A Gilli hits her. The Kids ask for it. She throws it down. They tease her that she does not even know how to throw Gilli. Sagar laughs hearing it. Gangaa challenges him for a game of Gilli Danda (Tipcat). Gangaa throws the Gilli past him in the second time. They both are happy. She wants to go to ghaat for sometime of which he agrees.
Sagar is sitting all quietly. Gangaa gives him Prasad. They sit at the ghaat like in their childhood. Lot of memories flash before their eyes. Ishq-e-nashin plays… as they talk about the old times. She rests her head on his shoulder and holds his hand. He keeps his hand over hers.
Amma ji comes home. She keeps thinking of Baba’s words. Maharaj ji says it is late for prayer. should I bring the Prayer tray? Amma ji nods. Supriya and Mehri ask her about what the Native Doctor said? Amma ji absentmindedly replies something that from where to bring an unmarried woman who will be ready to sacrifice her life for Sagar? Why would some girl do it for Sagar? What should I do as otherwise, I will have to sacrifice my life! They all see Sagar and Gangaa arguing cutely like childhood times. Madhvi goes to Amma ji. We behaved so wrongly with Gangaa. Now that I think of it, I have realised we have been wrong. How did we become so selfish? How could we not see that it’s only Gangaa that can give all happiness to Sagar? She loves him selflessly. We must have done something really good in the last birth which is why Gangaa came to our house as Sagar’s Armor. Amma ji gets into thinking. She thinks of the childhood time when Gangaa had put vermilion on her forehead in Sagar’s name. Gangaa is unmarried as of now. Daughter-in-law is right. She has always saved Sagar like his shield, as if she was born to do just that. No, how can I be so selfish for Sagar! That girl also had a family. She was also close to someone. How can I force her to become a sacrifice for Kaal Bhairav? By the way, how does it matter? She has done it in the past too. Gangaa will do sacrifice for Kaal Bhairav this time, even if it’s with her life!
Gangaa and Sagar run around the house like kids. Pulkit notices the rope still there. He unties it. All the family members get emotional as they see him do it. I rectified my mistake. There is no place for this rope in this house now. He keeps it in his mother’s feet. Supriya smiles. Amma ji says you took such a big burden off our shoulder. Niru will be so happy when he comes back. The rift between a father and a Son is over. Pulkit says will he be able to forgive me? Madhvi says you always used to say that your father could never understand you or that he loves Sagar more than you. A father always loves his first kid more. He was this strict with you so you could do something in life. He has made a mistake though by overlooking your dream. He has been purnished already for it. Pulkit apologizes. I couldn’t understand him. I made the mistake. I am sorry.
Amma ji thinks Janvi’s spirit left their family after Baba’s ceremony. Everything is falling into place. Pulkit hugs Sagar as well. Amma ji worries for Sagar. He has to be free from the bad luck/Trouble. Amma ji’s phone rings. She goes to her room to talk secretly to Baba.
Baba reminds her that she doesn’t have time! If you are unable to bring an unmarried woman by tonight, then there will be destruction! He disconnects the call before she can express her worry. She peeks outside at Gangaa.
Amma ji thinks I really don’t have time. I have to take Gangaa to the cemetery tonight. Will she agree? Daughter-in-law, Pulkit and Sagar should not know anything about it. She hears Gangaa telling Maharaj ji that she’s taking milk for Amma ji. Gangaa brings the milk for her, just the way she likes it. She gives her medicine to her as well. Amma ji says you still remember everything. Gangaa nods. How will I not? We were away from each other for a while, but I didn’t forget anything. My feelings for you didn’t change. Amma ji asks her if she still feels the same way about Sagar too? Gangaa goes quiet.
Sagar and Pulkit comes there just then, so Gangaa gets saved. Sagar shows the sketch to his Grandma. He was the guy right? We have seen him just once, but you know him well. I am only confirming it from you. Amma ji denies knowing him. She gets upset upon hearing that Niru has filed a complaint against her Baba. I tried to make you all understand he is a great Baba. No one listens to an old woman! Sagar reasons that he is using her emotions against her. He has done fraud with you. Amma ji says you don’t understand anything!
Gangaa seconds Sagar. He used your weakness for his good. It is important to teach him a lesson. Don’t trust anyone just like that. Tantra mantra has not done anything. Daughter-in-law and Mehri have saved Sagar, and not that fake Baba. Sagar tells Amma ji not to fall for any Baba. I am
fine. Both the brothers leave.
Gangaa gives medicines to Amma ji. Amma ji thinks how to make them understand. Sagar will be fine after this prayer! Gangaa also doesn’t trust Baba. She will tell Sagar if I say anything to her. All three of them will stop me from doing the ceremony. There is no time. Show me some way Lord. There is very little time left.
Madhvi brings fruits for Supriya. She says I don’t feel like eating, but Madhvi makes her sit. Think about your baby. Mother needs double food in this condition. The baby will be healthy if you are. You don’t know what happiness you will bring into this house. Gangaa nods. You will become Grandma, even though you don’t look like one. When I came to this house in childhood, I felt that she is some angel, pure and with a big heart. I always used to think of my Mother as I used to look at her. My Mother would have been just like her if she was there. Madhvi gets emotional (feels bad for what she did to Gangaa). She says you became a daughter, but I could never become your Mother. I got so blind in my Son’s love that I couldn’t see anything. I couldn’t even see where my daughter’s happiness was. I loved you so much, yet I couldn’t understand anything! Whatever happened, I always trusted you. I knew nothing will happen to my Son if Gangaa said nothing will happen to him. Gangaa tells her not to say anything further or she will cry. They share an emotional hug.
Amma ji coughs to distract them. Someone should take care of this oldie too if a mother-daughter reunion is done. Did anyone feel how I felt alone? Gangaa will stay in my room as from today onwards! She asks Gangaa why she’s staring?Do you feel problem in taking care of me? Gangaa denies it. You said something to me with a right after so many days that I couldn’t believe it for a second. Amma ji suggests discussing all this with her in her room. Shall I take her with me Daughter-in-law? Madhvi nods. She is your Gangaa. You can take her with you wherever you wish to. Amma ji takes Gangaa with her.
Madhvi is happy that happiness has returned into her house after so long. Hope no evil eyes fall on us now.
Gangaa massages Amma ji’s feet. Your toes have swollen. Amma ji says it wouldn’t have shown any effect if you had done it. Gangaa replies that she could have asked her. I was upset, but I would still have done it. Amma ji is in a fix. She loves me so much and I am risking her life? The very next moment she tells herself against it. There isn’t much time to think. Baba said I have to bring an unmarried girl to the Cemetery tonight. I will have to take Gangaa to the Cemetery somehow. Amma ji tells Gangaa it is enough! Gangaa gives her milk, but Amma ji tells her to drink it tonight. Gangaa looks at her. Amma ji understands that she wants lots of mishri (crystallized sugar lumps) in it. You have always done that since childhood. Gangaa goes to keep the mat aside when Amma ji mixes something in the milk. Gangaa drinks the milk.
Sagar isn’t sleepy. Pulkit asks him what happened? Sagar says I was thinking about Papa. He has worked so hard to become a judge. He had to resign today because of me. I feel so guilty. Pulkit says life will become difficult if you keep blaming yourself for everything all the time. Dad did it all on his own. I guess he has been called to Delhi for some Special reason. I hope he gets his position back. They don’t see Baba and his accomplice heading towards their house from above as they talk.
Amma ji checks on Gangaa. She is unconscious. She is alive. I was scared I might have added extra medicine. She hears the knock on the window. Baba says the Police are after me. Your Son has filed an FIR. Amma ji says sorry to him on Niru’s behalf. He asks about the girl? She shares that the girl is unconscious. How will I take her to the Cemetery? They agree to help her. Amma ji goes out stealthily without making any noise to open the door for them. She points at Gangaa as soon as they are inside the room. How do we take her out at night? It will flop if anyone sees us. Baba eyes Gangaa cheaply and also notices the bag of money there. He takes out a sack. Baba and his accomplice take an unconscious Gangaa away.
Maharaj ji wakes up with a start as they make a noise. Pulkit and Sagar comes downstairs hearing his voice. Baba and his accomplice wait at a corner. Amma ji says I forgot my medicine. There was no other noise. She sends the kids back. Maharaj ji says you could have asked me to bring it. Amma ji points out that he was sleeping. You left the door opened too. He remembers closing it. She puts it on his Old age. Sleep now. He goes to lie down. She signals to Baba to leave when she finds her way clear. She also goes with them.
Amma ji refuses to leave Gangaa alone, but Baba insists that Gangaa will have to do it by herself. She wants to go, but he tells her against it. I assure you everything will be fine.
Pulkit tells Sagar not to worry. Everything will be fine. Let’s sleep. Sagar nods.
Baba tells his accomplice that that old woman wasn’t leaving them. She too wanted to come. Somehow we succeeded. They put Gangaa on a cart and begin to wheel it. We will enjoy with the girl and then shift to some other location with the money.
Sagar notices them from upstairs. He gets curious. Pulkit points torch at Baba’s face. Pulkit and Sagar recognize him. It is the same Baba! They shout at him to stop, but they don’t stop wheeling the cart even after seeing Sagar and Pulkit. They ask Maharaj ji to open the door! All the family members gather there. Madhvi tells Supriya to check if anything is missing? Amma ji gets tensed.
Sagar and Pulkit chase that Baba who stops at a dark spot to hide. Sagar and Pulkit are near the cart. Baba and his accomplice are hiding right behind it. Sagar and Pulkit look around with the help of the torch, but find nothing. Sagar sees the sack on the cart. The battery gets over just then. Pulkit asks him to come. There is nothing here. Sagar stops to look at the cart.
Sagar is looking at the cart when Pulkit comes back. What happened? Sagar says I feel something is here. Pulkit says we saw everything here. There is nothing. We must not lose them. They go to the other direction. Baba and his accomplice take the cart.
Amma ji is all tensed. Madhvi wonders where both her sons are? They should have caught that Baba by now. Sagar and Pulkit comes home. They share that they couldn’t find him. Maharaj ji has checked everything. Everything is in place. Amma ji says you all must be mistaken. Madhvi asks Maharaj ji if he checked Amma ji’s room? Amma ji tries to divert them as they might question her as to where Gangaa is. She speaks of Gangaa which creates a doubt in Sagar’s mind. Sagar says so much happened, but Gangaa is still sleeping? Something is surely wrong. Amma ji doesn’t let him go in. She sends him back from the door. Everyone goes to their rooms. Maharaj ji closes the main door. Amma ji heaves a sigh of relief as she comes to her room.
Baba is in the Cemetery. Both the men are drinking alcohol. Baba looks at Gangaa lustily. They are also having hookah (An oriental pipe for smoking marijuana, tobacco, etc). Baba closes in on Gangaa and removes the sack from her body. He caresses her head and face.
Sagar wakes up with a start. Gangaa?
Gangaa begins to gain consciousness. He is startled! His accomplice says should I come if you cannot do it? Baba tells him to stay put! He heads back to the sitting area.
Gangaa looks around, but it’s all blurry. She holds her head as she sits up. Baba comes back to her. He holds her face, but she takes his hands off even in her semi conscious state. Who are you? Leave me! He slaps her to teach her a lesson. He holds her again while she tries to break free. She pushes him and he falls down. He gets angry. She gets down from the cart. He begins to walk towards her. She throws dirt in his eyes. He shouts in pain. His accomplice asks him what happened? Gangaa tries to go away, but stumbles in her step. Baba follows her. He sends his accomplice after Gangaa. Gangaa begins to run.
Sagar is all restless in his room. He goes downstairs. He knocks at the door of his Amma ji’s room. She asks him what happened? He wants to meet Gangaa. She says Gangaa is sleeping. He insists upon meeting her once. I feel there is some problem. She stays put. She is a girl. You cannot see a girl in a sleeping condition. I am telling you. Your Gangaa won’t run away at night. He leaves reluctantly. Amma ji apologizes to him mentally. I am doing it all for you and for your happy life. You have bad luck/trouble. I am doing it all for just that.
Sagar is back in his room. He lies down.
Amma ji thinks the ceremony should be over by now. She calls Baba. Baba sends his accomplice after Gangaa and picks the call. He complains to her that that girl left the ceremony in between! Amma ji is shocked. Why? Baba says I don’t know. Ask her if she comes home. He ends the call. Amma ji worries for Gangaa. What if something happens to her? I shouldn’t have sent her alone. I will go find her. She covers herself with a shawl as she goes out of her room stealthily.
Gangaa continues running. Her state is still not good, but she does not stop. She hides behind a truck. The men go in different direction to search for her. She resumes running. She finally lands in Amma ji’s arms. Amma ji hugs her.
Sagar gets up again feeling uneasy. He comes to Amma ji’s room, but she isn’t there. He tries waking Gangaa up, but finds pillows on the bed instead. Where is Gangaa? Where is Grandma? Where can they both go at this hour? He notices his Grandma hugging Gangaa and taking her inside with her somehow. He goes out.
Amma ji is shocked to see him. He finds Gangaa in an unconscious state.
