Zara comes to her father’s house. He offers Namaz. Zara greets him after he’s free. He says she’s suddenly here? Zara says she heard that Mom left him alone, so she thought to call him for Iftar. He says should could have just sent an invitation message. Zara says daughters do not call fathers using messages, but with love, so will he come? He says if he could, then he would stay forever with her, but the world doesn’t work like that. Zara hugs him and thinks God keep me blessed with my Parents. Her father blesses her.
Kabeer meets Miraj. Miraj says he wants to give 50% of his investment to Ruksar, as she can represent him the best. Kabeer says he trust Ruksar that much? He knows her that well? Miraj says he doesn’t know her that much, but Kabeer knows her pretty well, so handle her. Kabeer says okay, sign this draft and then we will have a deal. Miraj says they are business partners, so they shouldn’t be talking formally anymore, let’s go.
Zara is going back to the house, but her Auto has tyre punctures.
Kabeer ends his meeting and leaves Miraj. Zara is standing on the road and thinks there is so much work at the house and now, she’s stuck here. Miraj stops his car in front of her.
Miraj comes to a bus stop, where Zara is waiting. He asks what happened? She says she’s waiting for rickshaw. He says he will drop her, and should sit in his Car, but she says no thank you. Miraj comes out of the Car and says Kabeer is not only his partner, but friend too, so don’t be stubborn, as there is no Auto in sight here, come and sit. He opens the passenger’s door for her but Zara sits in the back seat. Miraj is miffed, but starts driving.
Miraj asks if he can ask one thing? She says yes. He asks why she’s always miffed with him? Zara says they don’t know each other well to be miffed. Miraj says she’s not happy that he’s working with Kabeer on this Project, and is she not happy with his Project? Zara says she’s his Wife, so she’s really happy for his Project, as this Project is his dream, and she would even die to get his Project running. Miraj says wow her thoughts are as great as he heard. Zara asks for what he heard? Miraj says he heard it when she became the headline of the news, and he has been her fan ever since then.
Zara asks if she can ask for a favour? He says just ask about it and he will do everything to make it happen. Zara tells him something which is muted, he says don’t worry, her work will be done. Zara thanks him and smiles.
All the family members are welcoming people in for the Iftar party. Miraj comes in for the Party. Ruksar smiles seeing him. Zara comes to Miraj and greets him warmly, she asks how he is? He says great, this Party looks great. They chatter. Ruksar is confused seeing them so cordial.
Kabeer greets Miraj and says he’s late. Miraj says he’s sorry, he got late. Imran says no worries, he’s at the right place. Reema whispers to Zara what is this twist? Zara says there are many twists coming on. Ruksar is about to go to them, but Ayesha asks her to come with her and see to the arrangements. Ruksar nods and thinks how could this happen..? No, Miraj is on her (Ruksar) side.
Irfan comes to the Party. Zara and everyone greets him. One guest says Zara is such a nice daughter-in-law; she handles tbe house and duties so well. Ayesha kisses her forehead and says she’s proud of her. The Guest tells Ayesha yes, she’s lucky. Zeenat and Ruksar are jealous.
Ruksar messages Miraj in the Party if they are going as per plan? He looks at her and messages back that yes, everything is on track. Zara comes to her and says it’s difficult. Ruksar says what? Zara says her destination of course. Ruksar asks what she means? Zara says the destination is the agreement here, which is difficult.
All sit down, Ayesha asks Zara to start the Prayers. Ruksar says this is Zeenat’s right, as she’s the elder daughter-in-law. Ayesha says those who have higher rights have higher duties, and if they can’t fulfill them, then their punishment is bigger too. Zara prays for their fast. They all break fast on time.
Kabeer says to people in the Party that himself and Miraj are starting a Project together, and this Project is very close to his heart, which is why he wants this deal to happen in front of all the elders. Ruksar smirks at Zara who snickers. Kabeer asks Miraj to start it. Miraj says to Kabeer that he met his Wife today on the road, as her Auto broke down, so he requested her a lot, and then finally cave in, and sat in his Car, they spoke at length, and she heard her thoughts about the betterment of the women; she has good thoughts about this Project, so he wants like his Wife’s work in this Project too with him. Kabeer isn’t happy to hear it.
Miraj says and that’s why he has done two changes in the agreement without asking, and he has doubled his investment and he has added his Wife’s name in this agreement. Ruksar fumes in anger. Zara smirks at her. Miraj shows the agreement to Kabeer and asks if he has any problem with it? Kabeer looks on. Miraj says he thinks he joined this Project for a reason and his Wife should be in the Project for that reason, which is why he has doubled the investment too, and he said what he thought is right, besides Kabeer is also smart, so he should understand his point. Kabeer says he should have at least asked him before drafting the agreement.
Miraj says he thought she’s his Wife, and he must have been aware of her guts and skills, even more than him, as she’s his shadow afterall, but if Kabeer feels bad about this, then… He tears the agreement and throws it away, all look on. Miraj says see, whatever changes he did in this agreement, are all taken back, and now, he’s asking him if he will include his Wife as a part of this Project for the betterment of this nation’s women? Kabeer says he needs some time for it. Miraj says okay, take your time, as it’s not about you or me, but our nation, goodbye, he leaves. Ruksar leaves too.
Ruksar stops Miraj and asks what is all this? He didn’t even ask her before doing all this, and he’s fully aware of the fact that she and Zara are against each other?
Zara comes there. Ruksar looks on. Miraj says he will talk to her later, he leaves. Zara asks Ruskar what happened to her? Zara asks Ruksar what did you say? That if I can stop this agreement signing, then stop it? I stopped it, now I challenge you if you can stop this new agreement signing, then stop it. Ruksar says Kabeer will never agree to it. Zara says Kabeer is her husband, so she worry only about Miraj, she leaves. Ruksar tries to call Miraj, but he isn’t picking up.
Zara comes to Kabeer, Kabeer asks if she went to Miraj with this proposal or he thought about it? Zara says what do you think? I just talked about your Project and how we can make it bigger, because I know how big your dream is and he liked my thoughts; this Project is not normal, it’s going to change our nation’s future, and your Investor gave you a suggestion and the decision is yours, you have the final say. Kabeer says but you already know what my decision will be. Zara stands beside him and says I am always with you in your every decision. She takes his tea cup; drinks from it and makes him drink it again. Kabeer stares at her. Zara smiles.
Ruksar thinks what did Zara do that Miraj changed the plan? Zara comes there and says were you missing me? Ruksar says we miss people who we forget and I can’t forget you, as long ss you you are with my Kabeer. Zara says then you will have to remember me for life. Zara asks if Miraj is not picking her call then she (Zara) can call him for her? Ruksar says smile as much as you want, but when the agreement is nit signed tomorrow, then you will cry!
Shahbaz asks Kabeer what he has thought about the agreement? Kabeer says not now. Shahbaz says he just wants to say that if Zara can work with him in the Sharia board, then she can, with him on the Project too. Kabeer thinks Zara cannot work on this Project because its his Project and her father isn’t the head of it, but her husband is. They all look on.
Kabeer is leaving for Office. Zara runs to him and asks if he will take her or she has to take Auto today too? Kabeer stares at her and motions to sit in the Car. He sees the Car tyre punctured. He asks the Servants where are the other Cars? The Servant tells that some are out with Shahbaz and Kashan, and some has gone for repairing. Zara says what about the Auto now? Kabeer asks the Aervant to call for an Auto, he will go with her. Zara teases that they should buy a small Car of their own. He says now? She says no, later.
Zara and Kabeer are in the Auto. Kabeer is uncomfortable, Zara tries to hold his bag, but he takes it. They both reach the Sharia board, Kabeer fixes her scarf. Zara says with God’s blessing, she will buy a scooty and will take him with her. Kabeer says yes, God can do anything.
Zara and Kabeer comes to the Sharia board. They see a woman crying with infant in her hands. The Officer says that her husband committed suicide; he was helpless with poverty and couldn’t feed his kids. The Woman cries and ask them to help her, she has kids. Kabeer asks if she has any skill for job? The woman says she got married at an early age, so she never worked. Kabeer says they will arrange something for her, he gives her money for the time being, the woman thanks him and leaves.
Zara says to Kabeer that she thinks if the woman was educated, then she wouldn’t have to beg to raise her kids, and like kids from Madaras, they can also teach skills to women of this nation, so that they don’t depend on anyone. She leaves. Kabeer recalls how Miraj said that he heard his Wife’s thoughts and liked them.
Miraj gets a call from Kabeer. Kabeer tells him something, that was muted.
Miraj comes to Kabeer’s house. Ruksar asks where he has been, he didn’t take any of her single calls? She asks what he’s doing here right now? Miraj says hecame to meet Kabeer. Ruksar says if he let this agreement happen with Zara included, then she will tell the truth about him to Kabeer. He glares at her. Kabeer comes there and calls him inside.
Miraj greets everyone in the house. Kabeer says to the family that for the betterment of this nation, kids and people, he has decided to make Zara a part of his Project. All smile. Zara is proud. Kabeer asks Miraj to give him the contract. He gives it. Ruksar fumes in anger. Kabeer signs the Project with Zara, all are happy.
Kabeer gives it to Ruksar and asks her to sign it. Miraj asks what she is thinking? Sign it. Ruksar doesnt sign it and leaves from there. Miraj asks what was that? Kabeer says she might be worried about her fiancee, since she never really wanted to work on this Project, but he will go and talk to her. Ayesha is tensed, Zara motions for her to relax.
Kabeer comes to Ruksar’s room. Ruksar says she’s sorry. Kabeer asks if she’s worried about Hamdan? And is that why she doesn’t want to sign the Project? Ruksar says she didn’t sign the Project not because of Hamdan, but because of Zara, and untill when will she lose him to Zara, she hugs him tightly.
Zara comes there. Kabeer pushes her away and asks what she’s doing? Ruksar says he was going to marry her, then Zara came in and she lost him, but he’s her lover since childhood, and untill when will she have to keep sharing him with someone else? She says she wants him.
Kabeer shouts NO… listen carefully, I am married and Zara is my Wife, and do not think about whatever happened, and just start your new life. He turns to leave, but Ruksar holds his hand. He says leave my hand.
Zara comes there and pushes her hand away, Zara says can’t you hear that we are married? He is my husband and I am his Wife, you have no right on him, stop all this! Kabeer says to Ruksar that Zara is right, forget about what happened, think about how God has given us this chance to serve this nation, come and be a part of it, he leaves.
