Zara says what debt have you paid? Kabeer says you are too innocent. Zara says I know what you have put as a debt. She shows him a video. Kabir plays it, in the Video, Kabir says to Miraj “that I don’t have anything to keep as a debt for money, you are paying, so I am giving myself as a debt, until I pay back, I (Kabeer) will be your slave. Miraj smirks and shakes his hands with him.”
Kabeer says to Zara that this is not the full truth. Zara brings Quran and puts Kabeer’s hand on it, she asks him to swear on it about the truth. Kabeer looks on. Kabeer recalls Irfan’s words, that Zara will be a witness against him (Kabeer), and Zara questioning him about why he needs money? Shahbaz and Ayesha are tensed. Zeenat comes there and says why does Zara wants to know why Kabeer wants ten millions? A man is a man, they have work, so they can have money.
Ayesha says I want to know why you needed 10,000,000. Kabeer says I won’t tell anyone about it before the time. Shahbaz says okay, we will not discuss about it till then. Zeenat says we can discuss about Zara being a witness against Kabeer, Wives shouldn’t be giving statements against their husbands, and Kabeer should talk to Zara. Shahbaz says she is right, women shouldn’t be playing with the respect of the house and the family; if you don’t want, then I can talk to Zara for you. Kabeer says no, no one will talk to Zara about it, she is not a kid, she can take her decisions, let her decide, I also want to know how much she respects our family and me.
Salma asks Zara if she will give statement against Kabeer? Why are you silent? Zara says when you took me to Kabeer’s house, you were silent too. Salma says I took you to your husband’s house, it was the right thing to do. Zara says you should have thought about that, when Kabeer dragged me and left me here. Irfan says I also want to know if you will give the statement or not. Zara says I don’t have the answer for that right now.
Khalid says to Shahbaz that I can never understand your tricks, I am your fan. Kabeer comes there. Shahbaz asks if he has some work? Kabeer says I might resign tomorrow from the Sharia board, I know it’s your dream, but… Shahbaz says if you want to give resignation, then give it, the dream is not bigger than one’s Son, and fathers want their sons to move ahead in their lives, and becoming successful. You becoming the Chiarman of the City… You are my pride, I am proud of your decisions, do what you want, I’m with you in your decisions. Kabeer is stunned, but thanks him and leaves.
Khalid says to Shabaz that you want him to become the Chiarman, then why this? Shahbaz says understand what I am trying to do, when the Chiarman/Qazi leaves, then others will get the chance to come for positions. Khalid says I understood your point. Khalid says I thinks Kabeer should give divorce to Zara. Shahbaz is shocked. Khalid says this marriage is destroying the respect of your family, and destroying Kabeer’s position in the Sharia board, so it should be broken. I have a crazy idea in mind, if you would allow me. Shahbaz says I am listening. Khalid tells him some idea.
Zara looks at the banners, she reads some quotes. She says my mother is miffed with me, so she won’t support me, but I have another mother. She calls Ayesha. Ayesha takes her call. Zara asks if she is miffed with her? Ayesha says mothers can never be miffed with their daughters. Zara says I want to meet you, but not at any home, can you come to an Islamic Shrine? Ayesha says okay.
At a hotel, Nilofar is with some NGO women, a woman says we got a notice from the board to give statement against Kabeer, what do we have to do? Nilofar says you won’t do anything now, she gives them money and airplane ticket, they are happy. Nilofar says know how to make my persons happy, just leave and go to your places. They leave. Miraj is there and smirks.
Zara is at the Islamic Shrine. Ayesha comes there and hugs her. Ayesha says I never thought that we would ever come here to meet each other. Zara says we can never predict life. Zara hugs her and says there is nothing to tell, I just wanted to hug you. Ayesha says don’t know where God have brought us, for you, there is one side, your husband and the other side, a fight for your rights. This is a God’s place, pray here and you will find a way out.
Miraj says to Nilofar that you will be beneficial if you stay with me. Nilofar says I am not on any side, I’m just on the side of money, I will follow the path of money, don’t you hear that girls like money, she leaves. Miraj says those who are with money gets addicted to Miraj.
Ayesha says to Zara that you are my daughter too, I don’t know to be on whose side. Zara says don’t come to give statement, Kabeer will be hurt. Ayesha asks did you find solution? Zara says knowing Kabeer, he will never agree with me. Ayesha and Zara comes out of the Islamic Shrine. Kabeer comes there and is shocked to see them hugging each other.
Ayesha comes home and says to Shahbaz that one side is my daughter, and the other side is my Son, if I go there, then Kabeer will be hurt, and if I don’t, then my daughter might think that she’s actually a daughter-in-law to me.
Shahbaz recalls how Khalid asked him to let Ayesha go to the Sharia board, so Kabeer will get more angry at Zara that she took his Mom too, and he will find more reasons to divorce her. Shahbaz says to Ayesha that we all know you have made Zara your daughter, for me Zara is just a daughter-in-law, the Wife of my Son, I might be partial in favour of my Son, I will support him on anything, but if you call Zara your daughter, then ideally, you should be with her, I am just saying that you can be blamed to not actually standinf with your daughter at the time of need. Ayesha thinks about it. Shahbaz smirks.
Irfan comes to the Sharia board, all the men outside are chanting against him. Kabeer arrives there, people chant in favor of him. Sharia board meeting starts, one Priest says that no women came till now.
All are waiting, Zara comes there and meets everyone. Shahbaz is there too. Zara turns to see Ayesha entering the meeting room, Ayesha takes off her veil, all are shocked to see her. Kabeer is hurt.
Ayesha comes into the meeting room. She recalls Shahbaz saying to her that Zara is her daughter, so she should decide if she wants to be with her or not. Ayesha says I am sorry but I… can’t give statement against my Son. Kabeer is relieved.
Irfan asks her to sit and says Ayesha used her right and didn’t give statement, Zara are you ready to give your statement? Zara nods. She comes into the witness box and says to Kabeer that if I am a witness, and I am asked to give a statement, then does Islam allow me to not give statement? Kabeer looks on and says no.
Zara says “in front of this Sharia board, I give a statement that Kabeer defied Sharia board’s orders, and left the Mosque without leading the Prayers.” Kabeer is hurt and looks on. Irfan asks Zara to sit down. Kabeer shakes his head. Zara is in tears.
Irfan asks Kabeer if he can tell the board why he did that? Kabeer stands up and says I did what I thought was right and I will do what I think is right in the future too, because the truth and justice is above any board, and if you people think I did any mistake then… I, Kabeer Ahmed, resign from Vice Chairmanship, all are stunned.
Zara says Kabeer? Kabeer gives his resignation to Irfan. Shahbaz points to his Priest. The Priest says I am with Kabeer and his thoughts, if he gives his resignation, then we will also resign too. Other Priests stands up and says we are ready to give our resignation too, and we are with Kabeer.
Kabeer comes to Ayesha and offers his hand. Ayesha holds his hand but holds Zara’s hand too. Kabeer sees her holding Zara’s hand. Kabeer leaves her hand, so Ayesha has to leave Zara’s hand and holds onto Kabeer’s hand. Kabeer starts leaving with Ayesha.
Zara comes to him and stops him. She asks him, that if he was in her place, then what would he have done? Kabeer hugs her and kisses her head, Zara smiles. he says I would have died, but I wouldn’t have given a statement against you. Zara is stunned. He caresses her face and holds her hand. Zara smiles. Kabeer holds Ayesha. Ayesha says Kabeer? Kabeer says I would have been finished, but I wouldn’t have let my Mom come to the Sharia board, this wouldn’t be happening because I care about relationship more than my stubbornness, but unfortunately, we are on the opposite sides. Kabeer leaves with Ayesha. Zara cries.
Irfan is sadly sitting in his room. Zara comes to him and asks what he’s thinking? Irfan says Salma have lived her life as per our wills and she will ask me what happened in the Sharia board, what will I tell her? Zara says don’t worry about her, did I do the right thing? Will you be ashamed in front of God? Irfan says you did the right thing, you are absolutely right. Zara hugs him.
Kabeer and Ayesha comes home. Zeenat comes to Kabeer that congrats, Shahbaz told me how you stood to your thoughts. Shahbaz says to Kabeer that I am proud of you, you did a big thing, don’t worry about this resignation, Irfan Khan accept this resignation, all are with you, I will take it to the National Sharia board. Kabeer says I don’t care about that, I am worried that my mother had to come to the Sharia board because of me.
Kabeer says to Ayesha that I am sorry and thankful that you sided with me. Ayesha says mothers are always with their kids. It’s kids that never take their mother’s side. Kabeer is stunned and says when did I not take your side? Ayesha says I asked you to bring Zara back, but you did not; Zara did what she thought was right, you also did what you thought was right, but I won’t let this house become a Sharia board war zone, so by evening, I want Zara back home! She leaves. Kabeer looks on
Salma cries and says to Irfan that what is education, I told you many times that for this society, daughters are always daughters. Irfan says this is a fight between Zara and Kabeer, it’s not about daughter or Son. Salma says if you had raised her like a daughter, then this wouldn’t have happened, now your daughter can’t become the Vice Chiarman or the Chiarman of the board and won’t have her family, daughters look nice in their in-law’s house too, what will we do now? She cries and says now, l I will manage it, I will go there, I will beg Kabeer, but I will make my daughter’s house again, she cries.
