Shristhi calls the Sister to come when another Nurse arrives asking what happened, Shristhi explains the Nurse was already ill but she still came even after taking leave from the senior Doctor, the Nurse asks what are they both doing here, Shristhi explains her Sister has just given birth so she wants to meet the children, Sameer and Shristhi start arguing when the Nurse requests them both to go out and decide.
Preeta finally sits back on the bed in the room.
Anjali also picks up one of the twins when Preeta suddenly feels restless, she explains she wants to go and be with her children however the Nurse tries to stop her explaining she needs to rest, Preeta refuses saying there is something wrong and she would just see her children however the Nurse keeps on requesting her to come back and sit down but Preeta insists on meeting her children.
Karan and Rishab both enter asking what happened however Preeta is still yelling saying she wants to meet her children, the doctor comes to Preeta who is panicking, Karina and Rakhi both ask how is Preeta behaving like this, she explains this is due to the hormonal changes and they give her an injection, Preeta hugs Karan explaining she wants to be with her children, Preeta finally goes back to sleep, the Doctor explains Preeta will relax and after she wakes up everything would be fine, the Doctor assures that everything would be fine and so in the meantime they all should go and wait in the room.
Karan going to Preeta assures nothing wrong is going to happen to anyone of their children as long as he is alive, he will always protect them, the Doctor even asks Karan to wait outside for some time, he finally leaves the room.
Anjali is holding one of the babies, she is about to walk out of the room but a nurse suddenly enters asking who is she, Anjali explains she is the sister of Misses Mehra and the Nurse asks why is she here in the care unit when she was not present at the time of the delivery, Anjali explains she was there but got dizzy and so came here to the room. The Nurse agrees so Anjali leaves with the child but the nurse is worried when she doesn’t see one of the twins of Karan and Preeta.
Nidhi enters the CCTV room with Nidhi, asking the operator to take out the footage, however they are not able to see anyone when Nidhi threatens to ruin the entire hospital if anything wrong happens to her Sister as she believes her Sister is still in coma, Nidhi asks them to turn back the video when she sees Anjali walking, the operator explains that it is wrong to blame the administration of the hospital without any proof, Nidhi thinks that Anjali might not know she was with her the entire time and so might have gone back to the house, the Doctor is shocked to see that she is leaving with a child, the operator turns back the video.
Nidhi asks them to check the footage when she finally sees that Anjali is leaving with a child, Nidhi thinks that Anjali would be in the hospital so she has to find her.
The Doctor explains they have to find out whose child is missing.
The entire Luthra family is waiting when the doctor comes out, Dadi explains she is very old but has never seen a women behave like Preeta and it is a situation to be worried about, Kareena also explains even her friends have gone through very difficult pregnancy but none of them behaved in this manner, the Doctor once again assures that everything is fine. Rishab explains her answers have not relieved them of their worries so Dadi still has some questions, the Doctor once again explains that it is due to the changes in the hormones, and she would be fine after a while. The Doctor once again asks them to wait at the room, Rishab assures he will take everyone but they have to wait here for some time.
Anjali is running out with the child when she tries to open the cars thinking someone might have surely left the keys.
Nidhi is able to see her entering a car so asks what is she doing as it is really wrong, Anjali explains she is going to leave with the child of Preeta, as the time to talk has ended, Nidhi starts crying wondering how is she going to inform the Luthra family?
The Luthras are waiting when Rakhi suddenly feels dizzy so they all help her sit down on the bench.
Nidhi reaches the reception asking if Preeta is still admitted here, she is informed Preeta got ill so is in the ICU, Nidhi wonders if she should inform them all about the truth as Preeta is ill, Nidhi thinks if she doesn’t tell them then it would be even worse as now Karan is still fine, Nidhi rushes to them when she hears Shristhi taking the Nurse with her. Nidhi wonders if Preeta found out about the truth?
Karan is yelling for the Doctor and asks him to come and check what has happened to his Mother, the doctor starts performing the checkup, and explains they have to admit her since she does not seem well.
Nidhi thinks Preeta is not well and even his mother is ill so what if something happens if she reveals the news, Nidhi thinks she even has to protect the life of the child which Anjali has taken with her, Nidhi thinks she has to bring back the child on her own without taking the help from anyone.
Anjali enters the house while holding the baby in her arms, she goes to place the child on the couch before slowly walking to the drawer which she starts searching, Anjali manages to find a phone picking it up she comes to sit beside the baby, asking if he is really lucky when she says that then Sudha would not have gone to the hospital as she is the daughter of the servants of their neighbor, Anjali calls her and is glad to know that Sudha has not gone to the hospital, Anjali calls her explaining she has a really important work so Anjali says the time of sleeping has ended while he must wake up.
Anjali sees Sudha coming so asks if she wants to earn twenty five thousand rupees, Sudha agrees when Anjali explains that there is going to be a very big drama here and Sudha just has to take care of the child for one day.
Nidhi entering the house demands the child but Anjali explains she has closed the mouth of that nurse by giving her twenty five thousand rupees, Nidhi explains she is feeling really ashamed and bad for her, Anjali replies that she should go and ask Karan to come and talk with her, she might return him his child if she feels nice talking to him but Nidhi is wrong to think she can get the child.
Nidhi is about to slap her but Anjali stops Nidhi explaining she is someone else who cannot be diverted from her path, Anjali explains Nidhi is her sister and should have sided with her but she was only worried about Karan, Anjali goes to take out the gun explaining that what belongs to her is only of her, and she will get him no matter the situation!
Anjali explains she loves Arjun and Nidhi should go and ask him to divorce Preeta and marry her otherwise, his child is going to die. Nidhi says Anjali knows she would never do anything of the sort, Anjali explains then she would also be the reason for the death of his child, and if she does not want it to happen then should go and ask him to come to her but Nidhi does not move, Anjali explains she can at least say to him that Anjali has kidnapped his Son and so he should come to talk to her, Anjali throws Nidhi out of the house while closing the door, Nidhi leaves.
Nidhi is driving the car thinking how Anjali demanded Karan should divorce Preeta or see the dead body of his son, and Anjali said that if Nidhi does not do anything of the sort then is going to be responsible for the death of his son, Nidhi thinks this is not the time to break down, she apologizes to Karan for not understanding what her Sister was planning.
Dadi along with the entire Luthra family is with Rakhi, Dadi asks them to call the Priest since she wants to hold a pooja, they do not understand it but Dadi explains everything was fine but then Preeta herself got ill which means there has been a black omen on their family.
Shristhi explains Anjali was the cause of their problems but she left, Rakhi suggests that Bani Dadi should arrange the pooja when she assures she would surely do it.
Rakhi requests them to not leave her alone, Rishab assures they all are waiting outside the room because the Doctor advised that she should rest.
The Luthras walk out of the room when Karan sees Nidhi, he immediately asks if Anjali is fine when Nidhi replies that he shouldn’t be so worried for her because she does not deserve his love, Nidhi exclaims it is all her fault and she keeps apologizing to Karan so he asks what has happened, Karan questions what has happened to Anjali, Nidhi explains she has lost her mind and she informed Karan that Anjali was in a coma and they are going to leave for London, she was about to inform her but then she was shocked to not find Anjali in the room.
Nidhi explains she was not able to find Anjali anywhere after which she checked the CCTV footage, and even tried to stop Anjali however she left, Nidhi once again explains that Anjali has lost her mind, Nidhi reveals she tried her best to convince Anjali but she is no longer her sister, Karan asks Nidhi to say everything clearly, Nidhi reveals Anjali has ran away with his child.
The Luthras are shocked when Mahesh asks where did she take the child, Nidhi reveals Anjali not only wants to meet him but desires to also marry him, Rakhi collapses hearing it so they all rush to help her to the room.
Anjali is in the house thinking that Nidhi would have reached the hospital by now, the nurse comes asking if she can get some milk, Anjali questions if she thinks there is any milk here, but then explains she should go and find some in the kitchen, Anjali stops Sudha while talking with the child. Sudha walking in the kitchen thinks that she has surely lost her mind.
Anjali is standing when Priyanka comes to hug her from behind, they both are excited to see each other when Anjali explains that today her dreams are going to come true as she is going to marry karan, Priyanka seeing the child asks about him, Anjali explains he is the son of karan and she stole him from the hospital just today.
Anjali sends Sudha to the room when Priyanka is really confused, Anjali explains she will just marry Karan today because of the child, Priyanka acts as if she is really glad, Anjali says her own sister deceived her because of whom she is in this condition, but it is enough as she would surely get everything she deserves!
Karan requests Rakhi ma to calm down and Mahesh questions what was the need to come out, Rishab asks why is he scolding her because she got emotional and even they are not able to bear the news, Rakhi explains Preeta was crying and telling something is wrong with her children but they all refused to believe her, Rakhi says she might have felt something was wrong as she is a mother but they were not able to believe it and even the doctor said it is because of the hormonal changes, but she was wrong as there is nothing of the sort.
Preeta realized her children are in danger but they were not able to find out, she asks wat sort of family are they when they were not able to take care of them.
Rakhi explains Preeta found out the truth even when she was unconscious, Rakhi says Karan should swear on her life and if he loves them all then should bring back their children, otherwise she is going to die on this same bed, Karan promises to Rakhi that he will not let anything happen to his Son no matter what he has to do but he will surely bring back his Son.
Karan asks Rishab to take care of Mother and not let her take any wrong step, he asks Nidhi to take him to the farmhouse of Anjali where she ahs taken his son, Shristhi wipes off her tear and looks to Sameer who also signals at her.
Karan and Nidhi rush out when he demands the keys saying he is going to drive.
Shristhi also asks Sameer for the keys but he assures he would drive really fast, they all rush out of the City Hospital.
Karan is in the car when he gets a video call from Anjali, Karan explains he has to talk with her, he scolds if she has lost her mind because she stole his son and could have talked with him, Anjali replies she indeed talked with both him and Preeta but they threw her out of the house and closed the door, so she thought she would also talk with them in the same language which is off fear, Anjali threatens he would long to see the face of his Son if he tries to make any smart move! Karan is really tensed.
Karan request her to not take any such step as he is surely going to obey but she must not do anything wrong with his Son, Anjali says that she does not like this tone of Karan, he requests her to not do anything wrong, Anjali explains Nidhi is very great since she is finally bringing her love to her, she says she is going to show him the face of his Son but then says that they both are coming her and should meet the son personally, she assures she is here to take care of the child and has even hired a nurse so that she takes very good care of the child.
Anjali mentions he shouldn’t be late as she along with his Son are waiting for him, Karan tries calling Anjali but she ignores the call, he thinks he is surely going to kill her!
Sameer and Shristhi are driving when she requests him to let her drive, Shristhi says he should drive a bit fast but Sameer informs that Karan brother and Nidhi are just in front of them, Shristhi starts praying for it when she sees that Karan brother-in-law made an exit, she exclaims Sameer knows that they do not know the address of the farmhouse and she is sure Karan would need their help so Sameer agrees to make the exit.
Rakhi says she asked them to leave her but they are not leaving, Mahesh explains they left her but she came out and so they are not going to listen to her, Rishab also says he would not leave her, Rakhi explains his father also talks like this to her and now even he is behaving the same way.
Kareena requests Rakhi to not like this because they all are really tensed but she knows they care for her and even their way of speaking is wrong but still they care for her, Rakhi explains she is worried for Preeta who has just given birth to twins but she is really ill, Rakhi stands up to leave however Bani Dadi exclaims she must sit down and rest however Rakhi once again stands up to leave, Bani Dadi mentions Rakhi is just emotional.
Rakhi apologizes to Rakhi saying she would be thinking she is not accepting her orders but she is really worried for Preeta and until she does not see her then would not be calm, Rakhi thinks Preeta is unconscious and one of her Son is not with them so they should let her go, Mahesh once again tries to stop her but she leaves.
Preeta lying on the bed thinks of the time when the nurse brought her the twins and she was enjoying with Karan, she is slowly waking up, Rakhi sits beside Preeta, exclaiming a mother knows every time her children are fine or in some sort of trouble, she exclaims they were not able to understand her feelings because the anxiety attack which she got a few hours ago was nothing wrong but she felt that one of her twins is not fine but they were not able to understand it, Preeta must not be worried because they have found out the truth and even a mother would bring back her son but just it would only be when she was not unconscious, she apologies for letting the Doctor give her the injection.
Rakhi is still apologizing but assures that she would not let anything happen to her child and they would surely find a way with the help of Bhagwan, Preeta once again starts calling for her children while still being asleep, Rakhi immediately calls the Doctor as Preeta is just asking for her children, Rakhi assures that her children are safe but Preeta must not be worried since Arjun has went after Anjali and would surely bring back her child, the Doctor after checking Preeta requests them to calm down.
Nidhi asks Karan to stop the car since she wants to talk with him, but he doesn’t listen to her, Shristhi also requests Sameer to drive the car a bit slow, but he asks if she knows how she talk with him when he is driving, he says she talks a lot worse than him. Nidhi is also requesting him to stop the car, but he refuses so she pulls the handbrake, Nidhi walks out of the car and asks what the plan is when he explains they are going to meet her but she exclaims they have to make a plan.
Karan is shocked to see the car of Sameer and asks what they are doing here, Shristhi explains she is sorry because they thought he would not allow them but needs their help, Nidhi says she feels they are right as Anjali has gotten psychotic and it would be wrong to handle her, she feels they should even call the Police.
