Meet says it was my responsibility, she looks at Barfi and says no matter how many hurdles may come.
Meet says to Barfi where are you going, I did my job of getting Kalash but you also didn’t leave any chances to stop me, I’m worried about you because you are making a big list of your sin. Meet gives her bill of everything she is doing in the house. Barfi says to Meet you will keep track of my expenses. Meet says you are very strong when it comes to rituals and customs but still living here with Neelu, so I’m helping you in making your bills, it’s only 55,000/- you can give cash. Babita is walking nearby. Barfi stops her and says she got Kalash but do you think she can handle the Investors at the Office or she will ruin the Company, what do you see? Babita walks away without answering. Barfi says I won’t let you have an easy win! Meet walks away.
Meet Ahlawat and Meet are in the corridor. Meet Ahlawat says to Meet listen, fixing tap, getting Kalash (pot) for Dad and running an Empire are totally different, Dad has invested his 40 years and I won’t let you ruin this. Meet says I’m already worried about this and I’m already trying hard. He says yes you are trying hard to ruin this Company. Meet says I’ll fix everything. Meet Ahlawat says explain to me, what are you trying or what have you tried till now, in Seven days, you have to return money and 4 days have already passed what have you done, when you cannot understand then leave things, take money and return them at least, Dad won’t face humiliation.
Meet says I’m more worried about this than you and one more thing, I’ll fight till my last breath. Meet Ahlawat says you are going to destroy all with this behaviour, Dad has given you big responsibility, and this doesn’t mean you exploit that, if you don’t understand things, then say it, nobody will say a word to you because I don’t want that due to your inexperience, you ruin everything. Meet walks away.
Raj is in the garden. Meet walks to him. Raj says to Meet gardening is like stress buster, come join me. Meet says I don’t think this will work for everyone, it’s not easy to take good care of plant, if it goes into the wrong hand, it may die. Raj says you are right, do you remember I taught you how to make a tea come let’s play a game. Meet says I want to talk to you regarding the Company. Raj says first let’s play a game then we will talk.
Raj shuffles the card and explains to her about poker and teaches her how you shouldn’t let your Competitors know about your card, if you have weak cards, then too you have to be confident and show you will win the game, your confidence is key to winning the game and don’t let anyone know anything about your cards from your face and they both start playing a game. Meet says fold, Raj sees her cards and tells her how he won the game with confidence. Raj tells her to take control of herself and remember one thing, that the Investors invest in person not in business you have to be that person, still you have questions. Meet says give me your blessings. Raj says you will win in the Office and remember to play with poker face.
Everyone is in the hall at the table. Meet walks down. Meet Ahlawat look at her. Meet greets everyone and says I’m leaving for Office. Raj says come have breakfast. Meet says no I have tiffin I’ll have it there and I have meeting with the Investors so I’ll leave. Raj gives her blessings and says remember what I said.
Raj says did you see Meet is trying hard to handle Office and home all together, she didn’t take breakfast but made for us. Neelu gets up and start serving breakfast to everyone.
Sunaina walks into the Kitchen. A man says hello Madam I’m from the pest control. Sunaina says at least, let me get breakfast then do your job. Sunaina finds a Cockroach in the rice bowl.
Ram says Parathas smells so good they made me remember Delhi’s Paratha and ask Neelu to serve one to Raj.
Raj says you had Parathas, consider I had too, this house may be separated but our hearts are still together.
Babita calls Sunaina. Sunaina walks to Babita and says breakfast is ready but we can’t have it, I found dead Cockroach inside breakfast.
Barfi remembers putting dead cockroach inside the bowl so that she can make place for her daughter in this house.
Sunaina says the Pest control is also spraying medicine inside Kitchen. Babita says what will Raj eat, he has to take his medicine.
Neelu says to Raj please have this. Raj says I don’t want. Babita insist Raj to have Parathas. Raj says I said one time I don’t want to eat. Neelu says please have it, I’m also your daughter-in-law. Raj shouts my daughter-in-law’s name is MEET!
Meet is driving and talking to Aakash, he ask him about the arrangements of the meeting. He says everything is fine, just carry the confidential file which you asked to be delivered at home.
Neelu says you made Meet your Son but right now, you need a daughter-in-law. Barfi thinks now, she knows how important it is to use mind in this war.
Ram and Ragini ask Raj to have Parathas. Everyone tries to convince him. Raj gets up and leave.
Meet Ahlawat says to Neelu, he is angry at me please give him food and I’ll listen to everything, you will see. Neelu sees a knife she grabs it and says Raj if you don’t have this food, then I’ll cut my nerves! Raj turns around.
Babita says what nonsense is this? Raj says you don’t know how stubborn I am. Neelu says you don’t know about me and she hurts herself. Meet Ahlawat ask Neelu to give him the Knife.
Raj scolds her and says life is not a game. Neelu says you are also playing with your life without having medicine. Babita tries to convince Raj to have breakfast. Raj sit to have breakfast.
Barfi walks to Neelu and throws the Knife away and says you used your brain well to win this battle, I’m proud of you now go. Neelu serves Parathas to Raj.
Meet enters the house and says I forgot the file. Raj says the breakfast you made has gone bad so everyone is asking me to have breakfast to have medicine so is it okay if I have your tiffin and you can order for yourself because I cannot eat out. Meet says wait, I’ll get it for you, she brings the tiffin and serves breakfast to Raj. He finishes everything and goes to the Doctor and says you cannot get someone’s life forcefully, you have to earn it just like my Meet and he walks away.
Neelu walks away in anger. Meet walks to her. Meet says to Neelu talk to me I don’t understand what happened behind me, I just want to say I didn’t mean to break your heart, it was not intentional. Neelu says but you are the reason, you being here won’t be easy for me to become the daughter-in-law. Meet says what do you think, that I want to live here, I also want to run away but I’m compelled to stay here. Neelu says but you get love and attention from everyone while everyday, I think of what I should do to make a place in everyone’s heart.
Meet gets a call from Aakash, he says the Investors will be in the Office in one hour. Meet says I’ll be there. Neelu says go, everyone wants your help.
Meet is at the Office. Aakash says I’ll inform you when the Investors are here. Meet says okay when they come, tell me I’m in my Office and keep these briefcase in the Office too.
Masum walks to Meet and says I did all the arrangements but what about the briefcase? Meet says you are the Secretary, you should know well no worries, you will get to know when the time comes and she goes inside the Office. Masum says meeting with the Investors is not easy, I doubt it.
Meet Ahlawat is at home, he thinks I hope Meet have some plan or deal for the Investors.
Neelu is with the pooja platter, she bumps into Meet Ahlawat and ruins his suit. Neelu says give me two minutes, I’ll clean it. Meet Ahlawat says I’ll change it. Neelu says you are angry at me, I was unable to give Dad breakfast. He says at least you tried but whatever happened was not right, from next time be careful. Neelu ask him for his jacket, I’ll bring it soon. He says don’t take much time I have to leave for the Office.
Meet is in the meeting with the Investors. Aakash keep bags in front of them. Meet says first of all, thanks to everyone for taking out time for me, thanks for that, she says you give me seven days to return your money and today is the 5th day, here are the briefcase which has your money, you can check the money. The Investor says you did the right job and he tries to get the bag. Meet says before you check it, I would like to tell you something, if you hold this money, then we will consider that you won’t be dealing with Ahlawat industries anymore, no sharing in profits because Ahlawat industries doesn’t work with runners, so think once before holding this money, do you want to run away or stay to share profit, you have 2 minutes to decide.
The Investors talk to each other, they take the bag planning to open it.
Meet remembers putting Newspaper inside the bag and she gets worried.
Meet says one minute, before you take the money, you have to sign these stamp papers, read one time, it’s written that you won’t be associated with Ahlawat’s Company growth and won’t be sharing profit and business.
Barfi says to Babita that today will be the big day for Ahlawat industries because today, the Investors will decide the future of company.
Raj walks to them and says I believe in Meet but I’m seeing that you are in doubt so come with me to the Office and see what she is doing.
Barfi thinks this will be great seeing her being disrespected, she says to Raj okay let’s go to the Office and she calls Neelu. Barfi and Raj leaves.
Meet Ahlawat ask Masum did you get any update about the meeting? Masum says she didn’t allow me but I know she gave one briefcase to every Investors. Meet Ahlawat says this means she accepted my offer and cared about Dad’s reputation.
The Investors discuss with each other and says I’m not in favour to finish the relations with Ahlawat Pharma so let’s give Meet one more chance. Meet says this Company also want to work with people, trustworthy people that are connected with years. The Investors says fine, we are ready to invest fund in this Company. Meet takes the documents and cancels it, she says we will be happy to work with you again. Everyone shake hands and leaves.
Masum sees the Investors going out and thinks what happened inside?
Meet looks at Masum and thinks Raj, today, I played my game a little and surely will return the money to the Investors with profit, I won’t break the faith in me.
Meet Ahlawat is on call. Masum walks to him and says all the Investors are gone and everyone is saying they were happy, I wonder what Meet did with them. Meet Ahlawat thinks I have to confirm, did she return the money?
Meet Ahlawat walks to Meet clapping, he says thank God you listened to me and returned the Investor’s money. Meet says listen, I don’t know how you will feel after hearing this but I didn’t touch your money,let alone opening the drawer. Meet Ahlawat says you are lying, you took money and gave it to the Investors as I told you to give them. Meet Ahlawat stumbles and they both fall on the Sofa in such a position that Meet Ahlawat is kissing Meet on her cheeks. Both are in shock and looking at each other. They both get up. Meet says I told you the truth, I didn’t touch the money and both of my father taught me not to break trust and have self respect so I did same and the Investors accepted to invest. He says you are lying!
Meet says you know there is no cure for doubt, I told you that I didn’t touch the money, they are in the drawer where they were. Meet Ahlawat says I understood that you are lying!
Raj, Barfi, Neelu and Masum walks into the Office. Raj shouts at Meet Ahlawat and says how dare you, and he raise his hand to slap him. Meet stops his hand and says do not punish him anymore.
Neelu says to Meet give me the keys, we will open the drawer and know the truth, I want to open the drawer for my husband and check. Raj ask Meet to give the keys. Neelu takes the keys and opens the drawer to check, she sees that the drawer is empty.
Meet is shocked after seeing the empty drawer. Meet says to Raj where’s the money?
Barfi takes out the drawer and gets happy and says it’s clear that the drawer is empty and Meet Ahlawat is right, as she is a Liar and a Thief!
Meet says to Raj I didn’t take the money. Raj says you don’t need to give me any explanation, I believe in you.
Barfi laughs and ask where is the money then? Meet Ahlawat says if I want to take the money, then why would I have given her the keys. Barfi says only two people know about the money in this drawer no third person was involved which means she is lying, she says to Meet,no need to worry, accept that you took the money, nobody will say anything to you we know you got responsibility more than your status and you can accept that you took the money.
Meet says enough, I won’t hear anymore, I have pride on my Dad’s decision and I’ll prove him right, I swear, I will bring the money and Thief in the next 48 hrs.
Barfi ask what if you fail in the next 48hrs, will you accept defeat and will leave this Chair and position given by Raj so that everyone knows that you are a Thief and a Liar?
