Devika exclaims she knows the Judge is very busy and she understands that there are a lot of cases in their country, so she is going to request that the case is granted its verdict today and Radha is sentenced to be hanged till death!
Kaveri exclaims that Devika has turned out to be a very good Lawyer and she feels that her Child would become a Lawyer straight away.
Shekar after standing up says with all due respect he feels the Judge should not be here, mentioning that if the Prosecutor says the verdict then what is the need of the Judge? Shekar says that Devika is considered the best Lawyer of the Country but she forgot the basic laws that an innocent should not be punished.
Shekar says the letters exist but there is a big question about the truth of these letters, as Tulsi Trivedi has not written those letters, the entire family is shocked.
Kans tries to sit beside Damini but she asks him to stay away otherwise, someone might get suspicious.
Shekar argues that Tulsi has not written anything in those letters and it has been written by just one person who is Damini, hearing this, she is shocked when Shekar informs that Damini has just one purpose in her life, and that is to attain the love of Mohan, Shekar says that Damini loves Mohan ever since they were in College but he has never thought of her more than his friend. Mohan first got married to Tulsi and then Radha but Damini was never able to make a place for herself so now she wants to clear her path by trapping Radha Trivedi, hearing this, even Devika is shocked.
Shekar mentions they will talk about the blame of the prosecution, he mentions that Radha is twenty one now and when Tulsi died, she was just fourteen years old, so this means that she killed Tulsi after falling in love with Mohan. Shekar explains it can be a good script for a movie but is nothing but a joke for him.
Devika exclaims in this case, his sense of humor is very poor since this is the truth, which Tulsi has written by her own self in those letters.
Tulsi once again says she has not written them.
The Judge asks Devika if she can see those letters? Devika agrees informing she has all the documents. Devika explains that she has all the analysis from the handwriting expert and even the copies of the letters which proves that Tulsi is the one who wrote those letters, the Judge starts reading the letters.
Dadi asks Ramaveshwar how can it happen since this is all a lie, Ramaveshwar says that Damini made this lie into the truth as she is planning everything.
Devika sitting mentions they have to make their case even stronger, and for this, Mohan has to say that Radha forcefully married him and he doesn’t even like her, Damini says that Mohan will surely say it when Devika asks if she is sure otherwise, their plan might fail, Devika whispers that if Mohan accidentally says that he loves Radha, then it would prove very difficult to prove that she is guilty. Damini asks her to not be worried since after what has happened this time, he will only say that he hates Radha.
Mohan staring at Damini exclaims she is wrong as he only loves Radha, he corrects her ear thinking of how he secretly places his Phone in the bag of Damini so that he could listen to everything that she is planning. He thinks he did not want to hide his face but wore this white hoodie so he could keep an eye on her every move.
Mohan texts Shekar the plans of Damini, Shekar takes out his Phone so he can know about it, he informs Mohan it would be very wrong since this entire case will go against Radha but if he says he loves Radha, then Damini would find out the truth and try to ruin this case, he suggests that Mohan should leave the Court right now. Mohan texts;
How can he leave from here?
Shekar after reading the text, mentions he is Mohan and should think about it as Mohan changed the situation of Mahabharat which he must do it in this time, Mohan replies this is the duty of Shekar.
Mohan wonders what can he do at the moment? Mohan gives Radha a flying kiss seeing which she gets a bit uncomfortable so turning to Mohan questions what is he doing in the Court? Radha asks Mohan what is he trying to do, but he keeps making weird faces due to which Radha asks Mohan out loud what is he doing? Mohan starts shouting saying that he will not get trapped in the plans of Radha, because he first loved her a lot but she made fun of his love and is doing the same thing right now!
Ajeet asks Mohan to relax but he questions Radha why did she do it to him?
Devika wonders what has gotten into Mohan?
Radha also asks what is he doing? Mohan says she does the same to him.
Damini turns to Devika who doesn’t know what to do.
Shekar says to the Judge that Mohan is disturbing his Client, the Judge asks Mohan what is he doing when he says he is doing what a turned down Lover does, he asks the Judge if she loved anyone who replies she hasn’t, Mohan then keeps acting questioning Radha why did she ruin his life? Kadambari also asks Mohan to not do anything else.
The Judge instructs Mohan to let go of Radha when he whispers he would not leave her for the rest of his life, he kisses her explaining he will come back after a while.
Shekar says it is not good for his Client if Mohan remains, so he requests the Court to make sure Mohan stay away from this Court and the proceedings.
Narmada asks Kans where is he going, who says that he will only remember Tulsi so he leaves.
Damini stops Mohan asking what did he do? He keeps acting emotional and so even wipes off his nose from the saree of Damini, she also feels very weird when Kaveri exclaims she will have to wash it.
Mohan steps out of the Court thinking that he prays this drama should benefit Radha, he gets stunned noticing Kans who is eating Samosa.
Mohan gets a text from Shekar;
Who praises him but then suggests that he should now find out who gave the Mother of Tulsi those letters.
Mohan notices that Kans has a very expensive mobile so wonders how did he get it?
The Judge says that after reading the report from the handwriting expert, it can be said that these letters have been written by Tulsi, hearing this, Damini and Devika start smiling along with everyone else while Tulsi is shocked questioning how can it be her writing?
Shekar questions how did the letters come all of a sudden, saying the truth is that Damini did not fear anyone and was sure that he would marry her but then Radha came into his life and he fell in love with her the proof of which they have just seen here.
Devika corrects Shekar saying it was hatred but Radha stops Devika mentioning there was even love in that hatred which she is not going to understand, Damini is very irritated.
Mohan purposefully hits Kans so that his mobile falls down, Mohan says it’s a very nice mobile and asks if it is new? Kans replies it is indeed new and tries to leave after taking it. Mohan stops Kans saying he doesn’t do any work and is a burden on his Mother so how did he get such an expensive mobile? Kans leaving, pushing Mohan aside, replies it doesn’t concern him. Mohan thinks if Kans Uncle of Gungun is the one who gave those letters to the Mother of Tulsi, he gets suspicious of Kans.
Devika says that there was hate in that love, but Radha stops her, mentioning there is love even in that hatred which she is not going to understand.
Shekar explains Damini had understood she had to play a big game to oust Radha and so explains that there are a lot of people who can copy the handwriting after which it would be impossible to differentiate between the real and duplicate.
Kaveri exclaims Shekar knows everything so what would happen to them?
Devika suddenly starts screaming from pain seeing which Damini also gets worried, even the Judge is worried so asks the Officials to have a look at her, Devika says that even her baby is objecting which Shekar doesn’t understand along with Kadambari.
Devika informs she is fine so sends the Officials away before turning to Shekar explaining that even he knows that love language doesn’t work in the Office neither the stories, as only proof is accepted in the Court which she has provided.
Shekar explains the proofs can even be false, he requests the Court to further investigate the letters and until the truth is not revealed, Radha should be granted bail, hearing this, Devika along with Kaveri and Damini are stunned.
Shekar assures his Client would cooperate in the investigation, but Devika objects saying Radha is a true Criminal and it might be dangerous for her to be released like this! Ketki is shocked.
Mohan starts following Kans who walks out of the Court.
Shekar says that Devika will surely have a baby boy when Devika asks how does he know? He replies just as she is sure Radha is a Criminal informing it has not been proved that Tulsi wrote those letters.
Devika assures she will prove that Radha is a Criminal and for that, she only needs two witnesses, Devika says but before that, she needs to ask some questions from Radha Trivedi, hearing this, the Judge grants her permission when Devika appreciates it. She walks past Shekar towards Radha asking what sort of relations does she have with her Mother-in-law, Kadambari Devi? The entire family is anxiously waiting.
Radha seeing Kadambari recalls when she told Kadambari that she always considered her as her Mother and even she told her that Radha is always going to be her daughter. Radha says just like as the relations which she has with Gungun, Radha mentions she has not given her birth, but loved her more than her own Mother so she only has love and respect for her in her heart. Radha is crying saying she just wants to be like her in this life.
Devika says she has just asked a simple question but Radha wrote an entire story on the topic. Devika asks what sort of relations does she have with Ketki? Radha recalling her memories says she’s just like her Sister, and more of her friend.
Radha mentions she’s a very good friend, as she can share anything she has in her mind and Ketki always supports her.
Devika once again yells when Shekar asks what happened? Devika says her baby kicked as even he got tired hearing her lecture! Damini starts smiling.
Devika says Radha should give the answer to the question which she is asked and there is no need to become a Politician! She walks saying she wants to call Kadambari Devi to the witness box, the Judge grants the permission.
Kadambari walks over to the witness box, Kaveri is impressed with Devika for being a very good Lawyer so they would even ask her to send Kadambari in the jail!
Devika asks what does Kadambari think of Radha? Kadambari says that she knew Radha, as she was the daughter of her husband’s close friend, she explains how Radha came to stay in their house and she asked her to leave from time to time but she would make an excuse each and every time, informing of the time when she desired to stay till the wedding of Mohan. Devika asks the biggest reason for staying, Kadambari says because she really loved Mohan. Shekar gets a bit worried.
Devika mentions even then, she allowed an unmarried girl to stay in their house, saying truth be told, Kadambari is the biggest Culprit, Kadambari asks what does Devika mean? She replies that Kadambari is the Mother of Mohan and did she not understand it is wrong to allow Radha to stay here questioning what sort of a Mother is she?
Radha exclaims it is enough instructing her to not talk with her Mother like this!
Shekar informs Radha that she mustn’t yell since Devika is trying to instigate her.
Devika keeps blaming Kadambari for trying to always earn money and did not even care about her household.
Radha not being able to control herself says she will tell them what sort of a Mother is she, informing she loved Mohan more than her own Children and for his happiness, broke the promise made to Damini, she got him married to Tulsi. Radha says Kadambari has alone worked in the Office and even if she has a meeting in the Office, she still cares for whatever is happening in the house including the dressing of Mohan, or the learning of Gungun, she cares for everyone.
Radha explains Kadambari is that petal of their house who cares for everyone, Radha says that this is why if she says anything wrong against her Mother, then it will be wrong.
Devika screams exclaiming Radha should not say anything else otherwise, it would effect her unborn child!
Kadambari tells Radha to not say anything on her behalf as she can defend her own self. Kadambari tells Devika she did not know that Radha loves Mohan since her Childhood, informing she found out about this just a few time ago.
Devika asks the incident when Kadambari informs her about it so Devika says that it is enough and she must go back to her seat.
Devika requests to call Ketki, hearing this, Kaveri gets worried and tells Damini to stop her, Damini tries to argue with Devika who says that she knows what she is doing as she cannot only call those people who hate Radha, she threatens to not fight the case if Damini keeps interfering it.
Devika asks Ketki if Radha could have killed Tulsi? Ketki immediately refuses mentioning Radha cannot harm anyone who is related to Mohan, Devika asks if Radha wrote the name of Mohan last year during the function of Tej? Ketki accepts it saying she desires to lie but cannot do anything wrong, Devika asks if Ketki also supported Radha when she tried to marry Mohan while hiding under the veil?
Devika blames Radha for playing with the emotions of the Trivedi family, and explains she even befriended Gungun only to get close with them saying such a girl can go to any lengths to meet her desire, she mentions Radha is a Killer so it can be wrong to let her walk freely, so she requests her to cancel the bail request of Radha! Hearing this, Dadi and Ramaveshwar and Ketki are shocked while Damini and Kaveri both are smiling. Radha is also terrified.
