there, Shrishti also refuses to call her, Sarla gets confused on what to do, as a lot of things are still pending.
Karan is in his room thinking of what the Doctor said, he says that it was his foolishness that he allowed her to come into his house, and even after that, she was the reason for him going to jail, he thinks that she is facing the consequences of her actions, it’s the punishment she is getting for hurting his family! He gets angry thinking of how Prithvi talked of Preeta, he also gets mad wondering what he will do to her?
Prithvi is walking with Shrishti, he says that he is very happy, but knows that she’s not, he mentions that she will have to respect him, even if she does not like him, because he’s going to be her brother-in-law, she explains that she’s not happy, as she along with Karan has seen what is inside him and does not like him a little bit. Prithvi warns her to stop talking, otherwise he will refuse to marry Preeta at the Temple which will be a cause of embarrassment for her family, she gets shocked and stays quiet.
Sarla comes with Prithvi’s mother asking that they come, as the Priest is calling them, they walk, but Shrishti kicks him and he falls, they pick him up, and she warns him to be careful of her, as she’s very dangerous, he also admits it and vows to be careful.
Karan is continuously thinking of when Preeta came to announce her wedding, he gets frustrated and tears the photo album, but he stops at the photo of Preeta before burning it, also vowing to take revenge on her, for what she did to his family! He vows to harm her to the extent that she won’t be able to live; he plans to end her marriage with Prithvi, utilizing any and all means possible.
Everyone is waiting for Prithvi and Preeta, they all wonder where they are? Prithvi’s Aunt also says that she is very beautiful and they will not be able to take their eyes off her. Shrishti is walking with Prithvi, they also discuss about how pretty she is, she explains that she is the Sister of the bride, they come and greet each other.
Prithvi purposefully stamps Shristi’s foot, he also apologizes to her asking if she is hurt, explaining that he lost balance and stepped on her, he asks her to help him reach the Temple. Sarla forces her to help him. Prithvi tries to walk, she holds his hand helping him walk towards the Temple, he warns her to not mess with him, as he won’t be an easy opponent and she will have to be careful with him, he leaves her, going to sit in the Temple. Shrishti understands that he did this on purpose and thinks of remaining conscious of him.
The Priest asks Sarla to bring the bride before he ends the Prayers with Prithvi. Shrishti thinks that she will have to do something to stop the wedding.
Maira comes asking Kartika when she came back, she asks her regarding her studies. She mentions that it’s all going good and she feels that she will have to leave the house really soon, Kartika gets tensed asking why she feels like this, she asks her to calm down saying that she will leave after getting in, because she feels that she has performed good in the entrance test. Maria says that she feels something is odd in the house, the environment is not like it was before and she is also hesitant to get Karan’s autograph in the book. Kartika takes it asking her to come to Karan’s room, she refuses and is adamant to take Maira to him, she calms her down explaining that Karan will never refuse. They reach the Corridor, Karan is walking, thinking of what he can do to stop the wedding, Kartika asks him to give Maira his autograph but he refuses, she then ask Kartika what is wrong with him? She explains that he’s suffering from hyper tension, and the reason cannot be explained.
Sherlyn is constantly calling Prithvi, he’s not picking up, she wonders why he’s marrying Preeta even when she asked him to back out, she vows to not let him cheat her, she thinks of calling him with someone else’s phone, she asks Ganesh to give her his mobile, he is hesitant, but she scolds him, asking that he go do his work! She says she understands that he knows she will call him with someone else’s phone which is why he isn’t answering, she gives him back his phone after deleting the number, she vows to do something which she has never done, as she’s the deceiver!
Karan is walking angrily, thinking that he will not let her marry Prithvi because now, he will do all that he can to stop the wedding!
Shrishti is also planning to do anything to stop the wedding.
Sarla enters Preeta’s room, thinking of what Janki said to her, that she does not want Preeta to marry Prithvi, she’s standing, and Preeta asks her what she has to say, she explains that she has made a mistake and even when the Children do not believe it, the Parents still do make some mistakes. Preeta doesn’t understand and she asks Sarla what she is saying? Sarla says that she came to call the bride upon the Priest’s request, but she is not able to find her daughter, as she’s very tensed. She mentions that Preeta’s smile was what made her happy, but she cannot see her in this depression, she ask her what is that thing that she is hiding? Preeta refuses that there is nothing.
Janki stops her from lying to her mother. Sarla adds that she can do anything for her daughters without caring for what the society will say, and that she has the strength for a lot of things, Preeta says that she’s not tensed regarding this marriage, as she is happy and feels blessed to be marrying him. Janki refuses to accept it, saying that he is ill mannered, as he blamed her for having some illicit relationship with Karan when she went with him. Sarla stops her, mentioning that it’s between her and Preeta.
Preeta answers that he had made a mistake, but also apologized for it, unlike Karan who made an even bigger mistake just to punish her for a small thing, she didn’t even do.
Rishab is calling Karan, but he doesn’t answer, Rishab sees the album on his bed, he calls him, Karan answers, asking what the matter is, he asks where he is, as he wants to talk to him (Karan), Karan says that he is going on a long drive, Rishab asks him to stop lying, Karan explains that he is going to meet a girl and do something that will be a cause of relief for his heart, Rishab request that he mustn’t do anything that will hurt himself, he also requests that Karan calms down and do what he feels, Rishab is happy to know that Karan is doing what he likes unlike him who does not know what is happening. Karan plans to hurt Preeta to the extent that she will not be able to marry Prithvi!
Preeta leaves the room, Janki stops Sarla, informing that Preeta is still talking of Karan even when she’s about to marry Prithvi. Sarla gets angry, explaining that she should have told her when she asked her. Janki thinks that she would have told her if she knew it herself, but Preeta is still unaware of her feelings.
Rakhi asks Karan’s Grandma how the new Doctor is and if she liked her? Kareena explains that she is very professional and she feels that Karan’s Grandma will be better very soon.
Sherlyn comes down thinking that she will do just anything to end the marriage with Preeta, as she wants Prithvi to only remain with her!
Rakhi asks Karan’s Grandma if she is okay? Karan’s Grandma thinks of what Sherlyn said in the hospital regarding Preeta, she answers that she no longer needs Preeta and will get used to the new Doctor, she leaves to go and check on Mahesh.
Kareena orders Ganesh to take the glass of water to Mahesh’s room. Rakhi informs that she felt Karan’s was upset. Kareena asks Sherlyn where she is going?
Sherlyn was leaving to meet her Mom who was ill when Sanjana comes to meet Sherlyn and Mahesh. Rakhi and Kareena asks if Sanjana was ill? Sanjana replies with a no. Sherlyn reminds her that she had been sick since two days ago. Sanjana nods at her. Sherlyn takes Sanjana to the Kitchen to prepare tea with her.
Rakhi feels upset that she considered someone as her daughter, and she’s unable to attend her wedding today.
In the wedding ceremony, Preeta walks to the hall with Shrishti, while thinking about Karan.
Karan enters the hall, and came inside from the right, behind Prithvi. Preeta wonders why she’s thinking about Karan, she shouldn’t. Karan gets a phone call and goes aside.
The Vermala (Wedding Garland) ritual begins. Shrishti wonders how she should stop this wedding, she doesn’t want a devil brother-in-law. Prithvi smiles, while he puts on the Garland. Shrishti recalls how they had attempted to stop Rishab and Sherlyn’s wedding with Karan. She thinks it doesn’t matter if Karan isn’t here, she will make this wedding a complete flop using his trick.
Karan appears from a side and thinks he will surely stop this wedding. Shrishti pushes a wedding platter over Prithvi. Prithvi stands up at once. Shrishti was at once apologetic that she slipped and the platter fell as well. Prithvi goes to wash his dress.
Karan thinks about some secret plan to stop this wedding.
In the Kitchen, Sanjana asks Sherlyn why she lied about her illness? And why her hand was injured? Sherlyn was irked that Sanjana had gone out of India, then why did she do all this? Sanjana says she thought there could be something wrong; there was a lot happening at her in-law’s house. She wonders how Sherlyn was still in the house, when she herself spotted Sherlyn apologizing to Mahesh. She convinced Sherlyn that she has got a blessed life and the best family and the husband; Prithvi is a care-free man. Sherlyn pulls a knife. Sanjana was terrified.
