Tanu comes to the hospital to get her foot treated. Munni is also in the hospital. Tanu happens to see Munni unconscious in the hospital and goes inside. She calls her Munni and says if she is Munni, then who is at home, Pragya?
Abhi decorates the room and waits for Pragya. Pragya comes to the room and sees it decorated. Hua hain aaj…plays… He asks her to come and then asks her to go. Pragya says sometimes you are impossible. He holds her face and says my heart says that you are my fuggi. Pragya says I told you many times that I am not Pragya. Abhi says the Moon is known by its name and says when I touch you, I feel my moon light. Pragya says I am Munni. Abhi says this means you don’t love me. Pragya says she doesn’t love him. Abhi says then you shouldn’t be affected if I come closer to you. Pragya says she will not. He says you should not feel the touch. Pragya says she will not. Allah wariyan plays…Tanu thinks to inform Aaliya that the woman inside the house is Pragya. The Nurse comes and asks do you know her? Tanu says I don’t know her and asks what happened to her? The Nurse says she has been in a coma since the past one month. Tanu thinks what is her plan to stay at home as Munni?
Aaliya sees Abhi romancing with Pragya and thinks Munni is leaving no chances to get closer to him. Abhi kisses her on the cheeks. Pragya pushes him away. Abhi sees the mole on Pragya’s back and says she is my Pragya, my fuggi! Pragya goes to the changing room and thinks it is difficult to hide my identity from him. Abhi knocks on the door.
Tanu calls Aaliya and asks her to come to the hospital. Aaliya asks if you are a kid and asks her to take the medicine and come home. Tanu tells her that Pragya is alive and she’s playing a big game with us. Aaliya says you have reached the wrong doctor! Tanu says the woman in the house is Pragya. Aaliya says no! Tanu says I will prove it and asks her to wait. She calls her on a video call and asks her to check on her screen. Aaliya is shocked to see Munni on bed. Purab says I don’t know if he has seen the mole or not? Disha says he couldn’t execute a small plan. Purab says it is not easy to convince a girl. Disha says I have rolled many papads to convince you. Dadi comes there and says I have an important work for you. She shows the gift and says it is your birthday gift. Disha says you are advanced and you’ve brought the gift in advanced. She says what should I buy? Dadi says you yourself is a gift for Purab. Abhi comes there. Purab asks if the matter is solved?
Abhi says is Purab’s birthday party. Dadi says birthday party will happen and there will be surprise gift for everyone. Dadi asks why will there be gift for everyone? Abhi says it will be a surprise for everyone. Dadi asks him to tell what the surprise is? Abhi says it is a secret. Dadi goes. Abhi tells Disha that he got his fuggi back, but now he wants to hear it from her mouth. Purab asks how will you do it? Abhi says I will make her helpless to accept that she is my fuggi.
Aaliya thinks she has to find out if she is Pragya or Munni? Pragya comes there and asks what you were doing here? Aaliya says she came to see her and says she will tell when the right time comes. She thinks if I tell her that then, I will not know about her double role secret. Pragya asks what you were doing here and says your eyes are giving statement against your words. She says if you do anything or hurt Chutka and Chutki, then she will not leave her. Aaliya says tomorrow my turn will come and when I play the game, I don’t let others think. Pragya thinks if she came to know about Munni or Chutka and Chutki.
Simonika thinks she is close to her aim and Abhi is close to his death. She says before his performance ends, he will die. She says my Dushyant’s soul will feel at peace with his death. She gets Abhi’s call and says I can’t tell you that you have a long life. She says let’s talk and picks the call. Abhi asks her to reach home at 8 am. Simonika thinks how can she go as there is bomb in the house, and says she will meet him the day after tomorrow. Abhi says I need your help for Purab’s birthday. Simonika says I will reach there. Abhi thinks he will unite with Pragya. Simonika thinks she will celebrate after his death.
Aaliya comes to the hospital and says I can’t believe this! Aaliya says she is Pragya at home.
Tanu says no wonder when we were exposing Munni, She had a problem in getting his signatures on the property papers. She says Pragya had saved Abhi from the Snake poison and made you a fool! Aaliya says there are small moments when I praise you, and says we have to make her conscious anyhow. She says Munni will bat against Pragya. She says when she came in last time at Mehra house, she was hiding her truth. Tanu says she might have known our plan. Aaliya says destiny is with us now and we came to know about the big secret. She says Pragya must have made Munni met with an accident. Aaliya says we have to take her in as the real Pragya and will make the real Pragya look like Munni and kick her out!
Abhi comes to his room and smiles showering flowers. Pragya asks why he is happy? Abhi says Purab’s birthday is here and we will celebrate it, along with your birthday. Pragya says I have no birthday tomorrow. Abhi says you will know tomorrow. Pragya thinks whatever he thinks will be good.
Aaliya asks the Doctor to make Munni come out of her coma. The Doctor says they tried their best. Aaliya asks him to say the treatment procedures. The Doctor says she can get fine by defibrillator, but there is a risk. Aaliya offers him his own hospital. The Doctor scolds her and asks her to leave! The staffs throw them out. Tanu says I will sue this hospital! Aaliya is seated on the bench. A man thinks they are beggars and gives them money. Tanu gets angry. Aaliya says we have to burn the hospital, everyone will run to save their lives and we will save Munni and take her to the Mehra mansion.
In the room, Purab compliments Disha for always being with him and fulfilling his expectations. Disha notices it was his birthday as the clock had struck 12am. She wishes Purab happy birthday first, and promises to get a gift for him. He demands a gift right away, and says she can give him what he wants; then moves his cheek closer. Disha kisses him, they share a hug.
A Nurse stops Aaliya and Tanu and asks why they are taking the patient out through the back door? Aaliya says Dr. Mishra told them to take the critical patients out from the back door. The nurse moves ahead. Tanu appreciate’s Aaliya’s present mindedness.
Abhi watches Pragya sleeping on the couch and wonders how he will spend this night? He kiss her bare back, then hurries to the bed posing as if he’s fast asleep. Pragya wakes up from the sensation, and smiles watching Abhi. Abhi was restlessly waiting for Purab’s birthday where he will get to share the truth about her to everyone and she will confess her truth.
Tanu complements Aaliya’s plan for keeping Munni at Nikhil’s place and as soon as she is fine, they will replace her with the real Pragya. Aaliya says they need to arrange another Doctor who doesn’t follow the rules and intends to improve his life style. He can then take care of this Munni.
Pragya was in the kitchen and wonders why Abhi isn’t insisting she accepts that she is Pragya. Disha comes to prepare the tea for Purab. Pragya decides to ask Disha about the table event? Disha was nervous about replying. Pragya stops her from pouring more tea, and tells Disha to confess what she won’t tell her; as Disha can’t lie to her. Disha turns to leave the kitchen, but Pragya pours the tea for Purab. Disha finally shares with Pragya about what she and Abhi planned and that Abhi was only trying to find a birth mark of hers. She tells Pragya to tell Abhi that she is the real Pragya. Disha suggests that today is a special day, she must tell Abhi that she is the real Pragya. She shouldn’t share with Abhi that she told her everything. Pragya was worried and thinks she can’t share the truth with Abhi right now, the one who intends to kill Abhi is very close to them still. She hits Simonika in the way.
Simonika notices her worry. Pragya shares that someone wish to kill Abhi, but why would anyone want to do that? Simonika says maybe Abhi has hurt someone for his own advantage. Pragya was determined to unveil the one behind this all. Simonika thinks she stands in front of her without a veil. She tells Pragya that it’s Purab’s birthday, she was called as there is an important announcement to be made today. Abhi calls Simonika. Pragya wonders if he is going to tell everyone that she is Pragya?
Abhi comes to meet Purab in the room and asks how Pragya would feel if something happens to him? Purab says she will turn the world around. Abhi says he wants to make Pragya cry and make her confess that she is the real Pragya. Purab says they will have to hurt Abhi then. Abhi says they can fake a man stabbed him with a fake stabber. Pragya will surely get emotional and crazy, that she would unknowingly pour out her real identity to them. They did cheers, but Disha had dropped a glass at the door, fuming. Abhi asks if she heard everything? She replies positively. Abhi drags her inside. Disha was worried about Abhi hurting himself and wonders how much will Pragya have to suffer? She wasn’t ready to let this all happen. Abhi and Purab requests her and makes her up. Abhi hugs Purab excited for Pragya to accept.
Pragya walks across the corridor lost in her thoughts and comes across Tanu. Tanu says very soon, Pragya will fall from a height and will shatter, she will soon reap what she has sown. They have made the preparations for it. Pragya thinks she must find out what Aaliya and Tanu are up to, and promises someone to be there soon. Pragya plans to follow her.
