Gunwanti says to Shagun from today, your exam starts no matter what people say you won’t get angry, Manmeet should feel like you are always there for him. Servant walks and says to Shagun the papads that you had kept to dry all flew away. Shagun gets worried and rush outside.

Manmeet says I know you waited for me and please give me some more time then Meet will go far away from everyone then whole village will see our marriage and everyone will be talking about that. Shagun says things will happen like you want, I’m always standing with you.
Shagun remembers what Gunwanti told her. Shagun says you can keep Meet here till the time you want I won’t question you, I just want your love and trust and I’ll always love you that’s my promise. Manmeet says go and get ready then I’ll take you to market. Shagun walks away.
Sapna walks to Manmeet and says please can you get my parcel from post office don’t forget because my mom dad sent it for me and if you fail to get it it will be disrespectful for me parents. Manmeet says don’t worry I’ll get it. Sapna says go and check for Meet’s present too because everyone will get gift from their Parents and if she won’t get her gift she will feel bad and whole village will talk about her and she won’t tolerate disrespect for her family. Manmeet says I’ll look for something. Jasodha calls Sapna and she walks away.
Manmeet says if Meet will not get gift, she will feel bad and will try to talk to her Parents or meet them, it will be a problem, I have to do something.
Meet is sitting alone. Manmeet walks to her. Meet thanks him for taking good care of her. Manmeet asks how is your health now? Meet says good and ask him why did you brought me back.
Manmeet asks Shagun tell me what happened? Shagun says I wanted to keep fast for you but Jasodha asked Meet to keep fast for you and even many other things to carry out ritual. Manmeet says don’t cry, come with me and he takes her.
Meet, Sapna busy making God sculptures from mud. Manmeet asks Sapna where is Mother. Meet says she is in her room. Manmeet sit beside Meet and says listen to me from starting Shagun is doing this pooja and if she will not do this time it will be unfair for her, please give your mud to her, I’m saying this to you because I know you can understand. Meet asks Shagun to sit and make sculpture. Meet says I’ll go and make kheer for you all.
Meet in the kitchen remembers what Manmeet told her about relationship. Meet says I don’t understand Manmeet and his feelings fluctuates within seconds sometimes he care a lot for me and sometimes he become stranger to me.
Manmeet walks into the Kitchen. Meet says to him I think I should go back to my house. Manmeet says no. Meet asks why should I stay here, people question me and ask about our relation, what should I say. Manmeet says girlfriend. Shagun standing at door listen everything. Manmeet says you are my girl- friend and you will leave when I’ll ask you to leave and he walks away.
Shagun in her room getting angry. Gunwanti says how many times I told you not to be angry. Shagun says I think Manmeet is playing game with me one time her promise me to make his wife and on other hand he consider Meet as her friend, please do something I can’t see them together. Gunwanti say’s don’t worry you are my younger sister I’ll do anything for you.
Meet in bed is trying to sleep, she gets up and see Manmeet sleeping peacefully.
Gunwanti and Shagun in store room waiting for blacksmith. Gunwanti checking all the gifts and says these gifts very good, she checks a dupatta and says I saw same to same in our market. Blacksmith keeps stuff inside the store room through window. Shagun gives him money. Blacksmith says everything is inside these sacks. Gunwanti says be careful while returning, no body should see you.
Meet is sitting in her room, she gets out of bed.
Gunwanti and Shagun looks at the stuff and smile.
Meet is making god’s idol all alone.
Shagun says whatever will happen tomorrow will ruin Sagwan’s family reputation and Meet will be blamed for that.
Meet busy making idol she hear some noise and walks toward it. Meet walks inside the store room says it feels like someone is here, she finds Shagun’s payal on floor. Gunwanti and Shagun are hiding inside the room looking at her
Meet in her room get’s ready. Manmeet outside room stops Shagun and asks what are you doing with food, did you not kept fast. Shagun says this food is for Meet. Manmeet in shock asks how are you taking this for her, now a days you are doing good things, give me this plate I’ll take for her. Manmeet walks inside room says I brought food for you now thanks me. Meet says sorry I’m on fast Jasodha asked me to keep it.
Manmeet says you have to eat food because you can get sick and I’ll talk to Jasodha, you should have food. Meet says I don’t want to eat. Manmeet says eat food I don’t want to you get sick, he about to feed her hut see Raj’s and Babita’s photo in newspaper he stops and pickup newspaper says this is great my friend won a lottery now I’ll take party from him. Meet says show me too. Manmeet says no first let me show it to my friend then I’ll show he and he goes out of the room and ask her to have food.
Manmeet outside the room hides the newspaper inside a basket and walks away. A servant pickup the basket and walks away.
Meet in her room remembers Jasodha asking Meet to keep fast for her Son because she is his wife.
Shagun walks to her says will you answer my question, you know when me and Manmeet use to play when we were kids everyone use to tease me by Manmeet’s name and from that time I’m keeping Ganghols fast for him and now it’s your responsibility because you are his wife, Mother also wants same, she need you to sit with Manmeet when everyone come because in reality you are his wife but I have all the rights of being a wife, you know Manmeet love me but now you and Shagun get’s emotional. Meet says you are right it’s your right, I’ll not come for pooja that place will be empty for you. Shagun gets happy and walks out of room.
Shagun in her room is feeling hungry because of fast, she finds sweet on table, she looks at them and says to gets don’t it’s your fast Shagun.
Shagun have one piece of sweet and says I’ll be forgiven because I’m not married.
Everyone is in the common area gathered for pooja. Jasodha asks everyone to begin with pooja and says call Meet too. Shagun says Meet didn’t kept fast that’s why she is not coming downstairs. Jasodha asks what are you saying. Gunwanti says Shagun is right after she will be wife of Manmeet and he only asked her to keep fast. Gunwanti asks Shagun to sit fast. Shagun, Sundari, Gunwanti and Sapna sit down for pooja. Shagun says to Gunwanti it’s true you can win without making any noise, pity Meet she changed her mind after seeing tears in my eyes and her reputation will be ruined after gift distribution.
Meet is doing her pooja alone, she repeats her activity after seeing others. Everyone finish with there pooja everyone join hands and offer water. Jasodha says pooja is done now it’s time to open gifts from everyone’s house. Meet finishes her pooja.
Imarti walks to her says come with me Jasodha is calling you to open gifts. Meet goes with her in common area. A lady says to Jasodha like everytime Gunwanti’s gift and standing out. Jasodha asks Meet to open gift.
Shagun walks to her says let me help you, she puts her hand inside box and shouts, she says don’t know what her family has send inside these box. Gunwanti checks Shagun’s hand and says you are bleeding a lot, she unpacks the gift and everyone see blades handcuffs trash, sword and metal scraps. Everyone is shocked after seeing the gift.
Gunwanti says are these gift or weapons and how are they related to you? Jasodha asks Meet what is your family try to tell, are we goons, you didn’t keep fast and now you are insulting us. Meet says my Parents cannot send this.
Meet remembers finding Shagun’s payal in Storeroom, she looks at Shagun and says I’m sure someone changed my gifts. Gunwanti says now you are blaming us. Meet says listen to me.
Jasodha says no more words nothing is wrong in accepting your fault, now you won’t live in this house because you are not Manmeet’s Wife!
Jasodha takes Meet outside house. Manmeet asks what happen what are you doing mother. Jasodha says because of her our reputation got ruined in society and she disrespected our rules and regulations and asks Manmeet to take her back to her home. Imarti give Meet’s luggage to Manmeet. Manmeet looks at Imarti’s bangles and says Meet will not go anywhere because those gifts are not from Meet’s home because real gifts have been changed my Imarti Sister-in-law. Imarti says I did nothing.
Manmeet asks Imarti from where did you get these bangles because I remember these were in Meet’s gift. Imarti hesitate to answer and points toward Gunwanti and Shagun and says it’s there fault I saw them changing Meet’s gift with weapons and she threw a box and I found these bangles inside that box, I kept with me because I liked it, I took nothing but she burnt all the gifts. Shagun get’s scared says to Manmeet try to listen to me, I love you a lot and can’t see you with her and that’s why I thought of disrespecting her so that she leave this house, I love you a lot and want to marry you but I’m still waiting to marry you because of her.
Manmeet walks toward her says shut up and apologizes to everyone on behalf of Shagun. Meet says it’s not Shagun’s fault I’m coming in between let me go back to my house because this will repeat again and it’s better I should go back. Meet puts his finger on Meet’s lips and says you won’t go anywhere, I promise you same kind of behaviour will not be repeated, you can forgive and come back to home. Meet walks inside the house.
Manmeet takes her luggage. Jasodha asks everyone to go inside.
A girl walks to Jasodha and asks where is Meet Sis, will she give me more food? Jasodha asks what Meet gave you. She says Meet gave me sweets and many more things from her platter. Sapna hears everything and says she kept the fast and gave her food to this little girl.
Jasodha inside the house sees god’s idol made by her in her room. Jasodha says to Meet so you kept fast for my Son and even did pooja, he also didn’t want you to leave, you both are getting close, today I pray for you and Manmeet.
Manmeet angry says to Shagun don’t you know I love you, Meet is just a responsibility. Shagun asks what kind of responsibility?
Meet says to Jasodha how can I ask for Manmeet from god (Maa Gauri) when I know Shagun and Manmeet love each other since childhood. Jasodha says remember always a wife has won over a lover, you meet my Son in this Village and you got married, I tried a lot of times to throw you out of this house but nothing happened, it’s all up to god and you two are made for each other and she walks away.
Manmeet says I took Meet’s responsibility and promise me you won’t tell anyone what I’m going to tell you. Shagun says trust me I won’t tell anything. Manmeet says I called Raj for Meet I asked him to meet me at the Temple.
Sarkar return to his house. Narendra welcomes him. A servant drops a glass of water on his shoes, he gets scared and runs away. Narendra says I’ll wipe it and he picks a cloth from the basket. Sarkar sees Raj’s photo in the Newspaper, he asks Narendra to go inside and he walks towards the Newspaper. Sarkar picks up the paper and reads the article about Raj and Babita’s death.
Manmeet telling Shagun about Raj suddenly hears Sarkar calling him in anger, he says I’ll tell you later Bapu Sarkar is calling me, let me attend to him then I’ll tell you.
Manmeet outside walks to Sarkar.
