Back home, Amma ji is fervently praying, while Maharaj comes with a glass of milk, and finds her ardently praying to the lord, for Niru’s safety. He tries to get her to eat so that she can have her medicine. She asks how can she, when Niru is battling with death. She starts panting, but then, says that she will go to her Master right away, to seek any religious solution that he gives, and says that she never sought anything. He begs her not to ask him, as she isn’t well to go, but she is adamant and hollers at him to comply to orders. He is in a dilemma, as she is adamant on her stance.
Madhvi starts getting impatient, as she waits outside and bad thoughts keep flashing. Gangaa continues to assure her that everything will be fine, and that their love and Amma ji’s blessings are with him. She asks her not to think worse thoughts.
As the Doctor finally comes, Madhvi hurriedly asks him about Niru? He tells them all, that Niru had an angioplasty and will be fine, as it was a minor attack. They are relieved but then, the Doctor asks to get some tests done on Niru. They are tensed but comply. Gangaa asks what tests and if it’s serious and if Niru is in some kind of trouble? The Doctor says that they will know and be able to tell for sure only after the test results. He leaves giving them permission to meet Niru. Madhvi is tensed as to what could be the reason and if it’s something serious? Gangaa assures her that everything would be normal, and asks her to maintain her face, as she wouldn’t want to meet Niru in tension, since that would adversely affect him. Madhvi complies and they both go in, while he groggily opens his eyes. Madhvi asks him if he is okay and isn’t in much pain? Gangaa and Krishna ask this to him too, after Gangaa tells him that he can return home, after some tests. Supriya and Pulkit come too. All are alarmed.
Finally, they get Niru home. Amma ji is relieved to see him safe and sound, and hands him sweet offering. She sits by his bed, and continues to banter about her concern for his health, the same way that the Doctor must have told him. She breaks down emotionally, having contained himself for so long. She says that she can’t see him like this. He asks her not to worry, holding her hand, as he is absolutely fine. He says that he is tensed as both his Sons are upset in their life. Madhvi distracts him, and asks him not to think like this. Amma ji complies. Just then, Gangaa comes with a glass of water. They all eye her tensedly, as Gangaa gives him his medicine. She then gives him the prescribed porridge asking him to simply have it and not look for taste. She then turns to leave, when he stops her. She turns around teary eyed, as he apologises. She asks him not to, but he insists that she shouldn’t stop him today, as he almost felt he would be finished today. She begs him not to say so, as they need him. Madhvi and Amma ji are distraught. Niru says that he couldn’t do justice to her, as he wanted them to be together, and hopes that he had taken the right decision at the right time. Gangaa asks him to stop blaming himself, as time is at fault along with destiny and situation, and asks him not to be worried for her, as she won’t go anywhere, till he gets completely okay. She tries to get personal with him, saying that he has to comply to what she says and if he doesn’t, she will scold him. He smiles, amused. She asks him to have his food, and then kisses his palm, and leaves. Niru eyes her.
In her room, Gangaa is distraught wondering what and why this is happening? She thinks that Niru is broken apart by their differences, and wonders how to explain this to Niru, that he isn’t the reason why they are separated and there isn’t any solution to why they are apart, and it can’t be solved either. The Doctor calls and tells Gangaa over the Phone that Niru’s test results have arrived, and she can come and collect it and hopefully, if she can come alone, it’s best. Gangaa complies, but she’s extremely tensed.
Amma ji assures Niru that Gangaa was right and that he shouldn’t blame himself, asking him to rest. They both leave ordering him not to bother himself unnecessarily thinking about wrong stuff. Madhvi is extremely tensed that nothing should happen to him, while Amma ji says that nothing will. She says that she can’t stay without him. Amma ji consoles her.
Gangaa waits impatiently at the hospital for the Doctor, who finally arrives. When he comes, she anxiously asks him what’s the matter, asking if Niru is okay and nothing happened to him? He says that he wished to talk to her, before talking to the rest of the family. She is incredibly tensed. The Doctor hands Gangaa the reports. He shows them to Gangaa and says that Niru has Leukemia (Blood cancer). Gangaa is aghast to hear this, and then eyes the reports in utter disbelief. She is aghast and refuses to believe and asks him to check yet again, as Niru can’t be suffering from this. He asks her to relax, as the results won’t change as this is the truth. She collapses in the Chair and the Doctor asks her to be calm as she has to take care of his family. He says that he also has something else to say. She is apalled as the Doctor says that he has very less time, at the most six months. Gangaa gets distraught. He says that he shouldn’t tell him about it, but still, they should try and keep him as happy as possible, and not give him any stress, shock or tension. He says that he knows Niru for years, and he would keep brooding over it and hence, it’s best that he doesn’t know about it and it’s best for her to decide when he should get the news, if he should. He talks about his daily diet and medical prescriptions, and asks her to go over it, and talk to him in case of doubts. Gangaa takes it all and then walks out in a daze. The Doctor is tensed too.
As she steps out of the room, Gangaa is still unable to believe the report and walks groggily, but then, composes herself and starts walking yet again. She remembers her initial meetings with Niru and their entire journey so far.
Ganga listlessly walks on the road, and then sits by the side. She wonders why is this happening, and if she has such ill fate that after her father, she too would be bereft of him? She says that he taught her to fight and brave all odds, as she remembers her instances with Niru, who identified this survival instinct in her. She thinks that she doesn’t have the strength to bear this pain, and if she can’t manage herself, then how will she break it to him. She wonders what to do, as death has no control, but she isn’t ready to lose him just yet. She cries inconsolably. Gangaa gets a call and she thinks that she can’t tell Madhvi at all about this. She ends the call, but Madhvi gets increasingly tensed and continues to call. Finally, Gangaa picks up. Madhvi asks Gangaa on the Phone, as to where she is, and why did she go to the Doctor and not wait for her? She then asks about the reports too? She asks why she went alone and then asks about the reports? Gangaa fights back her tears, and lies that everything is normal. Madhvi says that’s okay but did she asks the Doctor why Niru fainted then? Gangaa is speechless, but then distracts her and says that there is nothing to worry about, and she will come home and give her the details, as the network is bad here and her battery is low too. Madhvi complies and asks her to come home quickly. Gangaa ends the call, wondering how she would tell all of them.
Gangaa comes to the temple, and complains about how she has always stayed beside her and understood whatever fate she landed at her, then why this today? The Priest comes and asks her not to think like that, as God always has a motive behind doing what he does. She however retorts back saying that she never listens to the devotees and how she always torments those who pray for her day and night! She vents out her entire frustration at the idol, and wonders how she should tell them all about this?
Amma ji attends to Niru, while they talk about how for a Parent, Children are the utmost priority. Krishna comes and asks if he is okay? He banters amusedly. She says that Gangaa was very tensed and Niru says that’s because she loves him. Krishna says that Gangaa always listens to him and asks her to agree to stay with Sagar. He says that he will not want her to forcibly say something or do something, that she won’t like, but comply out of respect. Krishna says that Gangaa loves Sagar a lot. They get tensed.
Juhi comes and asks if she can have an Apple? He complies and offers one to Krishna too, but she walks out refusing. He asks Amma ji what to say and how to explain it to Krishna? She asks him not to bother, as all will be okay soon.
Amma ji gets the list ready for the Prayer, warning Madhvi that this fast is very rigorous, but Madhvi is sure that she will do it. They are about to go shopping, when they wonder why hasn’t Gangaa come back yet? As she arrives back home, Gangaa is crowded by Madhvi and Amma ji, who impatiently ask her what did the reports and the Doctor say? Madhvi asks Gangaa how is he and she tells them all, that she had told them that everything is okay. Amma ji believes, but she sees Gangaa’s tension behind the pretentious smile. Madhvi demands to see the reports. Gangaa is shocked, but lies that it’s with the Doctor, who will give them all together. Amma ji starts rejoicing, while Madhvi is still tensed. She rushes to the market nevertheless, telling Gangaa about the fast, that grives Gangaa all the more, as she remembers what the Doctor said.
Krishna makes Niru see the analogy as to how Gangaa feels for her, then he must be feeling same way for Sagar and must be missing him too. He then asks her to make him speak to Sagar. Krishna complies. Sagar talks on video call, asking Niru about his health? Niru says that nothing happend. Sagar says that Madhvi didn’t say anything, but he wishes to know everything. Niru gets down the bed. He starts walking and jumping, also just to prove that he is absolutely fine, and they are exaggerating it unnecessarily and that he is hale and hearty. He adds that he has to live many more years. Gangaa comes and finds him like this and she’s reminded of the limited time that he has. She is apalled. He starts talking about how he feels burdened that his Sons are completely unsettled in life. She hears this, distraught. Sagar gets emotional hearing this. Gangaa m begins to go, when Niru and Krishna ask her about the reports? Gangaa wonders what to say, while Sagar waits. She wonders how to shatter his dreams and hopes, and that he wouldn’t be able to bear this and die like this. They nudge her to speak up, but she doesn’t have the guts. As he talks about dying, Sagar and Gangaa get upset. She says that it’s all normal and asks him not to overstress himself, then they talk back to Sagar who asks him to take care, while Gangaa leaves from there. He is extremely upset but relieved that Gangaa is there to take care of Niru as well.
In her room, Gangaa is apalled as to what is happening and why, and how is he leaving them like this? She is apalled to find that she would be bereft of Niru very soon and while she is inconsolably crying, she hears screams of the children playing with Niru. She finds him, coming out, playing with them, and then panting for breath. She gets concerned, and then slams the children for being so careless! Madhvi comes and finds her like this, and asks her to calm down. Krishna sulks. Niru and Madhvi calm her down. He goes in to rest. Madhvi is tensed and then asks Gangaa what’s the matter as she has never screamed at Children, then why today, as she claims that he is okay, then why bother so much? She asks if there is anything that she is hiding? Gangaa lies and denies it. Madhvi then agrees to her statements, adding that she knows she doesn’t lie and leaves, Gangaa is apalled, at the way she is deceiving everyone.
In the corridor, Gangaa walks lost, when Niru confronts her, and asks what’s wrong with him, as she is behaving weird? She gets baffled, and denies it. He asks her to clearly speak up, what’s bothering her. She makes an excuse and says that he hasn’t eaten yet and she can’t see him like this. He claims that he can’t eat such plain food, and talks of snacks. She refuses, but then gets affected when he emotionally blackmails her. She gets affected, and rushes to make it. He is overjoyed.
While she’s making the food in the Kitchen, Gangaa finds Madhvi coming in, who asks who she’s making it for? Gangaa says that it’s for Niru. Madhvi reprimands her for giving such food to him, when he is strictly prohibited from taking oily food. Gangaa tries to say that a Couple of it won’t make any difference. Madhvi lashes at her for being so irresponsible!
Amma ji comes and Madhvi complains to her. Amma ji too lashes at Gangaa and asks her to stop! Madhvi laments as to what she is up to and asks her not to do so again. Gangaa wonders what dilemma she is placed in?
In the room, while Supriya is working, Pulkit tries to strike a conversation, but she goes in, and she’s then reminded of his affair with Kashish. She is deeply hurt, but wonders if he’s the only one to be blamed? She starts lamenting at the scenario.
Later, Gangaa secretively get them for Niru, while he is asleep. She wakes him up, after remembering how he also used to do the same for her. They sit down to talk. She talks about how she got scolded, and asks him to finish it soon. He eyes her talking emotionally about his liking. She gets emotional as she eyes him savouring them. She hugs him tightly, while he talks about what happiness she brought here. He urges her to start afresh with Sagar and clear everything between Supriya and Pulkit somehow. She tries to distract him from the topic, but he says that he knows she will fulfill it. She looks shocked at his conclusion.
