Madhvi and Amma ji return back, while Sagar returns with Krishna. She says that she is tired and needs to go rest, right before he could say anything and storms off. He tries to go after her but Amma ji asks him to let her be, as she needs space since today must have been emotionally taxiing on her, since they themselves were emotionally distraught. Madhvi comes and composes them all, and then tells Sagar that she always felt he is immature but today, she understands that he has matured, but wishes to say one thing, but before she can finish, he hugs her, tearfully. Amma ji asks him to stop now, and then ask where is Gangaa? He claims to knows nothing about her whereabout. He says that before she took Krishna away, he wanted to talk to Gangaa, but she wasn’t there. Maharaj rushes just then, and says that just now, Gangaa came and was crying. She locked herself inside and isn’t saying anything. They rush to her.
Inside her room, Gangaa continues to think about Krishna’s speech and what happened. They continuously start beating outside the door, asking her to open up.
Gangaa shuts the door on Sagar’s face, when he along with Amma ji and Madhvi knock and try to talk to her. She is tensed inside.
Outside, Madhvi and Amma ji get tensed as to what’s going on. They wonder where it’s a signal of her coming back here, or maybe Gangaa is affected by what Sagar and Krishna must have said. Meanwhile, Sagar too discussses with Niru, as to whether Gangaa will take Krishna away and stay back with them. Niru says that only her self respect stands in the way. He says that they should leave it to the lord. Sagar says that she alienated him away. Niru asks him to go and try and understands what she’s going through. Niru says that maybe, this is the last conversation that they have, or maybe, it’s the start of something new. Sagar is eager to try once more. He finds the door ajar and wonders whether Gangaa wishes to talk to him. He wonders whether he should initiate and then decides on it.
He searches inside but doesn’t find her anywhere. He starts searching around, the next morning, but doesn’t find her anywhere, then he notices Krishna and Gangaa’s clothes gone, and gets bereserk as to how she could have left with Krishna just like that, without meeting anyone. He rushes out, and then talks to others, and they are equally apalled as to how Gangaa could have done that. Sagar tries Gangaa’s number, but he doesn’t get through. They wonder what’s going on and where and how Gangaa could take away Krishna like that? He says that she wouldn’t have taken her away, and if she has, then definitely, there must be a strong reason to it. Madhvi asks if he searched throughly? He denies it. Amma ji says that maybe she went to the old house. Sagar rushes out to check.
Meanwhile, Gangaa takes Krishna with her bags away, while she continuously asks where are they going. Gangaa says that she made her realise the importance of her father, just like she made her realise what it means to her to have Sagar as a father. Just then, Sagar gets a letter from Gangaa, talking about her taking Krishna very far away, in a village, and asks him not to be tensed as she isn’t eloping, and that she wishes to make her realise that she understands the importance of a father, and that she wants Krishna to know her truth, after which she would get her back. Sagar is ecstatic reading the letter that she will come back to him. Amma ji and Madhvi are assured too. They start bantering about how happy they will live now, as one complete family. Amma ji hugs him profusely, while Madhvi watches emotionally. Gangaa talks about her connection to the village. Krishna asks Gangaa if now, they will stay only in the village and never return back?
Later at night, Sagar revels as he continuously reads the letter, and he’s ecstatic as to how she is returning back to him, and he has loads to talk to her, and how lonely he had become, and was yearning to have her back. He revels in the past moments spent with her.
The Next Morning, Niru and Amma ji discuss about the feast, when Gangaa and Krishna returns back. He is amused at Amma ji’s excitement. Madhvi likes the idea too, and suggest that they should get Sagar married with proper rituals to Gangaa. The vegetable vendor comes late, and tells them that they got late today, as a bus toppled over the big bridge. The family gets alert hearing this. They put on the news channel to find out more. Sagar’s family hears the news about a bus accident, causing many casualties, headed towards Chandapur, Gangaa’s village. They are aghast but they are more shocked to see Sagar coming in just then. Sagar is distraught as he hears this. They rush to him and ask him to call Gangaa, but he doesnt get through. They get extremely worried. Madhvi assures them that there are lots of buses and Gangaa and Krishna wouldn’t be there in that same bus. Amma ji asks why isn’t she picking the phone then? They are distraught. Sagar refuses to believe and starts giving all sorts of clarifications. The vendor says that the hospital nearby to the accident contains the dead bodies. They rush there to see.
Sagar and Niru arrive tensedly in the hospital to check on the dead bodies. Sagar says that they can’t be here. Niru finds a known Policeman, and asks about Gangaa and Krishna. The Police says that the search operation started late, and some bodies got swayed away but will soon be retrieved. Sagar says that they weren’t on that bus, as Gangaa assured hin that she would return back with Krishna. Niru agrees to calm him down, but asks him to double check once. He gives the Policeman identification about Gangaa and Krishna, but Sagar rushes out. He walks distraught and aimlessly on the road, remembering Niru identifying and talking to the Policeman. He refuses to believe that they are dead, as it’s proof that he is alive, since they are his life, and Gangaa will have to come back.
Madhvi comes and tells Amma ji that Sagar left for Chandapur to search for Gangaa and Krishna. She is distraught. Madhvi says that Niru tried to stop him but Sagar didn’t comply. Amma ji talks to the lord that if today again, he separated Sagar from his family, then she will cease to worship him at all! Madhvi stands tensedly. She starts animatedly talking as to why he’s devoiding them of happiness, as she left no stone unturned in her devotion.
Sagar on the road, is distraught thinking abut his moments with Krishna. Meanwhile, the Police calls Sagar for identification, and as he comes, he gets enraged hearing that the dead bodies match the description. The Police asks him to identify them. He remembers all his momnts with Gangaa and Krishna, while approaching the bodies. With teary eyes, he eyes the white cloth and then the leg, which he thinks is Krishna’s. He examines the dead bodies, he is distraught and apalled. When the cloth lifts up, it’s someone
else. He retreats into a corner seeing the faces and then rushes out. He is too shaken up from the incident. He calls up Madhvi and says that he was asked to identify the bodies, and he can’t feel this restless, and that it’s due to him, Gangaa had to leave. He says that he won’t put her in that spot again. He says that he is leaving for Chandapur.
As they arrive at the bus station, he doesn’t realise that Gangaa and Krishna are right behind. He finally sees them and expresses his relief at seeing
them. He then apologises for doing whatever he did, and says that they should start afresh and he will do no other wrong. He explains his trauma and dilemma, that he went through a couple of hours back. He begs her to come back to him. She asks him not to apologise as she doesn’t feel good. He asks why doesn’t she forgive him then, and clarify if she has a place for him in her heart? They eye each other tensedly. She then gives a direct answer. Gangaa says that she doesn’t know what the future beholds, but for now, she doesn’t have space for him in her life, after what’s happened. He says that he is no one to stop her, and that she is free to choose whatever she likes.
Krishna stops him, and he says that he cherishes the moments spent with her, but their stay was till now. He goes, and Krishna jerks away Gangaa’s hand begging him not to go. He tries to convince her, but she is adamant to have him stay back, saying that she isn’t at fault. Gangaa and Sagar both are apalled. He takes his hand away from hers and walks away, while Krishna stands distraught. Gangaa is tensed too.
