The court hearing starts. Sagar presents his case (with the video morphing). The other lawyer (Mr. Pathak) asks for proof. Niru thinks he was right that Mr. Pathak will try to instigate Sagar. He will have to be patient and use logic. Mr. Pathak speaks of a proof that will prove that Gangaa is characterless. Sagar shouts at him to shut up! The judge warns Sagar. Sagar tells him about Yash trying to molest Gangaa previously as well. He shouldn’t be given bail as such people can be a threat to the society. Mr. Pathak asks him how he knows of this incident? Sagar is about to reply, but Mr. Pathak interrupts him. Did you see it or hear it? Sagar says I reached there on time. Mr. Pathak points out that he saved Gangaa. Do you have any other witness? Sagar says I was there. Mr. Pathak says being Gangaa’s lawyer, you will be only be on her side. Do you have any proof or witness? Janvi is relieved to think that Yash will be out on bail soon. Sagar says people do such things when no one is around. Mr. Pathak deduces that Sagar has no proof. Yash is a simple guy with no such background. Why does Sagar want him to be in jail when he has no proof? Sagar talks about technology while Mr. Pathak still insists for a valid proof. Let us not waste time. Maybe he did not learn it in foreign country that you don’t present a case with half and weak proofs. Niru too thinks he is right. Mr. Pathak requests the judge to give bail to Yash. Nothing has been proved against him so far. Sagar speaks against it. He is a culprit. The Judge says you neither have a proof nor logic to prove him wrong. He permits the bailing. Sagar looks at Gangaa.
Sagar is depressed in the court as yash got bailed out. Niru tells him not to lose hope. Sagar walks away upset.
Yash and Prabha are outside. Prabha is happy since his son got bailed. Yash says Sagar can’t put me in jail. Sagar comes just then and says the case is not over. I will prove that u did everything. Yash tries to be sweet. Sagar says your entire life will be in jail and I will make sure of that. Prabha starts bad mouthing Gangaa. She then tells Sagar to go and get a proof first before blaming her son!
Sagar keeps shouting at Yash and was almost going to hit him. Niru comes there and stops him and asks him to come to his cabin immediately!
Sagar starts complaining that the other Lawyer was wrong in supporting Yash and bad mouthing Gangaa. Niru says it didn’t seem like a lawyer fighting his case. It seemed like
You were fighting for your friend. Even if I was a judge, I would have bailed yash because you were not prepared nor had any proof. You need to fight the case smartly and not like this. Sagar understands.
Janvi meets Yash and asks him to destroy the camera ASAP and promises him money for it. Yash holds her hand and asks what will Sagar-Gangaa do next in the case? Janvi thinks she needs to handle Yash smartly and promises to keep him updated. Just then gangaa comes, but Yash is gone by then. Janvi tries to ask Sagar what’s the next plan, but he doesnt say anything. She tries asking Gangaa but she also goes away.
Sagar and Gangaa comes with cops to search Yash’s house. Prabha starts ranting, but they still went ahead to search even when Prabha doesnt permit them. Prabha’s husband comes and tells them to search as they have a warrant. Prabha goes on and on blaming Gangaa. She says Gangaa made Sagar an enemy of his own Cousin (brother). Sagar says to help Gangaa, I can make the whole world my enemy. Gangaa goes.
Prabha called Yash and told him that they are searching for proofs. Yash trlls her to let them search. They won’t get anything. He had the camera with him. He thinks why destroy it? It’s better to sell it. He’s trying to sell it in the shop. One foriegner comes and asks for a camera. Yash tries to fool him and sold it to him. He says he will delete some things, but the camera’s battery goes flat so he is unable to delete it.
Yash anyways says this is some random guy and says it’s obvious he will leave india soon. Sagar won’t get it anyways so no big deal. Sagar is walking on the streets and people are taking shiva idol for mahashivratri and dancing around it. Gangaa thinks why doesn’t god help us to overcome this problem.
That foreigner is taking a video there. they bump into him. He says what a beautiful country! He asks what’s happening here? Gangaa says mahashivratri (An important Hindu festival that is celebrated in reverence to the god of destruction, Shiva). He requests them to make a video.. Sagar says no, we need to go. They leave. Gangaa says what’s there in taking a small video? We shouldn’t have said no. Sagar starts recording it, suddenly sagar realises that he knows this camera. He says I gave this camera to Janvi as a gift and “J” is written on this. I had engraved on this. Sagar asks who gave him this? Sagar shows him Yash’s pic and that man says yes.
Sagar searches the camera and finds the MMS and also a video of Gangaa and Pulkit. Sagar then suddenly realised that it’s janvi’s camera. He thinks if janvi is also involved in it with Yash?
Sagar comes home shouting out for Janvi! All are like what happened? Janvi came down and asked what happened? Sagar showed her the camera and asked her if she remembers it? Sagar tells her this same camera was used to make Gangaa’s Video.
Sagar confronts Janvi. I gave you this camera. Tell me how Yash got it! Were you with him in this plan? Did you help him in all this? Janvi asks him if he has gone mad? How did you think of this? I agree that this camera is mine. I gave it to Yash to make videos. So much happened and I forgot about it. You know me since all these years, yet you know me only this much? Don’t you know me well? I am a girl. I know what respect means to a girl. Why would I do something like that to Gangaa? Madhvi tells Sagar to think before blaming Janvi. Amma ji says he lost his mind after Gangaa. Sagar calms down. He apologizes to Janvi. I cannot understand what’s right or wrong. I am sorry for mistaking you. She says its ok. You have the camera now. You can prove that Yash made the video. He will be punished. Sagar
agrees. Janvi tells him not to spare Yash. He should be severely punished. Sagar remarks that Yash’s game will be up tomorrow. He leaves.
Amma ji blames Gangaa for everything. Supriya looks at Janvi.
Janvi calls Yash. I told you to destroy the camera, but you did not do it. See what happens to you tomorrow! You will get stuck in a problem and get me in a problem too!
Next morning, Gangaa is praying. Raghav ji tells Sagar he has all the proofs with him now. Sagar agrees. There isn’t much time when Gangaa will be proved innocent. Gangaa gives them offering. She makes him wear his coat and hands him his file. Sudha, Mamta and another lady comes there. Sudha says hope you are ready? Not just Gangaa, but many other ladies like her will get justice today through her. They too want justice, but they don’t have the strength to fight. What you are doing is invaluable, but keep this with you.
Sagar refuses to take fees to fight Gangaa’s case. She calls it an omen, their blessings and love. Sagar looks at Gangaa. Sudha says don’t look at her. You are going to fight your first case. Will you fight it without fees? Sagar accepts it. Not I, but someone else deserves it. Raghav ji asks him the name of the person.
Amma ji asks Maharaj ji about the preps for the Prayer. Sagar keeps his first salary in his Grandma’s hands. Only you have a right to this. Everyone is proud of him. He seeks her blessings. She says I can only pray to God to deliver justice and make the truth win. Sagar is sure he will win now. It is our family’s tradition to fight for justice. It started with grandfather, then papa and now me! I will put my heart into it. Niru smiles hearing it. Supriya brings sweetened curd. Sagar points out that his mother used to feed it to him in exam days. I know she will still be praying for my win. He gives the bowl to Madhvi. She nods teary eyed. She feeds it to him and blesses him to be victorious. Janvi is irked. Niru also hugs his son proudly. Pulkit goes with Sagar. Niru remarks that a father cannot see a happy day than this. Our son has grown up to fight his first case today. Will you (Madhvi) not come to the court to be a part of it?
Outside the court, Niru wishes good luck to Sagar. Madhvi has also come. They see Ratan beating Yash to make him speak the truth. Prabha asks Madhvi to do something. Madhvi stops her brother. Yash apologizes to Gangaa and Sagar. Prabha requests Gangaa talks to Sagar. He will only listen to you. Take the case back. Sagar tells Gangaa not to even say so. It is not just about Gangaa, but of so many other girls like her. I will make sure she gets justice and Yash gets punished! He takes Ganga inside. Prabha shouts after him. My son did not do anything.
Madhvi talks to her brother. I don’t know what to do. Ratan says you are not to be blamed. No one can do anything when my own son is wrong. The Court will do justice now. Yash hears them talking.
