As they sit down for their meal, Zara arranges their meal on the floor, just as Kabeer liked it. She also prepared the dishes that he loved. Zeenat is annoyed by Zara doing her own thing to win Kabeer’s heart and putting Zeenat down.
It is Eid celebrations and daawat at Ahmad’s house. Reema and Imran pep up the party by adding song and dance. Everyone danced to the song..”Munda thore off beat hai. nach denge sare gal milke.”
Qazi Hashmi and Kabeer have confrontation over blaming Zara and declaring her anti-Islamic for any one who supported this murderer. Zara feels boycotted by all the guests.
Kabeer politely responds to Hashmi by reminding him that it was anti-Islamic to blame an innocent person, and also listening to rumours and acting on them was gunah-e-azeem, and Qazi Hashmi being Qazi, it’s a very serious offense on his part. Hashmi is cornered, and he gets really furious with Kabeer. He says he will not say anything but the society might create problems for them as they did not think the same way as Kabeer.
Angry Hashmi, walks out of the daawat/party. Shehbaz, Kabeer, Ayesha are shocked at his action. All the guests leave as Hashmi walks out.
Shehbaz accuses Kabeer of insulting Hashmi. Kabeer replies that with due respect, he just couldn’t stand idle as some one was supporting the wrong. This was against father’s teachings. He had to protect Zara. It was his duty as her husband.
In their room, Zara tells Kabeer that there was only one day left to their second talaq/divorce, so Kabeer had to decide whether he would complete their talaq/divorce or not. Kabeer lovingly tells her that he loved the changes she was trying to bring in her behaviour, that she was trying to change for his sake. He had decided he would not live without her. He isn’, t ready to let her go. Zara is in disbelief.
Kabeer then asks Zara if she’s willing to live with him all her life? Zara happily agrees. Manzoor hai manzoor hai… sokg plays. They hug tightly… They both get emotional.. romantic background song Tumhe maine paa liya… Plays.
Zeenat bribes a woman to incite Zara into fighting to get divorced, but Zara gives her an advise to take the family’s help to resolve this issue. Kabeer is impressed by her ability to handle things against Divorce.
The Inspector says to the family that we got Nilofar’s reports and she died because of poison given to her at the hospital. All are stunned. Kabeer says who could have done this? The Inspector says we are doubting your Wife. Kabeer says what proof do you have? Are you believing the social media? The Inspector laughs and says we focus on proofs; just before Nilofar died, a woman in burqa came into the hospital and went to her ward room, can I ask when Nilofar died, where was your Wife? Kabeer says she was with me in my room. The Inspector says you have to give us proof, otherwise we will bring proof against your wife and arrest her the next time. He leaves. Zara is tensed. Kabeer hugs her and consoles her.
Some people are angry and comes to Kabeer’s house. They start breaking things. Shehbaz tries to stop them. Kabeer asks what is all this? A Man says don’t try to defend a killer, we took you as an ideal person, but you are taking a killer’s side? Divorce Zara.
Kabeer says you are all my student in my institution, what is wrong with you all? I am telling you all that Zara is innocent. The Man says your Wife is a killer, she should be punished. Kabeer says the law is in this Country, they can decide for her. Whenever they call her criminal, then I will go against all of you, now leave from here! The Man says taking side of a sinner is also a sinner! They leave. Kabeer says to Shehbaz that I fought for education of these people and they are against me today?
Shehbaz says have you gone blind??? These people came and destroyed everything, look at your Mother, Sister, Sister-in-law, what if something happens to them? Kabeer says I know, but Zara is innocent, the Inspector will tell us that, trust me. Zara looks on.
Hashmi says to Khalid that we have trapped Kabeer, now he will have to divorce Zara! His Man comes there. Hashmi says your men should be taken care of, take care of them, give them everything want, when they are with us, they will be useful for us. The man nods and leaves.
Hashmi asks how you took Zara’s finger prints? Khalid recalls the flashback, “how he saw Zara drinking juice at the party, he took that glass which had her finger print, then he went to a woman sent by Hashmi, he gave the glass cup to her.” Khalid asks who was the woman? She was in veil? Hashmi glares at him and says keep an eye, now Kabeer will have to divorce Zara, nobody will be able to stop them from separating!
Shehbaz says to Kabeer that you keep taking Zara’s side when she keeps doing mistakes. Kabeer says she didn’t do anything wrong. Shehbaz shouts that enough! You are insulting me! Ayesha asks Shehbaz to calm down. Shehbaz says I need to bring this guy on track, you can’t see how wrong he is?? Zara needs to be punished for tarnishing this house’s image! He says to Kabeer that you have to take decision; that either you live in this house as our Son or live as her husband! Ayesha says what? Shehbaz shouts to divorce Zara!!
