Karan is pressurizing Risahb to not go to Canada and arrange the concert in India instead. Rishab explains that it’s not possible, as it’s scheduled in another country, so he would be back in three days time. Kareena says that Karan is only doing this so that he can make sure that Risahb doesn’t go to Canada, Risahb takes everyone’s praise/blessings and sets off.
Sherlyn explains that the truck driver hit Mahira and ran away. Shrishti tries to catch him, but Preeta checks Mahira’s pulse, then explains that she is only unconscious and they should call an ambulance. Sherlyn disagrees saying that it would take a lot of time, so they should place her in her (Sherlyn’s) Car.
Janki asks Bi jee why Sarla is so angry? Bi jee explains that she is worried because Preeta has gone to the Luthra house. Janki explains that she’s always worried and gets tensed. Sarla comes saying that it’s not a small matter, as the Luthra’s have always insulted her even when she was just only trying to help all of them. Janki assures her that it would not be the case anymore, as Preeta now has the capabilities to handle all of them.
Sarla gets angry asking if she means that Preeta is a hot tempered person? Bi jee responds to the allegation, explaining that this is not what Janki meant. Janki then explains that she meant that Preeta has gone to the Luthra house as a Doctor. She and Preeta were the one that saved them in the hall and also took care of Karan’s Grandma, so they will no longer disrespect her.
Sarla still feels worried, explaining that the particular family always disrespects her, despite the fact that she always takes good care of them. Sarla mentions that she tried to explain to Mahira that Karan is not a good person, and should instead back out from the Wedding, but Mahira did not take her words seriously, even when they are both saying that she is an intelligent person.
Sarla asks if they have anything more to say because she knows that Mahira doesn’t like her and before, it was only Kareena who hated her, so her Prayer now, is for nothing bad to happen to Preeta.
Preeta brings Mahira to the hospital she calls for the Doctor. Sherlyn is thinking that her plan backfired and if Mahira says anything that is against her now, then it would ruin her house.
The Doctor comes, to whom Preeta requests that he must provide the best possible treatment to the injured person, as she knows her personally. Mahira is then admitted to the ICU. Sherlyn wonders what she must do to prevent Preeta from coming. Shrishti sees how Sherlyn is looking at Preeta, she pleads with her to not look at Preeta like that, at which Sherlyn gets angry and leaves.
Shrishti thinks that if she had not gotten to the road on time, then Preeta would have been the injured one.
Karan’s Grandma asks why hasn’t she come yet? Kareena explains that they have gone for shopping, so it would take some tim, before they get back. Rakhi explains that she is talking of Preeta, Kareena mentions that she would not come!
There is a ring on the doorbell, Rakhi thinks that it’s Preeta, but when she opens the door, Ramona enters with a lot of handbags, she explains that she bought something for everyone, as the shop had a very beautiful collection. They are all really worried. Ramona asks for the reason, and Kareena explains that the Physiotherapist hasn’t yet arrived.
Ramona realizes that they are talking of Preeta, she requests Rakhi to not let her into the house ever again. Ramona explains that she knows they all love her a lot, but she was the one that harmed all of them, and she isn’t the only Doctor in the city, she can bring anyone that they want and if this doesn’t stop, then Mahira will never remain happy at their house.
Kareena also says that she agrees with Ramona, as Mahira also thinks that it feels like Preeta wants to try and stop the marriage, and has even threatened her life!
Karan’s Grandma also takes their side, explaining that she did not think of it this way, so she can opt for some other treatment then. Kareena demands that she call Preeta, asking her to stay away from their house! She is about to call her, when Sherlyn calls her, explaining that Mahira has gotten into an accident. Kareena immediately asks for the hospital, Karan’s Grandma also insists that she has to go, but she’s unable to stand, then Kareena explains that she will go then, and leaves alongside Ramona.
Karan is driving the Car, taking Risahb to the hospital, he doesn’t stop even when they have arrived at the Airport, then he suddenly stops the Car. Rishab steps out, and Karan gets really angry with him, Rishab asks for the reason? He requests that Rishab shouldn’t go, to which he says that he has to go, since there are a lot of things that needs to be taken care of, so he just has to go, then Risahb pleads with him to not do anything stupid when he is away, and also take care of the family, as everything is getting normal, so he should take good care of the house/family.
The Doctors are attending to Mahira, they think that it isn’t a big case, as the injuries are minor. Mahira is about to wake up, but then gets unconscious again. Preeta comes while Shrishti is walking, she asks if Sherlyn has said something to which she says that it would be really awful if something had happened to her, then Preeta says that it would never be the case, as nothing would happen to he, because she would always be there to scold her, they both hug each other when Sherlyn passes by them.
Sherlyn sits, at which Shrishti asks Preeta to ask her what has happened. Sherlyn gets mad, demanding that she should stay quiet, as she can hear them clearly!
The Police arrive at which Shrishti gets worried, wondering why have they come here? Preeta explains that they have only come to investigate. The police arrive asking for Sherlyn (since she was the one who called them over to get Preeta arrested for an attempted murder case) and when Ramona tries to walk into the ICU, she is stopped by Preeta.
The Police then ask Preeta to come with them to the Police Station, she says that she has only seen the incident and has nothing to do with it, they explain that they have to take her as a criminal, at which everyone gets worried. Preeta is left stunned at what is happening.
Karan comes home and sits on the Couch, Rakhi and his Grandma are worried, he asks them what has happene, so they explain the scenario that Mahira has gotten into an accident and she’s presently in the hospital, he goes to get his Charger.
The Doctor is treating Mahira, he is confused about the symptoms, so he asks the Nurses to go and get a notepad, and as soon as they leave, Mahira wakes up requesting the Doctor to help her, and give the statement that she is severely ill and injured, she asks him to keep her in the hospital for two or three day, as she fears for her life from Preeta. The Doctor does not believe her at first, explaining that Preeta is a really nice girl, and she even brought her here on time, but when he comes to know that he will be paid heavily, he agrees to the request, demanding extra money from Mahira, who willingly agrees.
Preeta pleads with the Inspector that she is innocent and they might be mistaken, as she hasn’t pushed anyone. Shrishti explains that Preeta couldn’t have pushed Mahira, as she herself (Shristi) saved Preeta on time.
Ramona lashes out at Preeta, explaining that if anything happens to Mahira, then Preeta will heavily pay for what she has done!! Both the Sisters try to explain that they are innocent, but when the Doctor comes out, they all ask the question at which the Doctor explains that she is not well, but they can meet her one after the other. Preeta asks to accompany him to the room, as she believes that Mahira will tell the truth to the Inspector, he asks if she implies that Sherlyn is lying?
Preeta mentions that he’s not aware, but there are a lot of problems between the both of them, so Sherlyn will always blame her whenever she gets the chance to, so she knows for a fact that Sherlyn is lying and Mahira will always tell the truth.
Kareena doesn’t believe them, saying that Sherlyn has already explained to them that she has been trying to kill Mahira all this while, at which the Inspector says that he cannot work on their orders, as they also have their limitations.
The Inspector allows Preeta to enter and speak with Mahira, Shrishti wonders what has happened with them?
Preeta asks Mahira how she is feeling, she explains that they have brought her to the best hospital, but the reason she has come here, is because the Police has come here, because Sherlyn has called them over. Preeta explains that the Police have arrived and she thought that they might have come to investigate the incident, but they have come to arrest her on Sherlyn’s order, as she feels that she (Preeta) was the one that pushed her in front of the truck. Maira explains that it’s not the case, and she will explain to the Police that everything isn’t what it seems. Preeta says that she’s relieved, but Mahira gets up thrashing the entire room, she also lies on the floor shouting for her mother!!
Ramona and Kareena rushed in, so Mahira quickly explains that Preeta has tried to take her life, so they have to arrest her now. Shrishti tries to defend Preeta, but Sherlyn says that she had explained to them what Preeta would do, but they never believed her! Mahira explains that Preeta threatened to kill her saying that she would take control of Karan, then her revenge would be fulfilled!
The Inspector orders the Constable to arrest Preeta! She however, tries to plead that she is innocent and cannot do anything of the sort, she tries to explain what her mother would feel when she comes to know that she (Preeta) has been arrested.
Preeta request Kareena to help her and she will never again come to the Luthra house.
The Doctor comes into the room asking what has happened to the whole room, since it looks disorganized? Mahira acts as if she’s unconscious.
Ramona asks the Police to arrest them, but Shrishti tries to defend Preeta, explaining that how could she try to kill Mahira, knowing that the Police were standing just outside the ICU room. They both start blaming Sherlyn, after which the Police say that she can prove her innocence and gets bailed. They take her away.
Sherlyn then says that Mahira has gotten a lot of benefit by helping her, as Preeta will never be able to come back into their lives anymore!
Karan is trying to call but they are not picking up. Rakhi explains that she would come with him, as she has to see Mahira, he tries to call Preeta, but she isn’t answering either.
Karan’s Grandma thinks that she is the one responsible for bringing Preeta back into the house, so she tries to pressurize Karan, so that he can go to the hospital, she tries to walk, then the both of them leave the house.
Preeta is being taken as a Criminal, Ramona asserts that the Police lock her up in jail! Kareena also assures that she will not let her come out, so they both get into a heated argument.
Sherlyn is with Mahira, saying that she never thought that she would be able to do anything of the sort, she says that she has put the final touch on the plan which Sherlin has orchestrated, they both start to plan again, then Sherlyn gets mad when Mahira explains that she is more clever then her, and can easily defeat Preeta. Sherlyn explains that she will bring Kareena and Ramona back into the room, and she has to act all over again.
