Kareena mentions that she doesn’t feel Karan is doing this to take revenge, but rather feels that he was forced to marry Preeta by the Aroras, as they know all of his weakness and might have exploited them which forced him to take such extreme step and now, they will always ask them for money which is why Sarla came to threaten them!
Rakhi tries to defend them by explaining that she might have said all those things in anger, but they will not ask them for money. Kareena is curious as to why Rakhi is still defending them after what they did to their family?
Kareena mentions that she might ask them for money and blackmail Karan which might destroy Karan’s life and they can give the Auroras money, but will their needs be ever fulfilled?
Sherlyn thinks that that she will not let anyone take even a single penny from the Luthras! She then says that she is curious, as every problem has a solution, so why does this problem not have any? She responds that it also has a solution, they all get curious about what the solution will be?
Shrishti is texting Sameer, asking him to meet her in the cafe which is near her house, he agrees to come. Sarla enters the house complaining that the prices of vegetables have gotten really high, she asks Shrishti what is wrong with her, everyone is saddened by what has happened with Preeta, she tries to act as if everything is happy giving Bi jee her newspaper, and also informing Janki of what she wants her to make for the day, they all look at her with confusion as they are not able to understand why she is acting like this.
She orders Janki to go and put the things in the Kitchen, she inquires if Preeta is still in her room, saying that she will go and call her, but Preeta comes out by herself, she kisses her on the forehead and gets saddened to see the Wedding Necklace and Vermilion, Sarla asks her if she will drink tea? Preeta responds that she will also make it, they then respond that they all want to drink it.
Preeta turns to make tea when Kappu asks her to make two more tea cups as they have some guests.
Sherlyn asks Kareena what is the solution, saying that Sarla along with her family will seek revenge and when Karan threw her out of the house the last time, then she had gotten Mahesh into coma, she fears she will do the same to them all this time, as the matter is quite serious.
Kareena explains that she has a solution that will prevent them from making Karan destroy his life, they all ask what it is, to which she replies that they will marry Karan to another girl as he has married Preeta only in front of the society, but they have still not registered the marriage, so if they get him married to someone else, and the Auroras register a case after that, they won’t be able to do anything because he will have his legal wife with him. She asks Sherlyn to go and call Karan, as she wants to talk with him.
As soon as Sherlyn leaves, Kareena informs Rakhi and her mother that if they love Preeta more than Karan, then they can take her side, but if Preeta remains Karan’s Wife, than they will lose their Son forever, and the only chance they have is to marry him to another girl.
Sarla asks who has Kappu brought with him? He explains that she was the one that called him, she says that she got tensed and so called him because she wanted to take revenge from Karan and was really angry. Kappu explains that she told him that she wants to take revenge so he has taken care of it.
Sarla explains that she thought of it the entire night and knows the Luthras have wronged Preeta, she however does not want to register any case, as she wants that Preeta remain happy and not be more tensed. Kappu explains that he will not rest until he has taken his revenge on the Luthras, he explains that they will demand money from them, but Sarla doesn’t agree with his plans, then the lawyer comes, Kappu asks him to come inside without listening to anything that Sarla has to say.
He brings the lawyer inside and when Sarla tries to explain that they do not want to register any case, Preeta comes asking what the matter is?
The Lawyer stands up saying that he is like her big brother and knows she has been wronged, he explains that Karan has married her against her wishes and immediately after that, he left her on an empty road, so they can also charge her with domestic violence.
Preeta is not able to understand, asking what he means, to which the lawyer says that they will ask them for an exorbitant amount and if they refuse, then they can send him to jail. Kappu feels that they can agree to this plan.
Karan is with Rishab, he asks why Karan is explaining what he did, he tries to defend himself, but Rishabh says that he is feeling sorry for what he did with Preeta. Karan asks him to stay out of the matter, as it’s between him and Preeta. They are still talking when Sherlyn comes, asking him to come down, as everyone is calling him. They both leave and Sherlyn thinks that Preeta wasn’t able to marry any of the brothers, making her (Sherlyn) the only one that will control the wealth that the Luthras have.
They come down, and Kareena explains to Karan that she never liked Preeta from the start and knew that she is greedy, there is only one solution; that he marries a girl that is of the same social status as themselves. Both Karan and Rishab refuse to accept her idea and leave.
Kareena says to Rakhi that if she wants to protect her Son, then she should convince him to marry someone else.
Preeta doesn’t believe in the idea, saying that she will not become a part of this and will not charge Karan with anything. Kappu tries to convince her, but she still doesn’t agree to it, m saying that she does not want any money from them. Kappu explains that they have cheated her and they are also underestimating her, so they can show them that they are not weak. Preeta still refuses, saying that she will not use her situation to take money from them and does not want any part in this.
The lawyer request that they inform her as she doesn’t know anything about the world, they knew that he married her, yet they still did not come to take her, he says that they can also make them all come down to the Police Station. Preeta says that she was wronged by Karan, and their family has no stand in anything.
Shrishti says that the lawyer is right and they should file a case on them, and if Preeta doesn’t want to use the money, she can donate it, but they will not file any case. Janki and Kappu also feel that they should file the case, Preeta responds that she has no value of money in her life and if she has to donate it, then she will do the act with the money she earns by her own work.
The lawyer asks her to reconsider, but she explains that she has thought of it and they will not file any case, she leaves and then Sarla explains that she has said what she thinks, so if this is what she wants, then she will stand by her daughter.
Karan is driving to his training when he thinks of the moments spent with Preeta, he stops the Car, he’s about to call her when he thinks that it’s Preeta he just sighted, which is actually her. He spots Preeta at the flower shop in the pink dress. He gets out of the Car, going to meet her. He walks to her, they both cry watching each other and hug. Karan breaks from his day dream. He was in the Car while a pink-dressed fan approached him for a selfie. She presents him with a bouquet of flower. Karan remembers presenting flowers to Preeta.
Prithvi hides under the Car seat. He spots Preeta at the door. He figures out that Preeta being here means there wasn’t a patch up, and Preeta will now stay back at her mother’s place. Preeta stood at the door, determined to gather her life up soon. She won’t let her mother, Beeji, Janki or Shrishti cry. What Karan thought about her life won’t come true. She walks inside.
Inside, Her Uncle is convinced that tomorrow Karan can as well do so with any other girl. Preeta comes inside and speaks
with conviction, she says Karan was only able to treat her this way because she let him. She knew Karan since day first, and yet, she made him a friend and trusted him. She betrayed herself, so why shouldn’t Karan betray her then? They learnt a huge lesson only because of love; no one can now betray them. She cried last night, but today, she wish to laugh and forget her past. She wish to start her life all over once again. Her Uncle says she was wronged. Preeta asks if she must wrong them as well; isn’t it better she finds happiness for her family instead? She reminds Shrishti that they came to Mumbai to find their mother, they didn’t lose her yet. She wants to find a new way for herself and live her life to the fullest, once again. Aren’t they enough to love each other? Then replies herself, they don’t want Karan’s love at all. Sarla is happy for Preeta.
Rakhi sat in the hall in deep thought. Kareena comes to Rakhi and apologizes for her misbehavior. Rakhi says whatever Kareena said was in favour of Karan.
Karan enters the house from behind and hears their conversation. Rakhi tells Kareena that Karan never speaks his heart out. He had to take his revenge on Preeta, then he must have been happy by now, but he is still upset, and full of rage. Mahira consoles Rakhi and says she shouldn’t lose hope.
Karan silently thinks that his mother is already sad because of his dad, he must stay happy in front of her. He walks to sit with the women, in a cheerful mood. He agrees to give Maira an autograph and shares a naughty incident of a Man’s crush over him. Afterwards, he takes his leave from the ladies for a shower. Mahira touches the autograph loveably.
Shrishti comes out of an Auto where Sameer already waited for her. She hits him with a purse and complains that he got Preeta and Karan married, and her Sister’s life is ruined! She respects her feelings for Sameer, but she can’t be fooled anymore. She asks why they broke her Sister’s heart? They left her in the middle of the street at midnight?? Sameer explains to Shrishti that he also didn’t know what Karan was up to, he isn’t in a state to understand, even Preeta couldn’t convince him. He apologizes for whatever happened, and he is ready for any punishment. Shrishti cries that Karan acted so wrong with Preeta. Sameer hugs Shrishti. Shrishti says she was always on Karan’s side and loved him crazily, still he… she sobs.
Sameer and Shrishti comes home. Shrishti tells Sameer to go from outside, else Sarla Maa will be angry. Shrishti gets a call from her mother and tells Sameer that Maa and Bee ji have gone to the Temple. She receives a message and happily walks inside. Sameer follows her inside to see the reason for her happiness. He inquires Shrishti about it, and she tells that she haa received the message from Flipkart. She did shopping and shows him everything she bought. Sameer says she gets really selfish when stressed out. Shrishti says she did all the shopping and bought everyone gifts to bring a smile to their faces. She shows Sameer the dress and clutch she bought for Preeta. Sameer asks if she didn’t buy anything for him? Shrishti had bought a smart watch and wireless ear buds for him. Sameer was excited to get the gifts. He asks if she didn’t buy anything for Kritika, Shrishti tells him to do all the shoppings for Kritika online through FlipKart. He takes a leave before Sarla arrives.
Karan is looking at his father from the door, he builds the courage to go to him and explain that if he was awake, then he (Karan) wouldn’t have done what he did to Preeta. He leaves his father’s room saying he will be going for a team management meeting. He asks his father to get well soon and come watch him play in the Stadium.
